EXCELLENT!! Misty, Leslie and all the staff are the most amazing, supportive, and helpful people. Their selection of gowns is as amazing as the service. From start to finish, our experience with MK Bridal was flawless. They are so professional and timely in their process of setting appointments for fittings, and walking you through the process until the day your gown leaves the store. In our case, they went above and beyond. The seamstress they work with is a miracle worker-dream worker. My daughter was totally satisfied with her wonderful experience.

MK Bridal was a great bridal salon and, all their attention was on me and what I was looking for. I ended up ordering my gown which they had to measure me for. This salon has tons of bridal gown from all kinds of styles. I do however, wish they had more selection of bridesmaid dresses.

I wouldn't say I had a bad experience here, but after going to Norman's Bridal the customer service was like night and day. My consultant, Leslie, was nice, but she didn't ask me what kind of dresses I was interested in or offer any help picking ones to try on. They didn't have a huge selection of dresses, but I was able to find a few that looked promising. My mom ended up helping me get in and out of the dresses since Leslie seemed kind of distracted and like she didn't want to help. She never asked my budget, and it was hard to find the price tags on some of the dresses, so I ended up trying on a dress I really liked that was significantly over budget. Several dresses I tried on were too big, and they only had weird "shaping pillows" to put in the back of the dress rather than the usual clips, which made it difficult to get an idea of how the dress would really look on me. There was also another group there trying on bridesmaid dresses that kept walking back and forth in front of me, which was a little annoying. If you want a more hands-off consultant this might be the place to go, but I would have appreciated more help.

Where do I begin to tell you of the nightmare experience we had at MK Bridal Shop on Saturday, 18, Feb., 2017? I made an appointment with MK Bridal a month ago to bring my daughter to the shop to try gowns on. I gave the person I spoke to on the phone, a list of about 10 gowns. When we got to the shop at the appointed time, we were so excited. That excitement quickly vanished. We were not greeted, in fact, we had to go to the back of the store to find a sales person. I told that salesperson who we were and that we were there for our appointment. The salesperson, dressed very shabbily in a t shirt, torn jeans and nappy hair, acknowledged us, but, stated that they were not ready for us. She did not introduce herself to me, my daughter or my husband. 20 minutes went by and she came and told us that she had only one of the dresses that we asked to look at, of the Maggie S. line, and did not offer to find any others. She led my daughter to a fitting room and left her, not offering to help her get into the dress, not helping her come out of the dressing room, nothing! My daughter was in tears on what should have been one of the most fun days of her life so far. When she decided that this was not the dress for her, the salesgirl, of whom we still do not know her name, did not suggest any other dresses! So, we got up and left, we went across town to Gracies Bridal, told them what happened and, without having an appointment mind you, helped us find the dress that was perfect for our bride to be. Stay away from MK Bridal unless you want a devastating experience. I am also contacting the company they SAID they represent and let them know of our experience, I am sure they will pull their dress line.

I love this place!! went all over Springfield trying to find a dress, this was the only place that made me feel welcome. Leslie and Brianna were very helpful, I loved getting to share my experience with them. Can't say enough good things about them, thanks for the great memories.

Where do I begin?! Every girl dreams of the day she gets to try on wedding dresses and marry her prince charming! And MK Bridal is the one and only bridal shop in Springfield that truly cares about the bride, her experience and her big day. From trying on gowns, to picking out bridesmaids dresses, to alterations - MK and their staff was beyond excellent! Thank you Misty, Leslie, Brianna and Saundra for making my dreams come true! It was truly the best day ever, and I have never felt so beautiful. I plan on wearing the dress regularly doing the dishes, vacuuming, watching friends, just the usual! :) All my love, Abby Smith

I found my dress at Karl's half off and it was one of a kind! They were so helpful and their seamstress went through numerous fittings to make sure my dress fit perfect. I highly recommend this team to make one of the most important parts of the wedding easy!

The staff, my favorite, Abbey was always willing to help. I was looking for a specific dress and in all of Springfield, Karl's was the only place that could order it, but I will say having the staff they have helped me make my decision to stick with the dress of my dreams. I would highly recommend this place for whatever you need!

I bought my wedding dress off the rack. They held it for me, offered off the rack discounts and also took off for makeup being on the lining from previous brides trying it on. I got a great deal, the representatives were helpful and I felt like they had a decent selection. I would recommend adding Karl's as a place to look, even though it isn't a boutique. Many of the bounties in springfield will take advantage of you, and Karl's wasn't like that at all.

I was hesitant to go to Karl's but am so glad I did! They have a great selection of dresses from many designers and work well with all brides. The people who work there are genuinely nice and want the best for you.

I found a great dress on the clearance rack, so it was in the price-range I was looking for. And I did not feel that I had to sacrifice style or look one bit by paying less. My dress was gorgeous and fit me beautifully! They people there were helpful and the whole dress shopping experience was easy.

This was the first place that I went to try on bridal gowns because they were the ONLY store that had the specific dress I was looking & dreaming for. Karls Bridal literally gave me the dress of my dreams! I would HIGHLY recommend any bride getting married to go to the Wedding Expo because Karls Bridal is there and they typically have FANTASTIC deals on their bridal gowns. Also, I didn't wear a veil and instead wore a birdcage net. I looked ALL over the place for the perfect birdcage veil and I FINALLY found it at Karls Bridal.

I loved my dress and it was completely affordable! I would highly recommend Karl's to anyone looking for beautiful dresses and great service!

They had great service and my consultant was awesome! They were not pushy and let me try on as many as it took! I even bought a different dress at another store and ended up going back there to buy my original choice. When things got frustrating my consultant helped me to calm down and over look all the other opinions!
