Not only I, but my guests can not stop raving about my wedding on July 12, 2025! Jacob was absolutely amazing in every aspect! He helped us make sure we were up to date throughout the entire process. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had and he made the entire process go smoothly! He went above and beyond making sure our special day was exactly that, SPECIAL! His attention to detail was impeccable! I knew my wedding day was going to be great and I had a vision for it but that vision was surpassed by what Jacob had accomplished. The food, the decor, and the staff at Mirage Banquets are incredible and I am so grateful for the special day Jacob and his staff created for me and my husband on our wedding day! It truly was a day that we will NEVER forget!

If you ask what something costs, he’ll tell you exactly what it is. That level of honesty and clarity really set the tone for the rest of the planning process.
Jacob also brought a ton of helpful insight and suggestions, especially when it came to the décor and layout of the hall. He paid close attention to every little detail and truly helped make everything feel classy and elegant. They were accommodating to our other vendors as well. The finished product was exactly what we wanted — the hall looked beautiful, and our guests couldn’t stop complimenting how everything was set up.
The food and wedding cake were amazing as well.
Beyond all that, Jacob is just a great guy to work with. He’s friendly, funny, patient, and always made time to answer our questions. Most importantly, he treated us with genuine kindness and respect throughout the whole process, which meant a lot to both of us.
It’s obvious why The Mirage gets booked as often as it does — Jacob is the reason. His professionalism, personality, and dedication to making events go smoothly are what truly set this venue apart. The venue is in a great location just minutes from the airport and entertainment that our out of town guests enjoyed.

had was communication with the venue coordinator. There were no records kept and many times he was asking me how many payments I had already made. It was very unorganized and I had to remind him multiple times of what we wanted for the wedding day. The process to get many basic items took a long time and multiple emails. I needed allergy friendly meals for guests who had peanut allergies and he wouldn't ask the chef about ingredients in the dishes. I had to get my wedding day of planner involved to finally get answers about what food the guest could have/ how we could accommodate them. He made me feel like I was a bridezilla asking for basic items or details regarding the wedding.

and genuine care for us as individuals and a couple. He even recommended his incredible florist to me last minute and she was dynamite!
He was very receptive to all our needs and concerns and really helped us throw an incredible, and large, bicultural wedding! From the set up, to the food, to the last minute sweet table and more, Jacob and his team stayed on their toes and helped us navigate any last minute changes and snafus with grace and diligence.
I really cannot recommend him and Mirage enough and I am immensely thankful we chose to have our reception here. We are still getting calls from all of our family and friends on how fun and beautiful the wedding was! This place and service is a 13/10!

most brides I was a mess leading up to my wedding day, but Jacob did everything to calm my nerves and assure me that he had everything under control; and he did!
The venue space is beautiful. We had the opportunity to have our ceremony in a separate room which made the transition over to the reception hall a breeze. Cocktail hour was great and open bar even better! The food was great! We had a tasting and the food taste and quality was the same the day of the wedding. Our guests were happy with the food from beginning to end. The staff was quick and efficient and very accommodating to our guests and did their job with a smile.
We were given a suite for the night of the wedding and it also made things easy that rooms were blocked off for guests who wish to reserve.
With this being such a big event in one’s life The Mirage definitely made it a great and memorable experience!

First, Jacob is incredible! We did our tasting and brought our daughter (2) and my nephew (5) along with our parents and he was very patient with the kids! Which made it even more of an enjoyable experience.
Second. The wedding! Was! Incredible! Everything was perfect. Jacob made sure everything was set up for me when I needed it to be and easy for me to access. The ceremony was beautifully set up and the team was quick with serving food, drinks, and making sure everything was perfect.
We opted out of our own decorations and let the Mirage place what they had on tables and it went with the theme perfect and looked so good.
We had 32 kids at the wedding and they all loved their food and everyone was super respectful of kids playing and dancing. The food was phenomenal!! Everyone is still talking about it.
Overall, I would highly recommend working with Jacob at the Mirage. He will take care of all your wedding needs and is super accommodating.

ng planning process a bit easier and more concise. BUT the lack of communication and organization is NOT worth it. They changed coordinators and no one contacted us for a good 2 months after we signed the contract to start the planning process (and we attempted to call but it took a couple of tries). We signed our contract at a really great price which was good, but the coordinator kept reminding us throughout the whole process that they were losing money on our event because we got a “good deal” before covid on our contract . He was flexible and made changes to our contract to help us and to make up for some of the issues we had previously but none of those changes were communicated to the staff the night of our event and we wasted almost an hour going back and forth between the manager of the hall and the coordinator to fix something that shouldnt have been an issue in the first place. They closed the bar early and no one notified us, there was no last call. I really wanted to love this place but it’s not worth the stress and the headaches. I know the pandemic made it difficult for everyone and we were as understanding as we could possibly be but it’s disappointing when you have a plan with the coordinator for one thing and it doesn’t get communicated with the rest of the staff that was actually going to be there the night of.

we worked with Jacob as he assured us everything would go smooth. He helped us pick out the perfect date, cake, decor and everything else we needed. His expertise in decor is mind blowing. He made all my visions come true. I searched many months for the perfect banquet hall for our wedding and their was NO comparison. The FOOD, ugh to die for. This was literally the highlight of our wedding that kept our guest talking about for weeks. nue for our August 2020 wedding.... As many 2020 brides have experienced we had to move our wedding to 2021. Mirage and Jacob were more than understanding and beyond helpful in this process. Jacob told us "do not worry, we will make it happen and it will be great" and he delivered! Mirage and Jacob were wonderful in terms of moving our wedding date while other vendors refused to move dates or refund money. Jacob was extremely helpful and provided great insight and suggestions in terms of decor, food and alcohol selection. The venue looked like a dream and the food was fantastic. All of our guests enjoyed themselves so much and complimented the food and the beautiful venue. I cannot say enough amazing things about Jacob, he is one of a kind!

having 4 months close to our weeding ,when we went to see the Mirage we where really pleased with Violet and staff ,they helped us with everything and gave us really good deals and they where really professional and friendly I highly recommend the Mirage is worth your money and the staff is really experienced and helpful.

nts by Sheraton. My family friends & I will rent their banquet for events every year. Mirage has always fulfilled our requests & will make sure my events are memorable especially my wedding. Their food was very good, their service was excellent & how they turned everything into a fairytale for my wedding. I will always recommend Mirage because they deserve the best customers. I congratulate Violet & her team for doing such a wonderful event for me & my whole family.

Hare was extremely convenient. We had our ceremony and reception there which saved time, money, and confusion for our guest. Food and drinks were exceptional. The staff was extremely nice. I love that they have rooms that accommodate small and big wedding. Modern and elegant!! So happy that we chose this venue.

The banquet hall was soooo beautifully decorated, it took my breath away when I saw it upon our arrival. Viola made sure everything was absolutely perfect and that all my dreams came true.
