Heather was absolutely amazing to work with. She made the planning process go incredibly smoothly and was instrumental in making our wedding day so amazing, allowing us to focus on our special day together while she worked to make sure everything was taken care of behind the scenes. We received so many compliments on how seamless our wedding day was and Heather was the reason for that. She was agile and quick to respond when the wind decided to have a mind of its own for our outdoor wedding. The 1-on-1 consultations through the entire planning process, from more than 1 year out from our wedding up the final week, eased our concerns and made us feel like everything was under control. Our wedding truly would not have been so special if it weren't for Heather!
I loved having Heather as our wedding planner! She was absolutely wonderful! We booked her for her "day of coordination" and she worked with us starting three months before the wedding! Which was absolutely amazing since I was planning the wedding on my own and we had to move up the wedding last minute. Her price is SO reasonable taking into consideration everything she does. Having her there was worth every cent! She was an absolute blessing leading up to the wedding and on the day of. I was able to just relax and she dealt with everything that day despite all the issues that came up. Our wedding wouldn't have been possible without her.
Heather was amazing! I was sad when the wedding was over because I wouldn’t be keeping up with her! She took care of everything and was the best investment for our wedding. We had truly the best night and worry free because she had it all under control. I cannot recommend her and her business enough!

Moments and Milestones, and specifically Heather Arnold are BRILLIANT. I'm a control-freak-type-A-pain-in-the-yeah, and Heather was the person I could entrust with my daughters wedding coordination. Heather assured me "she had it" and she truly did. Heather kept us on track with the tasks we'd set for ourselves, kindly ensuring we did what we said we would, at the same time keeping in touch with the vendors to ensure a smooth day. I'm originally from Australia, and Heather listened to the cultural additions with care and curiosity, as well as encouraged my daughter and almost son in law to put their personalities into their day. When our creative thoughts ran dry, Heather had excellent insight and offered solutions to some very tricky and specific situations. On the day, the event ran so smoothly, if there were any fires, I had ZERO idea because Heather had already taken care of them, she helped deal with a moment of panic for my daughter by clearing the room and giving her the space to overcome her anxiety attack (nothing to do with cold feet, more too many people in the small space). There was a big wedding party of eclectic personalities, Heather wrangled them all so well they didn't know they were being wrangled (myself included, lol), she navigated the delicacies of the grooms parents recent divorce, and made sure we all felt so comfortable. Without hesitation I would espouse Heather and Moments and Milestones services to anyone seeking a fabulous planner, day of coordinator extraordinaire!!!
Heather was great! She met with us several times and was always available to answer any questions that we had. From the day we picked her, she was attentive and there with us for the rest of the ride. On the day of, she handled weather related changes and made sure that there was nothing that we had to worry about. Would 100% recommend her services!
Heather was amazing and professional! She went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly on our special day. Even though like most weddings- we ran into some hiccups and unexpected surprises however Heather was quick to find solutions and everything turned out great! We don’t know what we could have done without her.

Heather was a dream to work with for planning our wedding and I can't imagine it would have gone as smoothly (or that I would have been as calm) without her! The whole wedding planning process was so overwhelming to me, but once we hired Heather she made it feel manageable. She handled so much work behind the scenes and spared us the chaos of finding awesome vendors within budget, addressing concerns and questions with our venue/vendors, and giving us awesome ideas to make our wedding special. The day of our wedding, her team set up hundreds of decor items beautifully, made quick decisions to pivot when we were running behind schedule and handled emergencies efficiently, so I didn't have to worry about a thing. She's a true pleasure to work with and I'd recommend her to anyone!
Heather was absolutely incredible as our day of coordinator - but she was so much more than that. She held monthly check-in meetings with my fiancé and I throughout the planning process, shared invaluable knowledge about her experience with our venue + vendors, and was always available to quickly answer any questions we had during the planning process. I would absolutely recommend Heather to help plan your wedding in ANY capacity. Her expertise, breadth of knowledge, and ability to problem solve under pressure cannot be understated!
Heather was my wedding coordinator and I couldn't have been more pleased! Honestly do not know how the wedding would have happened if I didn’t have her. She kept everything on track prior to wedding and during the wedding she had everything handled perfectly! She always was so quick to answer any questions I had. She knew my vision for my wedding and did amazing setting up and making it come all together. Normally I like to handle decor myself but I trusted her fully and she nailed it! Her personality is fun and kept me from getting too stressed. I knew I could always count on her to calm me down. She always had amazing ideas if I needed any guidance. All vendors at the wedding were great but Heathers service is one I couldn’t have gone without.

I was totally against getting a wedding coordinator but my fiancé kept pushing for one and he found Heather Arnold at Moments and Milestones. She was the best money spent! She went above and beyond any of my expectations. I will recommend her to everyone and anyone we know. Definitely will use her again if the need ever arises. She is friendly, personable, makes it happen. Heather makes everything so easy it was a pleasure working with her and can not express my gratitude enough. 150% satisfied and happy!!!!

You will not regret choosing Moments and Milestones! Heather is a force of energy with articulation, communication, organization and most of all a "Whatever It Takes" to get your event planned and ran smoothly, while working quickly and elegantly through any and all unexpected challenges, all while respecting your choices! I am a very strong personality, as is she, and I can tell you, she is worth every penny and then some! My daughter chose her and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone planning an event! She is exactly what is needed prior to and on the event day so you know everything is handled and you can enjoy the event!
Working with Heather from Moments & Milestones was wonderful! She worked with us during the peaks of the Covid-19 pandemic. A few months after my husband and I got engaged (Summer 2020), I hired her to be our wedding coordinator/planner because I knew absolutely nothing about wedding-planning and coordination. At the time, I was also very stressed out and going through mental health issues (as I'm sure a lot of us were during the first year of Covid). After we chose our catering vendor and a couple of other vendors, I realized I was still struggling with my mental health, and felt I had to put a pause on our wedding while I sorted myself and other things out. Heather was incredibly patient and essentially said "whatever you need, let me know when you're ready to pick things up again". Without question, she gave me back half of the deposit. She certainly was not obligated to do so contractually. I was so relieved. After a few months, I reached out to her and let her know we were ready. I sent her back half of the deposit, and we picked up right where we left off. For each vendor, Heather would find 2 to 3 vendor options and send me information or a website about each of them, and my husband and I would check them out and choose which one we liked the best. She would sent me reminders about when a vendor payment is due. Heather also met with me a few times for lunch and coffee to get on the same page. Heather was very fun and always came off as passionate about taking care of what I or we wanted for our wedding day. She also helped me out bigtime with our hotel, which she was not contractually obligated to do. Without her, I would have been lost my mind. Anyway, the big day came, and Heather was a badass with taking care of everything, putting our friends and family to work (suckas!), making sure I was good, and making sure my husband and I could actually eat and drink during our reception. I told Heather we just wanted to eat and dance and chat and have a few minutes for alone time. And we got that! Overall, if I could rate Moments & Milestones service with us on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being the best, I would give them a 15. I would say Heather definitely went above and beyond for us. I feel very lucky to have had her for our wedding coordinator/planner.
Life Saver!
My husband and I decided to hire a day-of coordinator kind of late in the game. As soon as I talked to Heather over the phone I knew she was wonderful! She made our day so smooth. From the first time we met to the wedding she had every detail down. She thought of so many things that I didn’t even consider! I credit her for the reason I was so calm the day of. You can trust her with everything! She was even sick on my wedding day and went above and beyond to make sure it was the best for me and my husband. She is so professional but she could also be your best friend. She only has you and your partner's best interests in mind. I don’t plan on getting married again any time soon, haha, but I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
Hiring Heather was the best wedding decision we made throughout the whole process. We were a couple who had to postpone our wedding, and we couldn’t have done it without her. She reached out to all our vendors and made the postponement as easy as she possibly could. She answered every question we had and she did it with so much grace. She made our vision come to life and I trust her completely. I was able to be completely stress free on the day of our wedding, thanks to her. We even had a small problem with our arch, and her husband brought rocks from their house to make the arch work. If you’re looking for the most organized, hands on, willing to do anything, BEST coordinator ever, hire Heather. Her services were worth every penny!
