Milan Catering and Event Design

Milan Catering was absolutely amazing. We got married at the end of February and I can't recommend them enough. Our wedding was a destination wedding with the majority of our guests traveling, and everyone told us one of the best meals they had all weekend were the apps and dinner at our wedding! Such professionalism with the staff as well. All our guests were greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival and both bars were fast, helpful and efficient. My husband and I also had our own personal attendant that made sure we had enough food and drinks throughout the evening, this was amazing!!! MILAN WAS AMAZING! Don't hesitate to book them for your wedding!!!

My husband and I, who are from Pennsylvania, recently had a destination wedding in Sarasota. We decided on Milan for our catering and wedding planning needs! The entire team was wonderful to work with and played a huge part in making our wedding day absolutely perfect! The food and service were amazing, and our wedding guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! Laura Snow was our day of coordinator, and she was AMAZING! I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She made the day go seamlessly, while ensuring that my husband and I got to enjoy our day! She did things like leaving drinks and a plate of appetizers for us at the sweetheart table because our family photos were during cocktail hour (and she even had a personal tray for us as we were taking photos!), in addition to helping me bustle my dress or even apply deodorant. Anything we wanted- she made it happen! She is truly meant for what she does and it shows! Our guests have even mentioned that it's the best wedding they have ever been to! My husband and I wish we could relive our wedding day all over again because it was simply perfect thanks to Milan and Laura Snow!

We are from CT and had a destination wedding down in FL. From start to finish throughout the process, Milan Catering and our Wedding Coordinator Laura Snow made everything seamless and perfect for our special day! We are so happy to have chosen them as our catering and wedding coordinating vendor. The entire team was fantastic to work with and the food was phenomenal! We are so happy we went with Milan for our Powel Crosley estate wedding! We wanted an intimate but fun feel to our wedding and decided on the walking reception option which all our guests loved. Everyone loved the food! Milan was accommodating with all my food and drink requests. Laura was excellent in the time leading up to the wedding (she talked me off the bridezilla cliff when I thought the entire day was going to be ruined because it was going to rain) and on my wedding day, she was in the background making sure everything ran smoothly minute by minute. I didn't have to worry about a thing. I loved how she understood exactly how I wanted the look and feel of my wedding to be, even if some of the things were not super traditional. My guests still rave about how this was one of the best weddings they've been too. Laura had Logan and Lauren as help too and they were amazing working the event in general, food and bartending. I seriously cannot have imagined the day going better than it did.

Overall, our experience with Milan at our wedding was amazing! We were initially drawn to them for their clear options and professional and responsive proposal. The food was amazing, and felt like elevated quality compared to what we were expecting. We also booked a day-of coordinator through Milan, and are so grateful we did! Laura was amazing, and made our day run so smoothly. The serving staff was super professional and kind, and the place settings were beautiful. The only snag in the day was that the bride’s mother had medical dietary restrictions that unfortunately didn’t get met resulting in her not being able to eat dinner at the wedding (despite a lot of conversation about it in advance - over the phone, in-person, and via email). However, Milan immediately took amends after the fact, and sent her a giftcard to a restaurant she can eat at. Overall, we had a wonderful experience with Milan, and would recommend them as a vendor.

We had an amazing experience working with Milan Catering and Laura Snow for our wedding. We heard so many amazing things when considering Milan and Laura Snow and they truly exceeded any expectations that we had. The food and drinks at our wedding were incredible and we received so many great compliments from guests. Laura specifically had such a huge part in making our day truly a dream. Everything ran so smoothly and I really cannot imagine not having her part of our day. She handled so many logistics, from sitting down and creating our day-of timeline, helping with tons of our questions throughout the planning process, ensuring all vendors where coordinated, and making sure everything was set up to perfection on our wedding day. She even jumped into action the second my shoe broke before our ceremony and fixed it within seconds. The behind the scene photos and videos she took were absolutely amazing and something we will always cherish. We absolutely would recommend working with Laura Snow and Milan Catering to anyone getting married!

We are so happy we chose Milan Catering for our wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate on 10/22/23. This was a destination wedding for us so planning was challenging from out of state but the whole team made it a breeze and amazing to work with. We chose the family style dining package and all our guests raved about the amount of food they got and how delicious everything was! Working with Laura at Milan made the wedding of our dreams come true, we could not have done it without her. She is absolutely AMAZING and you can tell how much she loves her job and this venue. From detailing our wedding timeline so we captured sunset pictures at the perfect time, to taking candid videos and photos throughout the whole wedding, and even packing us up individual pieces of wedding cake for us to eat on the wedding night. We used Milan for our wedding & we were absolutely blown away by them! The service was impeccable and the food was delicious. They listened to our smallest request and made them all happen, let me just say the chicken & waffle sliders 10/10 recommend, they were a crowd favorite. However, the gem of our day was Laura! She was the absolute best coordinator any bride could ever wish for! She was on top of every thing from helping me make all the smallest decisions to last minute week before the wedding changes i came up with she was on top of It all! The day of the wedding she was with us every step of the way making sure we were fed & hydrated and evening fanning us in the insane FL heat. Everyone had amazing things to say about her from our wedding party to our photographer, everyone was impressed by the amazing job she did! She made our day flow so effortlessly and kept me reassured the whole time. I cannot recommend her enough to any brides thinking about booking her as their coordinator, you will not be disappointed! She also was amazing at getting all of the BTS content for us which is AMAZING! Thank you for your hardwork Laura we truly appreciate you so much!

We used Milan in March for our wedding and I highly recommend. Laura Snow was on top of EVERYTHING on my wedding day. I cannot not say enough nice things about her!! Everyone still raves about the food! So good!!

Melanie was the number one MVP on my wedding day. She was our go to girl for everything and she did not let us down! She's kind and organized and really worked hard to make the day perfect. The food was great, service during the wedding itself was fantastic and seamless. We did a family style service for our 50ish person wedding and it was cozy and personal. All communication throughout was fast and professional, and I felt valued and listened to throughout the full wedding planning process.

We cannot say enough about Laura Snow. She was absolutely ON IT the day of our wedding. I am also a vendor in the wedding industry and had worked with Laura many times before, so I saw how wonderful she was to work with and knew we needed her for our wedding at the Powel Crosley. She knows that place like the back of her hand. She was right there for everything we could have possibly needed - getting us a drink during portraits, herding our guests, and managing everything in between. She kept the day flowing seamlessly - if there were any issues I don't know about them (probably because Laura took care of it! lol). Our friends & family were raving about her, too. She was there for all of us and we can't thank her enough. She even got some fun photos and videos on her phone throughout the day, and while they don't replace the professional photos and videos, they are still so invaluable and fun to look at. We would hire Laura all over again to be there on our day, we love her!

Milan Catering was such an incredible choice for our wedding day! The food was delicious, the staff was excellent, and the whole day was seamless. Our wedding was at Powel Crosley, and Laura Snow was our Day of Coordinator. She was so incredible during the day - making sure everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to think about a single thing. At one point, she was even on the floor using Tide-To-Go to get a stain out of my dress! She also took about 400 photos and videos throughout the day that she sent us afterwards - it was so special to get to relive all of those little moments! Thank you Laura!! Logan was our Senior Event Manager and was also an absolute rockstar. He was constantly at our side making sure we had everything we needed, and that we always had food and drink in hand. One thing we will say is that communication was a little difficult leading up to the wedding. Not sure if it is the product of only hiring a Day of Coordinator, and not a full service planner, but there were times we would go for weeks / months without responses to questions, which made some planning aspects difficult. Once it was the month of our wedding, everything was totally fine and we definitely felt VERY taken care of. Just a little frustrating in the months leading up to it. But all in all, would 10000% recommend Milan Catering for both food and planning services!

My husband and I cannot even begin to express how grateful we are to the entire Milan Catering and Events team! While we were away taking photos, we had a designated team member bringing us food and drinks (we were never empty handed and loved this because we actually got to try all of the appetizers during cocktail hour!) The food was absolutely delicious!!! Our family and friends were raving about the food and the service. From the time we did our tasting and curated our menu, the chef took the time to come out and ask us what we liked and didn’t like and was willing to work with us to make each and every item we chose perfect for our special day! We would absolutely recommend using Milan for your big day as the entire event was seamless and the food and drinks were definitely a highlight! I can’t leave a review about Milan without mentioning Laura. She was so on top of every detail of our day and made sure everything went off without a hitch. As a bride, it was so special to me to be able to be truly present and not have to worry about anything all day because Laura was so easy to trust and so fun to work with! She truly knows what she is doing and she was so helpful when it came to making big decisions as she has seen it all and will always guide you in the right direction! Love this team so much!

Absolutely incredible! We were a rather low key couple and Laura made the day as magical as one could have hoped. She executed flawlessly and created a low stress environment for us and our families - we couldn't have asked for anyone better.

We can’t say enough good things about this vendor! It was an easy decision from the start to hire them for our big day and they did not disappoint. All of our guests kept telling us how amazing the food was and everything was prompt and perfect. Our Wedding Coordinator, Laura was also incredible!! Our day would not have been what it was without her. We fully trusted her and knew we were in the best hands. She guided us throughout the entire process and was so on top of it the day of! We don't even know where to begin, but I guess we can just start from the top! We sourced 4 different catering companies, and it was obvious that Milan was the one and only option. My husband and I plan events for a living, but we didn't want to 'work' at our wedding. Also let's face it - planning a wedding is nothing we've ever done before! Erin (sales) made us feel like she really wanted to host our wedding. Her proposal was very easy to follow - clear, organized, & personalized. Did I mention she is also a sweetheart who made a special appearance on our wedding day? Sales people don't get involved in operations - I, of all people, know that! Not only is Chef Roberta talented in her craft, but she's SO nice and personable. Chefs like that don't exist! She included special touches we requested to make our menu feel like 'us.' We can't tell you how many comments we received about the food & how it perfectly blended both my taste buds & my husband's - our guests loved the family style option and had plenty to drink & eat. Zach, Cathy & Scott really looked after us & our guests. Very cordial and professional! And last but certainly not least, our dear Laura who made it her personal mission to make sure we had the most spectacular & perfect wedding. Without getting into detail, there was a possibility in cancelling our wedding due to incontrollable circumstances, and weeks leading up to our big day, she asked all of our vendors to manifest that our wedding occur as planned! Haha! She made me cry, from the very first time we met (in a good way, of course!) It's the way she describes the scene, the emotion, the moment, what we may anticipate... she helped us visualize our wedding to the very last detail - and it all came together BEYOND what we could've ever imagined. I want to relive that day a hundred times over. We can't say enough great things about Milan (and all of our wedding partners). And should you be so lucky to work with Laura - you are in the best of hands! We're happy to say, we've created true friendships with some of the staff at Milan.

I'd give 6 stars if I could - Chef Roberta was incredible in every aspect, from menu design, accommodating dietary restrictions, and delivering on an incredible meal. Everyone RAVED about the food - from the hors d'oeuvres to the entrees to the desserts; the service was amazing; the setup was perfect; and Milan made everything so easy! Erin from the St. Pete office was absolutely a delight to work with. I HIGHLY highly recommend Milan, Chef Roberta, and Erin!

If you want the best food possible for your wedding, Milan is IT!!! We worked with Erin from the beginning on all of the booking details and she was very communicative, attentive and kind. She made us feel at ease throughout our entire engagement leading up to our wedding and when it came to our wedding Chef Roberta and Chef Nick absolutely nailed it! The food was outstanding and when we went table to table speaking with everyone, they could not stop raving about the food. We did family style and it was the perfect thing for our wedding. We had plenty of food for everyone and it gave our guests different things to try which was perfect! Also when I tell you my now husband and I absolutely LOVED the shrimp and grits we had two servings just us! It was a hit with everyone too! Our event manager Kathy was so wonderful to work with the night of our event as well and it couldn’t have gone better. We also had Milan provide the linens which looked so beautiful with everything else we had for the tables. It was perfect

The search is over!! Book Milan and Laura Snow today. The wedding was perfect thanks to Laura, absolutely no one is better. She has a way of getting everything done, smoothly. She is professional yet fun. I don’t know how she got into my head, but she captured our vision and enhanced our experience. Everyone is still raving about the wedding!!

We had chefs Roberta and Nick and lead Melanie and our wedding was absolutely amazing. Multiple guests commented that it was the best wedding food they ever had. Service was so fast and food was hot and delicious. Staff was also so sweet and accommodating. Plus I love that they assign someone to bring the couple appetizers if they are taking pictures during cocktail hour. Our contact Erin was also unbelievable throughout the entire process and many many emails. You will not regret hiring them for your wedding!

Laura is a god send!!!! There are no words for how great she is. She makes you feel so at ease on your big day. Me and my guests all loved the food. Overall everything went very well with Milan and I would recommend for sure.

Is it possible to give them more than 5 stars?! I cannot speak enough words of praise. We planned a destination wedding and when I reached out to Milan Catering they brought me nothing but peace of mind. From the first contact they are sincere and caring. They listen and make sure to attend to your requests. Erin was always quick to respond and attentive. The chef’s food is beyond amazing. Melt in your mouth best food you’ll ever have. Laura Snow as a wedding planner…wow just wow. For an OCD planner like myself it was mind blowing to have someone you can completely rely and trust and just enjoy your day as you should. Shonni who was bartending (but also wedding plans) also was with me moments before going down the aisle and put me at ease, made me laugh and smile then was AMAZING to all our guests. Luke was our bridal Server and made sure we were taken care of during photos. Giving us all the hors d’oeuvres and being so attentive. I mean…what bridal party likes to miss out on the food and drinks for photos…we didn’t have to! Zach who was our senior event manager and made sure it went off without a hitch. The comments more people make about our wedding is wishing to have a service like Milan Catering in Peoria. They made our wedding a true true fairy tale. More than we could have imagined.

Milan Catering immediately elevates any event with their guest oriented approach and restaurant level professionalism. We thoroughly enjoyed the food, mainly because we were able to hand pick the protein, sides, and sauces for all our offered dishes. That ability to dive into the menu and cultivate an experience for your guests through food was wonderful. We have only heard positive reviews from our guests regarding the evening. Milan even went out of their way to create a special dish for a food sensitive guest who rarely is able to partake in group meals. All without the bride and groom having to say a word. But beyond the food, the staff is a pleasure to work with. Erin and the team is punctual, communicative, hands on, and a joy to be around. Our event would not have had the same impact without them.

Food was definitely on our top priority for our wedding and Milan Catering did not disappoint! We are from out of town so we heavily relied on recommendations from our venue and online and we are glad that we made the best choice. They have a wide variety of dishes to choose from that it hard for us to decide what we initially wanted but with their expertise they helped us create a menu and all the dishes complimented each other well. Everything went smoothly on our wedding day and we didn’t have to worry about anything. We are so very grateful for having a server that would follow us throughout the reception since we would barely have any time to sit down and eat. Shoutout to our event manager, Carrie and our bartender, John, you guys are the best. Thank you so much for the great service. Multiple guests told us throughout the night and even a month after that the food was delicious. 100% recommend!

The company is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. People RAVED about the food at how good it was. We did have what felt like a lack of appetizers - most of our guests asked where the plantains we had were or wanting some more of them as they only had two staff serving 3 different apps. The day of set up was smooth, communication was clear and we enjoyed working with them.

I had the pleasure of working with Milan Catering for my wedding at the Powel Crosley Estate. Being an out of town bride had proven to be more stressful than I initially imagined but Milan Catering made it so much easier! I had Laura as my day of coordinator and she went above and beyond for my husband and I. From answering countless calls and texts, vendor suggestions, helping us navigate replanning our wedding due to COVID; she was amazing from start to finish. All of the food Milan catering provided from the passed appetizers to the meal was delicious with great presentation. The waitstaff and bartenders were so kind and professional. Josh and Jaycee were also amazing. We can’t thank you enough for an amazing wedding!

Erin and Chef Roberta were fantastic to work with start to finish. Erin was always extremely quick to respond and had a ton of helpful suggestions. We had a great tasting where we picked our menu and place settings. Everyone raved about how good our food was. And I have to agree. The wait staff was excellent and made sure my husband and I got plenty of the cocktail hour appetizers and large plates of dinner (and extra apps!). Would book them again in a heartbeat. While this was the most costly part of our wedding, it was well worth it. And they came in below many other well known caterers in the area for comparable menus.

If you’re in need for a caterer, book Milan catering hands down!!! Everyone raved about how amazing the food & drinks were. JC, the bartender, made pretty much whatever our guests asked for! From the very beginning Laura made be feel so welcomed and like I was the only bride she had!! The food and team were so amazing! We felt taken care of and informed the entire process and got to even work with the team so design some fun menu items…like a mashed potatoes bar! Highly recommend!!

Milan Catering was the best! We received so many compliments on the food and the service that was provided to our guests. Chef Roberta and her team were friendly, courteous, and helped to make our daughter's wedding so special. Laura was amazing and helped the day to go perfectly! Milan Catering is an ABSOLUTE dream! They are worth every penny and they have the most caring team. Erin was a joy to work with from the beginning and then I was assigned Laura to be my "go-to" person and she was beyond fantastic. The tasting they do is super fun they have all these entrees ready for you to taste (and that you get to choose) and Chef Roberta is truly an expert when it comes to creating the perfect wedding menu. Milan offers everything you need for your big day more than just food. They also offer bar service, cake service, dessert service, chairs, linens, flatware, glassware, etc.! We truly found that to be very helpful since we didn't need to go out of our way to get linens or dishes for our reception tables. They also have butler-served hors d'oeuvres which all of our guests loved and it added a touch of elegance to our cocktail hour. Our reception was also "butler-served" and our guests didn't need to leave their tables to get food or get in a line to get food. The food was brought to them and they truly enjoyed that. The whole Milan team is super friendly and professional and you won't regret working with them. They make everything so EASY for you and they prioritize your big day. They are very great at communication and they will respond emails very quick and take any calls you make. My husband and I are so happy we chose Milan Catering for our wedding and we highly recommend for you to look into Sarasota Wedding Gallery for styling and planning services (and you can add planning/styling services to your catering package).

The team at Milan Catering was helpful, professional, and offered the best catering service for our wedding from start to finish! AMAZING, AMAZING, AMAZING!! From start to finish my experience with Milan was incredible! Erin was incredibly responsive and receptive, which is really 95% of the reason I booked them. I had emailed a couple other big name caterers in the Tampa Bay Area and no one was as quick, informative, or helpful as Erin!! She needs a raise, seriously! I also added a day-of coordinator and Jennifer was like my fairy godmother! She kept everything moving, kept us on the timeline and was the voice that I needed to keep things where I wanted. I got the best response from my guests about the food and it made me so happy! Milan is 1000% the best choice we could have gone with for our wedding and I’m so glad we did!!

She even went as far as to create mini meat pies and Butter Beer for our Harry potter themed wedding. Milan Catering did an absolutely magnificent job for our wedding! Our wedding was delayed by COVID for a year and Laura Snow did an amazing job to make any adjustments as needed. Everything from the decorations to the food and to the service was spectacular. Laura was our Day of Coordinator and she made sure everything flowed from the moment we arrived to get ready, until all the guests left. We had the most spectacular wedding and I couldn't have done it without Laura and the Milan Catering team. Highly highly recommend!!

Our wedding venue had a list of approved caterers that we had to use and Milan catering was on the list. We are SO HAPPY that we decided to have them cater our special day. Erin helped us through the whole process. It included many many many emails back and forth, changing of colors, coming up with decor options, setting up tastings and so much more. As soon as we decided Milan would be catering for us, Erin sent out a personalized card that we thought was such a nice touch. The food was even better than when we had sampled it during the tasting!! It was absolutely delicious. The steak was tender, the chicken was moist and the sides were hot and fresh! Everything was beautifully plated. The staff was quick and efficient. We will be using Milan catering in the future. We highly recommend this vendor!!!

Milan Catering is simply amazing!! The staff were so incredibly attentive and made sure all of our guests need were met with speed and smiles! The food was all incredible. One of my favorite parts about working with this vendor is to have a “restaurant style” service where guests get to choose their meal the day of the event instead of selecting ahead of time. This felt really luxurious and our guests were so pleased. The food was also really, really delicious! I would highly recommend Milan to anyone looking for the best quality food and service!

My husband and I got married at Powel Crosley Estate on May 2nd 2021. I don't have words for how good it went. The day could not have gone the way it did without Laura Snow and Milan Catering. The food was fantastic and Laura was awesome!! She made us feel stress free the entire time! WOW! Laura Snow is a one of a kind wedding professional. She planned our daughter’s wedding at Powel Crosley Estate in April of 2021 and I couldn’t be more impressed with how she managed the wedding weekend. Laura brings happiness, positivity and valuable experience to a somewhat overwhelming process. She seamlessly made sure the day of the wedding was organized, timely and SO MUCH FUN! And the food was delicious~ our guests said that the family style food served table side was the best wedding food they ever had:) Any family who has planned a wedding during COVID can attest to the additional stress of shifting dates and ever changing restrictions, yet Laura and Chef Roberta kept us upbeat and on track... and truly helped our kids to have the wedding of their dreams! One of the best wedding decisions we made was hiring Laura Snow and Milan Catering:)

Working with Milan Catering for our wedding was such a seamless experience. We had to push our date back a year due to the pandemic and the entire team was so understanding and helpful every step of the way, not to mention the food was amazing. We're still getting compliments! The entire staff was wonderful and made sure we (the bride and groom) got to try all the hors d'oeuvres while we took pictures. Excellent caterer. Food was delicious and cooked to specification. Service too was top notch. Portion sizes were good. As we all know, this is not always the case with wedding food. Every guest felt compelled to let us know how enjoyable the entire experience was. It’s also really great that Milan is able to accommodate dinner selections onsite rather than needing to know ahead of time. We got some “style points” with guests for this. Chef Roberta is also an extremely pleasant person to be around. We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting and other interactions with the entire team. Would highly recommend.

Milan is literally the best in the business! I could not have asked for more on my wedding day. The service, food, drinks, & everything that Milan had to offer was exceptional. Everyone that we came in contact with for planning went above and beyond. Erin is so kind and very prompt with responses and answering all questions. Chef Roberta thoroughly explained the menu, how dinner service is planned out on the day of, executed a great tasting with us, and the food was amazing. Our favorite by far though was Laura Snow, our day of coordinator. She thinks of everything! She is so sweet and took care of all the little details for me. I didn't lift a finger on my wedding day and I am so so thankful that I had her on our special day. I really could not have asked for more and I highly recommend using Milan!

Milan Catering is the BEST!!! Laura and her team are awesome and it was a pleasure to work with her. She went above and beyond from the start to make my dream wedding happen. It really showed the day of the wedding. Everyone who attended the wedding were WOW by how amazing everything was.

From the first meeting with Milan all the way up to my wedding day, Laura made it an absolute dream. From picking out linens, colors, and the menu, she was there every step of the way. Signing with Milan was by far the best decision my husband and I made for our wedding day! Everything was PERFECT and exactly what we had hoped and dreamed it would be! If you are looking for a catering company for your wedding, look no further. Milan catering was absolutely AMAZING. People are still raving about the food from my wedding. They offer a table side service and all of the food is made fresh to order at your venue. So no reheated, dry food for your special day. My husband and I are foodies so our dinner and apps were important to us. Would hire Milan again and again.

You know it was a great wedding when you hear a lot of your guests who are frequent wedding goers say "Best Wedding Ever". I am not quite sure where to begin aside from the fact in saying we could not have made a better decision other than bringing on Milan Catering and Laura Snow to be a part of our wedding journey. Throughout the whole process, Milan was so accommodating with our vision and menu and the food was not only incredible, but also generously served. As the Bride, I can confidently say I was full and well serviced for the entire reception (when if the last time you heard a bride/groom say they almost ate too much on their wedding day?!) and that is all thanks to Laura and her team in ensuring we were well taken care of. From the timely service, well stocked bar, and everything in between Milan Catering and Laura Snow were key contributors in making 2/19/21 our best day ever and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.

My fiancé and I got married last weekend after almost 2 years of planning! From the beginning, Milan Catering has been so professional, quick to respond, and extremely transparent. They were the easiest vendor for us to hire because of this. Interviewing vendors and navigating contracts can become overwhelming fast. I can confidently say that throughout our planning process, we never once doubted Milan Catering. The food, WOW, I can't stop dreaming about the food. One of the things you never realize until you plan a wedding yourself is how important the food is! Chef Roberta is truly talented. At our tasting, she provided multiple flavor combinations and helped us pick items that our guests would love as much as we did. We went with the crispy chicken, jerk seasoned snapper, and ancho seasoned steak. All received rave reviews from our guests! Our planner, Laura, is an absolute STAR. She helped us with our date change (due to COVID) and was so kind to us during a sad and stressful time. When it finally came down to planning our new date, Laura knocked it out of the park. She reassured us that everything would work out, and it did! Our day was perfect!! If something went wrong, I honestly didn't notice. One thing I did notice, however, is how much time and effort Laura put into our day. She is so efficient and quick to act. I truly don't anyone more organized than her. Our family and friends are still commenting on how professional Laura is. As an added bonus, she took a bunch of photos and videos of our wedding and sent them over the day after we got married. This was such a special touch because we couldn't wait to see photos outside of our friends intoxicated iPhone shots (haha). Laura reminded us to breath and live in the moment - the best advice a bride and groom could get on their wedding day. We can't thank Milan Catering and Laura enough for making our day the best ever! I highly HIGHLY recommend adding them to your vendor team!

I cannot say enough good thinks about Milan Catering and Laura Snow! Guests are still raving about how amazing the food was and how quick it came out. I was nervous about having a plated meal, however Milan Catering did not skip a beat. Laura is an absolutely incredible day of coordinator. I cannot even begin to explain how much she did for my husband, family, and I during our wedding day and leading up to it. Laura can really do and handle it all. She sewed my dress after a latch on the back of it broke. Our mirrored seating chart that I had DIYed got knocked over by the wind at the venue and found a replacement and remade the whole mirror before the wedding and I had NO IDEA. The list truly goes on and on, on how Laura went absolutely above and beyond. We cannot thank her enough for being a HUGE part of our wedding day that was out of our wildest dreams. Thank you Milan Catering and Laura Snow!!!!
