There are not words to describe Megan, and just how incredible she and her team are. I could not recommend her more. To preface: I work in the Events Industry, I am very type-A when it comes to the events I plan and having the sense of control. I am not used to handing the reigns over to anyone because I have trust issues (don’t come for me, I am working on it). We did a completely DIY wedding at my grandparent’s ranch and hired Megan for Day of Coordinating (I don’t care what anyone tells you and regardless of the venue, YOU NEED ONE). From the time Megan came on, she was there for any and everything I needed, no question was too silly or too small, “How many hurricane candles/bud vases do we need for an 8’ table?”, “What/Who do the couple get presents for?”, “Do we have to do a bouquet toss/garter toss?”…She talked me through my manic moments and made me feel at ease, assuring me that EVERY bride goes through these struggles...Cause what they don’t tell you is just how stressful/NOT FUN wedding planning can turn out to be, especially the closer you get to the wedding date. Come the day of…I was obviously worried about what was happening outside the bridal suite, I wanted to ensure everything was going perfectly, we worked really really hard to create something that reflected who we are as a couple, and I didn’t want anything to be missed. Megan handled everything, took care of the concerns/issues if they arose and I was completely unaware just sipping champagne and getting ready with my girls. Megan gave me that peace of mind to focus on being present for the most important day thus far in our lives and I will be eternally grateful for giving me that.
My husband and I got married in San Clemente, CA this past weekend and I am BEYOND grateful for Megan and her team for putting together the most beautiful and seamless wedding day that we could have ever asked for!! Her team is the BEST and we received so many complements (totally serious) about how smooth the whole day ran and how amazing our coordinators were. It makes me want to cry just thinking about it! I had a vision for how the day/evening would look from planning it over the last year and her team executed it even beyond how I could have imagined, and all with smiles on their faces (and Megan being pregnant!!) - we are beyond impressed! So thank you Megan + team from the bottom of our hearts, we truly owe it all to you for making our day absolutely PERFECT.
Megan and her team were absolutely PHENOMENAL! My husband and I both agreed she was our best vendor! Worth every single penny! Megan had fantastic communication. She allowed us to contact her months before our wedding with any questions, even though we only had the “month of coordinator” package. She was prompt to every meeting and helped us create a wedding day schedule the flowed flawlessly! We had no stress on the wedding day. She took care of it all! And if there was any issues, I had no idea about them. The venue was set up exactly to my vision. It was like she could see inside my head LOL. She even cleaned up the venue and returned all of our stuff to the car so we could continue the party at the bars next door. On top of that, she sent me sneak peak videos the next day! Faster than our photographers. I am so great ful to have those clips!! I can’t say thank you enough! Special shout out to Robin and Rachael. I would recommend Megan and her team over and over again!
We hired Megan and her team for their "month of coordination" plan and they were incredible! Throughout the entire process if I had any questions, Megan Kaye would respond to emails within 24-48hrs. Megan is very organized, professional, and thought of important stuff that I didn't even think of! Megan was also able to recommend incredible vendors that were within our small budget. The day of the wedding Megan Kaye (the owner) wasn't there, but one of her lead coordinators (whose name is also megan) and 2 assistant coordinators were there. The entire day went so smoothly thanks to them!
I truly can't recommend them enough, they made the entire month prior to my wedding so much more relaxing, because I knew they would take care of any situations that arose with the vendors that I hired.
Megan and her team were absolutely amazing to work with throughout the entire wedding process. Megan answered all of my questions throughout it. One the day of the wedding, there were many unexpected things that happened and Megan and her team handled all of it with grace while also alleviating any stress from myself. Words cannot describe how amazing this team truly is! The attention to detail and the time Megan takes to get to know us as a person, not just a couple, was what truly made both my husband and I so very thankful we had her and the team for our wedding. She truly made our dream wedding come true!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Megan was. Not only is she just the sweetest human, but she is incredibly good at her job. She was hired as our day-of coordinator but stepped in and took over 2 months out. She is so well organized and is already solving problems/questions before being asked. Her and her team are so amazing and worked well with all the other vendors. She is always there, responding to texts/emails at all hours. I could go to her whenever I needed which made me feel so at ease. My husband and I were able to relax the entire weekend knowing she had everything under control. I can't recommend her enough, we love her!!!!
Where do I start… hiring Megan’s team was the best decision I’ve made (besides picking my husband of course). Megan defines going above and beyond. From day 1 she was so on it and took care of so many things that left me feeling confident and worry-free. I can’t emphasize that enough. From helping us map out our day to working with vendors, she took the best care of us. The day of the wedding she didn’t hesitate to step up and smooth out any bumps. She took all of our insight and “wants” for the day and made it reality, even to the extent of running across a ballroom handing a microphone to 21 different tables playing a singing game. I’m sad my wedding is over because I miss her positive, contagious energy. This is the best wedding team ever!!!
Full stop the best investment toward your wedding day is hiring M.Kaye Events as your planner. Megan was so detail oriented, organized, prepared, available, warm and easy to work with. I truly don’t know what we would’ve done without her leading up to the day. Any questions, she’s your gal. Any concerns, she will help you through it. Truly cannot recommend Megan and her team enough!! One thing me and my now hubby kept saying to one another was that when Megan would come to ask a question during the wedding day, she presented it in such a calm and clear manner that it was so easy and never felt stressful. Even friends and family complimented how easy and seamless the day was, and that is how we felt. M.Kaye Events exceeded our expectations, so don’t think just book! Worth every penny and more.
I hired Megan as our event coordinator for our wedding. From our initial meeting, I knew she was the best coordinator for me and my needs. Upon explaining what I had done so far in regards to wedding planning, she made a comment that she wouldn't try to sell me on a package that I didn't need (i.e., full wedding planning services vs. day of coordinating), which struck me because that is not really typical in the world of weddings! Megan is sweet, honest, hard working and the best person to have in your corner. Even with us only hiring her for coordinating, she was super responsive to any queries I had leading up until the event (and trust me, I had a lot). Any conversation with her was informative, helpful and generally helped to ease my wedding planning anxieties. On the day of our wedding, she was integral to making the wedding as successful and beautiful as it was. I hope to have more events in my life, and when I do, I'll be turning to Megan!
Megan helped us during our 11 month engagement to curate the perfect wedding day. We planned from across the country, which could have been stressful but Megan made it seamless. Everything went flawlessly the day of with Megan and her two day-of assistants there to coordinate the set up and break down of the event space, working with our other vendors, and bringing everything back to us the next day. Thank you, Megan!
Megan and her team went above and beyond for my husband and my wedding this past April in Temecula! Leading up to the event, Megan met with us regularly and gave us helpful guiding questions and materials to work with and help with the process. During our 170 person wedding, we didn't even notice her 3 extra team members helping in the background which was incredible! I felt incredibly anxious the entire day, and Megan helped get me sparkly water with lime to help ease my stomach and it helped tremendously. We are so thankful for all her help and coordination with all of our venders to have a smooth wedding day. Especially after we have seen multiple times how weddings can go in many unsmooth turns! M. Kaye + Events help make all of our guests say it was the "best wedding they had been to EVER." (Including their own weddings haha!)

Megan and her team were such a joy to work with for our wedding event! My husband and I got married this past April, and we had booked Megan over a year before our wedding for her day-of coordination services. Megan went above and beyond to always check in on us, make sure we were feeling comfortable and on track with all our wedding items, and always offered her support and assistance even months before the actual wedding. Megan's communication was always on point, and she made sure we had a seamless wedding day and did a great job of reaching out to all the vendors and making sure everyone knew when and where they needed to be. On top of being extremely organized, Megan and her team were also so sweet and friendly, and we wouldn't have had such a smooth and stress-free wedding day without her team! I would highly recommend her to anyone planning their wedding!
What an absolutely flawless coordinating team. I knew right from the start that M.Kaye Events deserved my full faith. Throughout the entire process leading up to the day, Megan facilitated all our needs with speed and accuracy. She would often do things behind the scenes I had no idea were happening and do them ahead of schedule! Her work ethic and attention to detail made me so stress free and confident our wedding would go off without a hitch. And our actual wedding day was the most organized and smoothly run wedding I have ever been a part of. I can’t express enough how much I owe Megan for making our wedding day MORE than a success. I cannot say enough good things about Megan and her team! I hired her as my day-of coordinator and she went so far above and beyond what I was expecting a day-of coordinator to do! She was communicative, quick to reply, such a pleasure to work with, and gave so much of her time!! She came in HUGE when one of my vendors scammed me and stepped in to help me out and it turned out better than before! Honestly, I'm a huge planner and planned most of my wedding myself and didn't think I'd need a coordinator, but once I hired Megan, I was soooo relieved to have her on my side. It was really lovely to have someone as organized and professional as her as my second set of eyes and once it came to the big day, I was able to just sit back and enjoy the ride knowing Megan and her team had it all under control! And the day was PERFECT!! She took my decorations and made them even more perfect than I could have imagined. Especially when it ended up raining and we had to move everything inside. Her ideas on what to do with the decor was beautiful!! I cannot thank you Megan enough!!! I would have probably gone totally insane at the end there without you so THANK YOU!!!
Megan was the month-of coordinator for our wedding and we cannot express how invaluable she and her team were. From touching base with us right after our engagement, to providing us with documents to keep our wedding planning on track, to day-of coordinating; our wedding would not have been nearly as fun without the quality coordination that was provided. My husband, family, and I were able to relax and enjoy our wedding day, thanks to M.Kaye Events & Decor! I cannot recommend them more!

Megan is the absolute best! We worked with her for two years and everything worked out beautifully for our wedding. We hired her as our full-time wedding planner and things would have been crazy if we didn’t have her (COVID times). We are from Seattle so we showed Megan our vision and she started to look for places all over Southern California. When we came to town, we visited all the potential venues with her and at every venue she was not afraid to ask the difficult but very necessary questions to the venues, to help us find the right fit. Megan never shies away from a difficult conversation if it means making her clients at peace, which for us was exactly what we needed. It was also just fun to visit all the venues and hang out with Megan as she is so personable!
From the venue to flowers, desserts, photography, dj, and all other vendors, Megan knew who to turn to stay within our budget. Megan paid attention to every detail and asked us questions anytime she needed definite answers. She managed everything with professionalism, ease, and brought great energy.
Not to mention, (we didn’t find out until the day after our wedding from my brother) that Megan and her team had gone to McDonald’s down the street from our venue to get our flower girl a happy meal. She had fallen asleep right after the ceremony and missed dinner. Our flower girl and her family couldn’t wait to tell us how sweet of them it was to do that!
We recommend Megan and her team to anyone looking for someone that handles every single detail of an event from start to finish with impeccable organization and vast knowledge. She knows from experience what is normal and what should be clarified or questioned, truly leaving no stone unturned for her clients. Megan took massive burdens off our insane schedules, sorting through all the chaos and simply presenting us with final decisions to be made after she put in the leg work. We really couldn’t not have had a more perfect day. Megan is the absolute best!!
Can't say enough about Megan and her whole team. Their professionalism and organizational skills are off the charts, and they made sure that our big day went off without a hitch (and with minimal stress on us)! Highly recommend for any couple looking for a trusted partner in making their wedding as special as can be.
Megan and her team are absolutely amazing! I must have contacted 10 different wedding day coordinators to determine the best fit and I'm so glad we found Megan. She was so kind, flexible, and detail-oriented. We trusted her vision and didn't worry about a single thing on the day-of. Everything was absolutely perfect. I would recommend her 100%.
Megan is the best in the business. End of story! We hired her as our day-of coordinator, and she went absolutely above and beyond to guarantee that our wedding was everything we hoped it would be (...and it was!!!). She is unbelievably kind, communicative, fun, organized, responsible, and energetic. She thought of EVERY detail, and she made us feel heard, comfortable, and validated every step of the way. We hired Megan for month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding. She was amazing to work with. So responsive and truly invested in helping us bring our wedding to life. Before the event, Megan responded to every question of ours, helping us through many decisions we were unsure on prior. She has a permanent “can-do” attitude that was a breath of fresh air in the midst of the inevitable wedding planning stress.
During the event, Megan and her team were on it. They kept everything moving as it should and truly made it so we could focus on enjoying our wedding.
Megan was our 'month-of' wedding coordinator and was absolutely fantastic to work with! Not only did her personality mesh super well with mine, but her attention to detail and ability to wrangle all of the details was really impressive. We had an out of town wedding of about 80 people and wanted her help to coordinate and execute all of the stuff that needed to take place during the last week and day-of so we were able to just enjoy the day and not have to worry about tasking any of our friends/family with set-up or take-down. I would highly recommend Megan for any planning needs and will hopefully get the opportunity to use her planning services again!!
Megan was the event coordinator to my wedding. Megan was so easy to work with, and i highly recommend her services. she went above and beyond to make my day very special and easy for me. there were moments when the venue coordinator was being difficult, and megan and her team stepped into to ease the stress from me and worked with the venue coordinator. At the wedding i forgot my phone in the bridal suite, my thank you speech was on there, megans team went to the bridal suite to look for my phone and brought it down in time, the list goes on about how happy i am that i went with m. Kaye events. i would highly recommend megan for your event.
M.Kaye Events was absolutely amazing for our October Wedding. Megan is thorough, detail oriented, smart, and kind. From our first phone call I knew I could put my wedding in her hands and she would handle it flawlessly. She did everything she said she was going to and I never had to follow up on anything. Her communication was amazing and her kind demeanor was comforting. She is seriously wonder woman that can do anything, no questions asked. Come to say of the wedding, I was not worried about one single thing, i knew Megan would handle it, and she did. I didn't have one thing go wrong at my wedding and that is due to careful preparation and an amazing coordination team. Put your faith in Megan, book her ASAP, you won't regret it one bit!

Amazing! Don’t have enough words to describe the gratitude that we have for Megan and her team. From day one Megan truly listen to what we truly needed and she customized her proposal to our weeding needs. We ended up doing a combination between partial wedding planning and day of coordination but Megan was there to help me during this yearly and sometimes stressful planning. There were moments that were very difficult but Megan was there to listen to me and to help me find a solution to some of the bumps we had in the road. We had out of the country, out of the state & Local guests but Megan was able to help me find the perfect hotel for all them to stay and also suggested the perfect transportation for them as well! She was also there to help put my wedding vision into words so that they florist and other vendors will deliver perfectly the day of! Then the day of the wedding, Megan took care of every detail and made sure we didn’t have to worry about a single thing! AND we did, we had the perfect Malibu wedding that Carlos David & I dreamed. Amazingly Talented Event Coordinator!
Megan coordinated my daughter’s baby shower held at Black Gold Golf Club in Orange County and the result was more gorgeous than we had imagined! From our first meeting, Megan clearly understood our vision, she created a vision board for our review and selection. She secured items on our behalf, such as a cake topper and tulle table skirts. Megan created a darling welcome sign, mom-mosa bar and gift & card table signs, as well as name place cards, and games all theme coordinated for a cohesive and unique look. She also created an absolutely beautiful balloon garland hung from a frame with a drape and sweet banner. Her florals were stunning! She and her team designed and created the most beautiful center pieces; other guests of the club noticed them during set-up and requested her card. Megan and her team handled all set-up and her special finishing touches were picture-perfect! We enjoyed our meetings with Megan, she made the process smooth and stress free by guiding us with venue choices, answering all our questions, and keeping us informed. She is kind, creative, organized, responsive, resourceful, respectful and professional. She exceeded our expectations!
Megan goes absolutely above and beyond! I have used her for multiple events and her work and creativity elevated them to more than I ever imagined. Her eye for detail is invaluable.
