and I was hesitant to hire a make up artist that would be unfamiliar with skin matching and our style given that all my bridesmaids, myself and my mom are all asian! We luckily found Minah who is SO sweet and knew exactly what to do. We had a little scheduling snafu at 11 pm the night before and she still was able to squeeze in one more hair service and get us all ready on time for photos at 3. It was truly a miracle!! She executed the soft glam look perfectly and everyone complimented my hair and make up as being so natural and stayed throughout the entire ceremony and a 3 hour dance floor! She also gave a little baggie for touch ups, which was much appreciated too. If you're looking for an amazing make up artist, look no further and book her!

Asian make up. My wedding planner referred Min-Ah to me who is a life savior, I'm so glad I had her. She did a very natural make up on me, it's still me but a much more prettier me, so that I look fabulous on every single photo!!! She also did the Chinese look for me which is really better than expected!!! I would recommend her to every single Asian bride, thats how much I'm love her work!!!

My mom has some sensitivities to makeup, especially around her eyes and Min-Ah was happy to accommodate her concerns. On the day of my wedding, there are lots of people coming in and out and she had to do makeup and hair for my 3 bridesmaids and me. She made the makeup trial really fun- both my Mom and I went- and she listened to what we wanted and also gave use her expert opinion. I'm so glad we listened to her. I had two looks on my wedding day for different cultural ceremonies, and I absolutely loved the looks that Min-Ah came up with (particularly that I still looked like me, just better!). She also remained for touch-ups as I insisted on taking photos in the rain/wind and quickly touched everything up before the second ceremony. She did such an amazing job that my mom also decided to get her eyebrows done by Min-Ah. She is so fun to be around and her attention to detail is unparallelled. On our wedding day, Min-Ah did hair and make up for our entire wedding party (Asian and non-Asian) and kept us all on schedule. Everyone looked beautiful -- I even had family members say if they knew how beautiful Min-Ah's art was, they would've agreed to have their make up done by her too! The hair and make up photographed just as beautifully as it looked in person and stayed in place for over 12 hours. I felt like my best self that day and I cannot thank Min-Ah enough for everything she did for us!

On the day of the wedding, Minah arrived exactly on time at 7:20am and she was one with all of our services before 12:30pm. ALL of our hair and makeup turned out PERFECT. One of my bridesmaids is younger (18) and typically only wears mascara. She was hesitant to get her make up done as she did not want it to be "too much." Minah heard these concerns and this bridesmaids make up was perfect- just enough without even coming close to being too much. We all looked like ourselves with the makeup enhancing our features rather than making us look like entirely different people (I feel like this can happen sometimes, but not with Minah). Our makeup was not caked on and it was comfortable all day. Speaking of "all day," I was super nervous about make up getting ruined by the humidity, sweating, crying, etc. Our makeup stayed the same from the minute it was done until the end of the night! I was tired and did not want to take out my hair when the night ended, so I slept with it in. It was still locked in place the next morning! I even wore it to breakfast with family the next day. I was so impressed and pleased. Clearly, I have nothing but positive things to say about Minah. I am SO grateful that I found her and booked her for my wedding. If you are considering booking Minah, DO IT!!!!! You will not regret this decision. She is so sweet and fun. My bridesmaids all spoke highly of her after she left. I felt beautiful the day of my wedding thanks to Minah. We had a snafu with the hotel parking, of which was no fault of Minah's, and she was unable to start at her designated time by over a half hour. We sorted through the inconvenience, in which Minah handled the ordeal gracefully. We jumped straight into business, and she made up for the lost time without compromising any quality. The moms, bridal party (x4), myself, and the groom all were picture ready by the timeline. Minah has such a keen eye in doing mature makeup that one of the bridesmaids mistook my mom for a much younger family member! Everyone felt beautiful, and I loved my soft glam look. I would not hesitate to recommend Minah or her assistant, Erin. They were even so patient in trying to find the exact hairstyle that my mother-in-law, who did not speak English, wanted. Minah is wonderfully talented, and after seeing her diffuse such a stressful moment with such professionalism and grace, it is without question that she is someone who is truly reliable. I'm looking forward to other events in which I can find another excuse to get my hair and makeup done again.

She suggested things I did not even think to consider (i.e., go for longer lashes to accommodate my eye shape/size). Min Ah is talented and accepts nothing but perfection. She attention to detail is impeccable; she reviews her work by checking at several angles and takes pictures to see how the makeup would look in photos along the way. Min Ah started our makeup at about 5am since there were 8 of us. She arrived on time and was ready to work. She was very professional and had the best attitude for someone who was starting a long day at 5am. Her bubbly personality was so contagious, and everyone loved working with her, including my hairstylist, photographer and videographer. Min Ah got COVID tested prior to our wedding, a protocol she established for herself and sanitized her station after each person. She kept her facemask on the entire time. I enjoyed my experience working with Min Ah and received a lot of compliments on my makeup. I highly recommend Min Ah and have referred my soon to be brides her way. I don't wear makeup and was worried about feeling conscious with makeup on but Min-Ah did such an excellent job it felt like I had no makeup on. Min-Ah was also extremely accommodating of my mom and sister's requests. My makeup lasted for over 12 hours through multiple crying sessions. Min-Ah is my go to person now on.
