It was crazy hot outside and out reception was outside so I am sure every worker was sweating and dying, but they always had a smile on their face and did everything to make our wedding great! those changes were less than ideal for them, Lynn and Milo's were nothing but accommodating! The food was FABULOUS, and we received so many compliments from our family and guests. The staff was always professional, and even helped us troubleshoot some minor issues at the venue the night of. Not sure if it was due to our venue choice, but from the beginning, I was pretty shocked at just how much Milo's was in charge of (going through floor plans, suggesting different layouts and placement of things, minor decor, table centerpieces, set up, tear down, linens, and even the main presence the day of-so much more than just making and serving our food!) and they did everything so well! During the craziness of COVID, it was easy to see the true colors of all of our vendors, and Milo's was definitely one we were so super happy we chose to work with!

b for our wedding reception— I can’t even count how many of our guests came up to me to tell me that their dinner at my wedding was the best meal they’ve ever had. It was honestly so so delicious. The mushroom risotto is the best risotto I’ve ever had!! I am so glad that we chose Milo’s, and I would recommend them to anyone planning an event requiring catering.

ay. We worked with Lynn, who was absolutely amazing and so helpful. She was so supportive of all our requests and made sure everything we had on the menu would travel well. I honestly think the food tasting was one of the best meals I’ve had – everything was SO good and we had such a hard time choosing our final menu. On top of the travel and the heat, we also had an unexpected wrench thrown in our plans when a huge storm rolled in fast during our salads, pouring rain onto and into the tent. A gust of wind ripped the 3 foot long metal tent stakes out of the ground and left them flying in the air. Tables were flipped upside down by the wind, and my family and friends leapt up to grab the tent and make sure it didn’t fly away/collapse. I seriously thought people were going to be killed. To be honest, though, I didn’t comprehend how much of a disaster it was until several days later when I saw photos of the overturned tables. That’s because the entire catering team worked so hard to quickly turn everything around: resetting tables, cleaning up the mess, and making the sure the food stayed warm. Some of my guests even said a bartender was standing out in the pouring rain, ready to serve our guests drinks!! Somehow, we ended up sitting back down for a dinner that was SO good – we received so many compliments on the meal. My wedding certainly did not turn out as I had planned at all, but with the help of Milo’s it was still a huge success!

Stacy was exceedingly accommodating to our various requests; we went through many iterations of menus with one-off dietary restrictions, floorplan layouts, table seatings within that floorplan, and timelines, and she was always on top of things whenever we asked. She also helped with venue setup like the welcome table and laying out place cards, which definitely felt above and beyond for a catering vendor. All in all a wonderful experience...thank you Stacy and the Milo's staff!

My husband and I unfortunately missed most of the cocktail hour and the hors d'oeuvres, however we really enjoyed them at our tasting, and the dinner at our reception was excellent! They even made us a duet plate of the two entrees we wanted so we didn't have to choose. Lynn was really great to work with- so helpful in answering all of our questions and she even arranged for us to do an extra mini-tasting so we could try an entree we wanted to swap out after our original tasting.

r initial calls. But we got lucky- a friend of one of my bridesmaids works at Milo’s, and she reached out to him for us. Cue smooth sailing. Mitch- the friend-of-friend- got all our information started himself before getting us set up with the coordinator, Stacy. Not only were they more than happy to do the cocktail style hors d’oeuvres we wanted instead of a plated meal, they were also surprisingly affordable! They were totally accommodating of some of our guests’ dietary restrictions, worked with us to find the perfect menu (including some last-minute quantity adjustments), and stayed well within our budget with no sneaky fees or up-charges. All communication was prompt and clear, and everyone we interacted with- Stacy, Mitch, our bartender and serving staff- were all wonderful. And of course the food. Even with dietary restrictions and some picky eaters, every single guest was thrilled with the food. Everything was fresh and tasted fantastic, nothing went cold or empty all evening, and we even had some leftovers (which guests enthusiastically took home). Overall, our experience with Milo’s was exceptional, and I’m so glad they were a part of our wedding! -Laura + Kevin

ou'd think, but that's what we were hoping for. What really impressed us, though, was how above and beyond they went throughout the entire planning process. They come up with creative (and very tasty) vegetarian dishes, not just the standard veggie options. They accommodated multiple tastings. They tweaked food and drink recipes based on what we liked and didn't like. They even volunteered to help set up NON-catering items, like our name cards, guest book, gift card basket, etc. -- all so we would have fewer things to worry about on our wedding day. We had tons of compliments about the food and drinks from our guests :) And Milo's was professional and positive throughout it all! These are the people you want to see on your wedding day, because you know you'll be in good hands. It was such a comfort and joy to work with them. I would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone who will listen. They are truly the best!

loral arrangement across the back drop for our ceremony. She was responsive 100% with emailing us quickly with responses when we had questions. Milos even allowed us 2 food tastings before we even made a decision with them, once with a few other people from the wedding party for their opinions and another time with just my husband and I. We chose the buffet option and had no regrets with any of our decisions with food choices and displays of the food. I would recommend Stacy to any couple planning a wedding she is the perfect coordinator to make your special day not only perfect but stress free:)

r. The day of the wedding, not only did they put out all of our decorations, but they assisted with putting up all of our wedding flowers as well! The food was absolutely incredible and I continue to hear our guests rave about it the beef short ribs and mashed potatoes! I cannot suggest Milo's enough on not only the food quality stand point but also the customer service! 10/10 :)

We ended up changing the menu a little bit and the guest count a couple times and she was so helpful with all of it. We did two tastings and each one was so difficult because we couldn't choose since everything was so good! We wanted a change up from the filet and potatoes kind of thing so did a delicious rosemary chicken with grilled shrimp, vegetables, and roasted potatoes. We also did a greek style salad with homemade focaccia bread. It was SO good. The apps were amazing as well and Lynn made sure my husband and I got to try all the apps and had time to finish our dinner. The rest of the staff during our wedding were amazing as well. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

We worked with Lynn and loved her prompt & open communication via email. She was always helpful & honest, even when I changed my mind many times. She was kind enough to allow us two tastings when I switched our entrees, and made sure she had the perfect staff on hand for our big day (and even met up with us at the venue beforehand to do a walkthrough!). Milo's prices are super reasonable, and my husband and I were absolutely blown away by how delicious the food was. You'll hear many people say "all wedding food is the same" but ours was truly standout! We gave our guests the option of filet, chicken marsala, or cheese ravioli in tomato cream sauce, with potatoes on the side for the meat dishes, and green beans on the side for all. We also went with standard house salads with ranch & italian dressings. We wouldn't change a thing about our selections! We also did cake, donuts & cookies for dessert - cake & donuts were brought in externally, but we ordered chocolate chip cookies from Milo's and they were delicious! The bartending services were also great, and very flexible. Some family members offered to provide wine & liquor, so we brought that in ourselves, but had Milo's provide the bar package (juices, garnishes, etc), non-alcoholic drinks, and beer. I will say that their estimate for our necessary amount of beer was much less than what we asked them to bring to the ceremony. We ended up having some cases left over (Milo's bought back the unopened ones) but definitely would have run out way too early if we'd not increased the number of cases needed. Perhaps we're just a heavy beer drinking crowd, but would definitely advise couples to make sure the amount they're ordering will be sufficient for them & their guests. But overall the service was great & they were happy to accommodate my request to have a Moscow Mule as our specialty cocktail. I would highly recommend Milo's to any couples searching for the right caterers for a special event! You'll be in great hands with Lynn and team.

was responsive, creative, kind, and patient. Patience was the real miracle. We were admittedly demanding, but she always found ways to strike a balance. We’re unbelievably appreciative of her problem solving. Whether it was tweaking recipes, finding obscure liquors we wanted, or replicating one of our family’s recipes (which they were SO KIND to work into our special day!), Milo’s out did themselves. Our guests shared that they’d never had a better wedding menu; they couldn’t believe the tenderness of the fish, the juiciness of the beef, the creaminess of the risotto … I could go on! It was outstanding. Thank you, Milo’s. You were true partners to us and we couldn’t be more thrilled with the outcome.

I received lots of compliments from guests on how good the food was; people were even talking about how good the salad was! (The one with strawberries and walnuts). There was also plenty of food for everyone, and I know several people tried both entries or went back for more food. The kids meals were also large and looked really good. It was also nice that we were allowed to bring in our own alcohol, and just had the bartender serve what we brought in. We also did our cake through Milo's, since our original cake plan fell through. The cake turned out perfect, though, and I couldn't have been happier with it. I was shown some various design options (nothing crazy since it's buttercream), and told them which design I wanted on each tier. It looked beautiful and professionally done. We picked a couple different flavors (they were sheet cakes in the back), and they both tasted amazing. Milo's had several different cake/icing/filling flavors for us to choose from. They were also very helpful in providing us options for some allergy concerns. The staff at Milo's was great as well. As I mentioned, I worked with Stacy a lot via email to plan everything and ask a lot of questions, and Stacy was always kind and helpful. The rest of the staff was also very professional and did a good job. They were never in the way, but made sure the food was all prepared well and fresh in the buffet. They set up everything just as Stacy and I had discussed, and even helped set up things like some artificial green plants I brought in to be hung on the curtain behind our altar, and helped move our sound equipment that we brought in.

s Harry potter/avenger mashup wedding. How wrong I was about how we would be treated. Michelle and her team were perfect in every way. The tasting and planning before the wedding went perfect and they were always available for us. Michelle and her team at milos helped us be creative with the wedding and came up with a recipe for butter beer that was a smash hit with our attendees. She worked to pull off the perfect harry potter candy buffet. Everything we asked Milos to do was done with perfection and a positive attitude. The wedding was a 150 person sit down dinner and all our guests were served perfectly with no issues. We even saw the staff enjoying the time warp with a little sway during the dancing! Over the course of the 6 months we were planning this wedding I have come to feel connected with Michelle and I am grateful for the flawless way she and her staff took care of my daughter and my son in law that day. In addition the food was delicious. Try the shrimp wrapped in bacon, the hummus shooters, the meatballs, the deviled eggs. The vegetarian meal was amazing, the chicken was moist and perfect, the short ribs were melt in your mouth perfect. I am so grateful for the staffs perfection and I highly recommend them. s that we were upset we wouldn't be at cocktail hour because we really wanted to eat some of the meatballs. On the day of, Stacy came up to the photo location with a tray of meatballs and water for us! It might not seem like a lot, but we were very hungry and it was a very nice gesture. She made sure to get us food during the reception, which we have heard doesn't always happen for the bride and groom! All the food was delicious. We had a sweets table at our wedding, with homemade baked goods. Stacy came in during our rehearsal to get all of the sweets, and then she staged them the day of and replenished them throughout the evening. The only slip up occurred with the chocolate covered strawberries not being put out until very late into the reception. But they were so popular that they were eaten very quickly even though they were put out so late! We didn't have to stress about the food at all on our big day, and we have Milo's to thank for that!!

We had multiple guests with varying food restrictions (from vegetarian, gluten, carrot, celery, and soy) and they gave us personalized notes on what each guest should avoid eating. Milo's attention to detail was phenomenal.
