Miss Ruby Boutique was the best bridal shopping experience that I have ever had. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Peyton at the front desk who was friendly and offered us beverages. It was a warm and welcoming environment. Hope helped me find my wedding dress and she was beyond amazing. Hope was knowledgeable, kind, personable, and she picked out the top two dresses that I tried on (she knew me well!). I appreciated how she included my family in the process while also being mindful of my preferences and opinions. Hope has the perfect personality for this and I will always appreciate that she found my wedding dress. Any bride will be lucky to work with Hope! I came back to Miss Ruby Boutique a few hours after my appointment to say yes to my wedding dress. I had wanted to take some time to think about my decision. Claire was available to help me try on the dress again. Claire and I had a great conversation that helped seal the deal which was followed by champagne and a photo session. I am so thankful for her kindness and taking me in at the last minute. Overall, Miss Ruby Boutique has impressed me for so many reasons. The first being, every staff member that I interacted with was phenomenal. I felt that they were all sharing my excitement. Secondly, there has been consistent communication since I booked the appointment and following the appointment. It is easy to get a hold of the staff at Miss Ruby with follow-up questions. Thirdly, some of the Milwaukee made dress purchases go towards organizations chosen by Miss Ruby which was a pleasant surprise. I had shopped at other bridal salons in the Milwaukee area and my experience at Miss Ruby exceeded all other salon experiences. My family who was with me during my appointments also agreed. THANK YOU to the entire staff at Miss Ruby Boutique! I am so excited to wear my wedding dress :)

I had an amazing experience shopping for my wedding dress at Miss Ruby Boutique! The selection of stunning gowns they have was incredible - they truly have something for every style of bride. It has the small family owned vibes which gives it that personable touch. My assistant Claire was 10/10! She truly listened to what I liked and disliked about dresses I had tried on previously and managed to find me the PERFECT dress that I didn’t know I needed. Her expertise was unmatched!

My experience with Miss Ruby Bridal was amazing! I felt so welcome and celebrated in my bridal experience AND just as special when my bridal party found their perfect dresses! They helped me create a perfect color palette for my crew. All the people we worked with made us feel right at home in their beautiful space. I am obsessed with my gown and loved finding my dress at Miss Ruby. They made sure I had everything I needed with their alterations recommendations, accessories and little white dresses! I found my rehearsal dinner dress here too and love it!

Fantastic experience! I can not say enough wonderful things about Miss Rubys! Kiera was absolutely amazing and made the entire experience fun and memorable! My group loved her too! I was a bit nervous going into the try on and she eased all my nerves and helped me feel excited by asking questions about my fiancé, how he proposed, our wedding, etc and got my me so excited to find my dress! There can be no better bridal shop. Kaylee took me through each step and was such a calming presence. Not only did she listen carefully to my story, the wedding vision, and my ideas about what I wanted, she continued to adapt the vision until I found a dress that was perfect. I felt so cared for and she was so professional and caring. This is absolutely without a doubt the best experience for dress shopping. No stress, and absolutely magical.

Mary Beth made my dream come true with finding the perfect dress. I never felt rushed during the process and let me try on multiple dresses. Paige helped me with trying on and finding the perfect accessories when my dress came in. My blue hair piece was the perfect piece for me! Miss Ruby’s as a boutique is amazing and very welcoming. I went into dress shopping with a specific idea of what I wanted. After trying on ~8 dresses that were pretty, just not *me*, Peyton came back with a black ballgown and told me to just trust her. It was a stunning dress, and it happened to be available in ivory! She convinced me to try it and I'm so grateful she did- it ended up being the most stunning dress I have ever had the joy of wearing. Miss Ruby is such a lovely place- so supportive, welcoming, and clearly so good at what they do!

I decided when I got engaged that I did not want to bring anyone to find a dress. I am way too easily influenced by others’ opinions and I wanted to find a dress that I loved and didn’t just settle for. So that gave the ladies at Miss Ruby Boutique a challenge because they had to pick up the slack as my “hype girls”. And they did an absolutely amazing job! I tried on 11 dresses and the last one was the one. They referred me to Simply Stitches in Fredonia for alterations and she did an amazing job as well! I had the greatest experience with Miss Ruby Boutique and love love love the fact it is a small business I was able to support! I received an astronomical amount of compliments on my dress and it truly confirmed my belief it was the perfect dress for the perfect day! I will forever recommend Miss Ruby Boutique to others!

She really listened to what I was looking for and even had me try on some options I hadn't even thought about. Miss Ruby's was by far the best boutique I visited when searching for my dress. I went in having no idea what I wanted and they were my very first stop. They pulled out several options for me to get a flavor for my style and really paid attention to what I had to say. I ended up finding my perfect dress after just 6 try-on's!

I worked with Anna and she was incredible. I came to my appointment alone to buy a replacement for a dress I purchased elsewhere that I just wasn’t feeling anymore. It felt like I was sitting down with a friend. She listened, she understood what I was looking for, and she helped me find the perfect dress that worked on my short timeline. Before going to this shop, all of my married girlfriends kept telling me how they'd heard nothing but good reviews of this place, and they were right! This was the first shop I went to and managed to find my dress within the first appointment. My stylist team was absolutely amazing: they took the time to learn more about me, my wedding vision, my budget, and how I want to both look and feel on my special day. Additionally, all of the other employees were incredibly kind and supportive during the whole process. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience! Miss Ruby Boutique was so nice to work with! You can plan an appointment for you, your family and friends and add extras onto the experience like wine and a cheese board. Then when you get there, you tell them your budget and get to work! Friends and family can join in and pick dresses they want to see you in and then you do too. Pick as many dresses as you want and make sure to go outside of your usual thought! Also when you try on the dress, you tell your miss Ruby dress associate what you think first and then they make you say your thoughts before anyone so it can be true to you. I found my dress the first visit and they were very communicative of when everything was ready. They even held onto the dress until I was able to grab it because I was out of state.

This was the first time I’ve ever been dress shopping- whether for myself or with someone else. They made the process so warm and welcoming from the start- from initial contact to introduce the team to asking for what I’m looking for prior to the appointment and providing information about what to expect from the appointment. Walking into the boutique was a dream! I can’t imagine finding my dream dress without Peyton! She made me feel at ease throughout the whole process, made me feel stunning in every dress and pointed out how my face lit up and my nonverbal confidence in my dream dress. I could tell she really cares and has a passion for what she does and it makes anyone who works with her enjoy their experience. If I could, I would give 10 stars. This was my second stop for the day and after having a lovely experience at my first stop, my expectations were fairly high. Peyton more than delivered! I enjoyed having the opportunity to view dresses and pick samples with my cousin, but also having Peyton's support and guidance along the way. I felt empowered in making my own choices for a dress, while also receiving genuine assistance when I needed it most. I knew in my heart the moment I put on my dress that I had found the one and Peyton knew it too. I had not been ready in that exact moment to say yes as I wanted to go to my final appointment to be sure, but Peyton casually mentioned that if I wanted, I could be squeezed in again before closing. Needless to say, I rushed back before closing and said yes to my dress! I do not have enough good things to say about my experience, but I felt so incredibly special during my entire appointment and am so glad I was able to say yes to my dress with my family, friends, and Peyton by my side at Miss Ruby!

I had an amazing experience at Miss Ruby! They are so kind and thoughtful about how they run their appointments and made sure to include everyone who came to the appointment in the process. Gianna who was my stylist, really helped me think about what I want to feel and look like on my wedding day and it made the decision making process so much easier. We went to another place where the process felt very cold and lack luster in comparison. Our time at Miss Ruby was exactly what I hoped wedding dress shopping would feel like, an absolute blast and zero stress!

Miss Ruby was a dream! This was my second bridal shop I went to for a dress and I am so happy I found them!!! Peyton was absolutely excellent! She went so above and beyond to get to know me and what I wanted not only in a wedding dress but for my wedding overall. She asked soo many questions and I really felt like she knew me. I really wanted a dress with sleeves and she had so many amazing ideas for me to try. She even brought out boleros for me to try along with fabric to give me a feel for what the dress would look like. I cannot thank her enough for truly putting in all her effort to make sure I found a dress that checked all my boxes and that made me feel absolutely! I wish I could wear the dress everyday! I got my dress from Miss Ruby in April 2021 and got my accessories in July 2022. Lauren helped with my dress and Molly helped with my accessories and they were both great to work with! For my dress, Lauren was great with getting opinions from my family and friends without letting my opinion get overlooked and helped with finding dresses that fit the style I was going for. For my accessories, Molly brought out the floor model of my dress so that I could get the complete look when trying on veils and jewelry. It helped so much! I wasn't sure with the exact style I wanted, but she was patient with getting different necklaces and earrings for me to try on. My dress came earlier than estimated and my jewelry came only a day later than estimated. It was a great atmosphere and all the employees were super friendly!

I found my dream dress at Miss Ruby's Boutique and it was a really great experience! I will say there were not many options around my ball/A-line gown style, as it was more trumpet and mermaid styles, but perhaps it was just what they had in stock at the time. I know those styles are more popular now. The ladies there were so kind and helpful, but I will say I felt my stylist was bringing me a lot of styles that I already expressed disinterest in so perhaps she was not the best experience.

I went to Miss Ruby’s for my bridesmaids dresses. They had me come in alone before my bridesmaids to pick out some styles and colors from the rack. I would recommend doing this because it made the day go much smoother when I brought my bridesmaids. Everyone was kind and helpful and they had a lot of different styles and prices to choose from. They made it a fun day for all of my bridesmaids and I would highly recommend going there! Although I didn’t end up getting my bridal dress there, they have such a beautiful selection and a gorgeous space!

I bought my dress from Miss Ruby's back in early 2020, and didn't have a chance to wear it until this June 2022 as we had to postpone our wedding. But, I still vividly remember how wonderful my experience was there! I also bought my wedding necklace and earrings from the boutique. I had an amazing experience at Miss Ruby’s. They were so accommodating when I needed to bring an extra person due to my husband having a mom and step mom and they made me feel so special throughout the entire process. My stylist really listened to what I was looking for and actually picked out the dress I ended up purchasing. They also recommended my seamstress and she was the sweetest and did an amazing job on my dress! Every dress at Miss Ruby’s was gorgeous so you really can’t go wrong.

I had such an incredible experience finding my wedding dress at Miss Ruby! Hannah was great to work with and literally had the perfect dress in mind just from talking over the phone!!! She had me try on a few dresses initially and eventually led me to the dress she had in mind, which ended up being my dress! I was stunned by her ability to find the perfect match for me. I had tried on dresses at 5 other bridal shops in Minneapolis & Milwaukee prior with no luck. Miss Ruby knew what I needed!

I had the most wonderful experience at Miss Ruby’s! My mom has some mobility issues and they were kind enough to walk to her car and help her into the store. I wasn’t necessarily expecting to find “the one”, but Peyton did such a wonderful job of listening to what I wanted and proposed the perfect dresses for me. I cannot recommend Miss Ruby's Boutique enough. I had a wonderful experience with Hannah as my consultant. This was my first time trying on gowns and I honestly did not expect to find the one, but it ended up being the first dress I tried on. Hannah knew it was important to try on a variety of styles (while sticking within my budget) and in the end, it made me confident when I ended up choosing the one. She knew which questions to ask me to figure out why I loved some gowns and not others and helped me to verbalize it. She allowed me to stay beyond my time frame while making my final decision. Consultants are so much more important than I realized and I truly felt that Hannah cared, listened and knew exactly what I was thinking before I even said anything. Thanks Hannah and Thanks Miss Ruby!

Amazing time at Miss Ruby’s today! I worked with Cassie who was super sweet and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable. I was blown away by the beautiful space and dresses available to try on. In general I tend to be a little unsure and anxious, but she and my guests reminded me of the facts and helped me feel truly beautiful in my gown. In the end I got to try on a veil, hold a bouquet of fake flowers, sip champagne and say yes to the dress!!

Miss Ruby was the only wedding boutique I went to and I found the dress of my dreams in 30 min! Kylie helped me and she was so great, kind, and energetic! I hit the jackpot having her as my stylist. My appointment at Miss Ruby was THE BEST. Lauren was so friendly and made sure I felt comfortable. She seemed genuinely interested in hearing about my love story and wedding plans. She pulled dresses that I not only loved, but helped me talk through each one to make sure I ended up with nothing less than my dream dress. If you like lace, Miss Ruby is the place for you! I had so much fun trying on the dresses and am absolutely obsessed with the one I got. I can’t wait to be a Miss Ruby bride and would 100% recommend them to any area brides.

Miss Ruby made dress shopping and buying easy for me! I was dress shopping in the thick of the pandemic and took advantage of their at-home try-on experience. I ended up choosing a dress during my at-home try-on and then scheduled follow-up appointments to finalize the next steps. Everyone I worked with at the store was so kind and bubbly!

There's no way I can find all the right words to praise Hannah at Miss Ruby enough!!! (She needs a raise). She was so patient, she very quickly got to know my personality and my likes/dislikes. She really understood me and offered helpful tips, advice, and ideas. She took the time to ask me how I felt about each dress before showing my family and that turned out to be extremely helpful. This was the first bridal shop I had ever been to and after trying on a dozen or more dresses it turned out that I fell in love with the very first dress I tried on. This made me a bit hesitant to purchase it and Hannah completely understood my reservations and never rushed me or pushed me in any direction. She knew I needed to try more shops before I could confidently decide. When I went back 2 days later to get that very first dress she said "I totally understood what you needed to do... but I knew I'd see you again real soon :)" By the end of everything we celebrated together with Hannah and it felt like she should be coming to the wedding! It was nothing short of a perfect experience for me, as well as my friends and family. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!!!!

I can not recommend Miss Ruby enough!! Literally I tell everyone how wonderful my experience was. I am plus sized so I was a bit nervous to begin with but they made everything painless. I had the BEST wedding dress shopping experience at Miss Ruby Bridal Boutique! My stylist, Hannah, was SO helpful and made the process super easy. She made me feel comfortable during my appointment and she also made it fun! The boutique is beautiful and my family and I had a cute area that was “ours” during my appointment. The dress I picked was actually the first dress I tried on! I tried on a variety of dresses after that but ultimately came back to the first one. All the dresses are absolutely beautiful and there is a great selection. I would highly recommend Miss Ruby!

I’ll start out by saying that in general, Miss Ruby’s was amazing. From the vibe of the set up to the service. I was placed with Hannah who was extremely welcoming and kind! She seemed extremely interested in my bridal process and where things are/will be going. Although, as much as I loved everything else by the boutique. I have to admit that I left feeling a little discouraged. I know that I am a plus size women and all. But there was really only one dress that was similar to the size I am around. She handed me size 12 and 14 dresses when I’m more between a 20 and 22. I understand that it’s common to try on different dress sizes to see different styles. But the fact that there was only one size 20 dress was a bit saddening after they had advertised inclusivity. I specifically chose places that advertised that because I already struggle with how I look at myself. I’d say if you are a plus size women I would be cautious but if you don’t fit underneath that demographic 100% try out Miss Ruby. Out of all the places, they definitely have some of the best customer service!

Although I was initially anxious and nervous to be in the “spotlight” to show off the dresses, Hannah made me feel at ease. She not only asked me great questions to understand my style but could read my facial and body expressions to provide words of encouragement. Brides, stop wasting your time and go to Miss Ruby Boutique! My wedding dress shopping experience started at a *different* bridal boutique where none of the dresses fit me and had me leaving in tears. I walked into Ruby’s skeptical and not feeling very hopeful... but let me tell you, Ruby’s completely turned that around! I had Stephanie who is nothing short of AMAZING!! She made me feel empowered, happy and beautiful! Ruby’s has an experienced and knowledgeable group of women who's ultimate goal is to make you feel beautiful and Stephane embodies that! She truly went the extra mile to help me find my dream dress all while having fun. When they say they’re with you every step of the way, they mean it. Before trying on a single dress Stephanie and I discussed budget, style, inspiration and details about my fiancé and myself. Unlike other boutiques they care about getting to know you personally. I never once felt pressured or rushed into buying something that wasn’t right for me. The experience was comfortable and FUN! I found my dress in no time and Stephanie even got creative with making straps to help me envision myself on the big day wearing it. As I said “yes” she cried with my entire group like she was one of my girls. Heck, it feels like Stephanie is one of my girls now! After your appointment they will check in with you regularly with updates on your dress and ensure your happiness and satisfaction, you can’t put a price tag on that! I can’t say enough praises about this boutique and Stephanie! Save yourself the time and go to Ruby’s! You will not be disappointed!

I highly recommend Miss Ruby Boutique. I had a private bridal appointment which was scheduled with stylists Hannah and Chanae. They weren’t pushy and wanted to make sure I loved the gown I would wear on my wedding day. I was very indecisive and they got feedback from me on other gowns of what I liked and didn’t like until they nailed it and I found my wedding dress. Hannah and Chanae really stood out to me as phenomenal stylists, especially after trying to find my dress at another business the day before with an unhelpful stylist. My bridal accessory appointment was excellent. My bridesmaid dress experiences were also great, even with COVID and having one bridesmaid from out of town. I had 4 appointments total and worked with many of the ladies. All of them were nothing but supportive, helpful and kind. They were always fast to reply to emails or texts. I’m proud to be a Miss Ruby Bride and cannot wear to wear my dream dress at my wedding this fall!

When I started shopping around for Bridesmaid’s dresses, I needed to find collections that included Junior Bridesmaid sizes (which aren’t easy to find). I was hoping to find options that were elegant, flattering for all body types, and affordable too. Miss Ruby’s did not disappoint! I needed a specific color, and I was able to get exactly what I needed, even for my Junior Bridesmaid. I scheduled a time to shop their dress styles before my bridesmaids came in to make sure they had what we were looking for, and everyone there was so helpful and insightful! We received the same service when my girls and I came back to shop around. Everyone looked AMAZING and the dresses were beautiful. If you’re looking for a great selection of bridesmaid dresses, make sure you stop at Miss Ruby’s!

Getting my dress from Miss Ruby’s was a wonderful experience! I don’t normally write reviews, but I have to show this place some love for the amazing job they did. I had gone to a few other stores in the area, and I ended up knowing exactly the kind of dress that I wanted, but it didn’t seem to exist. My stylist at Miss Ruby’s, lovely Hannah, listened closely as I explained my struggles with various styles, cuts, and fabrics. She then helped me envision my dream dress, by combining a few aspects from three different bridal gowns that they had at Miss Ruby’s. She was so creative and thought outside of the box to get me exactly what I wanted. After we submitted the order to the designer, she continued to be so helpful and lovely to work with, calling me with updates and communicating with the designer about some of my concerns or additional hopes for the dress. Hannah just made the process so much easier and less stressful. My dream dress is finally here now, and I feel so comfortable and beautiful in it! I can’t thank her and the team at Miss Ruby’s enough!

Miss Ruby’s provides great options, customer service and are beyond friendly during the whole process of picking out Bridesmaids dresses. They are easy to work with, especially if all of your Bridesmaids are either out of town and/or can’t pick up their dresses all at the same time. Lauren at Miss Ruby truly made picking our my dress so easy and so much fun! They were super accommodating, on time, so friendly, and really knowledgeable about everything I had questions on. I had the best experience at Miss Ruby's. I had previously been to a different bridal shop where I felt rushed and pressured and ended up buying a dress that I didn't love. I was anxious and nervous going to look at different dresses but my experience at Miss Ruby's couldn't have been better. The atmosphere was so relaxed. I worked with both Lauren and Reagan. They both took the time to listen to me and what I wanted and did a great job of pulling dresses that fit my style. The loft is super cute and cozy. It has a smaller feel which made me feel more listened to and the visit felt more personable. The lighting was great. They listened to every little detail to help make sure I bought a dress I loved, especially since I had already had the experience of buying one that I didn't. There was no pressure for me to buy a dress immediately. I ended up finding my dream dress and couldn't be happier! Thank you to everyone who helped me!
