Choosing Minnesota Valley Country Club for our wedding was one of our first and best decisions we made for our wedding. We toured a bunch of venues, but MVCC was by far the most professional, organized, and consistent venue from the day we booked through the day of our wedding. Patricia is incredibly knowledgeable and helped us make decisions we didn’t even know we had to make. She worked with us to schedule a food trial when my family was in town from out of state and allowed my husband and I to have a slightly different food order than the rest of our guests. There are a few things that really put MVCC over the top. First, they allowed us to decorate the day before our wedding – this took so much pressure off the wedding day itself. Second, they packed up all our décor after the event and allowed us to pick it up the next day. Third, they coordinated with our other vendors to make sure they were fed, things were plugged in, and basically anything you'd need to do to make sure our reception ran smoothly. Fourth, they communicated throughout the planning process, allowing us to change our minds when necessary, and making sure we were on track with our planning process. Fifth, during our reception, all the staff were professional and quick. Everyone raved about the food, and the pacing was perfect.
The experience we had working with MVCC was phenomenal, and well worth their reasonable price. I would highly, highly recommend working with Patricia and MVCC.
