Misty made our wedding planning experience so enjoyable and alleviated so much stress from the process. We booked Misty for full-service planning and it was SO worth the investment. She answered our questions and address our concerns with so much thought and care. She went above and beyond in each step and truly created the most perfect day for us. Our wedding day was everything we could have dreamed of and more— all thanks to Misty. She brought our vision to life by linking us to the right vendors, helping us navigate the process— and doing so in a way that did not make it overwhelming. After booking our venue (Integrity Hills), my fiancé and I quickly realized we were in over our heads. After finding Misty, all the stress and anxiety that comes with planning a wedding vanished. She laid everything out in manageable tasks, checked in regularly (but not excessively), and communicated with vendors while keeping our vision in mind. She has several relationships with trusted vendors and even extended herself to create new relationships on our behalf. She listened to us, did her research, and because of that we were able to have an UNFORGETTABLE wedding. My fiancé pulled off the greatest surprise by having one of our favorite artists, Brett Young, sing our first dance song. Misty not only 1) kept it a secret, but she 2) personally made sure that Brett and his team had everything they needed. I could go on and on about the tedious tasks that we were able to overlook because Misty had them all handled. We were present and in the moment because Misty and her team handled EVERYTHING. Without overlooking a single detail. Our families and guests left our wedding with rave reviews for not only the wedding, but Misty specifically. She truly became family during this process. Sometimes people forget that a wedding is a celebration of love and Misty constantly reminded us that that was what our day was for. We can't imagine our wedding planning experience without Misty and will recommend her to anyone.

Absolutely 5 star all the way!! After speaking to other parents of brides, we reluctantly decided to reach out to a wedding planner to help us plan for our daughter's wedding. After doing some research, we found our way to Misty Willinger Events and it was the best decision that we made! She is professional, conscientious, and organized. It's apparent that other vendors respect her, and I believe her attitude helps elevate the entire vendor team. Misty truly made our wedding day perfect! I enjoy planning however I had no idea where to start when planning a wedding. Misty guided us through the process every step. I was still extremely involved but didn’t have to worry about any of the hard stuff. I know my mom and I will always have great memories of the planning experience because of her. Misty was such a joyful and calming presence on the day of. My wedding was a ground up wedding at my family farm so there was A Lot of work to be done. I was able to enjoy my day and trust that she was finishing all the final touches to make my vision come true. One of the smallest details that I loved was when we left our ceremony and jumped in the car to go take pictures, Misty had a plate of our appetizers already made and ready for us to enjoy :)

We hired Misty to handle our “day of” activities and she exceeded any expectation we had, helping out with our vendor relations before and after seamlessly. She had every little thing that we hadn’t thought of including Kleenex for our guests, a sewing kit to help with last minute alterations and a steamer to make sure my dress was perfect. Thank you! Jake and I got married at Dogwood Canyon last month. One of our best decisions was to invest in our wedding planner, Misty, who had been amazing all through out. She kept us on track in all planning stages, and her professionalism, flexibility and quick thinking lead to flawless execution of a dream come true. Her recommendations and insights are all focused to bring the best of who we are as she got to know us in the process. The way she worked with our vendors and with us is very efficient and comfortable. She was able to solve issues in a calm manner (there’s always something no matter how careful and detail-oriented we are such as missing card holder, candle holder, etc., my lesson was not to rely on other people who “likes to get involved”). Misty made sure that our day is the best day ever, and for that, we are always grateful.

My wedding would not have been the same without her! Not only is Misty a wonderful human being, she has mastered her craft in every sense of the word! Going above and beyond is an understatement! Planning a wedding is overwhelming and scary at times but with misty guiding and supporting me… Everything was perfect! On the wedding day, brides are always a ball of nerves and wondering how it’s all going to come together… well, I walked out and it was the wedding of my dreams! From the decor, to the food, the music, all the detail were handled and set in place for me to just enjoy the day! Misty made our day the most perfect day!! With every small detail, she put her whole effort into everything. I would 100% recommend Misty as your wedding planner! She was wonderful and helped the day go so smoothly. She is so experienced and knows how to handle any last minute hiccups with ease. She gave me an entire day-of-timeline so I didn't feel rushed on the wedding day. Big Cedar Lodge is a large venue and she helped make scheduling the shuttle service for guests to go from the ceremony location to the reception so easy! All the guests had a great time and no one was bored! She will handle every little day-of detail that would have been overlooked if I hadn't hired a wedding coordinator! Absolutely wonderful! Our daughter’s wedding was in another state and hiring a wedding planner was a must. Misty was absolutely amazing! She was so detailed oriented, organized, and punctual with contacting all of our vendors. She is so talented and has the best ideas to enhance your vision. I knew everything would be done with perfection and I would not have to worry about anything. She just brings calmness . She goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.

When other vendors of mine asked who my planner is and I told them Misty, I got the same answer every time. “You picked the best in the business.” And they were absolutely right. My matron of honor quote: “Every time Misty walked into the room, I could feel a sense of calm, even in everyone.” Another spot on quote. Best wedding planner ever! Our wedding was 100% stress free and ran so smoothly because of Misty. From recommending the perfect vendors for us, to reading every contract, to handling all correspondences with vendors, to answering EVERY question we had any hour of the day for two years, to giving her honest opinion always, to planning the perfectly flawless timeline of our wedding weekend and making sure every single person executed it, to giving me a checklist from the moment we were engaged to the week of the wedding she thought of EVERYTHING, to handling any moment of my stress with, "I've got it taken care of." Not to mention replanning our entire wedding when COVID postponed it. My husband, myself, and my family will forever be grateful.

Misty made my wedding dreams come true! My husband and I were married on November 13th (2 wedding date changes later - thanks to the pandemic). My mom gifted us the money to hire Misty, which turned out to be the best decision for our wedding. Misty’s organization is on another level. She knows what needs to be done, when it needs to happen, and how to go about handling every little detail. She connected me to incredible contacts who worked together to make my wedding beyond what I dreamed it could be. She even made a new seating layout happen, even though the venue said it couldn’t be done due to the location of outlets for the DJ booth. Misty makes magic happen! She also came to the rescue when suits were sized wrong, and she was willing and able to have tough conversations to make sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t imagine what my day would have been like without Misty there to protect me from the stress. If Misty could handle all the last-minute changes and crazy family dynamics from my wedding, then she can handle anything!

Misty is the best. She held our hand through the whole process through the ending of our whole wedding. We can't recommend enough. She was always a helping smile to get through the stress of planning some things. Her website and portal are very helpful, her checklists are very fair and timely. 5 stars all around!

Misty was the BEST and made my whole wedding a flawless experience!! We live in Kansas City and chose to get married in Branson, MO and it was a blessing to have Misty in the area because she is so well connected with everyone down there. We had issues with both our original photographer and transportation company cancelling about 4 weeks before our wedding and Misty had it under control within days. She works so hard to ensure everyone is happy, relaxed, and having a great time throughout the whole wedding. I could not have done it without her!!

Misty is THE BEST EVER! I was someone who thought, “I can handle this, I won’t need help.”… until about a month before my wedding and I was drowning. Misty does it ALL! One of the best decisions my daughter and I made for her wedding was hiring Misty as our Day of Coordinator. She gave us so much more than one day of her time! We sent Misty all vendor invoices as we received them so she could coordinate and confirm all vendors. We had a meeting with her a month or so ahead of time, which was invaluable. The week of the wedding, Misty met us at the venue to confirm and walk through all details of the reception. She worked closely with us and with the vendors to create a perfect timeline for the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, and wedding day. She attended everything and kept us all focused and on the same page, but in such a fun, positive, thoughtful way. The day of the wedding, I didn't worry about a thing! Misty handled everything with grace and professionalism, not to mention a wonderful sense of humor. So many friends and family members have commented on how calm and relaxed I was on the day of the wedding...that is ALL because of Misty. She handled the details so I could enjoy my daughter's dream day. And my younger daughter caught the bouquet, so I will be contacting Misty again soon! Can't wait to work with her again!

Hands down five stars! Our daughter's wedding was in another state so we knew we were going to need someone to help us plan it. Misty was absolutely awesome! I hate to say this because everyone thinks their wedding is perfect, but our daughter's really was! Lol! If anything went wrong at the wedding or reception, we never knew about it. Misty took care of everything! I remember sending her a text at about a week out about something that I had said I was scared about. Yes, scared. Lol! She replied, "Don't be scared, it's going to be perfect!" She. Was. Right. Thank you, Misty for a beautiful day!!

Misty was truly the kindest and most understanding person we worked with. She never pushed anything on us that we didn’t want to do on our wedding day. She was able to accommodate to each of my family member’s personality, being humorous with some and serious with others. She was able to take any stress off of us and really made it a joyful experience when planning our wedding! 100% recommend Misty!

Misty is simply incredible! We hired her to do day-of coordination and looking back, I wish I would have hired her to do all of the coordinating! The relief that came from knowing she knew where everyone needed to be, what our vision for the day was, and how the day should play out is unexplainable. She ensured every little detail was perfect - all the way down to making sure we had our favorite drinks in our hand all night. Misty did an incredible job from start to finish! I couldn’t have asked for better! She was helpful and had excellent recommendations on who to use for invitations, decorations/flowers, and cake and anything else that I needed as well. She did anything and everything I asked her to help me with from picking out any and all options regarding flowers, invitations, etc. and coming to every appt. She made me her number one priority! On my wedding day she was there for me front and center overseeing every aspect of everything while also checking on me to see if I needed anything whatsoever! Wow, Misty was such a gem! I didnt think we needed a coordinator, and I am so glad that a family member convinced us otherwise because I dont think we could have made this wedding happen without Misty's guidance! She is a perfect coordinator from professionalism to making sure all details are covered. If I did one thing right for my wedding, it was hiring Misty!! I can’t imagine all of the added stress I would have had to deal with if it weren’t for her. As my mom says, she is worth her weight in gold! I would easily pay double what she charged for everything she did for our wedding. She is also such an awesome person and so easy to get along with! She just makes you feel like you’ve known her forever. She made it so much easier for me to relax leading up to and on the day of my wedding. So thankful for her!

5 stars ++++ Wedding date 10-17-20 There are not enough stars to tell you how valuable Misty was to me throughout the wedding planning process on and on the big day. She is more than a wedding planner, she is a kind soul that respects your vision, listens to your wishes, and brings the wedding event to life. Without Misty, I would have been lost on my wedding day. There are just so many things happening simultaneously and it would be very difficult for the bride alone to keep up. Therefore, I highly-highly- highly recommend that you hire a wedding planner (MISTY) to help coordinate so that you can enjoy your day and be stress-free. Misty is was there to help every step of the way and constantly made sure that everything was running as planned. She is extremely organized and can transform an event space into a magical moment. She has great attention and gets all the credit for the end result. I would say that Misty was the MVP of our wedding. By the end of the day, Misty felt like our family. My groom (husband) and both our families absolutely adored Misty as she has a calming presence and has a welcoming way about her. She was the point person who everyone was looking for on the wedding day. She was truly the reason I was able to completely relax and enjoy every moment of our wedding day to the fullest. In the end, isn’t that what is all about….having the most memorable day of your life!!

I cannot recommend Misty enough. She was such a calming presence throughout the entire process and truly helped guide me through every step. After interviewing a handful of planners, I had a call with Misty and I just knew she was the one! Between planning my wedding from Dallas, COVID, and dealing with a difficult (but beautiful!) venue, I could not have done it without Misty. Our daughter Jessica picked Misty for her wedding planner. I met Misty the day before the wedding. She did an excellent job and learned quickly how to manage Jessica. On the day of the wedding, Misty was great with Jessica and through the reception was awesome! Misty did the big and little things right...

I could not have planned my wedding without Misty! There were so many details that I never even thought about & she helped me every step of the way (and her check lists are a godsend). On the day of the wedding, she makes everything so easy & fun! I worried about absolutely nothing thanks to her. I was able to just relax and enjoy every second of my wedding day thanks to her! Misty is a master of communication. We had a rehearsal dinner in Bentonville, Arkansas, and I live in Dallas. COVID hit, and she did not miss a beat. Everything we planned had to be changed as the bride and groom had to cut numbers. Misty redid all the numbers, she talked with me daily, and during the event, she managed everyone so that I did not have to worry. She is calm, cool, and collected when we had some issues with the mail system. Misty just has a calm nature about her and is a problem solver if one arises. Her prices are reasonable, and she will try to get the best discount for you through the vendors. I highly recommend that you hire her for your event. I will miss talking with her daily.

Misty was unbelievably helpful for our wedding. We hired her as a same day coordinator a year in advance at a wedding expo. She always kept in touch during that year and was there if I needed anything. she gave us recommendations for vendors and advice and tips when I had questions. A month before the wedding she started organizing our vendors and helping me plan out the wedding day. On the wedding day I didn't have to do a single thing. She made sure the day ran smooth and that there were no issues. I had no stress all because of her. I would highly recommend Misty to anybody. She is very professional and very good at her job. I am so glad that she was there on our big day!!

Knowing what I know now, I would have paid Misty double! Hiring Misty was the single best decision I made while planning my wedding. I immediately felt stress and weight lift off of me. Organized is an understatement for Misty. At any given time, she had everything under control; handled vendor communications, dealt with issues, thought of things I didn’t, sent me reminders, and was prepared for everything. I didn’t lift a finger on my wedding day (aside from some decorating) and I had the time of my life – I have Misty to thank for that! If I could change anything, it would be to hire her earlier.

Simply put, my husband and I could not imagine planning our wedding without Misty by our side. Our single best choice in this entire process was hiring Misty to be our planner! She was always professional, quick to respond, had the best ideas of ways to save money/decorate/tips and tricks, and not to mention- she gracefully and easily got us through having to postpone and change our date because of the pandemic! During a time that would typically be extremely stressful, she took all of that off of our shoulders and took care of everything, from finding a new date with ALL of our original vendors, to getting new contracts and documents updated for us. Misty was the best Event Planner and we couldn’t have done it without her! We had an at home wedding which takes much more planning and preparation. She provides lists, offered vendor choice assistance, ideas and the day of the wedding was in control and was able to take charge and have it flow seamlessly. She’s detailed, calm, and does whatever it take to make your wedding as beautiful as you can dream it.

There’s no real place to begin on how Grateful John andn I are that we had Misty at our side during the whole wedding process. We could NOT have made it without her. We were planning a wedding whilst dealing with the ever changing situations of COVID-19 and there were plenty of changes to be made constantly, and she took care of every single thing, including calling me and calming me down And giving me hope and reassurance after many crying spells over thinking our wedding wasn’t going to happen due to the corona virus. I’m an Arkansas girl living in DC, with a background in event planning and logistics, so I knew finding a wedding planner who could handle my style would be near-impossible. In comes Misty - straight from handling St. Louis society weddings - kind yet direct, and always there to handle sticky situations, whether it be wedding contracts in the COVID environment or loose ends and concerned moms. She was present when I needed her and somehow under and invisibility cloak otherwise - oh and she was WASHING DISHES at the end of the night to meet my location vendor’s needs. I can’t say enough. Get her in contract before her prices go through the roof based on demand, I’m telling you, she far far surpassed my expectations (and they were exceptionally high)!

I don't know where to start.... Misty is absolutely amazing!! If someone told me I could only hire one vendor for my wedding including photography, dj, and catering - it would be Misty. She handled everything at my wedding and made things run so smoothly even though we had to move the ceremony indoors last minute. I hired Misty for day of coordination for my December wedding. I had attended a wedding where several thing went wrong and no one knew what to do to fix the errors. After that I knew I wanted to hire someone to handle all the details and vendors the day of my wedding. I was lucky enough to meet Misty at a bridal expo and I can not say enough good things about her. I had already booked all my vendors, so I sent their information to her and she took care of planning the entire wedding day. She attended our rehearsal and made sure that everyone knew their places for the ceremony and provided print out timelines of the wedding day. Our wedding day was completely perfect and went off without a hitch thanks to her!

Misty Willinger Events coordinated our wedding last weekend and we still can’t believe how smooth the day went. Misty made sure that we didn’t have a worry in the world that day! At first we weren’t sure if we even needed a wedding coordinator but boy were we wrong - we are so glad we booked Misty and we can’t imagine how the planning and execution of the wedding would have been without her. She was there for us anytime we had questions or needed her during the planning process. Anytime we booked another wedding vendor, we just sent her their contact information and she took care of the rest. She always made sure that we were happy and that everything we wanted in our wedding and reception was included. She confirmed the times and places with each vendor, she even ran our whole wedding rehearsal for us, where she clearly explained to everyone in the bridal party where they would be and when (there were 12 of us total) and provided printed wedding day timelines to the entire bridal party and the parents so we didn’t have to worry about that. Misty was an absolute dream to work with right from the beginning. She helped our vision come together and was always eager to help and answer questions ahead of time - and she made everything go perfectly on the day!

Misty was an absolute charm to work with! For the entire planning process, she answered my endless, repetitive questions, was super easy to get a hold of (we live in Colorado so planned everything from out of state), and just really knew what she was doing. She was such a huge help during the planning period and our wedding reception wouldn't have been even close to as perfect and beautiful without her. If we had to do it all over again, I would hire Misty in a heartbeat!

We had our wedding in May 2017. Everything about ANEW is spectacular from the breathtaking city views, open (yet versatile) floor plan, and beautiful rooftop. Not to mention the event coordinator, Misty, is amazing. She works hard to make sure that your event is perfect. I have nothing but high praises for the venue and Misty. - Rae
