The price and location was great. It was close to the airport which was great for our out of town guests. The food was amazing, especially our sweet table! The biggest problem we had was communication with the venue coordinator. There were no records kept and many times he was asking me how many payments I had already made. It was very unorganized and I had to remind him multiple times of what we wanted for the wedding day. The process to get many basic items took a long time and multiple emails. I needed allergy friendly meals for guests who had peanut allergies and he wouldn't ask the chef about ingredients in the dishes. I had to get my wedding day of planner involved to finally get answers about what food the guest could have/ how we could accommodate them. He made me feel like I was a bridezilla asking for basic items or details regarding the wedding.

My wedding was an absolute dream thanks to The Mirage and their amazing coordinator Jacob!! Jacob was so sweet, funny, caring, and unbelievably helpful. He took care of every little detail, even the ones we didn't think of! We did not have a single worry during the planning process, he handled everything. Jacob was so attentive that he even came to find us to make sure we ate our dinner while it was still warm. The venue was just gorgeous, the cake was stunning, the food was 5 star restaurant quality. Thank you for everything!!

My Daughter and her husband had their wedding there. From the first second we walked in Jacob and all the staff were absolutely wonderful, helped us with every detail. They gave her the wedding of her dreams. Thank you

The service here at the mirage was beyond spectacular. One of the best experiences ever and my wedding was perfect. Jacob is the best coordinator in the world and such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend the mirage restaurant and banquet to anyone looking for a wonderful venue.

Jacob was very nice, understanding and flexible. He asked the right questions for our vision and gave good opinions/criticism when needed. We worked with him to help accommodate our families and different styles. One negative was that our entrees did not taste as good as our tasting options. Bit too salty on the meats and sauces. We appreciated the hotel room for us. As a venue contact, Jacob was very responsive, flexible, and helpful.

Jacob helped to make our big day perfect! He was hands on and accessible (anytime of day) from day one. He is very personable and made us feel like we were his only clients. Like most brides I was a mess leading up to my wedding day, but Jacob did everything to calm my nerves and assure me that he had everything under control; and he did! The venue space is beautiful. We had the opportunity to have our ceremony in a separate room which made the transition over to the reception hall a breeze. Cocktail hour was great and open bar even better! The food was great! We had a tasting and the food taste and quality was the same the day of the wedding. Our guests were happy with the food from beginning to end. The staff was quick and efficient and very accommodating to our guests and did their job with a smile. We were given a suite for the night of the wedding and it also made things easy that rooms were blocked off for guests who wish to reserve. With this being such a big event in one’s life The Mirage definitely made it a great and memorable experience!

They are absolutely amazing. The event coordinator worked closely with us and answered all questions. They set everything up and accommodated our needs, be it dietary restrictions for guests or a memorial table. Walking in the room and seeing it the first time all set up was absolutely breathtaking. The staff did amazing and even ensured they got the right plates for dietary restrictions to people. The even packed everything up for us at the end of the night including the top of the cake and the extra plates for no shows. The prices were super affordable and the cake was even included. My husband and I would absolutely recommend this venue for a wedding or event.

Just had my wedding here last week and Jakub was amazing! Very friendly and sweet. He understood the vision for the wedding and he did not disappoint! Definitely made my wedding dreams come true!! Thank you for everything! 💜

We live near The Mirage and was debating between here and one other place. After we visited with both we knew The Mirage was the place for our wedding. We did not use The Knot to book our venue. First, Jacob is incredible! We did our tasting and brought our daughter (2) and my nephew (5) along with our parents and he was very patient with the kids! Which made it even more of an enjoyable experience. Second. The wedding! Was! Incredible! Everything was perfect. Jacob made sure everything was set up for me when I needed it to be and easy for me to access. The ceremony was beautifully set up and the team was quick with serving food, drinks, and making sure everything was perfect. We opted out of our own decorations and let the Mirage place what they had on tables and it went with the theme perfect and looked so good. We had 32 kids at the wedding and they all loved their food and everyone was super respectful of kids playing and dancing. The food was phenomenal!! Everyone is still talking about it. Overall, I would highly recommend working with Jacob at the Mirage. He will take care of all your wedding needs and is super accommodating.

My husband and I planned our wedding out of state. Jacob helped us plan our dream wedding. He was easy to reach and sat down with us multiple times to make sure our needs were met. The venue and set up was more beautiful than we could imagine. I recommend getting married here and having Jacob take care of you! He is a beautiful soul and part of making your adventure come true.

We had our wedding on 10.15.21 after stupid COVID made up reschedule. Jacob was our Banquet Coordinator and besides a few bumps in the road he was absolutely AMAZING!! The food was great, the open bar was great! The staff was great! Our day was everything I could ever imagine and more! Thank you… thank you… thank you for making our day magical. I really wish I could give more than two stars. The venue itself is beautiful and spacious. The food is amazing, everything that comes included in the package helps make the wedding planning process a bit easier and more concise. BUT the lack of communication and organization is NOT worth it. They changed coordinators and no one contacted us for a good 2 months after we signed the contract to start the planning process (and we attempted to call but it took a couple of tries). We signed our contract at a really great price which was good, but the coordinator kept reminding us throughout the whole process that they were losing money on our event because we got a “good deal” before covid on our contract . He was flexible and made changes to our contract to help us and to make up for some of the issues we had previously but none of those changes were communicated to the staff the night of our event and we wasted almost an hour going back and forth between the manager of the hall and the coordinator to fix something that shouldnt have been an issue in the first place. They closed the bar early and no one notified us, there was no last call. I really wanted to love this place but it’s not worth the stress and the headaches. I know the pandemic made it difficult for everyone and we were as understanding as we could possibly be but it’s disappointing when you have a plan with the coordinator for one thing and it doesn’t get communicated with the rest of the staff that was actually going to be there the night of.

Where do I even begin?! We got married this Saturday & I am tearing up every time I think about the amazing day it was!! Jakub was incredible to work with! So funny & so incredibly helpful! My husband (AHH! 🥰) & I loved him! He was very easy to communicate with & truly gave great recommendations from the food to the timeline to what decor we should do. We highly recommend him & this venue! Going to miss planning with him!! Food was delicious & the venue was beautiful with plenty of food & drink for our guests. Highly recommend upgrading to the white dance floor, upgraded drapes, & chivary chairs! The reception was simply amazing!

We had our wedding reception here this past summer. The venue was beautiful after it was all set up and was very convenient for our guests who were traveling. Also being attached to a hotel made it nice for those who drank too much so they didn’t have to drive. Jacob, who runs the banquets was amazing. He was so helpful and responsive. He minimized the stress of planning the wedding to almost nothing. We just had to show up and enjoy the night, he had everything else taken care of. The food was great, it was way better than standard wedding food. Overall it was a truly beautiful and stress free night.

Jacob was truly amazing! He is so funny and so nice to work with. I love that he gives his honest opinion about things which helped me out so much since I already had so much going on. I would Definitely recommend this Venue!

Where do I start.. I am so glad we picked this venue. We hit a few rough patches in the beginning because of covid and having to postpone our original date of September. So we moved it to June 12th. Started to work with Jacob! Best thing to ever to happen when planning! He made everything so easy and simple when trying to finish planning a wedding! Jacob was honest an straight forward with everything. He changed my husbands mind about our cake (which I didn’t like when he picked. It was hideous!) thankfully the cake was changed and was fabulous. From the food to the reception was awesome. Our guests are still talking about the food. Jacob was the best! Future brides go book your date you won’t regret it! ❤️

Dreams do come true! My wedding was absolutely perfect! Thanks to Jacob! He went above and beyond to make our day so perfect! After having to postponed our original wedding date, we worked with Jacob as he assured us everything would go smooth. He helped us pick out the perfect date, cake, decor and everything else we needed. His expertise in decor is mind blowing. He made all my visions come true. I searched many months for the perfect banquet hall for our wedding and their was NO comparison. The FOOD, ugh to die for. This was literally the highlight of our wedding that kept our guest talking about for weeks. We did a taste testing and could not decide on which meal to pick because everything was just so delicious. I’m so happy we decided to pick the mirage for our wedding. From the lights and decor , to the hotel, to the food, the cake, everything was beyond perfect. Jacob, Thank you from the bottom of of hearts for making us feel so special and making sure i didn’t become bridezilla! I would choose working you a million times. Truly one of a kind. Amazing banquet hall. Affordable and very elegant banquet hall. The light up wall adds a very nice touch to any event. Food is delicious and so beautifully plated. Jacob is amazing to work with. He makes the wedding process so simple. He also had a lot of great recommendations for other vendors if we were missing anything. He helped my wedding vision come true and I could not have done it without his help! Highly recommend this banquet to everyone!

I cannot say enough great things about Mirage and Jacob the most amazing wedding coordinator. My husband and I began planning our wedding in July of 2019 and chose Mirage as our venue for our August 2020 wedding.... As many 2020 brides have experienced we had to move our wedding to 2021. Mirage and Jacob were more than understanding and beyond helpful in this process. Jacob told us "do not worry, we will make it happen and it will be great" and he delivered! Mirage and Jacob were wonderful in terms of moving our wedding date while other vendors refused to move dates or refund money. Jacob was extremely helpful and provided great insight and suggestions in terms of decor, food and alcohol selection. The venue looked like a dream and the food was fantastic. All of our guests enjoyed themselves so much and complimented the food and the beautiful venue. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jacob, he is one of a kind!

Amazing experience working with this venue. There was a change in banquet managers from when I first booked so that was a bit of a hiccup but they took over well. They were so helpful with any questions I had and were accommodating with different requests. The price was also amazing, and I loved having everything in one place (they supplied the chair upgrades, wedding cake). The venue looked beautiful on my wedding day.

What an amazing location! The food was fantastic, and so was the service! We received so many compliments from our guests that evening, and even 2 weeks later we are hearing so many positive things. The decor and lighting are beyond what you could ever imagine. Working with the connecting hotel was very easy, and conveniente for us and our guests as well. Asya, the event coordinator, is certainly in the right industry - she knows what she is doing! Our winter wedding reception was absolutely stunning with white, gold, and touches of greenery. We would highly recommend this location and Asya, if you are looking for a beautiful, classic, fun, and stress free event that is affordable!

Hiring Asya was by far the best investment we made for our wedding. Asya is phenomenal! She is incredibly organized, flexible, creative, and an extremely hard working and wonderful person. I cannot tell you how thankful I am for the job she did. From day one she took the stress out of planning our wedding. Anything I needed and wanted, Asya found a way to make it happen. She was so much more than a planner.... I ended up with a new friend. I would recommend her and trust her with anything.

Such an amazing experience from start to finish!! Every detail was perfectly orchestrated. The communication throughout from Asya and the team really helped alleviate what can be a very stressful experience. Instead of worrying about anything, we were able relax and totally enjoy the day. The whole team really is amazing. The venue and decorations were absolutely beautiful and the food was fantastic. I very strongly recommend them for an overall wonderful experience.

Mirage was the best venue for our wedding. We shopped around for more than 3 months but the moment we saw the place we knew that this is it. Asya, the catering manager was absolutely God sent. She helped us decide on the food, she gave us great recommendations for décor and just overall very attentive. I am so happy with the decision we made.

The Mirage was EVERYTHING I COULD HAVE EVER DREAMED MY WEDDING WOULD BE!! Violet was AMAZING as well as the other staff members that stepped in when she wasn't available! I can't imagine anything better than working with Mirage Banquets and Violeta for my wedding this past April. She made the whole planning process seamless (even as I was stressed and crazed throughout it all). I had an incredible experience and so did all my guests. I can't thank Violeta, Ula, and all of the staff enough for working with us to make the event perfect!

I couldn't be happier with Mirage Banquets. I had a tight budget for my wedding and Mirage was just perfect for it. Everything turned out amazing. Violeta and Ula are great and they know what they are doing, they answered all my questions and took care of the details just as I requested them. My reception turned out amazing thanks to them!. The food was awesome as well!, we added late night snack and a dessert table to make sure everybody was fed, and it turned out great! Best decision ever.

Violeta was amazing the entire step of the way!! I truly couldnt have planned my wedding without her help. She impressed me with her planning cabability and unique ideas. The venue accomadated all of our requests and demands. We hit the limit as far as guests in the Grand Ballroom and didnt feel that crowded. Violeta allowed us to get as creative as we wanted and I cant thank her enough for that. My wedding was amazing, would throw another party for any occasion at this hotel. Thanks again!!

When I was searching for a banquet hall for my weeding my husband and I where having trouble finding a place with open availability and food that we like with good price ,specially having 4 months close to our weeding ,when we went to see the Mirage we where really pleased with Violet and staff ,they helped us with everything and gave us really good deals and they where really professional and friendly I highly recommend the Mirage is worth your money and the staff is really experienced and helpful.

Our wedding was truly God’s perfect gift for us. We were amazed how everything turned out & how our guests loved the venue we had. This is not the first time we had Mirage Four Points by Sheraton. My family friends & I will rent their banquet for events every year. Mirage has always fulfilled our requests & will make sure my events are memorable especially my wedding. Their food was very good, their service was excellent & how they turned everything into a fairytale for my wedding. I will always recommend Mirage because they deserve the best customers. From start to finish it was a pure pleasure working with Violet and her team. She was very attentive to our requests and made sure that we were happy with all of the details of our wedding. The service and the food were top notch. Our guests were complimenting the food all night long. We could not have envisioned a better team to work with to make our day better than we could have ever imagined. Our event was absolutely beautiful. Mirage Banquets provided beautiful vases for centerpieces and their drapes and LED lit walls made for an elegant ambiance. Every guest I spoke with was impressed with the venue and delicious food. The service the day of and prior was outstanding! Violeta and Ula were so wonderful to work with and really helped with making our event special. I definitely recommend this venue to friends and family and look forward to working with this venue again!

The Mirage Banquets was the perfect place to host our intimate wedding. I highly recommend as we got great quality for a great price point. Being located inside a hotel close to O'Hare was extremely convenient. We had our ceremony and reception there which saved time, money, and confusion for our guest. Food and drinks were exceptional. The staff was extremely nice. I love that they have rooms that accommodate small and big wedding. Modern and elegant!! So happy that we chose this venue.

Our wedding at the Mirage Banquets on September 14, 2018 was nothing less than perfect!! First of all, I would love to thank Viola and her team for making my dream wedding come true - she was spectacular and helped me with every detail until the wedding day. I cannot wait to have future events held here!! The banquet hall was soooo beautifully decorated, it took my breath away when I saw it upon our arrival. Viola made sure everything was absolutely perfect and that all my dreams came true. The food, cake, sweet table and all the extras were amazing and that's the main reason Mirage Banquets will be my top event venue!! I had an amazing experience with Mirage Banquets! My wedding day was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious especially the sweet table! Ursula was so helpful and always replied to my emails quickly. I would highly recommend this banquet hall for your wedding or event. I have absolutely no complaints.

Had the most amazing wedding!! Hands down best venue! Food was amazing, venue was beautiful (newly remodeled) It looked like a dream, had so many complements on our room. We had family from out of town that was able to stay at the hotel with a comped rate. A lot of our guests stayed at the hotel the night of the wedding so we were able to hang out after and we all had breakfast in the restaurant the next morning . The wedding coordinators did an amazing job and I didn't have to do or worry about anything except tell them what I liked. The entire building was recently remodeled and our photographers were able to get so many great pics throughout the building. (this is nice because it was a colder day so we didn't want to do too many outside pictures) Anyone would be lucky to have their wedding there!

First let me start off by saying they have SO MUCH TO OFFER for a great price. I am so pleased with the service, food, and everything else that came with it. Violet is so responsive, so patient, and most importantly so professional with what she does. She really takes the stress away. I wish I can do it all over again. Our ceremony was also held in the room and was set up so beautifly. Thank you so much Violet and your team you all rock!

Mirage is a hidden gem right outside of Chicago. We researched over 100 venues, visited about 27 in person and Mirage at Four Points was our last stop. Thank God! It was within our budget and we couldn't believe it. But forget about budget, how about service? We absolutely fell in love with Ula the first time we sat down with her. She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She made us feel confident that all was going to go well. That team is easy to work with and the best part? I didn't need a wedding coordinator. As long as you know what you want and have it ready and laid out, Mirage takes care of the rest. Ula even gave me advice as to what would or wouldn't look good. She's professional, wise and I would recommend her over and over again. Everyone kept telling us how much they loved their food (and there was a lot of it). The package also included open bar and the cake so we didn't have to worry about anything. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Thank you so much Mirage for making our day absolutely perfect!

Above and beyond our expectations! Amazing food, amazing space, and with Ula as our coordinator everything went smoothly. I'll admit I was a bit of a bridezilla, this did not deter Ula's enthusiasm and patience in wanting to make our wedding everything that I had dreamed of. The waitstaff was attentive and friendly, the food (family style) was delicious and piping hot and I know no one left hungry. We had looked at quite a few local banquet halls but at the end of the day it was the friendliness, warmth and attention to detail that we felt from Ula and all the staff that made our decision easy. Highly recommended!!

We booked the Mirage for our wedding venue for 250+ guests on July 8! Violeta was AMAZING! From the booking process to the end, she answered all our questions, responsive to all our emails and completely patient and flexible with our requests! The food was delicious and plentiful! Your guests will definitely not go home hungry! The cake and sweet table were incredible and creative! After looking at several venues in the area, Mirage definitely gave you more for your money. I appreciated the fact that wedding cake was included in the pricing! You will not be disappointed if you book with Mirage.

Violeta and her team were amazing to work with! We had booked with them about a year before our wedding, and they were so helpful with every little question I had along the way. They were willing to help me make my vision come to life on the day of the wedding and I couldn't be happier. The day of the wedding Violeta took the time to go over every box of place cards, decorations, chalkboards, and basket that I had wanted to use. She made sure everything was set how I wanted it and assured me throughout the process that they would do everything they could to make it look amazing. My guests had nothing but great things to say after the wedding as well. They have such a great package and no one left hungry! I was told this was one of the few weddings people went to where they felt full after dinner. Thank you Violeta and Ula for making our dreams reality and playing such a huge and important role in making our wedding great!

We love working with the Mirage Four Points Sheraton they have always delivered great service and has always accommodated our needs. Just had my wedding here this past weekend!!! Ula and Violeta were amazing! They were so patient and helped make everything perfect! They went over everything!! It was everything we could of ever imagined!! Me and my hubby had so many guests come up to us and tell us how beautiful everything was and how the room was perfect!! From the uplighting to the food!! The appetizers were amazing our main dishes were perfect!! And everyone was so nice who worked there!! Definitely recommend having your wedding here!! It was amazing and something we will never forget!!

We had our wedding ceremony and reception here last December 10, 2016 and everything was great tho we encountered some electrical shortage because of the weather and during the reception there was a fire alarm testing. We received a gift certificate and they extended our reception hours and open bar til 12:30! So it was a very good deal! Ullah and Violeta are so helpful from the start of our wedding planning upto the end! I just dropped off all of the stuff days before the wedding and they put everything in place and it was just so perfect. Totally exceeded my expectation. All of my guests also said that they really enjoy and our wedding is amazing! I will totally recommend this place to my friends.

We had our wedding here on Sunday July 24th and it was absolutely amazing! The hall was so beyond beautiful I couldn't have asked for anything better. I was in awe when I walked in and saw it. Not only that the guests were just as amazed as I was. So many of them came up to us and mentioned how beautiful the venue was! No including the amount of good about the food we heard from everyone! It was just so perfectly delicious! Everything was set up the way that I hoped it would be! The only thing that happened was our cake topper fell off our cake and the heads both fell off! Violeta was so apologetic about it and took it into her own hands and got it glued back together for the cake cutting. She even gave us complimentary breakfast and a gift certificate and also compensated us for the cake topper! All in all, planning this with them went so smooth and everything and if I had to do it all over again, I'd pick the same venue!

Our wedding was on August 29th, 2015. We had decided to look for a venue within a hotel, since we would have many friends and family coming from out of town and wanted the convenience of the going upstairs to crash for the night. We had attended my friends wedding here a few years back and everything went so well and she raved about the service she got, we decided to meet with Violeta and booked right away. We had really shopped around, visited about 15 different venues, and no one would have been as flexible, accommodating, and helpful as Violeta. She was always available to talk, quick to respond with phone calls, emails, meetings, etc. If she was off for the day, Ula was up to date with everything and available to help as well. The value was incomparable, the service was top notch, and our experience was perfect. We had used Mirage for our rehearsal dinner, wedding venue, and Sunday morning post wedding brunch. They also we able to get us the Polish late night snacks as well as Polish beers that we wanted for our night. For each event - they managed the have the room have a completely different feel, as to not feel too monotonous throughout our wedding weekend. Violeta gave us everything we wanted - and if she didn't have what we wanted - she went out of her way to get us it. The day of our wedding, we were floored - Violeta exceeded our expectations - everything was stunning. She stuck around to make sure everything was to our expecations and wanted to keep us happy. She truly enjoys her job and enjoys making her couples smile. The service was great and bartenders were quick. We were so happy with our decision. THANK YOU SO MUCH VIOLA! She gave us the wedding of our dreams, and then some.

We had our wedding at The Mirage at Sheraton Four Points on 9/5/2015 and it was AMAZING!!!!!! We worked with Violeta for all the planning and details and she was the best! Very professional, very accommodating, and very efficient especially at responding to emails and phone calls!! From the initial stages of planning, to the tasting, and to the final details, The Mirage absolutely made us feel like a priority. We had outside vendors for flowers, photo booth, Polish sausage hut and the staff worked so well with all of these vendors and the setup was flawless! The cake and sweet table came from Sugar Hills Bakery which was FANTASTIC!!! We kept getting compliments all night on how beautiful the room looked, how good the food was, and how wonderful the sweet table and cake was! Wait staff was polite and did a great job. The bartenders were efficient and made great drinks! We had a lot of people stay in the hotel and we were able to keep opening up more rooms after the initial ones in our package were booked. All in all everyone had a BLAST and we wouldn't change anything about the entire process and would like to thank the mirage for the absolute best wedding we could have ever imagined!!
