Mint Events

Overall, Mint Events did a great job. I felt like they were responsive to my needs and definitely had done their research on good vendors vs. poor vendors and was able to give honest reviews based on past experiences with vendors at my venue. I do think it was highly priced for what we got... I felt as though everything was beautiful and well executed; however I do wish there was a little more follow up on their end with vendors. My videographer and photographer both messaged me the week of the wedding having not received a timeline. That was stressful to deal with. They also seemed confused and unaware of what was going on. I feel like I worked more with the unfamiliar/non local vendors then Mint did. I do not regret having them as I feel as though the day would have not ran as smoothly without them but really feel as though we were paying for the timeline and detailed budget spreadsheet. I also wish we were able to have more meetings throughout the wedding planning journey. I did have a issue with the makeup company that was recommended, Bridget was amazing in helping me navigate that and being comfortable in telling them that I was unimpressed with their work. She also had to fight with my favor company due to change of location, and I don't know what we would have done without her to handle that. Overall good experience, just wish the price tag was more reasonable.
