Reached out via chat. They did an initial response and then didn’t respond to me ever again. Called to talk and Stephen answered and was VERY rude. Won’t ever recommend to anyone due to him. He answered the phone rude. Told me no for my day before asking times. When I told him the initial response said they might be able to make it work depending on the time frame and then he goes well what is your time frame. I decided there I wouldn’t deal with a company like this.

Stephen was great! We called him after our initial vendor fell through 1 month before our wedding. He gave us a great deal and we lucked out because his bus was bigger than the one we had before! He laid out the entire timeline for us right on the spot and was up front about pricing and when he would expect to charge our credit card. At times he could be hard to get a hold of but he would answer within 48-72 hours (if it was a weekend).

MKE Shuttle was a great company to work with. They took what our needs were and made it work. They were prompt and we were on the last shuttle home at the perfect time. I would highly recommend them for any transportation needs.

MKE Shuttle was amazing for our day! We weren't going to use any transportation, and about 7 weeks before the wedding, we decided we needed it for our guests as our hotels were about 8 miles away from our venue. Steve was super helpful in establishing a timeline and giving advice. They were on time, perfect for our needs, and very reasonably priced compared to the area. Many of our guests commented on the friendliness of our driver. At the end of the night, as the last shuttle was filling up, it was clear we still had another 20 or so guests that wouldn't fit on the shuttle, and we wanted to say our goodbyes and thank you's to the venue staff. I asked if he would be willing to stay on for an additional trip, and without hesitation he said, "no problem!" To top it all off, on the last two trips, he made a trip to the hotels to drop off first, and then to a local bar for drop off (that he recommended as we are not from the area.) After he dropped the last of us off at the bar, he said he would wait there until bar time to bring us back to the hotels! It was very unexpected, and we were taken back by the awesome service! Thank you so much for helping make our wedding everything we could have dreamed of!

MKE Shuttle was wonderful! First, they "saved the day" by being able to provide shuttle service for our wedding guests when we found out pretty last minute that the Church would not have a parking lot available due to a construction project. And the cost was much less than we were expecting it to be. But then, we also had a MKE shuttle for the wedding party to go from the Church to the reception. We wound up actually about 30 minutes ahead of schedule. The wedding party was almost all Marquette Alum so, impromptu, the shuttle driver took them to a popular Marquette campus hangout until it was time to get to the reception - which really added a fun, expected bonus to the day!!! MKE Shuttle was great to work with.

We used MKE Shuttle for our wedding day. They were very accommodating to our guests and to us. They picked our guests up at the hotel and took them to the ceremony, and then ran for three hours from the reception back to the hotel. They were easy to work with prior to our wedding day and great the day of. The shuttle was clean and the driver was very friendly! Our guests really appreciated having this available.

We hired MKE Shuttle to transport the wedding party from the church to the venue. The shuttle then transported hotel guests to the venue and back at the end of the evening. MKE Shuttle provided EXCEPTIONAL service! The owner and the driver were professional, personable, prompt, and provided our family and friends with safe transportation in what turned out to be horrible icy/snowy conditions in April. MKE Shuttle allowed us to split our total time into two segments. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND MKE Shuttle !!! It was totally worth every penny!! Thank you!

We are very happy with our decision to use MKE Shuttle for our wedding. They were very prompt, professional, and flexible. The shuttle itself was spotless, and in pristine condition, which added to the experience for us and all of our guests. We even had schedule changes a few days before the wedding, adding more trips to/from the ceremony, and they were very accommodating. The company management, as well as our driver, were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.

What a horrible experience. We paid good money for our wedding to have MKE Shuttle take the party from the church to the reception as well as transfer guests from the hotels to the reception and back. The shuttle for the wedding party was late picking us up outside the church so we had to walk a few blocks in 90+ degree heat to take pictures. OK, that is manageable, things happen. However, the shuttles never went to the hotel where most of our guests were staying, causing 40-50 people to wait for almost an hour outside the hotel before driving themselves, some who should not have drove due to drinking. This included the mother and father of the groom, who essentially were able to get there just in time for dinner and missing cocktail hour. When confronting the owner, he acknowledged it, and wrote us a check for 4% of what we paid for basically doing 1/3rd of their job. 4%! This was more insulting than if he had not decided to give any sort of refund to be honest. Look elsewhere.

MKE Shuttle was one of the only transportation company we found that allowed us to slit up our times. We thought the were very reasonably priced. Our driver was fantastic. He was very personable and friendly.
