We worked with Charmaine and Deanna for the majority of our wedding planning and enough good things cannot be said about the both of them. Charmaine was exceptional to work with from picking out our venue to all of the final details that mattered to us. She was always quick to respond to questions and explain our options. Deanna was also quick to respond to any communication which was much appreciated as the wedding day was approaching. She took all of the stress off of us when we had last minute changes and was accommodating to all of our asks. We cannot say thank you enough to the wonderful staff at Zilli who made our wedding day the best day ever. The food was exceptional and the staff was kind and professional. If you are looking for the experts in planning your perfect event, look no further!

ZHG was the best gift we could have gotten when planning our wedding. To start we would like to give a huge thank you to Deanna and Charmaine for always being available and welcoming for any questions that we both had throughout the process. From the very beginning Charmaine made us feel welcomed and excited about the wedding. We had our Wedding at The Miller Room downtown Milwaukee, and we cannot say enough great things about the venue. The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and set up perfectly with the most gorgeous backdrop of Lake Michigan and the Milwaukee Art Museum. When we first were getting in groove of planning ZHG had me and my husband fill out a questionnaire. This turned out to be one of the most important and helpful items we received during the entire planning process. This questionnaire made us feel like we were in control of how everything was going to go for the wedding with the guidance and knowledge of a non-biased party. This is something we both think sets ZHG apart from their competitors and would highly recommend using them in future for any of your events! If I could give the Zilli Hospitality Group staff at The Miller Room ten stars I would! Our experience with the Zilli Hospitality Group staff was phenomenal from start to finish. Deanna was organized, professional, and very responsive to (and patient with!) our many questions, changes and revisions. Most importantly, she was always warm and friendly, as were all of the event staff. Stephanie Zilli, our event manager, and Kandy, his assistant, went above and beyond the day of the celebration to make sure everything went smoothly. David, the executive sous-chef, prepared delicious meals that were served efficiently by Egan, Jesus, Jennifer, Antoinette, Ethan, Timmia, Kate, Peter, and Rion. Bartenders Courtney, Gina, and Holly were fantastic. I can't say enough about what a wonderful venue this is for a wedding ceremony and celebration!

From the beginning stages of planning our wedding, to the day we sat down at our reception and took the first bites of our wedding food, Zilli's made our entire experience flawless, easy, fluid, and personal. For my wife & I, food is special to us. The art of plating visually appealing ingredients, the bright colors of a well plated dish, the emotion that food brings out in each us and creates a social environment that we as individuals connect around. Food is love. And food is what brings us together. So when we were trying caters, this was the standards that our cater needed to meet. The first day we came in for a tasting, it was winter and we showed up to a very intimate & cozy dining room with only one table for us and our maid-of-honor/best man, with a rolling fireplace to keep us warm, in a dim lit room, while it snowed outside. It was a perfect, move-like, experience. Zilli's gave us incredible wines to try, and presented us with some of the most beautifully plated options we've seen out of ANY cater or restaurant a-like. After we committed to Zilli's, the following months leading up to our wedding, Jessica and Krystal were ON TOP of their game. Checking up with us regularly, responding to our emails and concerns timely, updating our customer account portal to ensure accuracy, and staying organized to make sure our day went off without a hitch. The night came, and one of the employees, Virginia, was the highlight of our "day-of" experience with Zilli's. Virginia spent her entire afternoon & evening making sure my mother and mother-in-law were taken care of so they never had to stand in a long line waiting for a drink or take time away from visiting their loved ones to refill their glass, and she made sure my wife & I were happy and had everything we needed even if it wasn't related to the Zilli's catering services. I had never had an experience where someone paid this much attention to our concerns, feelings, and making sure that we had a good night. I never had to ask anyone for anything, because as soon as I realized that I needed something throughout the night (no matter where I was), Virginia had already anticipated that I would need it and was standing there next to me with whatever I needed, waiting for me. She was like a ninja. Always everywhere. This was an incredible experience that made our wedding night even more special. Our guests are still raving weeks later about how amazing our food was and how a lot of them hadn't had food this incredible in their lives, even at restaurants. The professionalism and experience that Zilli provided from the start of the planning process to the end of the event exceeded our expectations. Candy and Beth provided exceptional support as we planned our reception and went above and beyond to help us adjust to unanticipated challenges. Rhonda, Virginia and the Miller Room staff were outstanding. The service at our reception was noticed not only by the bride/groom/wedding party but also several guests who came up to us and remarked of their thoughtfulness throughout the night. The space itself provided a beautiful setting for our event and the hors d'oeuvres and dinner were enjoyed by all!

While there is room for improvement on venue to client communication, our wedding was nearly flawless and just wonderful. Zilli went above and beyond the day of the wedding.

We are so grateful to The Miller Room and Zilli Hospitality Group for their expertise and partnership while planning our wedding as we hoped to find a space that fit all of our criteria, especially our "one-stop-shop" priority as we were planning from out of town (majority of things included, catering service on site, bar service included, etc.). We were so lucky to be working with the Zilli and Miller Room staff and coordinators, especially after being impacted by the pandemic and needing to reschedule our wedding three times. The Miller Room team is responsive, compassionate, can recommend some great vendors in the area to work with, and can help work with a variety of budgets. Everything from the ceremony on the South Lawn (overlooking the lake and art museum) to the cocktail hour (outside and covered) to the reception (beautifully new redesigned room) was easy to plan with our coordinators and executed to perfection and we couldn't have asked for a better space to hold our wedding.

Roxann and Deanna were amazing. This venue was a last minute switch to due to Covid issues with our original Venue. They helped make this location even more beautiful then we could imagine. Great waitstaff and our wedding was truly magical.

I want to start off by saying, THANK YOU Yvette and Cheyenne!! Everything turned out great! We wouldn’t have changed anything. We were more than happy with how everything turned out from the food to the set up. All of our guests loved the food and enjoyed the venue! Thank you for your patience from day one, for meeting with us, and for being on site the day of. We started planning during COVID and you kept us updated as changes were made. Everything was so detailed you made it seem too easy, and I loved that. Also, I forgot the table numbers but you acted quickly and made some on the spot. The entire staff on site on our wedding day was great and so kind! Cheyenne thank you for being so attentive and professional. Yvette thank you for recommending the Miller Room and for your time on planning it all out with us. I would definitely recommend Zilli Hospitality Group. Once again thank you, thank you, thank you!!

After visiting what felt like endless venues, The Miller Room just blew everyone out of the water. Char couldn’t have made our experience any better. Nobody even came close to the hospitality, knowledge, generosity, the list goes on... I would choose Char went above and beyond from the very get go and I can’t wait to work with her on the biggest day of my life!

Unfortunately due to COVID we had to switch our original venue which was stressful at first. We were lucky to have booked with Zilli as they arranged a back up venue (Miller Room) for us!It’s very elegant and updated and has perfect view of Lake Michigan. We didn’t have the opportunity to see it in person until rehearsal because the venue switch was close to our date but we are so happy Zilli secured this beautiful spot for us. Our wedding ended up being perfect and we ended up very happy with having it at the Miller Room. Much thanks to Roxann and Deanna for helping us through this stressful time and securing such a lovely place for this important milestone in our lives!

Our wedding at the Miller Room was absolutely perfect! Zilli hospitality focuses on all the small details to make your day unique and special. The location of the Miller Room has breathtaking views and is in the middle of downtown. We also did our rehearsal dinner at the Cost Room (right next door). There are plenty of sizing, food, and décor options through Zilli hospitality. We were very happy with everything they provided.

My husband and I had the most successful and fun time planning our wedding with Zilli hospitality group, and specifically Roxann and Deanna. We had to change our venue due to COVID and they made any stress of planning, so much more easy to deal with because of their communication and availability. We LOVED the Miller room to start, and although it wasn’t our “first pick,” it was the best choice and I can’t imagine having our wedding at any other venue now. It has the BEST scenery for getting married out side, a huge patio for people to enjoy, and the Miller room itself was made into a fantastic ballroom that fit our guests spatially and safely (because of covid restrictions). Not only was Roxann and Deanna great wedding coordinators, but the day of staff was so helpful and nice, AND Zilli’s food is just simply the best. We received many compliments over the course of the night. Overall, I highly recommend Zilli hospitality group and the Miller room!!

My husband and I got married on 10/03/2020. Although it was a drizzly day, Miller staff were super accommodating and moved guest seating under the awning and had our ceremony there. With COVID-19, they were even more accommodating to make sure everyone felt safe and comfortable. Staff were super nice! We were offered drinks on the house, and our parents were also asked too. We were given a platter of hors d’oeuvres at dinner because the staff wanted to make sure we had some while we had been talking to everyone at cocktail hour. Staff also did not complain when we drank out the house 😂 two grocery store runs for us! Aaaaand had to go over to the other wedding to get some more. They didn’t stop us from having a fun night! We don’t have anything bad to say about this venue. It was so perfect. Thanks Roxanne and Deanna!!!

My husband and I got married at the Miller Room on August 9 and it was perfect! Starting with the venue, the view of the lake and the Calatrava is phenomenal and the inside is new and trendy! From the beginning, Yvette was so easy to work with! We had originally booked Boerner Botanical Gardens but had to switch venues. In midst of a pandemic, she was there to talk me through the options we had for still hosting our wedding. On our wedding day, the staff were so friendly and attentive! Their safety procedures put in place to keep my guests safe was much appreciated. My guests still rave about the food! I was even able to customize a few items to mine and my husband’s tastes. The service, food, and overall experience was unmatched!

Had our wedding here on 9/5 & everything was fantastic. Worked with Yvette M. & Cheyenne H. and the two are great! Very helpful & great communication from both. Food was delicious & staff was very attentive. Everything was set up to what we had asked for and much more. Would definitely recommend & Yvette is a doll to work with!

We fell in love with the miller room immediately. Downtown Milkwaukee, views of Lake Michigan, and the room itself...all we did to decorate the room was add center pieces for the tables it's recently remodeled and beautiful! The staff at Zilli was incredible. They were easily reachable and helped me through the process in the months leading up to the wedding and the on site staff day of resulted in a stress free experience.

We decided to book the Miller Room for our wedding in October for the stellar views, newly renovated space, and all-inclusive pricing. From the beginning of our planning process, Roxann went above and beyond to work with us (from afar - we begun planning in a different state!) to make sure that all of our questions were answered. The remainder of the planning process was easy and I loved how everything was covered within the venue and price (save for a few small add-ins here and there for additional tables). The newly renovated reception space was gorgeous and I loved all the unique touches they included. Our event coordinators - Roxann, Jessica, and Deanna were very responsive and easy to work with. When it came to our wedding day, the Zilli staff was a well-oiled machine making sure everything ran smoothly. Our event managers Rhonda and McKenna made sure that my husband and I were taken care of including saving us appetizers from our cocktail hour and getting us drinks so we could sit and enjoy dinner! The views of the lake and art museum at our ceremony were breathtaking. At the cocktail hour and reception, our guests raved about the appetizers and food - we highly recommend the flaming doughnut bar for dessert! I would recommend this venue if you are looking for affordable and easy planning in the city!

We couldn’t have had a better experience with our wedding! The Miller Room is beautiful, newly renovated, and the staff was excellent. We had an iffy weather day and they worked with us to have a last minute decision for an outdoor ceremony or a tented ceremony. Majority of the vendors are included with the venue, which made for a much less stressful day of, not having to wonder if vendors would show up on time or at all. Abby was an amazing event planner to work with. She went out of her way to make sure my husband and I had the wedding we dreamed of. She was very easy to contact and very quick to respond. Nothing was too big of a request for her. We had a truly wonderful experience with The Miller Room!

We couldn't have been happier with our decision to have our wedding ceremony and reception at the Miller Room! Our day was perfect thanks to Abby and the entire Zilli team. From the initial phone calls to learn the details about the venue to cleaning up at the end of our wedding night, we were very satisfied with our experience. We really appreciated the quick e-mail responses and helping us feel organized during all of the planning. On our wedding day, the staff was very attentive to our needs and the overall service and food was amazing. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of Deanna and her team at the Miller room! From the early stages of planning, Deanna and her team were always there to answer any questions or concerns we may had, and ensured us that everything would be perfect for our day. Sure enough, our wedding day was perfect. From the random emails I asked, to re-asking the same questions over again since I couldn't keep everything straight, Deanna and her team were on top of everything and made the my wedding planning process 100% easier! Along with the exceptional service from Deanna and her team, the Miller room itself is absolutely beautiful! We had cocktail hour outside with bag toss and large Jenga, and our guests absolutely LOVED being outside, playing games, relaxing on the loungewear, and being able to enjoy the beautiful Milwaukee lake and sunset. I would recommend Deanna specifically to any bride out there- she was a DREAM to work with and I will be contacting her again in the future if I am hosting another event. I would also highly recommend the Miller room for multiple reasons; 1. the venue is the perfect spot for outdoor/indoor reception fun 2. you are right on the lake which guests love and you will love for photos 3. the staff coordinating the night were extremely professional and kept checking in to make sure everything was how we wanted it 4. the food is SPECTACULAR! 5. The room just got re-done and is absolutely stunning 6. My wedding was a dream all because of Deanna, her team, and the beautiful Miller room.

I do not even know where to start. Working with Jessica Pillsbury and the rest of the team at The Miller Room (especially Rhonda and Katie) was incredible. The venue was beautiful and the food was absolutely amazing...SO delicious. The staff was polite, friendly, and fun to work with. If we had anything come up, they helped us problem solve. I can not say enough positive things about our experience with The Miller Room. We were beyond happy with everything! Thank you all SO much ❤️

What a perfect day! Roxann, Jessica, and all the staff at Zilli Hospitality were amazing to work with. Communication with them was a breeze - they answered every question we had with punctuality, typically responding to emails within a day or two. They were flexible and willing to work with our preferences to create the vision we were hoping for, and their attention to details put as at ease knowing the wedding was in very capable hands! The staff on the day of the wedding were incredibly friendly and helped everything go so smoothly, even bringing drinks or appetizers right to us so we wouldn't miss them while we were being a bride and groom! Roxann was a godsent on the day of as she made sure the ceremony went off without a hitch. One moment that secured my gratitude towards the Zilli staff was when the event manager for the day saw one of my flower girls upset after loosing a silk flower from the sash of her dress. The manager went out of her way to find a rose and pinned it to her sash as a replacement, saving the day for my flower girl - she was so happy! Thank you so much Zilli, we couldn't have chosen anyone better to have for our wedding!

Omg! Great staff and beautiful venue. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony (south garden) and reception at the Miller room and it was amazing. Jessica and her team were amazing. Anything we needed they were right there to answer anything. On the day of our wedding the whole team was very hands on. The Food was a huge hit all of our guest stated it was the best wedding reception dinner they've had thus far. Our wedding day perfect. Big thanks to Jessica and the Zilli team.

illi's, and more importantly Roxann and her team, at the Miller room were amazing! From our first tour of the Domes to our wedding day in O'Donnell park and the Miller room, we felt important and cared for. The vision we had for our day was perfectly executed. Before our wedding - All of my emails and phone calls were returned within 48 hours and Roxann or her team were always willing to answer any and every one of my questions - no matter how silly they seemed. There are so many options for decor, timeline, etc all the little details that made our day so special and Roxann took her time to explain all of them and help us make the day perfectly ours. Day of -- Roxann was there to make sure all our other vendors were set up properly and such. She was in contact with me and my husband the whole morning and made sure things stayed on schedule. When it came to dinner - we had one server who kept checking in on just my husband and I which we both thought was the perfect touch. The staff also made sure we had a plate of our cocktail hour snacks as we didnt get a chance to try them during cocktail hour because of photos. The food was amazing - shoutout to the chefs! - people still talk about it months later. Everything about our day was perfect and Zilli's was such a huge part of that! We cant thank them enough for everything!

My husband and I had our wedding on New Year’s Eve in Milwaukee, and we chose Zilli Lake and Gardens overlooking Lake Michigan for both the ceremony and reception. We used three different spaces inside. Zilli’s provided a different look for each space. It ended up being very, very beautiful and perfect for a New Year’s Eve wedding. They truly listened to us, about half of the menu was custom, the spiral beet salad and the custom indian station to the early morning 12:01 AM custom breakfast was AMAZING, and the service was fabulous. I felt like no detail was overlooked. Our team made us feel like the most important couple they ever had. I felt they really demonstrated the true meaning of hospitality – they were friendly, generous, helpful, took care of the elderly with assisting them in many ways, assisting the parents with the youngsters and making sure that our family and friends were well taken care.

The Miller Room is the hidden gem of the city! We had our wedding reception here and it was wonderful! The staff at Zilli Hospitality was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Roxann and Deanna. They made the entire process run very smoothly. The food at our dinner was so delicious - almost everyone told us it was the best wedding dinner they’ve ever had. The views and ambience are both amazing as well.

The team at Zilli Hospitality Group were phenomenal to work with. When deciding on a venue, Roxann was extremely helpful, detailed and transparent when discussing pricing options and packages, which are not easy conversations to navigate. Throughout the planning stages, Deanna and Jessica were extremely friendly, accessible and punctual in answerings questions and making decisions. The true character of a team is displayed in how they problem solve. While we ran into two minor snags, one being a torrential downpour prior to our ceremony , the team was supportive, solution focused, positive and champions of making our day the best day ever. Rhonda's exceptional service the night of our wedding was also notable! We could not be happier with our choice and are forever grateful for meeting this fantastic group of people!

My husband and I could not be happier that we chose the Miller Room to host our wedding! From beginning to end everything was absolutely spectacular and beautiful. The service provided by each and every staff member was above and beyond what we could have imagined. Our families cannot stop talking about how great of a venue this was. We would recommend this venue to anyone!

We had our May 4, 2019 wedding ceremony and reception at The South Garden (outdoor ceremony) and The Miller Room(reception). Deanna and Roxanne were THE BEST to work with. Anytime I couldn’t make a decision, they had a great opinion to help me out! The space was gorgeous and the food was phenomenal! We have not stopped receiving compliments from guests on how pretty the venue was and how amazing the food was, many say it was the best they have ever had at a wedding! There are many different food/beverage options, so you can really make it your own, and cater to your price point. Would def recommend this team and venue for any event!

My husband and I had a great experience in planning our wedding with Zilli! We worked with Jessica, Roxann, and their team to coordinate, schedule, and plan the details of our ceremony and reception. They were easily accessible, responsive, and very knowledgeable. We appreciated their willingness to answer our many questions and clarifications. They were patient and understanding in being flexible with changes and small details. We attended several food tasting in order to make informed decisions about our menu. All the food that was severed at our wedding was fantastic and we received many compliments about how good the food tasted. The bar and wait staff at our reception were excellent! Specifically McKenna, Angela, and several others were attentive, personable, and fun. They really made our evening enjoyable and created an atmosphere that was relaxed and so FUN! Thank you so much for all your hard work!

If we could give this venue 10 stars, we would! Zilli hospitality group was great to work with and made everything on our big day run extremely smoothly. We had a wonderful wedding day that we wish we could re-live over and over again, and we owe a big part of that to Zilli/The Miller Room. We couldn't be happier with the Miller Room as our reception venue. The outdoor cocktail hour on the patio overlooking the park and lake was amazing and just what we wanted for outdoor space. We also received so many compliments from our guests on the venue space along with the great food and wonderfully pleasant event staff.

The Miller Room was gorgeous for our wedding! All of our guests commented on the great food and service we received. The room itself is so beautiful that we did not need very big centerpieces or any additional decorations. The team at Zilli Hospitality Group is great to work with and I highly recommend using any one of their venues.

The Miller Room location is amazing. We didn't need many decorations because the lake backdrop is just gorgeous. The coordinators are extremely responsive and easy to work with, and the staff onsite during the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were phenomenal. They were very friendly and accommodating. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting on the food either! Many people said it was the best wedding food they've had. I would recommend the Miller Room and Zilli Catering to anyone!

We could not have been happier with Miller Room in Milwaukee. The location can not be beat, and our guests were blown away with the view of the lake during the ceremony and from the reception balcony. The coordinators were easy to work with, but the staff who really stole our hearts were the servers and bartenders! We had so many positive comments from our guests about how nice the service staff was. As the bride, I did not have to worry about a thing all night, and everything that I requested for food, plans, etc was granted with no question. We even did some out of the ordinary appetizers and had a special regional menu for our Mexican wedding! All in all, it was a fantastic venue. I recommend Zilli Catering and venues to any couple looking to get married!

Zilli Hospitality Group was a pleasure to work with! For our wedding reception, we knew that we wanted to work with a vendor that would offer several services and ZHG fit the bill -- they provided us with the venue, tables, linens, silverware, catering and a day-of coordinator for the reception! They also had a lot of connections to floral and DJ service providers, although we did not use them. As far as the staff, Candy and Roxann were great points of contact to us throughout the planning process, often making time to meet with us when we were in town (we live in the Chicago area). On the day of the wedding, we could not have been happier with ZHG's food, drinks and service. All of the staff (day-of coordinator, servers, bartenders) were polite and accommodating, even when one of our guests had been rude to one of the servers (so embarassing!). We've heard from multiple guests that ours was the best wedding they had ever been to, and we know that ZHG played a big part in that! As for choosing the Miller Room specifically, we loved that it has two entire walls of floor to ceiling glass windows which provide gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding museums, e.g., the Milwaukee Art Museum and Discovery World. Rental of the venue also included access to its partially covered, outdoor patio that faces Lake Michigan. We ended up hosting our cocktail hour on the patio, which our guests LOVED! I would definitely recommend choosing the Miller Room for your wedding reception and Zilli Hospitality Group for your catering needs!

Miller Room / Coast were the final venues we checked out before selecting our wedding venue. My fiancé and I are so glad we stopped! Candy and Roxanne were AMAZING to work with through the entire process. From the tasting we won the Late Night Food Bar - such a pleasant surprise! Our wedding day was the PERFECT day! Upon arriving we were shown the Bridal Suite in Coast. There was a mini-signature cocktail for everyone in the bridal party - another pleasant surprise! The staff was GREAT the entire time. From having someone hold my plate so I wouldn't get my dress dirty to helping take down all of the vases and pack in my mom's car. The food was such a hit! From the appetizers to the meal / desserts, we've received several comments from our guests that it was the best wedding food they've ever had. I would recommend this venue for anybody - the staff, location, food - everything was perfect!

Zilli put on a day that will never be forgotten! Roxanne and Candy were so helpful through the entire process- they do their job wonderfully! There is not a thing I would change and our guests had nothing but great things to say about their experience. The food was such a highlight, which was important to us. Without a doubt there is nothing I would have changed from the day and would recommend this beautiful venue to anyone!

The service and food was excellent and the space is the most beautiful in Milwaukee. It was our first pick for our wedding reception and it did not disappoint.

My husband and I got married June 13th. We had our ceremony outside in the South Garden, followed by our reception in the Miller Room. And IT WAS PERFECT!!! We had looked at several different venues by the time we saw the Miller Room, but once we met Candy and she showed us the venue we knew that was exactly what we wanted for our wedding! Not only was the Miller Room very elegant, beautiful, and exactly what we were invisioning, but Candy was so approachable and made us feel very comfortable and welcome from the very first time we met. And we were very pleased that throughout our 18 month planning process that helpfulness never changed. Anytime I had a question, concern, or just needed a professional opinion on something Candy and her assistant Roxann were only a phone call away. Our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we still recieve compliments almost daily about how great the food was, the courteous staff, how beautiful our ceremony and reception were, etc. It honestly was perfect and I would not have changed a single thing!!! I would definitely recommend this venue, or any other venue of Zilli Hospitality Group! Candy, thank you for the countless phone calls, emails, and everything you helped us with. The Miller Room was in a wonderful location, and set such a great atmosphere. It was so perfect to have cocktails outside on the patio overlooking the lake and the art museum! My favorite part about the venue was how much natural light came in through the two walls of windows. You didn't feel trapped, but because the room isn't too big, you also didn't feel overwhelmed, either. Candy was also fantastic in helping us coordinate everything while living in separate states! They are great about setting up payment plans so that you aren't worried about the bill come your wedding day. And even though they are incredibly professional, they are willing to help you personalize your day, too. We asked for a root beer float bar as our late night snack, and got it without any hesitation on their end. One of the best things about this venue, I think, is that they also handle all of the catering and beverages. It saves you a lot of time, and helps cuts down on vendors to keep track of. The person you start working with is the person who stays on your event until day of, but they aren't the only ones who are familiar with your day. Day of, they take the reigns and coordinate all of your vendors as you request free of charge. It helps, of course, that they have worked with so many vendors over the years that they are familiar with most of them! The staff were on top of dinner and drinks all night, and we felt very well taken care of. Beautiful space, reasonable prices, and friendly faces. I fully recommend the Miller Room.

My husband and I chose Miller Room for our wedding reception. We had our ceremony on the terrace right outside. The venue was perfect! The ceremony was so beautiful with the lake in the background and the room was perfect for our reception. I loved that we were able to have cocktail hour out on the terrace, which provided a wonderful outdoor space. The room was the perfect size for our 175 guests and the decor was beautiful. There are lots of windows, which have great views and let in light. Zilli is the caterer/planner for this venue. They were very accomodating and let us set up the room how we wanted it. Zilli was wonderful to work with. They answered all of our questions and met all of our requests. Because they have done so many weddings, they are experts! Everything was perfect on our wedding day and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!

We had our daughter's reception at Coast. Everything was perfect! Working with Candy and her staff was a stress free enjoyable expierence from the very beginning. Our questions and emails were answered immediately. When the day finally came everything at Coast was beautiful. Paul was our "go to" person for the evening and couldn't have been nicer to work with. The entire staff was awesome, so helpful,courteous, and a smile on everyone's face. The food was incredible!! Best wedding food ever! We had passed hors d' oerves that were done so elegantly. SO many people came up to my husband and me and said Coast was one of the nicest venues they had been to. They truly made my daughter's special day, an outstanding day!!

Although the room can seem a little plain at first sight, I used candles and the drop ceiling fabric to decorate it and it transformed the room. We had a large wedding of 300 guests and all of the guests fit great within the room.

The room was the perfect size and elegant - with great views of the lakefront!

The Harbor Lights Room is the perfect location downtown, especially if you have a larger wedding. It's easy to get to, plenty of parking across the street and gorgeous views of the art museum and lake front. There is an outdoor garden area that is awesome! Another plus for me was that the bar was actually inside of the same room that dinner and dancing are held. How many times have you been to a wedding where one groups is seperated out by the bar somewhere and a handful of people are left dancing? I really wanted to avoid that and the set up here is perfect for keeping the guests all together. We got so many compliments on the food and the bar service, the wait staff was awesome. This venue is also very affordable, especially given the desirable downtown location.

The facility was spectacular and the views of the lake and Art Museum were great. We were very excited this place had an opening and we grabbed it as soon as we could. Necessary to work with the in house dj and the caterer but they did a fantastic job.

We first decided on the Harbor Lights Room because they had a date in Sept open. After meeting with the staff we realized we made the right decision. Candy was so friendly and helpful with the whole process. Any questions we had (Big or Small) were always addressed promptly. The Whole Zilli family were so accommodating to anything we asked for. We are still getting compliments on the food and service at our reception. The staff was so attentive to Jason and I through out the whole night. Always making sure we were doing ok and if we needed anything or if our guests needed anything. I can't say enough about the whole staff. They truly made us feel like we were the most important people that day. Even the DJ (also ran by the Zilli group) was amazing. The website they send you makes it so easy to plan every single detail. And Joe our DJ was also very friendly, accommodating and did a great job. The dance floor was never empty. So I would highly recommend a wedding with the Zilli's! So much, that my best friend is using them to cater her wedding and using "DJ's on the mix" as well. Jason and I just might have to throw a party every couple years just to go back!

My daughter got married in April and after checking many venues, we decided on the Harbor Lights Room. The location in downtown Milwaukee at the lakefront was very nice. The room was more than ample for the 100+ attendees. The cocktail "hour" was held in the outside "hall" area and I confess I was a bit worried about this, but that worked out very well and when the doors were opened to the reception area, you could feel the WOW! Instead of a sit-down dinner we had four food stations which was GREAT and everyone commented on how delicious everything was. There was no skimping on the food. There was also plenty of floor space for dancing. All in all it was one beautiful wedding and I was so happy for my daughter. The staff worked with my daughter, showing great attention to detail and helping her to get the wedding of her dreams.
