Mikhail Glabets Wedding Photography

ng that we paid Mikhail for separately, as we still planned to have our dream wedding in 2021. We also paid Mikhail an additional deposit to hold a 2021 date for us, no questions asked as covid impacted the wedding industry the hardest. We got our wedding photos back and they were great, we had the best day and Mikhail captured all of that in his photographs. However, when we then had to cancel our 2021 wedding because of covid restrictions again, Mikhail was the ONLY wedding vendor that did not refund our money. We also didn’t expect a full refund, but asked for a credit to use in the future for baby photos, family photos, potentially a wedding celebration etc. Mikhail refused to do this as well, essentially losing tons of future business with us, and all those close to us that I would have previously highly recommended him for. While Mikhail takes great pictures, we were extremely turned off and disappointed by his business practice during this difficult time, and his rude attitude in all conversations we had regarding the cancellation of our wedding. Due to this, I unfortunately would not recommend Mikhail as I believe the way someone handles themselves and their business, and their professionalism or lack thereof should definitely play a part when choosing a photographer for your special day.

th, professional, and a true artist. We made us feel totally at ease and made us feel empowered to decide what we wanted from our wedding pictures (posed portraits, natural moments). We were in total awe of our wedding album -- he perfectly captured us, our friends and family, and our day. We've looked through them so many times already and have gotten so many compliments on our pictures. Looking at our pictures takes us right back to our wedding day and we we feel so grateful to have these special memories!

nd he captured our energy and happiness so beautifully. For the wedding, we were overjoyed at the results - he delivered a massive amount of edits photos, as well as a printed album. He was easygoing as we wrangled our large families, and somehow was in all the right spots at all the right times throughout the night. His photos captured so much joy, love, laughter, and energy and were exactly what we were hoping for. He's going to make you laugh, hustle all day/night, and capture you authentically.

ouple's personality. Mikhail was also super accommodating when we had to move our wedding due to COVID. Mikhail listens and does not force awkward "posed" photos - unless that's what you want! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable - we hadn't taken professional photos together prior to our engagement shoot and Mikhail made the session super fun and relaxing, while shooting amazing photos. We cannot wait to throw a 5-year anniversary party and have Mikhail capture those moments too!

He also struck the perfect balance of being accommodating to our preferred style of photos while also giving us his professional advice and guidance. And the photos, they are incredible! Mikhail clearly has quite a bit of natural talent. We had a difficult setting for photos, with an intense sunset in the background of our ceremony, but Mikhail was able to capture unbelievable photos and make the most of the lighting. Overall we are thrilled we went with Mikhail for our wedding, and we would recommend him to anyone in the Greater Boston area (and beyond!).

We are thankful we did engagement photos and had him come to the rehearsal dinner too...they are some of our favorite photos. I can't believe how well he did with the family photos under such a time crunch and long list. We love Mikhail and strongly reccommend him for any family/wedding photography needs.

unds are cut off on one side, or the checkered floors don't line up with the edges of the photo even though the chairs line up with the floor!! Many can take technically superb photos but don't have the art. They'll send you a boatload of photos of people blinking, mid-expression, or a bunch of the same exact photos. Their 'editing' was a joke and nothing more than slapping a watermark on the photo. You owe yourself better. Contact Mikhail and go meet him. He is a very laid back guy and very easy to get along with. You tell him the who, what, where, and when, and he will take care of the rest. He will work with your planner or coordinator if you have one. He will show up, take all the photos you need/ask for and then he will be a ninja taking photos of everyone and everything else. And what you get back a few weeks later are stunning, beautiful, high quality, perfect color, perfect brightness, high resolution photos that take you right back to your wedding. Everyone looks great in all of them. His shutter clicked at the perfect moment to capture the expressions on their face. You can *feel* the emotion of the moment. They are that good! We were lucky to have had him as our photographer.

ut the whole process. The wedding day he was professional but super relaxed. He is actually pretty comical. It felt like having one of our friends as our photographer. But the main point- THE PHOTOS. I love the photos he takes, and I love the way my photos came out. He’s able the bring the emotion and love into the photos. And super creative! He has a photojournalism style, but he gladly took any sort of photo we wanted. Honestly, most of the time I didn’t even realize he was around after the start of the ceremony because he everywhere and nowhere at the same time. He promptly got the photos back to us 5 weeks after the wedding, but he also sent us about 20 (amazing) highlight photos only a couple of days after the wedding. I recommend using him as your engagement and wedding photographer. I will be using him again in the future!!

he color of the trim, blank walls, lack of curtains... mostly just the details. Mikhail did a great job of hiding these small thinsg well in his shots. Also, it rained A LOT on our wedding day. We hired mikhail because I adore his modern, wide lens sunset shots but due to the weather we just could not get those. He still managed to pull off some excellent and artistic pieces by using the lighting to his advantage and improvising last minute. I am very pleased. As an aside, he has a great personality and interacted with the guest (young and old) in a fun and professional manner. Thanks so much for everything!!!

g and he has a talent for capturing real moments that you will treasure for a lifetime (just look at his website and you will see what I mean). He easily managed to beautifully photograph our winter wedding (in the cold, in the dark and in the snow) and he is so fun to work with. Hiring Mikhail was easy because we felt like we were working with a friend from the moment we met him. If you are looking for a photographer and want to have the best photos possible from someone who absolutely loves what they do; definitely book Mikhail. Hiring him will be one of the best (and easiest) decisions you will make for your wedding. If we are ever looking for photography in the future, we'll be hiring him again without question.

d and I feel at ease immediately and was super accommodating when we were pains in in the butt and asked him to make the trek from Boston to NH for just our engagement photos. For our wedding, he connected with us well in advance and asked specifically what we were looking for and if there were any particular shots we wanted. We gave him a list and he made sure those shots were ALL taken. He did a great job capturing the anticipation of getting ready, the emotion during the ceremony, and the celebration and joy during the reception. He got photos of moments we didn't know were happening and his photos will help us to relive that perfect day forever. Having to choose from over 900 photos feels nearly impossible because they're all so great. We're so grateful Mikhail was available for our wedding and we love the finished product!!

I wanted something different and natural to have the memory of the spirit of our wedding with all our lovable family and friends. Someone to capture the moments; I didn’t want to play a role on the camera and have some princess pictures. Mikhail is the exact person for this purpose. He is also very flexible, responsible, on time and moreover he loves what he is doing. Last but not least his package is by far more reasonable than most of other wedding picture packages.
