Mitchell's was so great to work with. They are absolutely pros and have so many great suggestions on how to execute your ideas. I didn't have super strong feelings about flowers and they helped me refine my ideas and use my whole venue space. They also were super flexible during the pandemic, and worked with us as our plans changed. We really appreciate them and whole-heartedly recommend them for your wedding! And the flowers were GORGEOUS. We got so many compliments on how huge and beautiful our roses were!

David was awesome! I met with him several months before our wedding, and he really went out of his way to work with our budget. The flowers were delivered on time, and they were beautiful! Great value, I would definitely recommend!

Mitchell's did a great job with our wedding flowers. I used them for my bouquet, bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, wristlets, and a garland for my head table. I had a general idea of what I wanted for the flowers, and Mitchell's worked within my budget to give me what I wanted. The flowers were beautiful, and definitely better than what I would have come up with on my own.

I had an amazing experience with Michell's for my wedding! Dave was so easy to work with, and was able to look at a Pinterest board I had thrown together and immediately knew where to begin. He put together example bouquets in the shop, which really helped to give us a visual of our different options. He was in contact with us the entire time leading up to the wedding, and was always available for questions or changes in table numbers. He delivered our flowers to 2 different locations for us, and was exactly on schedule for both deliveries. Everything looked beautiful and exactly as we had planned, and I didn't have a single worry about flowers all day! I would definitely recommend using Mitchell's for your wedding if you are looking for a very personalized experience with beautiful results!

This florist was great from start to finish! I had all roses for my bouquets and centerpieces with rose petal accents on the tables, and the end results were beautiful. Dave was pleasant to work with and everything was perfect.

We worked with Mitchell's for our July 14th Wedding, and had the best experience! I was so lost when it came to flowers, had no idea what I wanted, was on pinterest overload and needed some serious help. I knew I wanted local and in season to keep the cost down and make sure the flowers looked fresh. I showed them photos of my wedding dress, venue, and bridesmaid dresses... they went around the corner and whipped up a bouquet that was a million times better than I could have found online or thought up in my own head! Everything from the bridesmaids, to my bouquets, the centerpieces to the boutonnieres, were gorgeous. The brothers were amazing to work with, so fun and very talented! You will love working with them!

I live over 45 minutes from Orland Park and Mitchell's flowers were my FAVORITE part of my wedding. They were beautiful and lasted for days!!! They came and dealt with all of set up and were so accommodating. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

Mitchell's Flowers gave me the perfect flowers for my wedding day! From my bouquet to the ceremony pieces, every arrangement was exactly what I hoped it would be and more! They were on time for the deliveries to multiple locations and all of the flowers were fresh and beautiful throughout the entire day. I wouldn't trust anyone else with your wedding day floral needs! Fairly priced with great service!

The flowers for my wedding were absolutely perfect. I didn't have much a vision for how I wanted them to look except being simple and elegant and the talented florists at Mitchells made my flowers even more beautiful then I ever could have imagined.

Absolutely loved our flowers! Dave and Bob were great! Went into Mitchell's thinking that I wanted to go one way on flowers and Bob brought out two different colored bouquets. One of the bouquets was the idea I had, the other Bob created all jewel tones. Fell in LOVE with the jewel toned bouquet. So glad we went with Mitchell's. Our flowers were amazing. They looked great in pictures and held up the entire day!

When I first met with Mitchell's Florist, I was impressed that they made a sample bouquet right in front of me, so I could see exactly what we were planning. Dave was very accommodating of my wishes and my budget. Our flowers were absolutely beautiful.

My flowers came out absolutely gorgeous for my 9/20/14 wedding. When we met with them I showed them pictures of what I wanted and they helped me figure out a way to get the look that I wanted. They were a little more expensive than I thought they would be. They were patient when working with us on price. It was more important to me to have the colors that I wanted rather than what the actual flowers were. They helped me pick out cheaper alternatives for flowers that were still beautiful and still achieved the look I wanted. They really came down a lot on price. My bouquet was so colorful with purples, blues and bright pinks. It was wrapped in ivory cloth and strings of pearls. My bridesmaids had bright pink pomander balls which they carried by a loop of pearls. I got so many compliments on the centerpieces, which my guests got to take home. They said they were so beautiful and unique. Those colors matched my bouquet. Three weeks later, I am still hearing from my guests that they have the flowers and they look just as beautiful as they did on my wedding day. I would say it was well worth going with this place for my flowers and I would highly recommend them.

The flowers from Mitchell's were just beautiful. For my husband and I flowers were not one of our first priorities, and we were on a budget, so we ended up going with the basics: flowers for the bridal party, parents, grandparents, and a nice large arrangement for the church. The owners were the ones who helped us personally choose the arrangements, and they were beautiful! They weren't pushy in trying to get us to buy more flowers and delivered them to all of the locations on time. The flowers stayed alive all day and night--making for some wonderful pictures. The only reason we're not giving them 5 stars is because the roses on the mom's wristlets were very small. Other than that, the flowers were beautiful and Mitchell's made it a stress free situation!

Mitchell's is a family owned business. Very friendly and so very helpful. I am so happy I chose them. Bob, who is a designer was there showing me different arrangements and how the bouquets will look and the centerpieces. I loved that because it gave me a visual of what he was thinking and what I was thinking. I brought in some Swarovski crystals to put in all of the bouquets and they were happy to arrange them. They turned out so beautiful. My bridesmaids had blue hydrangeas with fuchsia roses. So georgeous! My bouquet was a tear drop with all white flowers, hydrangeas, roses, liles and orchids. I brought in a necklace and brooch of my grandmothers and they arranged it so beautifully into my bouquet. It was stunning. I had high and low centerpieces. The high ones were candleabras with a variation of the bridesmaids bouquet in the middle. The low ones had the blue hydrangeas with hot pink roses and star gazer lilies with "floating" candles in the arrangement. I received so many compliments on the centerpieces and our bouquets. They did such a fantasic job. They were willing to work with me in terms of showing me arrangements and trying to keep the price low, but still have the quality. Mine were expensive because of the candleabras, which I wanted from the beginning. I was looking for them. There was a rental fee for that. For the lower centerpieces they suggested that we use them at the church and that way didn't have to spen dmore money on church flowers. They put the lower centerpieces on white pillars down the aisle and on the altar. It was so pretty. They even came to take it down and bring them to the reception site. That was another good thing. My fiance, now husband, were at 2 separate places getting ready. They delivered to where he was and they delivered to where I was, plus take the church flowers to the reception. It was great! So accomodating. Very happy with how all the flowers turned out and will totally recommend them to anyone and use them again for future events.

The flowers they provided for our wedding were so fresh! Over a week after the wedding and my bouquet was still thriving. They were great during consultations in being able to show what the centerpieces would actually look like.

Everyone at Mitchell's Flowers was amazing. At our first meeting, George sat down with my mom and me to discuss every detail of my wedding. He covered everything from the church to the reception. They are very thorough and it's obvious they have had years of experience doing weddings. Their experience really helped put me at ease. They delivered all the flowers to my parents house, the church, and the country club exactly as they promised. They provided very affordable centerpieces for our reception. The bridesmaid's flowers were gorgeous! I called the week of my wedding to add a flower for my hair and they were completely accommodating with my last minute changes. It's totally worth it to have them deliver the flowers. Save yourself the headache and stress and pay the delivery fee, I'm so glad I did!

They did a great job! I had no idea what I wanted going into the meeting and they brought me some different ideas and gave me their opinions which were great! They are very good at what they specialize in, flowers! I would highly reccomend them for your wedding flowers need. They work with whatever price you give them.

If I could I would give them 3 1/2 stars, because they are a good, solid, professional company. Mitchell's will work within a budget. When I first came to them I wanted to spend no more than $1500. I was the one who increased my budget with no pressure from them. That being said, I did not like my bridal bouquet. It was very beautiful but it fell apart the entire day and was extremely heavy. I was so sad that it was falling apart the entire day. From the second I held it for the first time flowers were falling out of it. The bridesmaids bouquets were very beautiful, colorful, and a nice size. I also really liked my flower girls headpiece. I was very disappointed with my bouquet, my entrance table flowers, and some of the service. The entrance table was supposed to be a very large (it was the most expensive arrangement) bouquet of all babies breath. I thought the bouquet was pretty small, I was honestly shocked at how small the bouquet was. I was expecting at least double the size it was. Service was decent, the first meeting went well, but as time went on (I booked service at least 1 year in advance) I wanted to make small changes here and there. I felt as though after the first meeting things were set in stone. With the owner of the shop (the older gentlemen) he told my mom we couldn't call and change things. This upset me because a year in advance is a long time and changes do happen along the way. When we met for the final meeting his son I believe met with us and he was very nice and did allow us to change things, in fact, it was his (wonderful) suggestion to change our centerpieces. I thought his son was a very nice man and did his best to give great service. I was a little upset though because at the final meeting we decided to go with some tall tables and some shorter table centerpieces. I wasn't 100 % sure if I was going to have one extra table or not, but I remember him saying to call and if I did have to add a table it would be included in the price but it would be a shorter arrangement. I was okay with that and paid the final amount. It turned out that I was going to have one extra table and they charged me $50 more for the arrangement. I didn't complain because it was right before my wedding and I wanted everything to be perfect, but after spending 1000's of dollars on flowers I was unhappy with what seemed like nickel and dimming me. They so kindly picked up the flowers from my banquet hall a few days later and brought them to a nursing home for me. I cannot see spending so much money on something that will just die. I wanted someone to have some joy in seeing the flowers and Mitchell's accommodated this request.

The staff at Mitchell's Flowers was great! Being an out-of-town bride they were able to work with me via phone and email and provided a good service for an affordable price. All of the florals were beautiful and I received many compliments. I was however a bit disappointed that one of my specific requests not to have the silk floral arrangements my venue made available was sitting front and center when I asked that they not be used. Oh well, I am sure the pictures will still be wonderful and becuase I was so wrapped up in the moment it was quickly forgotten. Dave and the entire staff will have a customer for life and I will reccommend them to anyone looking for a florist in the Chicago South Suburbs!!!

Mitchell's Flowers was UH-MAZING to deal with. They worked with my small budget, were happy to let me DIY the centerpieces (just flowers in bud vases) to save on the cost, and completely fulfilled my vision. They called me two days before my wedding with the news that all of our main flower (ranunculus) had been destroyed at Customs because of some bug or something on them. I told them just to replace it with whatever they thought was best, because I trusted them completely and there was nothing anyone could do. They called every florist and wholesaler they knew and got the ranunculus!! It looked amazing and I could not possibly have been happier with their service and their heroism at the 11th hour. They went above and beyond and I will use them for anything I ever need in the future.

Everything from Mitchell's was great! In our initial interview, they held up flowers we thought we wanted to have visual. Found we hated them and got to pick based on what was in front of us. It was great. So many complements on our flowers!

LOVED my arrangements and bouquets!

I loved all of our flowers and center pieces! Two of my older sisters had used them as well and we have never been unsatisfied. Our family highly recommends Mitchell's and will continue to use them for future weddings and events.

I designed all of my own flowers but Mitchell's Flowers did our flowers for the mothers. They worked with me when I told them I didn't want roses and do a wonderful job at making the stargazer lilies look amazing for our mom's. I would go with them again anytime.

I met with several florists when shopping around, and found the prices to be the most fair at Mitchell's in Orland Park. While I had received estimates that were both higher and lower at other florists, Mitchell's provided the most for our money. The end product was BEAUTIFUL...just what we had imagined, and the way that they moved our flowers from the ceremony venue to the reception venue was seamless. We highly recommend Mitchell's of Orland Park!!

Mitchells's provided flowers for our Wedding and Reception and everything was done in a professional matter. My bouquet was just beautiful and flowers looked great on the pictures at the Kingdom Hall. We enjoyed working with the staff and they helped to make our date one to remember. The flowers turned out beautiful! They were very easy to work with and didn't try to get me to buy flowers I didn't want.

I ordered all of the flowers from Mitchell's even though many people told me to get them from Jewel because they would be cheaper. After one visit with David Mitchell, I knew he was a flower expert and would ensure the flowers were perfect. I didn't want to have to worry about whether or not they would look like I wanted. We have two meetings with David and he was more than accommodating to us, even allowing us to use our own vases and delivering those to the church. They delivered flowers to our home, the church, and took the flowers from the church to the reception hall. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable florist for a wedding!

The flowers were so beautiful!! I couldn't have been more pleased.

My flowers were one of my favorite parts of my wedding and Mitchell's did a great job! He was able to work with my budget to get beautiful flowers for a great value. I would advise however that if you have a very detailed idea of what you want for flowers, perhaps be a little more open minded. These guys have been doing this for a long time, and they know what looks great and works well for weddings.

Mitchell's did a fantastic job with my wedding! We got married on a Friday, so the flowers had to make it from 10 am - the end of the night. They did and looked gorgeous!

I go to this flower shop all the time. The flowers they use are beautiful. Roses were awesome, I will continue to go to them over and over again!!!

During the consultation the florist put together some samples of what the boquets would look like. All of the boquets, corsages, and boutineres turned out beautifully and stayed nice all day.

I loved this place! Dave, the owner, really took the time to listen to our wants and needs. We changed ceremony venues a couple weeks before the wedding and they were able to make the reception hall beautiful for the ceremony. We had a very limited budget and they actually came in under our budget. The flowers were gorgeous and do fresh!
