We worked with Audrey for our wedding, and while there were definitely some positive aspects, there were also some areas where things didn't go as smoothly as we had hoped. To start with the good, Audrey is very sweet and did a great job in some areas, like helping us with the initial planning stages. Her dedication and enthusiasm were clear, and we appreciate the effort she put into trying to make our day special.
However, there were a few coordination issues that impacted our overall experience. For instance, when guests were arriving, there was some confusion about where they should go, and the seating arrangements for the ceremony weren’t clearly communicated, leading to some unnecessary stress. During the family photo session, there was a mix-up, and extended family thought they were supposed to stick around, when it was really intended for immediate family only. This caused some delays and confusion.
Additionally, we had a major issue with our marriage license. There was some miscommunication about notarizing our marriage license so we ended up scrambling at 10 pm on the night of the wedding to find someone to notarize our license so we could be officially married. This was an incredibly stressful situation that could have been avoided with better communication. There was also a mix-up when it came to announcing the guests to eat, which threw off the schedule and added to the overall disorganization.
We also noticed that the guest book wasn’t signed by many of our guests, likely because it wasn’t in a prominent location, and our wedding favors were left behind by several guests since they didn’t realize they were in the lobby. Additionally, my dress was bustled incorrectly and should have been done earlier, which caused some last-minute scrambling before the dancing began.
While we truly appreciate Audrey's kindness and the things that did go well, these issues did affect our day, which is why we felt it was important to provide this feedback. We believe there is potential for improvement, and with some fine-tuning, Audrey could deliver an even better experience for future couples.
Audrey K. was nothing but professional, organized, down to earth, flexible, and of course super fun to work with! She went above and beyond to make sure she knew every detail I had in mind for my wedding and she made it come to life. She made my wedding day stress free and throughout the planning process she was always just a text or phone call away and answered immediately! She was the answer to my prayers and I highly recommend Audrey K. to be your go to person for all things wedding!
Audrey is the best! I used her partial planning service and was so impressed with her attention to detail, professionalism, and ability to get things done. She made all of my requests happen and did it all with a smile. She truly cares about all of her brides and makes sure that their day is perfect! I can confidently say that Audrey works well under pressure as the power went out 2 hours before my ceremony started. Audrey immediately had a plan A, B, and C and ensured that everything still ran smoothly despite circumstances out of our control. I would recommend Audrey to anyone!
I can't imagine the planning process without Audrey. She's a master of details, she's calm and collected, and she's always going the extra mile to ensure things are perfect and tailored to you.
All of our vendors were complimentary of Audrey and they enjoyed working with her. Having her coordinate/schedule with them alone was a major feat that she handled with ease. I really feel like Audrey understood us and our vision for our wedding. She made it all happen in a way that we couldn't have without her.
Audrey is outstanding! I cannot say enough good things about her. The weeks leading up to our wedding were stress-free because Audrey did such a fantastic job communicating with our vendors and with us. She thought of details that I never would have.
I could truly be in the moment and enjoy every second of our wedding because Audrey had everything under control. She is so kind, calm, and very professional.
Hiring Audrey was the best money we spent on our wedding! I am sad that our wedding is over because we don't get to work with Audrey anymore.
Audrey was delightful to work with. She handled all of the vendor coordination , set up for reception and clean up. I can’t imagine doing this with out her. We had a fabulous event with her help. The venders also commented how great she was to work with.
Abby was an amazing calm presence for our wonderful day! We are so grateful for everything she did to make our day run smoothly and for her never loosing her cool and keeping us all stress-free!
