Molly's Trolleys of West Palm Beach

lley for 5 hours, starting at 2 pm to bring my bridal party to the venue, and then to bring guest to the venue at 5 pm. Two days before my wedding I confirmed with the company that the trolley would stay on site until 7 pm, after dropping guests off, as we were planning to take bridal party pictures on the trolley after our ceremony. I was ensured that the drivers are required to stay on site for the full contracted time. My planner also confirmed the times prior to wedding day. Though, on my wedding day, the trolley left at 5 pm with no notice. It was not noticed until it was time for pictures that the trolley was not on site. It took over 20 minutes for my wedding planner to contact them, and then she was told it would be 15-45 minutes before they returned. They did return, although unfortunately due timing, we were not able to take bridal party photos with the trolley, as the reception was about to begin. My husband and I took one picture inside the trolley and one outside, and then had to leave for our reception. Otherwise, the trolley was gorgeous and clean. Our driver was very nice and even offered us what when we got on. Prior to this event, they were very communicative and prompt in responding. Two weeks prior to wedding day, my credit card was over-charged by $50. When I brought this to their attention, they immediately addressed it and refunded me, so thankfully I noticed the mistake. I would give 3 stars to be nice, although my heart is bummed I didn't get the pictures I wanted.

We had approx 115 guest at the hotel. All went as planned! The following day, we had the 38-passenger white bus transporting from the Hyatt to South Inlet Park Eshelman Pavilion (a beautiful spot!), for a beach picnic. There was confusion on the part of Molly’s when communicating to me, the requirement for a parking pass at the park. I went back and forth with Molly’s and the park, any times. I thought I finally had it all worked out. We arrived at the park ahead of time to set up and it appeared that I needed to purchase “time” for the one bus space that they had saved for us. I spent about $75 in the meter. When the bus finally pulled up, it parked outside of the parking area, as it was too large. The driver said that they had done that before. I wish that this was made clear to me. No one seemed to be on the same page. After the first round of guests arrived, the driver didn’t realize that he was to continue trips until all guests were transported. Many were waiting at the hotel for a fairly long time. This was very clearly stated in my instructions. FYI….the south inlet parking area gets filled up very quickly. We knew that our guests would have a very difficult time finding parking, if they were to drive. We would use Molly’s again for the most part. Just make sure that you have everything very clearly understood among all parties. All 3 of our drivers were great, except for the one instance of miscommunication.

Overall they were fabulous and I am so happy we worked with them to provide the transportation to our guests on our wedding day!

d to book, and follow through. We had our wedding in Jupiter in October and needed transportation to our venue from the hotel. We booked 1 trolley for 8 hours. The trolley arrived early so the bridal party was able to get to the venue earlier than anticipated since it was raining that day which was huge! They made multiple trips back and forth to bring the bridal party and family and then started with the guests. Our guests were so happy they didn’t have to worry about driving and the trolley was available to bring guests back who wanted to leave the reception early. They even made multiple trips after the end of the reception to make sure everyone got back to the hotel even after our designated time was completed. The trolley was clean and held so many people and our driver was so nice and polite! Definitely recommend!!

with and have every last minute mapped out to perfection. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on my wedding day because every detail was discussed ahead of time. I knew where everyone would be at every minute. We used the trolley to go from the hotel where we got ready, to the church, and then on to the reception. It was so nice not to be crammed in a limo in a wedding dress I could walk onto the trolley and take a seat anywhere with plenty of space to spread out. The trolley also made for great photo opportunities. Our driver David was also wonderful. He was punctual and courteous and even got the party started with some tunes to ease some nerves on the way to the ceremony. I would hire Molly’s Trolleys again in an instant. Couldn’t have asked for a better transportation vendor. Thanks Molly!

out 140 guests (some local, most out of towners). We organized a coach bus for the guests and used the Trolley for family and the wedding party. It really allowed us the flexibility to be on a different schedule to the rest of the guests which was particularly helpful with photos following the ceremony. As I mentioned, the driver was fabulous. He was helpful without being asked and followed the schedule I gave meticulously. It was one thing on the day that I never had to think about once - it was seamless. Which leads me to Molly... She was responsive, helpful with suggestions and just as detail-oriented as I am with the prep for the event! As a bride with no clue how to plan a wedding, she was a great resource. She also eased my nerves with our review on the day before, assuring me that things would go smoothly and they were totally flexible if something didn't go to plan! The trolley itself is super cute. It was nice and comfortable in terms of temperature and even had some cute decorations on the inside which make the photos look even cuter. It made for a much more social trip around Boca with the wedding party and family which to me was really important. We live in Sydney, Australia so we wanted to get as much time with our loved ones as possible! The only con I would say is I didn't love the huge "Molly's Trolley's" advertising sign on the side of the trolley. The good news is if you have a big wedding party you can totally hide it or just take photos from areas without the sign. I totally get why she has it there, as I found out about it while it was driving down the road but still not ideal for pics. A really small thing but did want to mention in case that was a big deal to anyone! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend using Molly and her team. Choosing the right vendors really does make a huge difference : )

The trolleys were charming and immaculately clean inside and outside. The communication was perfect. Everyone was transported smoothly, with no complications at all. They were extremely organized, incredibly responsive and professional throughout the whole process. As soon as I made a request for proposal based on our event details, within a day they sent over an incredibly detailed proposal of what they could offer. They worked with me patiently any time I had to make changes due to a chance in my timeline or hotel plans. Molly and Kassandre were so organized and on top of things I felt so confident that nothing could go wrong. On the day of the wedding everything went off without a hitch in transporting our bridal party to and from photos before the ceremony and gathering guests from 3 hotels within Boca to the wedding and back at the end of the night. They did a great job, provided beautiful, clean, well decorated trolleys and most of all because of their wonderful organization and customer service I was never worried at all about anything going wrong. ce & reception was in Downtown West Palm Beach, we didn’t want our guests to have to stress about finding parking, parking meters, or worry about drinking too much at the reception. My husband was the one that suggested it, because it was something that we had experienced at a previous wedding. As a guest we appreciated not having to worry about driving to/from the venue and wanted to share that with our guests. Rather than just getting unmarked white vans, we wanted something cute with character and unique to West Palm. As a native of West Palm he suggested we look into Molly’s Trolleys. They did a marvelous job! The week before the wedding they contacted us to confirm the schedule and details of the contract. All the guests were really pleased with the ease and convenience of getting to & from the wedding and obviously we have you to thank for that. Everyone that we spoke with or dealt with at the company went above & beyond in making sure that their part in our wedding day went on without a hitch. The distance from the venue to the hotel was about 2 miles, so it was a 4 mile loop. The Trolley’s carried our wedding parties (20 people), as well as the family & guests that stayed at the hotel (about 60). Given that this was the first and last experience of the majority of guests, it was great to have a friendly driver, in addition to the clean and attractive trolley. If you’re going to provide this service for your wedding or event, we recommend looking into Molly’s Trolleys!

Trolleys transport my bridal party to and from the hotel on the day of my wedding (totaling about 15). They picked up the girls first, went back to the hotel to pick up the boys (so my husband and I never saw each other), orchestrated the bride/groom grand exit, then went back to the venue to pick up the remainder of the bridal party/guests! It was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The communication was outstanding along with the service you receive from the office staff to the driver. The trolley was decorated for us and had wedding music playing on our way to the venue...VERY clean as well! I would recommend this service to EVERY bride!

Our trolley driver arrived on time and even when we decided to add another round of pick ups from our church back to the reception, they were more than willing to work with us. I would recommend anyone to use Molly's trolleys for their weddings. When I even got into the trolley and we left for the church, they started playing the "Going to the Chapel" song. It was so cute and so thoughtful, and it made it all so fun for me. It only made our wedding day so much more special!

The trolleys were beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained, our drivers Rob and Darin were professional, friendly and punctual, and the trolleys were so spacious that we were able to transport a total of 80 guests throughout the night with two trolleys! The staff of Molly's trolleys is also a pleasure to work with-so courteous and attentive. They really worked hard to meet our needs and make us happy. I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a unique way to transport people to any event!

The next day Molly helped look through our trolley for a missing heirloom. Molly and her staff were incredibly helpful and eager to assist us with any of our needs.
