Molly's Trolleys of West Palm Beach

We utilized Mollys 38- person white passenger van and white trolley for our daughter’s wedding transportation on April 19th. The bridal party traveled first (from the Park Hyatt Boca to The Addison), followed by the groomsmen via the trolley. The guests were next via the trolley and the bus. Both were available to our guests as needed, from 5:50pm until 1:15am. We had approx 115 guest at the hotel. All went as planned! The following day, we had the 38-passenger white bus transporting from the Hyatt to South Inlet Park Eshelman Pavilion (a beautiful spot!), for a beach picnic. There was confusion on the part of Molly’s when communicating to me, the requirement for a parking pass at the park. I went back and forth with Molly’s and the park, any times. I thought I finally had it all worked out. We arrived at the park ahead of time to set up and it appeared that I needed to purchase “time” for the one bus space that they had saved for us. I spent about $75 in the meter. When the bus finally pulled up, it parked outside of the parking area, as it was too large. The driver said that they had done that before. I wish that this was made clear to me. No one seemed to be on the same page. After the first round of guests arrived, the driver didn’t realize that he was to continue trips until all guests were transported. Many were waiting at the hotel for a fairly long time. This was very clearly stated in my instructions. FYI….the south inlet parking area gets filled up very quickly. We knew that our guests would have a very difficult time finding parking, if they were to drive. We would use Molly’s again for the most part. Just make sure that you have everything very clearly understood among all parties. All 3 of our drivers were great, except for the one instance of miscommunication.

Sheila was our driver for the day and she was the ABSOLUTE BEST! She communicated through text the day of, was extremely timely, and so easy going with us! The special occasion trolley was so beautiful and spacious, I highly recommend for any wedding event to make the experience all the better!!

I used Molly's Trolleys for my 2/26/2022 wedding. We had Mark as our driver and he was FANTASTIC! He was prompt, stayed in communication with out point-person the entire night, and even stayed later than his contracted time to provide extra runs to the after party and back to the hotel late at night. They allowed us to provide beverages to our guests on board which our guests loved. Overall they were fabulous and I am so happy we worked with them to provide the transportation to our guests on our wedding day!

We used Molly’s Trolly’s to get us to and from our hotel to photos to church to reception and I’m so glad we did! From the very first inquiry they were super responsive and our driver was awesome! My dress was very full and she made sure I got on and off safely without any damage to the dress. They had the trolley decorated for us and allowed us to plug in our own music for the ride. 100% recommend hiring them!

They reply quickly, tell you all the information you need to book, and follow through. We had our wedding in Jupiter in October and needed transportation to our venue from the hotel. We booked 1 trolley for 8 hours. The trolley arrived early so the bridal party was able to get to the venue earlier than anticipated since it was raining that day which was huge! They made multiple trips back and forth to bring the bridal party and family and then started with the guests. Our guests were so happy they didn’t have to worry about driving and the trolley was available to bring guests back who wanted to leave the reception early. They even made multiple trips after the end of the reception to make sure everyone got back to the hotel even after our designated time was completed. The trolley was clean and held so many people and our driver was so nice and polite! Definitely recommend!!

Molly is fantastic to work with, the driver was a perfect gentleman and the trolley itself was PERFECT for our event! My hubby and I got married at The Addison in Boca and had about 140 guests (some local, most out of towners). We organized a coach bus for the guests and used the Trolley for family and the wedding party. It really allowed us the flexibility to be on a different schedule to the rest of the guests which was particularly helpful with photos following the ceremony. As I mentioned, the driver was fabulous. He was helpful without being asked and followed the schedule I gave meticulously. It was one thing on the day that I never had to think about once - it was seamless. Which leads me to Molly... She was responsive, helpful with suggestions and just as detail-oriented as I am with the prep for the event! As a bride with no clue how to plan a wedding, she was a great resource. She also eased my nerves with our review on the day before, assuring me that things would go smoothly and they were totally flexible if something didn't go to plan! The trolley itself is super cute. It was nice and comfortable in terms of temperature and even had some cute decorations on the inside which make the photos look even cuter. It made for a much more social trip around Boca with the wedding party and family which to me was really important. We live in Sydney, Australia so we wanted to get as much time with our loved ones as possible! The only con I would say is I didn't love the huge "Molly's Trolley's" advertising sign on the side of the trolley. The good news is if you have a big wedding party you can totally hide it or just take photos from areas without the sign. I totally get why she has it there, as I found out about it while it was driving down the road but still not ideal for pics. A really small thing but did want to mention in case that was a big deal to anyone! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend using Molly and her team. Choosing the right vendors really does make a huge difference : )

Loved Molly's Trolleys! We recently hired Molly's Trolleys for our daughter's wedding in West Palm Beach. They transported the wedding party and our guests, 150 people, from the Hilton to Holy Trinity Church and back to the Hilton, all in West Palm Beach. The drivers were prompt, very courteous, and accommodating. The trolleys were charming and immaculately clean inside and outside. The communication was perfect. We had Molly's Trolleys shuttle approx. 170 total guests to the ceremony and back. It required multiple trolleys but everything went so smoothly thanks to Molly who is so organized and hands on. She made the whole process from booking to the execution flawless. Highly recommend!

As soon as I made a request for proposal based on our event details, within a day they sent over an incredibly detailed proposal of what they could offer. They worked with me patiently any time I had to make changes due to a chance in my timeline or hotel plans. I was so thankful when Molly's Trolleys emailed me a few weeks after I had contacted them, and told me a slot had opened up! I was beyond excited. I wanted a charming way to transport my guests knew this would be just the ticket. They were great. We used Molly’s Trolleys to get our guests from the hotel that we recommended them to stay at & to the wedding/reception venue, and then back to their hotels. Being that our service & reception was in Downtown West Palm Beach, we didn’t want our guests to have to stress about finding parking, parking meters, or worry about drinking too much at the reception. My husband was the one that suggested it, because it was something that we had experienced at a previous wedding. As a guest we appreciated not having to worry about driving to/from the venue and wanted to share that with our guests. Rather than just getting unmarked white vans, we wanted something cute with character and unique to West Palm. As a native of West Palm he suggested we look into Molly’s Trolleys. They did a marvelous job! The week before the wedding they contacted us to confirm the schedule and details of the contract. All the guests were really pleased with the ease and convenience of getting to & from the wedding and obviously we have you to thank for that. Everyone that we spoke with or dealt with at the company went above & beyond in making sure that their part in our wedding day went on without a hitch. The distance from the venue to the hotel was about 2 miles, so it was a 4 mile loop. The Trolley’s carried our wedding parties (20 people), as well as the family & guests that stayed at the hotel (about 60). Given that this was the first and last experience of the majority of guests, it was great to have a friendly driver, in addition to the clean and attractive trolley. If you’re going to provide this service for your wedding or event, we recommend looking into Molly’s Trolleys!

I had heard about Molly's Trolleys through seeing them on the street as well as working with them at other events. Working with Molly was great! They are very clear in their proposals, as well as the timeline of events. Since they are used for so many different events, they know all of the venues and hotels and can work with them independently. About a week before the big day we had a long chat with Molly about the big day. Everything went according to the plan! We had the trolly pick up our Bridal Party and take them to the venue and then pick up our quests, as well as take them back. It was a great way for out of town guests, and for those who didn't want to drink and drive. I highly recommend Molly's Trolleys!

We chose Molly's Trolleys because their prices were so much better than renting a limo for our wedding! Not only are they very affordable, the experience is amazing! I had Molly's Trolleys transport my bridal party to and from the hotel on the day of my wedding (totaling about 15). They picked up the girls first, went back to the hotel to pick up the boys (so my husband and I never saw each other), orchestrated the bride/groom grand exit, then went back to the venue to pick up the remainder of the bridal party/guests! It was an amazing experience from beginning to end! The communication was outstanding along with the service you receive from the office staff to the driver. The trolley was decorated for us and had wedding music playing on our way to the venue...VERY clean as well! I would recommend this service to EVERY bride!

Molly's Trolley made organizing our guest transportation simply seamless. We utilized 2 trolleys to transport 60 guests from St Edwards Church to the reception, as well as return trips at the end of the night to respective hotels. Their employees were always responsive and knew exactly what questions to ask in effort to make the evening go off without a hitch! This was the first thing I booked for my wedding when I knew I had our date confirmed. I loved the look and idea of the trolley instead of a limo and it was so worth having for our wedding party. Molly was super easy to work with and responded to all of our e-mails and phone calls promptly. Our trolley driver arrived on time and even when we decided to add another round of pick ups from our church back to the reception, they were more than willing to work with us. I would recommend anyone to use Molly's trolleys for their weddings. When I even got into the trolley and we left for the church, they started playing the "Going to the Chapel" song. We absolutely loved Molly's Trolleys!! We were looking for something unique and vintage inspired to transport our wedding party and our guests to our wedding at The Addison on December 5, 2015. As soon as I saw the photos of the trolleys on their website, I knew they would be perfect-and they were! We could not be happier with the service they provided. The trolleys were beautiful, clean and impeccably maintained, our drivers Rob and Darin were professional, friendly and punctual, and the trolleys were so spacious that we were able to transport a total of 80 guests throughout the night with two trolleys! The staff of Molly's trolleys is also a pleasure to work with-so courteous and attentive. They really worked hard to meet our needs and make us happy. Molly's Trolleys was the best choice to get our guests to and from our wedding venue. The trolley was reliable and clean. The guests had such a good time. After our ceremony the Trolley was staged outside the main entrance so that the bridal party could take pictures since we didn't travel on the trolley to the wedding. We all took the trolley home. The next day Molly helped look through our trolley for a missing heirloom. Molly and her staff were incredibly helpful and eager to assist us with any of our needs. We highly recommend using the Trolley. Your guests will appreciate a safe ride to and from.

We were able to go with Molly's Trolleys for our transportation to our wedding venue with our bridal party. Perfect choice! Since we had our first look by our host hotel at Old School Square (perfect site!) it was nice to have everyone all together! Molly in the office was awesome to work with during the planning process. She answered all my questions same day via email and gave me a nice timeline to work with. Frank the trolley driver was great and stayed in the parking lot throughout our time at the venue. I had no idea that Molly's Trolleys would be one of my most favorite vendors to work with for my wedding. From the start, Molly was so attentive to detail and responsive I knew I couldn't go with any other transportation option. Currently living in Boston, I needed someone I could rely on long distance. After researching some of the most expensive limo option and shuttles for our guests I came to the conclusion that not only is Molly's Trolleys way more affordable but in fact a much more exciting and unpredictable option. And I know for our guests this would be such a treat! Molly's attention to the detail of my schedule was outstanding. I know that Molly and her team probably had a ton of other brides they were working with at the time, but it certainly didn't feel that way at all! I hired "Molly's Trolleys" for all of my transportation needs for my wedding. This team is simply amazing! I spoke to multiple transportation companies before this one and it was pulling teeth trying to get information from them. When I finally called Molly's Trolleys, it was the biggest sigh of relief. They actually cared about what I had to say! They even let me come by the lot and look at their trolleys! They were great with email responses, organization, and communication throughout the entire planning process. Molly discussed the entire day with me and worked out a timeline. Since I needed the trolley as a guest shuttle and for photography transportation we worked out the timeline to only use 1 trolley for the whole day. On the wedding day they were very reliable and professional, arrived early, and followed the timeline. The driver didn't even mind when we asked for a short detour to stop at a picture spot. The one minor issue I had was the trolley sign had my name misspelled. Even though I had addressed the spelling concern for the sign prior to the day and was reassured it would be correct. In the end, nothing that minor would have bothered me on that day anyway! Overall, I would 100% recommend "Molly's Trolleys"!! They were such a pleasure to work with! Thank you Molly and the team!

Not only was it fun and unique to ride in a vintage trolley, but it was so easy to coordinate because Molly knows her stuff! They were in constant contact with us as plans needed to be changed and tweaked, including on the wedding day itself. I did not get ready at the ceremony/reception site and the trolley was a great way for me to get to the venue without wrinkling my dress or trying to jam myself into a car. The guests loved it because they did not have to worry about valet and could also enjoy themselves, a.k.a. drink, without having to worry about driving at the end of the night.
