The staff were amazing, kind, helpful, and very communicative. Any time I had questions their response was almost immediate and usually within the same day. The team was amazing at making all my thoughts come to life throughout the whole wedding. The food was so delicious we had raving reviews from my guests. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else I know that’s getting married and having any other type of event. Amazing Amazing Amazing!!

Overall, the wedding day experience was awesome: the space was beautiful, the food was delicious, and they were very accommodating with a last-second decision to hold the ceremony indoors due to looming weather. The only drawbacks we experienced were due to a change in ownership during our planning process: we weren't proactively notified of the change, and we had difficulty making contact for a time. It was only when we looked up Miraval on Google, learned of the change, and contacted the new number that we were able to establish communication again. This isn't something that should affect anyone looking at the venue now, but it did cause us some unwelcome stress, and I would advise that any reviews referring to Frank - the previous owner - are now outdated. The new coordinator we had, Taylor, did a great job putting things back on track and communicating with us promptly and proactively!

I just had my third event at this venue May 26, 2024 we had my daughters baby shower. Everything was amazing the view of the grounds is amazing I don’t think a lot of people realize what it looks like in the back of the venue we had a beautiful day taking pictures outside Staff did an awesome job. We were short one table they fix that in about 2 minutes no worries at all ! We had a brunch. Food was amazing. We did add two different menu items and I’m glad we did everyone seemed to enjoy the food choices! Anyone looking for a beautiful venue I would totally recommend this venue and there is plenty of parking.

Beyond 5 stars! Frank & his staff did an amazing job on our wedding day. Everyone raved about the service and food! Frank is a perfectionist like myself and made sure everything was how I had envisioned. Throughout the night he always checked in with me and made sure everything was going smoothly. I had my wedding there back in September and we had a wonderful time with our friends and family. It was so easy working with Frank. He was flexible and very responsive. I would totally recommend this venue to anyone I know getting married. We had our wedding outside and it was a beautiful day, the garden breathtaking.

My husband and I just got married at Miraval in December and I seriously cannot recommend booking your wedding here enough!! First of all, the event space is absolutely beautiful. Because it was a winter wedding and raining all day, we did everything inside and it was all so beautiful! But in the back, they also have an absolutely beautiful space you would never expect to be hidden back there! Frank was so easy to work with, answering all of my questions along the way whenever I had them. His staff was so friendly and fun to work with for our rehearsal dinner and big day! We brought a lot of decor in and they did an amazing job setting it up exactly how I envisioned it. The food was absolutely delicious and there were so many options to pick from. We also did a hot cocoa and cookies bar as our late night snack and our guests said it was the best hot cocoa they’ve ever had! Thank you so much Frank for helping us have our picture perfect day. Don’t think twice about booking here!! We will certainly be booking other events here in the future!

Frank and his team were terrific! Frank was punctual in answering any questions we had and super clear about any information we needed. He made the process so smooth. The venue is beautiful. we worked with frank (senior wedding and event planner) and we had such an amazing experience. from day 1, frank stood by our side, helping make sure everything was perfect - and i can assure you it was as perfect as possible, better than we ever could have hoped or imagined. frank made sure everything looked and felt as beautiful as humanly possible. both outdoor and indoor areas were used, and both looked magnificent. frank was fantastic with color coordinating the spaces to match our bridal parties. he helped us with a shuttle bus hiccup, which wasn’t even his responsibility or even his employees. when our flower girl and ring bearer got anxious with the crowd, frank was right there to guide, direct and instill confidence in them. i simply cannot say enough good things about this venue or the staff employed there. i would highly recommend this establishment to anybody planning a wedding and i will be recommending this venue and frank to everybody i know for weddings and events. our wedding was absolutely beautiful and i wouldn’t change a single thing.

My husband and I could not say enough good things about this venue and the coordinator, Frank. Everything about the venue is beautiful, from the outdoor grounds to the ballroom and the very spacious bridal suite. We even had our rehearsal dinner here and our family still talks about how delicious the food was for both events. With all that being said, Frank is absolutely amazing. He was very patient and helpful from start to end. We loved how everything turned out and would recommend Miraval Ballroom to anyone planning an event.

Everything about this place is perfection. The grounds is an option for ceremony, an extra perk. The food is amazing. My guests couldn’t help but rave about the place calling it a gem. Yes it is! The coordinator, Frank, is the key to all the glamour. He is prompt, helpful, patient and calm. This was helpful to an overwhelmed bride, me. He made sure to answer all of my questions on a timely manner. I never felt neglected or lost. So do you must do in your search for a venue, but don’t make a choice until you’ve visited Miraval Ballroom. I almost did and I’m glad I waited.

Frank the coordinator is excellent. He oversees everything and keeps other vendors in check. They set up everything for you and they do a wonderful job. The venue is beautiful and the food is great. Book this venue, you won't regret it.

Just recently had my wedding there (08/15/21), and I can attest that the staff is wonderful. Frank is simply amazing, he is the best coordinator I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was meticulous, detailed-oriented, and went above and beyond to ensure that my day went exactly as I have imagined. I am absolutely impressed with his dedication in planning the perfect wedding. He was genuinely eager to help and resolved little issues with quick alternatives. My guests are raving about how amazing the place looked and how wonderful the services were. I could not have hoped for a better service, and highly recommend this venue.

We were looking between Miraval Ballroom and another location and went to the other place first. What a mistake! As soon as we met Frank and walked through the ballroom, we knew we had found our place! The immaculate grounds outside and the beautiful interior really wow’d us and our families. Frank couldn’t have been more helpful if he tried! He worked with us through changing our date due to Covid, worked our menus to our liking, and was very reasonable with all of our requests. The food was delicious, I can’t stress that enough! Then to top it off, the Ice Cream Sundae Bar and Cigar & Whiskey station for the boys was an awesome finish to a fantastic evening! If you are looking for your wedding location, look no further! Don’t let Miraval Ballroom and Frank’s exceptional service pass you by, you will regret it!

Frank is very responsive and easy to get ahold of. He made getting married during a hurricane seem easy. The venue is gorgeous and their outdoor area is beautiful. Frank and his staff set everything up exactly how I had imagined it would be. I will most definitely recommend this venue to others and use this venue again for future events.

We were recommended Miraval Ballroom back when we first got engaged after checking out a few other venues first. We loved it right away: beautiful large ballroom with a stunning outdoor ceremony & cocktail hour area! The coordinator, Frank, is very professional, kind & hospitable. Very helpful and easy to work with! We had originally planned our wedding during Covid & had to reschedule - very stressful time but switching dates was easy with them. We ordered some extra decor that they offer that really made our wedding celebration extra beautiful! We also made a couple of last minute changes & they were very accommodating! It was a perfect day from beginning to end & was set up beautifully for us. I highly recommend Miraval Ballroom!

I don’t even know where to begin!! Let me begin with Frank (Wedding Day Coordinator) he was fabulous. He was polite, responsive, accommodating, organized, knowledgeable. He made planning a wedding so easy!!. The venue space was beautiful, landscaping was astounding, the ballroom has floor to ceiling windows looking out to the garden. It was everything we dreamed of for our wedding day! We had everything done at the venue ceremony, photos and reception making it so much easier and less stressful. Everyone is still talking about how beautiful everything was! I can not forget about the food, that was the talk of the party, the food was delicious. It had flavor and the presentation was spot on!! I would highly recommend any couple to have there wedding there, you will not be disappointed

My wife and I got married in October of 2020. Given the uncertainties of the year, we were not sure what it would really be like to go forward with our wedding. Glad to say, it could not have gone any better than it did. Frank was incredibly helpful from the go with anything we needed. He is personally involved in making sure your day is everything you want it to be and it most certainly was for us. He is also working very hard the entirety of your event to make sure everything goes smoothly and it showed. In addition, we could not find any guest who did not like the food. During our tasting I don't believe we once said "I don't like that." All in all, I could not recommend Frank, his staff, and The Miraval enough. It was everything we would have hoped for and Frank and his staff's efforts were a big part of that.

Frank was unbelievable! We had the most wonderful wedding with no hiccups! Frank was an incredible coordinator who insured we enjoyed our day rather than worrying about little details. He made sure we had a truly carefree day. Everything was perfect. He made everything look so beautiful. He was so willing to work with our budget and give us the wedding of our dreams. Our friends and family could not stop raving about the food and the venue! You will not regret getting married here, it was the best place to start a marriage.

The Miraval Ballroom at the Mockingbird Restaurant is the perfect choice to host your wedding! Our wedding coordinator, Frank, was nothing short of spectacular. He was professional in every way. He was willing to work with us within our budget, quick to respond to emails, and always willing to meet with us, even on short notice. As a gay couple with absolutely no sense of style, Frank came to the rescue more than once. From color schemes to wedding decor, Frank was able to put his years of experience as a wedding planner to work and never judged us in the process. When our DJ canceled on us a month before our wedding date, Frank helped us find a replacement DJ immediately. On the night of our wedding, he was our personal attendant and always made sure we had a drink in hand. The venue itself is beautiful. We had an indoor (January) wedding, and even with an indoor ceremony, it all came together so well. The uplighting is a MUST! From the high ceilings to your own separate bridal suite, everything just feels so modern and great. We opted to go with the gold chiavari chairs, at a slight up charge, and have no regrets. Upon arriving the night of the wedding, Frank and his team had all our wedding decorations set up to our liking, and he even had some decor of his own to add to ours! Lastly, the food. If you want standard “wedding food” I advise you go elsewhere. From the complimentary food tasting, to the rehearsal dinner (with discount), to the night of the wedding, the food was phenomenal and was a highlight from our wedding guests. The Miraval Ballroom was able to accommodate some dietary restrictions the night of the wedding, from vegans to dairy free to those with gluten allergies (one of the servers even helped out on the spot!). All of our expectations for our choice of venue were exceeded at a very fair price. We wish the Miraval Ballroom and Frank all the success in the world and truly thank them for a day we will never forget.

I'm a little delayed in writing this review, however I wanted to make sure this review had my full, undivided attention because Frank deserves it. We knew from the beginning that we wanted an outdoor ceremony if at all possible. We also knew that because we were doing this on our own, in a short time span that budget was going to be a huge factor. That being said, Miraval was the second place we made an appointment to view and chat with Frank. The first place we looked at was MUCH too far out of our reach and also quite far away. From the moment we met Frank, we felt at ease. Very friendly, professional, and not the least bit pushy. The inside of the Ballroom was beautiful, and it was actually set up for an event when we got there. Funny thing was, it was set up with the colors we had chosen, which made it much easier to envision the room on our Wedding day. Then Frank showed us out back in the garden area. We were floored and both just knew immediately that we wanted to have our Wedding there. From the beautiful flowers, to the pond and gazebo, we just knew in our hearts, this was our venue. We went back inside and Frank went over the different packages he offers, again not being the least bit pushy, very relaxed and answered any and all of our questions clearly. We made sure the date we had chosen was available with him, then told him we needed a few moments to discuss. We took a few moments out front and neither one of us had anything negative come up when weighing our options. We booked with Frank that day! The year leading up to the Wedding went quickly, but any time I had even the smallest question, Frank answered my Emails quickly. When we were down to less than 3 weeks to go, I started to panic, thinking I was forgetting things that needed to be done. Frank was right there going over things with me and reassuring me that everything was on track. Wedding day, Frank was EVERYWHERE, but you'd never have known it. There was a small issue with my centerpieces and Frank and his Team made sure that every single one of them was fixed so that you'd never know. I had given Frank our decorations and told him where I'd like things to go, however, with all of his experience, he made a few very very slight changes, and quite honestly, I loved the way he set things up! Without being overbearing, Frank made sure that we had everything we needed all night long. From bringing us our own plate of his delicious appetizers so that we could enjoy them while we took a few moments to ourselves after the Ceremony, to helping us load our car at the end of the night. We made the perfect choice for our Wedding, and even now, we still are getting compliments of what a beautiful venue it was, how amazing the food was, and how professional and attentive Frank and his Team were. I truly can't say enough good things about Frank and The Miraval. If I could give him 10 stars or a Million, I would. Thank you Frank, for EVERYTHING you did for us to make our Wedding so wonderful. Frank is an absolute genius, and if I had to credit one person with the perfection of our wedding day, it would be him. The Miraval is beautiful, and Frank helped with every detail of our reception. He was invaluable for advice throughout the whole planning process, and he worked with us on all aspects of our day. He answered every email I sent in a prompt manner and made sure everything went perfectly day-of. From the catering (which was delicious), to setting up our centerpieces (which were beautiful), to managing all of our other vendors and keeping us on schedule, he was in the thick of everything. His team at the Miraval was amazing (shout out to the wonderful server, Nousa, who made sure the groom and I got cake! | and to the fabulous bartender, Deb, who was a champ all night) and so attentive. To sum up Frank's perfection: he even helped my mom bustle my dress when she couldn't figure it out; and he taught my now-husband how to floof my train. Just...wow! All-in-all, I know I'm forgetting to mention other things Frank did. He made our wedding what it was. I can't recommend him and the Miraval enough. Thank you, Frank, for everything!

Where do I begin with Frank? I was first interested in the Miraval ballroom at the beginning of the summer of 2018. I went for a tour and automatically loved Franks vibe. The venue was gorgeous, the grounds were gorgeous, and I loved everything. While in the process of choosing a venue, Frank did not push me or harass me for a deposit or another meeting. Frank was patient and and so nice. Everything up until our wedding day Frank was there for us. Always responding to me and supporting us. He was always available if I missed something and needed to bring it to him. He really cared for us on our special day. The day of the wedding, our room was GORGEOUS. Frank catered to Scott and I the whole night as well as our bridal party in the bridal suite which is GORGEOUS! Frank is the sweetest, nicest, and kindest man you will ever meet. The Miraval ballroom is perfect for any event and especially anyone’s wedding!! He fits anyone’s budget! He really works with you for your special day and does not push anything on you as most vendors and venues do. My wedding day was gorgeous thank you to Frank. His restaurant is just as beautiful and all the food is delicious! I will be having future events there! I am highly satisfied! The food was Delicious! I got stuffed chicken, mashed potatoes, and carrots. Pasta and meatballs too! The appetizers were delicious! We also got berry sangria which was so good!

My wedding was June 20, 2019. Frank and his team went beyond my expectations. I sat down with Frank for a few minutes during my rehearsal to show him my decor and wasn’t sure he knew exactly what I wanted done; the day of my wedding he blew me away he did exactly what I wanted. I failed to mention one of my trumpet vases broke while being transported to the venue from my florist and Frank managed to find one to replace it. Oh yeah another I forgot to mention it was raining on my wedding day well not exactly the whole day thanks to Frank and his staff for being patient while the rain stop so I could have my Ceremony outside. The food was so delicious my guest are still talking about how good the food was and how nice everyone was. If I could do it all over again I would still have my wedding here. If you are unsure about having your wedding here definitely book it.

We're extremely happy with our choice of Miraval Ballroom for our wedding. We visited many venues across the South Shore, and Miraval was one of the only ones that was willing to work with our 70-80 guest count while still retaining the style that we were looking for. Their outdoor space was amazing and did not need any additional decoration in order to make it perfect for our ceremony. The inside was perfectly designed with three specific sections; seating at tables on the far left, a large dance floor in the middle, and a lounge area with couches on the far right. All of these sections didn't overlap on each other, and combined with the separate large bridal suite showed that this venue was designed to host weddings and host them well. Frank kept things running smoothly, answered all our questions and handled some last minute changes without breaking a sweat. Our guests raved about the venue itself and the food, and several guests told us that it was the best wedding they had ever attended. Our wedding day was perfect in every aspect, and we cannot thank Frank and his team enough.

I usually don’t leave reviews, just read them but I had to leave a review for Frank and the Miraval Ballroom at the Mockingbird Restaurant staff. Frank did an amazing job from the beginning to the end. He listened to me and my husbands requests and made our vision come true. The venue is absolutely beautiful and our guests loved the place and everything about it. The staff all had smiles on the entire time ( trust me I pay attention to these things lol). It’s soo true when they say the day flies by so quick which it did but I wouldn’t change anything. Thank you Frank and staff for everything, from The Washington’s ❤️

We were on the hunt for a few months trying to find the perfect venue for our wedding. It was very difficult to find a place that hosted one wedding at a time, had a beautiful outdoor space and was on budget. When we first visited the Miraval Ballroom at The Mockingbird we didn’t know what to expect but it surpassed all our expectations. The venue is gorgeous and the pictures do not do it justice. The food was AMAZING. The true gem of this place is Mr. Frank Cannizzaro the wedding coordinator and chef extraordinary. He put me at ease through the entire process and took care of every single detail on the wedding day. He is part of everything and did a tremendous job. He would always be responsive, flexible when things change and with his experience offered his advice. He did it all and I am so grateful. Our guests all raved about the food, the staff and those MARTINIS the entire night not one complaint. Shout out to Jose the bartender he made the best drinks the entire night. We are extremely happy with our choice to have our wedding at the Miraval Ballroom. From the dinner, patio, linen,lighting everything was just excellent. We could not have been any happier. We are extremely grateful to Frank Cannizzaro and his staff for making our special day so beautiful. Excellent choice and we would do it all over again. Guest are still talking about the great food and patio how gorgeous it was! Can't wait for my next function definitely will be at the Miraval Ballroom!

My wife and I had our reception at the Miraval Ballroom at the Mockingbird Restaurant about a year ago now. It was the best day of our lives. Both my wife and I are very particular about things and were worried trusting the venue staff with such responsibilities. Our worries were a waste as Frank and his staff were nothing but perfection! Frank made sure to stay in the shadows as the even progressed, but was ALWASY there as soon as something was needed. During the planning process he was so attentive to detail that it was a breeze. All our guests, even ones who live nearby, were very impressed with everything and couldn't stop talking about it for days. We constantly recommend both the Miraval Ballroom and the Mockingbird Restaurant. - Frank, both you and your staff made our special day even more special and we cannot thank you enough!

My husband Bruce and I got married on May 27, 2017 at the Miraval Ballroom and it was absolutely flawless. Bruce and I cannot thank Frank and his staff enough for the dream they helped make come true. The entire day flowed seamlessly thanks to their planning. We cannot stop looking through our photos and feel so lucky to have been able to celebrate our big day here. The garden out back was blooming and the fountain in the koi pond was running making for beautiful ambience. If we could do our wedding over again there is not a single detail we would change. We are eternally grateful and will continue to give Frank and the Restaurant our business. We really could not have imagined a better day. Wow, wow, wow...

I got married here in September I couldn't ask for a better day! Everything was perfect! We chose this venue because we wanted to get married outdoors and have the choice of Indoors/outdoors for the reception. Also because the ballroom is beautiful! Once we went to look at it we knew this was the place! Frank was amazing! He was always answered our questions in a timely manner and let us come in to look around the ballroom as it got closer to our wedding date. The food was amazing! Guests raved about the venue and how beautiful it was! We had an amazing day and so pleased with our experience with the Miraval Ballroom!

My wedding was recently held at the Mockingbird Miraval Ballroom, and it was perfect! The venue itself is beautiful, and Frank adds little touches (like candles, "MR. & MRS." sign on the sweetheart table, and a personalized entrance sign welcoming guests to your wedding)! Frank worked with us from beginning to end and went above and beyond to make us and our day feel special. He was like a ninja at the reception: always there when you need him but never in the way. My JP said she even saw staff polishing the glasses and silverware before the ceremony. I really felt like a princess throughout the whole process, and the private tasting was just out-of-this-world! I received numerous compliments on the food. It was just as delicious the day of the wedding as it had been at the tasting. I would highly recommend this venue.

The Miraval Ballroom is the perfect place for a wedding with its modern, clean decor and gorgeous grounds outside for your ceremony. The outdoor landscape is beautifully done with everything you could want for your ceremony and pictures. Plus, there is an incredible bridal suite which had cheese and crackers and champagne for us. We had an outdoor wedding there on Aug 6, 2016, with indoor reception, which is perfect so that you and your guests do not need to travel between venues. Our guests were so impressed with the beauty of the facility and landscape as well as the food. We had ceasar salad, the chicken prosciuto, and in ice cream sundae bar for dessert which was a huge hit! Frank, the owner is incredibly attentive and was so accommodating and helpful with all of our decorations and special requests. It was very hot the day of our wedding and they made sure our guests had water prior to the ceremony and for us after. The staff is also wonderful. We have been there several times for dinner prior to choosing this as our venue, and the food has always been delicious. We knew that we could count on great food for our wedding. And once we saw the ballroom and grounds, we were sold! You cannot go wrong with the Miraval ballroom if you want a beautiful wedding and amazing food and service. I recently had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Miraval Ballroom and everything was perfect! Everyone had a great time, and I have heard nothing but compliments from my guests regarding the outstanding food, the beautiful venue and the attentiveness of the wait staff. They were also impressed that the owner, Frank, was there to personally oversee the event. The patio and garden area are beautifully landscaped and made the perfect setting for our ceremony. The guests enjoyed mingling on the patio during the cocktail hour with plenty of couches and tables for those who wanted to have a seat. The photographer took so many pictures in the garden and gazebo area and I can hardly wait to see them! Having the ceremony and reception in the same area made it so easy to include everyone in pictures and still enjoy the cocktail hour. The dinner was delicious, and the presentation was impressive. Everyone was served promptly, and the wait staff made sure the guests had everything they needed. I noticed that they even took the time to go around to the tables offering the cookies we had as a late snack so that everyone would know they were there. From our first meeting, I felt that Frank took a personal interest in helping us plan our special day and went out of his way to help keep us within our budget. He was right there as soon as I arrived on the wedding day, helping me to carry everything in to the venue. Frank encouraged me to go to the bridal room and relax and get ready for the event, assuring me that he would take care of everything. He even opened a bottle of champagne to get us started! He set up all the centerpieces and table decorations just as I wanted them without me having to worry about any of it. He also checked with me several times during the evening to make sure that I was happy with everything. My husband and I both appreciate all that Frank did to make sure that our day was a memorable one, and will not hesitate to recommend the Miraval Ballroom and Mockingbird Restaurant for any special occasion that our friends or family may be planning in the future!
