Milo's catered my husband and I's wedding at the Revery. They did such an amazing job with all the details, from the very first tasting event, to our linens, and the food and drinks. Our guests raved about how delicious the food was! We also had the roaming cannoli stand, and people loved it! I couldn't recommend Milo's enough!

My husband and I just got married 2 weekends ago and could not be happier with having Milo’s as our caterer at Revery North 4th Corridor. From when we met with them in October 2024...
to when we walked in on wedding day they were ahead of schedule and made us feel like we were being well taken care of. They remembered every detail we mentioned for the reception and not one item was left out. We even got unprompted compliments from our guests about how great the food was (the maple glazed salmon and short rib specifically). We would recommend them to our closest friends/family and use them again for another event. Thank you Milo’s & North 4th for making our day just as we imagined if not better!!

ng - she was incredibly responsive, answering every little neurotic question I had along the way. She even came with me to the Lasting Impressions warehouse to finalize my rental decisions because we were getting married in Columbus from out of town.
And then getting to the best part - the food is DELICIOUS!! My guests raved about the short rib and the chicken, the mashed potatoes served with both were out of this world. The appetizers were also incredible - the fried chicken deviled eggs? Insane. No one left hungry - we also did the popcorn bar (I am currently eating the leftovers while I type this and it's still so good 2 weeks later) and the slider bar. I highly recommend if you are considering Milos, I don't think you are going to find a better option out there.

Finally, the North Fourth venue team led by Lyssa and Stacy were easy to work with, friendly, and it was clear that our special day was just as important to them as it was to us. This included setting up the space during our off-site ceremony, consistent communication regarding all aspects of the day, guiding us through each step of the process, and so much more. I have received so many compliments on my day and the venue, but the thing I heard and continue to hear most often is how outstanding the food was. As I am sure everyone knows, no one walks in expecting good food at a wedding, but the Milo’s team knocked it out of the park, accommodating a myriad of dietary restrictions/allergies with ease. This was nothing short of a miracle for a 180 person wedding. Servers & bartenders were great, and I would like to once again commend Lyssa for her stellar service. I would and will book Milo’s again and again.

's was the most professional, communicative, flexible, and also had the food we liked best. Throughout the planning process they were easy to work with, kind, and highly responsive. In one instance, we had a question and our primary coordinator was out on vacation. I expected that we'd just have to wait until she returned, but, instead, another coordinator jumped in and emailed with me to ensure that my question did not have to wait. In the last few weeks leading up to the wedding, we had so many last minute small changes and Adrianna (our primary coordinator) took them in stride, always modifying our documents and sending fresh copies to the entire wedding day team. I knew I could count on the Milo's team to make our day run smoothly, and they did. They were flexible when unexpected timeline changes came up, promptly served my husband and myself our food and drinks, and brought us a nice platter of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour so that our friends/family did not have to. The food was delicious; all of our guests were talking about it!! After our wedding, we had a few of our personal decor items that we couldn't find. We emailed Adrianna to see if she knew when they were last seen, and she responded immediately to help us locate the items. It turned out that our parents had misplaced them (LOL), but nonetheless she was so quick to offer assistance. We highly recommend Milo's!

responsive throughout the process with an attention to detail that gave us confidence every step of the way. The 200 guest wedding was at our home and we were also very satisfied with the clean up after the event.
Additionally, they provided brunch food for the day after which was delicious as well.
Our expectations were met AND exceeded. Truly a wonderful experience.

ing out with the greatest late night tacos ever (highly recommend)! We planned our wedding from out of state, so the Milo’s team was very accommodating during our tasting and were well prepared the day of the wedding.
Milo’s had very fair pricing and the food was top notch. We worked with Lynn, and everything ran smoothly, was plated and served in a timely manner, and wine and desserts were served without a hitch. Thank you for being there to make our wedding the best day ever!

alking with Milo‘s back in early 2021 (our wedding was 6/11/22) about the bar packages they offered and even went to their place for a tasting when we were still deciding our caterer. We decided to go elsewhere for catering but as I mentioned, we had to stick with Milos for the bar.
We got the quote from them and as we were finalizing our numbers and going over what was included in the package, some time had gone by. We reached out to Matt who we were working with it will ready to sign the contract around November 2021. However, we never got a response. In 2022, we met at the State House for a walk-through and that is where we learned that the person we were working with had quit. We had then got a new contact and told them we were ready to sign the contract and when we saw that the bill went up, we asked them why this was and they stated that they’d raise the prices going into the new year. We were shocked because we’ve been working with them for so long and no one mentioned that this was happening. We should’ve known or gotten advanced warning about pricing changing but they never transferred our date over to someone who was staying with the company after their previous manager quit. It was completely disappointing and unprofessional after all the time that we spent working with them to get the perfect package together for our bar.
On the day of, the bartenders were nice and kept the lines moving. No complaints there. The only complaint is regarding working with their management and the lack of customer service.

ly matters! However, we're disappointed that your overall experience wasn't positive. Our goal is always to provide a seamless and customer-focused service experience for our clients.
It's common for caterers and vendors to adjust their pricing annually at the start of the new year. We never change or adjust prices for clients who have already signed a contract; once you sign, your price is locked in! Although you inquired and received a quote in 2021, you didn't sign the contract until April 2022, just two months before your peak season wedding in June, which is why the updated pricing applied. If you had signed the contract and paid the deposit back in August 2021 when the next steps were communicated to you, we would have honored the bar pricing quoted at that time.
Nevertheless, we are sorry that the situation was unfavorable for you. We understand that wedding planning can be overwhelming, and not all clients are familiar with typical industry practices. As a result of this experience, we have implemented a new policy to prevent such situations from occurring in the future.
