Neusa, the banquet coordinator was so fun and put me at ease if I had a concern. The Photo Booth attendant was absolutely fabulous and so fun. I had many guests reach out to me and tell how wonderful and fun she was as well to tell me how delicious the food was! The venue is absolutely beautiful. The outside where we got married was gorgeous and the inside where the reception was held was stunning. I would recommend getting married here to anyone. The whole experience was amazing and a dream come true.

We felt completely at ease knowing she was there. Our banquet captain, Neusa, went above and beyond to make us feel like the most important people in the room. She made sure we always had what we needed, kept fresh drinks in our hands, and never let us wait in line for anything. She truly made us feel cared for all night long. The serving team Kayla, Joanne, Michelle, Emily, and Joyce were wonderful with our guests, and we heard so many compliments about their service. Our bartender, Donna, was such a hit!Personable, fun, and kept the drinks flowing. Everyone loved her! The kitchen staff, Michael, Glenn and Scott, prepared a meal that was absolutely delicious. We’ve had so many guests tell us how impressed they were with both the food and the presentation. From start to finish, the entire team was amazing. They always responded to emails and questions quickly, guided us through every step of the process, and made sure everything was flawless on our big day. Every one of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was, and we couldn’t agree more. We haven’t stopped smiling since our wedding day, and we are so thankful we chose The Miraval. It was even better than we could have imagined. We would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

so at ease knowing everything was taken care off. On our actual day we had an incident with our photographer which had nothing to do with the venue. Our amazing day of coordinator Lauren swooped in and seamlessly took care of the problem and was so amazing during the day, she took care of us so well and made us feel amazing throughout. Also massive shout to Meghan who was there on the day as well who took over photography for us the rest of the night. This was so amazingly kind from them both Lauren and Meghan and a step that they did not have to do. We could not be more grateful to them both, they made our wedding day unforgettable. The Food was also amazing! many of our guests saying how good the food was after and finally our DJ Alex was fantastic as well, the app where we could pick what songs we wanted was such a good experience and his video meetings before the day were very helpful and he was amazing on the night! We highly highly recommend this venue!

She was so organized, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. We never had to worry about a single detail, allowing us to fully enjoy the day. Our original wedding venue was in Anna Maria, FL and was unfortunately damaged substantially during the hurricanes so we had 3.5 weeks to plan this MA wedding. Every single guest noted that they would have NEVER known this wedding was planning in 3.5 weeks because of how seamless everything was. We owe that all to the Miraval team. The food was absolutely fantastic, from the cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, salads, entrees, and dessert; everything was delicious! Overall, Miraval gardens provided the perfect backdrop and hassle-free experience for our dream wedding day. We are so grateful to the entire staff for making our vision a reality. We would give them 6 stars if we could and cannot recommend them highly enough to any couple searching for the perfect wedding venue.

The only drawbacks we experienced were due to a change in ownership during our planning process: we weren't proactively notified of the change, and we had difficulty making contact for a time. It was only when we looked up Miraval on Google, learned of the change, and contacted the new number that we were able to establish communication again. This isn't something that should affect anyone looking at the venue now, but it did cause us some unwelcome stress, and I would advise that any reviews referring to Frank - the previous owner - are now outdated. The new coordinator we had, Taylor, did a great job putting things back on track and communicating with us promptly and proactively!

We had a brunch. Food was amazing. We did add two different menu items and I’m glad we did everyone seemed to enjoy the food choices! Anyone looking for a beautiful venue I would totally recommend this venue and there is plenty of parking.

Because it was a winter wedding and raining all day, we did everything inside and it was all so beautiful! But in the back, they also have an absolutely beautiful space you would never expect to be hidden back there! Frank was so easy to work with, answering all of my questions along the way whenever I had them. His staff was so friendly and fun to work with for our rehearsal dinner and big day! We brought a lot of decor in and they did an amazing job setting it up exactly how I envisioned it. The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options to pick from. We also did a hot cocoa and cookies bar as our late night snack and our guests said it was the best hot cocoa they’ve ever had! Thank you so much Frank for helping us have our picture perfect day. Don’t think twice about booking here!! We will certainly be booking other events here in the future!

can assure you it was as perfect as possible, better than we ever could have hoped or imagined. frank made sure everything looked and felt as beautiful as humanly possible. both outdoor and indoor areas were used, and both looked magnificent. frank was fantastic with color coordinating the spaces to match our bridal parties. he helped us with a shuttle bus hiccup, which wasn’t even his responsibility or even his employees. when our flower girl and ring bearer got anxious with the crowd, frank was right there to guide, direct and instill confidence in them. i simply cannot say enough good things about this venue or the staff employed there. i would highly recommend this establishment to anybody planning a wedding and i will be recommending this venue and frank to everybody i know for weddings and events. our wedding was absolutely beautiful and i wouldn’t change a single thing.

the very spacious bridal suite. We even had our rehearsal dinner here and our family still talks about how delicious the food was for both events. With all that being said, Frank is absolutely amazing. He was very patient and helpful from start to end. We loved how everything turned out and would recommend Miraval Ballroom to anyone planning an event.

gem. Yes it is! The coordinator, Frank, is the key to all the glamour. He is prompt, helpful, patient and calm. This was helpful to an overwhelmed bride, me. He made sure to answer all of my questions on a timely manner. I never felt neglected or lost. So do you must do in your search for a venue, but don’t make a choice until you’ve visited Miraval Ballroom. I almost did and I’m glad I waited.

We had originally planned our wedding during Covid & had to reschedule - very stressful time but switching dates was easy with them. We ordered some extra decor that they offer that really made our wedding celebration extra beautiful! We also made a couple of last minute changes & they were very accommodating! It was a perfect day from beginning to end & was set up beautifully for us. I highly recommend Miraval Ballroom!

It was everything we dreamed of for our wedding day! We had everything done at the venue ceremony, photos and reception making it so much easier and less stressful. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was! I can not forget about the food, that was the talk of the party, the food was delicious. It had flavor and the presentation was spot on!! I would highly recommend any couple to have there wedding there, you will not be disappointed

He is personally involved in making sure your day is everything you want it to be and it most certainly was for us. He is also working very hard the entirety of your event to make sure everything goes smoothly and it showed. In addition, we could not find any guest who did not like the food. During our tasting I don't believe we once said "I don't like that." All in all, I could not recommend Frank, his staff, and The Miraval enough. It was everything we would have hoped for and Frank and his staff's efforts were a big part of that.

As a gay couple with absolutely no sense of style, Frank came to the rescue more than once. From color schemes to wedding decor, Frank was able to put his years of experience as a wedding planner to work and never judged us in the process. When our DJ canceled on us a month before our wedding date, Frank helped us find a replacement DJ immediately. On the night of our wedding, he was our personal attendant and always made sure we had a drink in hand. The venue itself is beautiful. We had an indoor (January) wedding, and even with an indoor ceremony, it all came together so well. The uplighting is a MUST! From the high ceilings to your own separate bridal suite, everything just feels so modern and great. We opted to go with the gold chiavari chairs, at a slight up charge, and have no regrets. Upon arriving the night of the wedding, Frank and his team had all our wedding decorations set up to our liking, and he even had some decor of his own to add to ours! Lastly, the food. If you want standard “wedding food” I advise you go elsewhere. From the complimentary food tasting, to the rehearsal dinner (with discount), to the night of the wedding, the food was phenomenal and was a highlight from our wedding guests. The Miraval Ballroom was able to accommodate some dietary restrictions the night of the wedding, from vegans to dairy free to those with gluten allergies (one of the servers even helped out on the spot!). All of our expectations for our choice of venue were exceeded at a very fair price. We wish the Miraval Ballroom and Frank all the success in the world and truly thank them for a day we will never forget.

e wanted an outdoor ceremony if at all possible. We also knew that because we were doing this on our own, in a short time span that budget was going to be a huge factor. That being said, Miraval was the second place we made an appointment to view and chat with Frank. The first place we looked at was MUCH too far out of our reach and also quite far away. From the moment we met Frank, we felt at ease. Very friendly, professional, and not the least bit pushy. The inside of the Ballroom was beautiful, and it was actually set up for an event when we got there. Funny thing was, it was set up with the colors we had chosen, which made it much easier to envision the room on our Wedding day. Then Frank showed us out back in the garden area. We were floored and both just knew immediately that we wanted to have our Wedding there. From the beautiful flowers, to the pond and gazebo, we just knew in our hearts, this was our venue. We went back inside and Frank went over the different packages he offers, again not being the least bit pushy, very relaxed and answered any and all of our questions clearly. We made sure the date we had chosen was available with him, then told him we needed a few moments to discuss. We took a few moments out front and neither one of us had anything negative come up when weighing our options. We booked with Frank that day! The year leading up to the Wedding went quickly, but any time I had even the smallest question, Frank answered my Emails quickly. When we were down to less than 3 weeks to go, I started to panic, thinking I was forgetting things that needed to be done. Frank was right there going over things with me and reassuring me that everything was on track. Wedding day, Frank was EVERYWHERE, but you'd never have known it. There was a small issue with my centerpieces and Frank and his Team made sure that every single one of them was fixed so that you'd never know. I had given Frank our decorations and told him where I'd like things to go, however, with all of his experience, he made a few very very slight changes, and quite honestly, I loved the way he set things up! Without being overbearing, Frank made sure that we had everything we needed all night long. From bringing us our own plate of his delicious appetizers so that we could enjoy them while we took a few moments to ourselves after the Ceremony, to helping us load our car at the end of the night. We made the perfect choice for our Wedding, and even now, we still are getting compliments of what a beautiful venue it was, how amazing the food was, and how professional and attentive Frank and his Team were. I truly can't say enough good things about Frank and The Miraval. If I could give him 10 stars or a Million, I would. Thank you Frank, for EVERYTHING you did for us to make our Wedding so wonderful. His team at the Miraval was amazing (shout out to the wonderful server, Nousa, who made sure the groom and I got cake! | and to the fabulous bartender, Deb, who was a champ all night) and so attentive. To sum up Frank's perfection: he even helped my mom bustle my dress when she couldn't figure it out; and he taught my now-husband how to floof my train. Just...wow! All-in-all, I know I'm forgetting to mention other things Frank did. He made our wedding what it was. I can't recommend him and the Miraval enough. Thank you, Frank, for everything!

was gorgeous, the grounds were gorgeous, and I loved everything. While in the process of choosing a venue, Frank did not push me or harass me for a deposit or another meeting. Frank was patient and and so nice. Everything up until our wedding day Frank was there for us. Always responding to me and supporting us. He was always available if I missed something and needed to bring it to him. He really cared for us on our special day. The day of the wedding, our room was GORGEOUS. Frank catered to Scott and I the whole night as well as our bridal party in the bridal suite which is GORGEOUS! Frank is the sweetest, nicest, and kindest man you will ever meet. The Miraval ballroom is perfect for any event and especially anyone’s wedding!! He fits anyone’s budget! He really works with you for your special day and does not push anything on you as most vendors and venues do. My wedding day was gorgeous thank you to Frank. His restaurant is just as beautiful and all the food is delicious! I will be having future events there! I am highly satisfied! The food was Delicious! I got stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, and carrots. Pasta and meatballs too! The appetizers were delicious! We also got berry sangria which was so good!

I failed to mention one of my trumpet vases broke while being transported to the venue from my florist and Frank managed to find one to replace it. Oh yeah another I forgot to mention it was raining on my wedding day well not exactly the whole day thanks to Frank and his staff for being patient while the rain stop so I could have my Ceremony outside. The food was so delicious my guest are still talking about how good the food was and how nice everyone was. If I could do it all over again I would still have my wedding here. If you are unsure about having your wedding here definitely book it.

Their outdoor space was amazing and did not need any additional decoration in order to make it perfect for our ceremony. The inside was perfectly designed with three specific sections; seating at tables on the far left, a large dance floor in the middle, and a lounge area with couches on the far right. All of these sections didn't overlap on each other, and combined with the separate large bridal suite showed that this venue was designed to host weddings and host them well. Frank kept things running smoothly, answered all our questions and handled some last minute changes without breaking a sweat. Our guests raved about the venue itself and the food, and several guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Our wedding day was perfect in every aspect, and we cannot thank Frank and his team enough.

He put me at ease through the entire process and took care of every single detail on the wedding day. He is part of everything and did a tremendous job. He would always be responsive, flexible when things change and with his experience offered his advice. He did it all and I am so grateful.
