to find a company in Miami that could execute this without it looking like Halloween. Not only did The Ministry of Decor accept the challenge, they gave me more than I could have hoped for. We couldn’t have done it without them! They saved us money where it counts and made sure our special day was stress free. All of their suggestions on vendors were spectacular. People are still talking about how great the food was at our wedding! We will definitely be using them again when it comes time to renew! Thanks for everything!

ny suggested the time for, she had gotten the time confused and arrived 45 minutes late. My entire family and bridal party had to wait for her to arrive and she never called me to let me know she was running late, she called my mother instead when I had been her primary contact the entire planning process. Both Tiffany and her boyfriend showed up in jeans and a t-shirt with no knowledge of timing, bridal party order or ceremony songs, even though I had sent the information several days earlier. On the day of my wedding, I was disappointed with the bouquets she had made, as they were nothing like the pictures I had provided her. She also was making them the morning of at the venue. She completely forgot about the corsages for our moms and grandmothers, which was upsetting that we weren’t able to honor those special ladies as we had planned. Moments before I walked down the aisle, two of my flower girls decided to bolt in the opposite direction. One of my bridesmaids told Tiffany, and instead of helping, she just repeated “shit” over and over again. I ended up having to literally run after them in my heels and push them down the aisle. It makes for a funny story now, but Tiffany should have helped. After the ceremony, Tiffany was nowhere to be found, and left the wedding in the care of her boyfriend/business partner. I was not told that she would be leaving and as she was the one I was mainly in communication with leading up to the wedding, I was shocked that she left without saying anything. During the reception, the day of timeline that I had created with Tiffany was not followed at all to the order we had decided. As guests were leaving, I noticed that the favors had never been put out. I had to ask my mom to go round them up and lay them out when she should have been enjoying the reception. No one from Ministry of Decor stayed behind to help my family clean up, even though it was promised that they would be there. I had given them all of the clean up instructions and as a result, many items ended up going missing. I had members of the bridal party remarking during and after the wedding how unorganized and clueless my coordinators seemed. If I could go it over again, I would have never hired the Ministry of Decor for my event.

They kept us running on time so we could be part of the cocktail hour, they built a dessert display that was a huge hit with everyone, the dining area was set up beautifully with the lighting they helped us find, and we were actually able to try every appetizer, main dish, and dessert, because they were there for us. It seemed like there were 10 of them running around anticipating our needs. Further, our guests and other vendors noticed how organized, friendly, and helpful Tiffany and Kenny were during the wedding. Several of them commented to us on this point during the night. They made our guests feel happy and we are so thankful for that.
