Pam was an amazing wedding planner and we couldn't have done it without her! She was great from beginning to end and made the whole process smooth and seamless! She was great to communicate with and was very organized and her Aisle Planner tool was a must. The wedding turned out amazing and was such a blast and if anything went awry behind the scenes I was blissfully unaware!
Pam made wedding planning such a breeze! Not only does she go above and beyond anything you need, she truly cares. Pam helped us navigate the unprecedented: wedding planning during COVID-19. Pam handled every bump in the road COVID had to offer to make sure we could have as close to our original planned day as possible. I honestly don't think we could have done it without Pam! Pam also did an amazing job of helping me pull together my vision. If you are in need of a wedding planner, look no further.
I can't even put into words how awesome it was to work with Pam over the past year and a half of wedding planning. She has this awesome way of understanding a bride's stress but still keeping you on track with what really needs to be done. I absolutely would not have survived planning my wedding without her! My wedding and reception turned out exactly as I had hoped and my husband and I are forever grateful for Pam and her team.

Pam helped me pick vendors, design my place settings, set up meetings, and nag the wedding party if they were dragging their feet on anything (this happened a lot...!!). She was easy to talk to, open to all my ideas, and helped me set a budget and stick to it! Pam made sure we were getting our wedding related tasks done on time and put out any fires that popped up along the way.
The month leading up to the wedding we were as stress free as they come, just ready for the day to finally roll around that we had been waiting for!
Our venue was used for both the ceremony and reception of our wedding and Pam and her staff had that area switched over and set up with tables, chairs, linens, and centerpieces so fast you might have missed it if you blinked! I enjoyed meeting all her associates, they were all such fun to talk to on wedding day and kept me calm, relaxed, and attended to my every need. I would definitely hire Pam and her staff at Moments Event Planning for my next event! I will also be recommending her to any future brides looking for an excellent wedding planner!

I cannot express enough how invaluable Pam and her team were on our big day! Take it from, me a self-proclaimed A type, I couldn't have done it without her nor do I want to every do any event without her again! I had booked Pam for her "one-month" service. She says there's no way she could jump in and do the day of and make it perfect and she is so right. Starting my planning with her a month out was perfect. I was getting overwhelmed with all the small details and once I had my first meeting with Pam I knew everything was in good hands and I could relax! I was so worried about other people having fun and trying to be a nice Bride with my vendors. I wanted everyone to have a great experience! Pam sweetly reminded me that with some of the more opinionated vendors it was ok to tell them what I wanted. They were working for us. She truly has a gift for creating a special event, putting even the most uptight of Brides at ease, and I just cannot thank her enough!

Pam (Moments) is the absolute best! She was always available to answer any random questions that popped in my mind, and was very comforting when I got a little overwhelmed planning the wedding. She was the perfect mix of professional and friend.
One of my favorite things she said to me was that she would never make me look like a crazy bride, she would do my dirty work (the things I really wanted done, but didn't want to look like a bridezilla) and everyone would just think it was her fault because she doesn't have to be around my family and friends again, but I do.
As it got closer to my wedding, I told Pam I didn't want to be involved in anymore of the add-ons that my mother was insisting on (personalized wine glasses and programs during ceremony). I literally heard nothing about this again and just saw them the day of and they were beautiful.
Also, Pam knows so many vendors and has a personal relationship with them. So whatever you have in mind that you want, she probably knows somebody that can do it!
If you want a wonderful wedding experience for your wedding day, then hire Pam. She will help you realize the wedding of your dreams!
Pam Durham is a highly experienced professional and an absolute class act. The Moments Event Planning and Design team is nothing short of impeccable.
Our wedding was unusual to say the least. We had an untraditional home wedding held outdoors.. most of our vendors and guests were traveling from out of town, we were under questionable weather all the way to the last minute AND we had an emergency during service. Yet Mrs. Pam showed up in a big way and saved the day for us.
I can't say this enough - there was no shortage of challenges at our wedding and we would have been in deep trouble if it wasn't for Moments.
Pam and her team were incredibly organized and thorough throughout the planning stages and the execution at the event just about saved our wedding. Our guests still talk about Pam's work ethics and amazing attitude.

Words cannot express how happy I was with Pam. My wedding was PERFECT. I hired Pam using her partial wedding planning package. She was there for me every step of the way. I did much of the 'planning' on my own but she was there to poke and prod me to make sure I was doing what I needed to be doing in a timely fashion. The weeks right before my wedding I really wasn't stressed out at all! Knowing me if I didn't have her from the beginning I would have procrastinated everything till the last moment.
The week before the wedding I gave her my 'wedding pile' of everything that I had accumulated to be used at the ceremony/reception. That way, the day of, I really didn't have to do a thing. Pam and her associate set up everything so that when I showed up at the venue around 3 it was already done! I know that Pam worked her butt off during the ceremony - and to be honest I don't even know what she was doing - but I know that everything seemed perfect so I know she did her job well! One of my main concerns was that my mother would be stressed out because she played a heavy role in the planning and she's the type to volunteer for anything and everything. She had a WONDERFUL time and I know it was all because Pam was there to make sure everything went perfect and my mother didn't have to do a thing the day of.
I really can't rave enough about Pam and I know I will be singing her praises to every person I can for years to come.

My daughter and I hired Pam Durham from Moments Events Planning and Design for her wedding 11/29/14. Pam and the rest of the employees at Moments were so helpful with our wedding planning. We got married in Galveston but had to plan the entire wedding from out of state, and Pam's help was invaluable. She helped us get in touch with great vendors. Her value increased exponentially as we got closer to the date of the wedding - she had a rain plan for us, everything scheduled out for our families, and took care of the issues that arose the day of (and we stayed blissfully unaware of them until way after the wedding). She was a great help and was a pleasure to work with. She helped us plan our perfect wedding!
I started the wedding planning journey on my own with the help of my family. Having a fusion Indian and Hispanic wedding was a challenge as each family had traditions we wanted to embrace. As I started booking a venue, I booked a location that sounded great and seemed perfect/unique. When I started searching around for wedding planners, I talked to several companies but was looking for someone that had their own style and respected my budget, thoughts, and values. That is what I found in Pam and her team. As soon as we had our first meeting, we knew she was the right person. Pam helped me through a rocky start as the venue I booked turned out having more problems as the months passed. She worked with me through the holiday season to find the perfect venue that worked with our budget. She was completely attentive throughout the entire process. Another amazing aspect was that she had never planned an Indian wedding, yet she took the time and effort to educate herself and become familiar with the rituals and traditions. I respected that to a high degree. I was starting my first semester of pharmacy school and Pam was very flexible in terms of checkpoint meetings and working with my schedule completely to sync up. On the wedding day, her team was amazing. I wasn't worried about one thing and she took care of everything. Even though I was involved in all the details up to the day, she made sure everything was executed well and even dealt with tough vendors that had poor etiquette and communication. At the end of the day, I didn't just have a great wedding because I hired Pam and her team -- Instead, I feel like I made a friend for life that will always be around to talk when I am having a bad day and will be around through other MOMENTS in my life.
Pam and her team are truly worth every cent! I hate to event put it that blunt because it sounds so tacky but it is so true!! As a bride that planned the whole wedding down to a "T" (I even did my own flowers) words cannot express how much a necessity Moments Events is your wedding! I highly recommend Pam! She made me feel calm and 100% in control in those final moments of utter craziness. I used Moments Events for the 'Weekend Of Package' but honestly I got so much more than that, I walked away with a friend.

Aside from marrying my husband, having Pam as our planner was the best decision I made. She is worth every penny (and then some). This was a destination wedding AND only three months to plan it. She understands that "bridezilla" my come out at anytime and helps talk you down. The day was perfect! I knew I had nothing to worry about because Pam was on it. I enjoyed working with Pam so much, I want to come up with a reason to have a party just to work with her again. You won't be disappointed. She was always available, energetic and just a real person.
The team at Moments Event planning was wonderful. When I was planning my wedding I was on a budget, working 50+ hours a week and raising a 1 year old, so I did not have time to 'iron out all the details.' We utilized the one month planning package and it included so much more than your typical 'day of coordinator.' Pam made a detailed schedule, coordinated with all my vendors and found me replacement vendors when some of them fell through. She also fully organized and executed the rehearsal dinner arrangements ( this was for an extra fee of coarse but was well worth it! ). When my mother came into town a week before the wedding--knowing how little time I had spent planning--she was very worried, but one meeting with Pam quelled her fears. She is a great listener and can help steer you through any unexpected hurdles that arise as you approach the big day. Using Moments was by far the best investment I made during my wedding planning process.
Pam was AMAZING through the whole process. No doubt in mind that if I had to do it over again would I hire her. No stone was unturned and she was so easy to work with. Great great GREAT is all I have to say :)
Pam has a wealth of knowledge for all things wedding. I am a working mom of a toddler so I reached out to her for help. Her online office is a great way to keep both you and the groom informed of to do lists, budgets and your calendar of events (which gets pretty busy). She has great relationships with wedding vendors but I suggest that you get other estimates before selecting a vendor recommendation. Also be sure you have a vision for your wedding day prior to initial meeting, this will make the planning process much easier.
Pam Durham was amazing in assisting me to put together a surprise vow renewal for my wife. During the time of putting all of this together I was deployed to Khost Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. During the planning phase she kept me informed on everything and helped steer me in the right direction when putting this all together ensuring that I was always feeling comfortable with every decision and never rushing things even when they quite possibly needed to be.
When I finally arrived in the States she assisted me in the final preperations and even assisted in getting me reservations to a fine dining resturant in Galveston, TX for the right atmosphere for me to re-pop the question to my wife.
On our big day, while issues came up due to family and friends, Pam kept a cool head and assured me that everything was still on point even though my Military background continued to pull at me for percision to time.
During every point she insured that both my wife and I had an amazing time and were finally able to give my wife of 10 years and her family and friends the wedding she deserved.
I highly recommend Pam and her staff for any event you may have coming up and in the future would love to utilize her skills in doing more.
Moments Event Planning and Design is wonderful for planning your big day!!! Pam was priceless, and really made our moment fabulous. My wedding day, I was completely (and blissfully) oblivious to any little fires that crept up, as Pam handled them without me ever having to know (until after the wedding, and by then, it didn't matter anymore! Lol!)
I gave her company one less star on quality/service only bc there were a few things/ideas that didn't happen the way I planned them; but they were so small, it really didn't make a difference in the big picture of what happened that day. I also completely appreciate her team, especially since we had such a big event, but I wish that she had been with me when I was getting dressed. It would've been nice to share that moment with her after spending 11 months together planning the big day. She was definitely handling her business though!!
Pam is ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS the week of two before your wedding. She has her way of planning her team and coordinating all your vendors and acts as the main contact for all that goes on. It was really cool to see her transition from "ok, what's on your mind for this wedding?" (thought and brainstorming process) to "let's do this" (making your MOMENT happen). I also loved the online office we used to share ideas and communicate (planner, bride, groom, and mother of the bride).
I highly recommend that if you are a control freak (like I am) - let Pam know from the start...I think I put my hand in too many things and caused myself more stress when Pam def could've handled it. Highly recommended for quality service and and MOMENT you will never forget!!!
I simply can't say enough wonderful things about Pam and her team. If you are on the fence about whether to get a planner or not, get one, and get Pam if you are in the Houston/Galveston area. The thing about weddings is that unexpected things will happen, and when they do, you'll want Pam and her team on your side.
I knew Pam was great from the beginning, but I realized what a lifesaver she was when, just 10 days before the wedding, we had to reschedule our entire rehearsal dinner, for 90 people (long story, but basically we arranged the rehearsal details before we hired Pam, and when we ended up with more RSVPs than expected, we had to relocate). As soon as we told Pam what happened, she had several other ideas in mind, and found us another amazing place to have the dinner, and even managed to get us a $500 discount on the space! The rehearsal dinner turned out to be amazing, and at the end of the night I realized I'd wanted to donate any leftover food to a homeless shelter, but had forgot to mention that to Pam, or to anyone. Just as the dinner was winding down I thought to ask Pam if we could donate the food, and in 10 minutes she'd arranged for the caterers to pack up the leftovers, and for someone from the homeless shelter to come by and pick it all up. Amazing!
But it doesn't stop there. The photographer my husband and I hired had to move to a different state 4 months before the wedding; Pam referred us to another fantastic one the next day.
When our ceremony happened much more quickly than anyone expected, and guests turned up at the cocktail hour early, Pam had the caterers get into shape fast, and they had salads and drinks on the tables in just a few minutes.
Pam will go with whatever your plan is, and what's really crucial, is that she will have a plan B and a plan C ready when your plan goes off course.
Plus she's an amazingly sweet and caring woman who is a joy to interact with. She was our magical fairy during the entire wedding, making sure everything got done, and every problem was dealt with, without me or my groom having to worry about it or even know about it. What a lifesaver!
As an added plus, her assistants are amazingly lovely too!

We could not have imagined using any other wedding planner/coordinator for our special day. Pam stays in constant contact with the bride and groom up until the day of the wedding, and she answers questions at ALL times of the day. I didn't trust anyone with making sure out wedding was executed the way we wanted (not even my own mother), but the moment I met Pam, I knew she should would make sure all of the other vendors would do what they were suppose to.
The day of the wedding, Pam has the most amazing team working with her. They are the sweetest people you'll ever meet, and they are there to make sure your day goes as smoothly as possible.
Every penny paid to Pam was well worth it, she handled everything, and the day of my wedding I did not have to worry about anything, because I knew it was all is good hands!
Moments event planning – I interviewed about 8 planners while looking for a day of even coordinator to ensure my vision for my day was executed. Of all the planners, Pam Durham with Moments Event’s Planning was the most punctual, poised and organized. Before the first interview she had me setup with her online planning software, adding a milestone for our initial consultation. At the consultation, she was very detailed at explaining her services and at the end, voluntarily offered a list of references.
Her day of event services actually start 6 weeks prior to the event. Since my event was very unique, she was very accommodating. She took the ship tour with my maid & matron of honor and I, to get an understanding of the ship.
Leading up to the wedding she was always there to talk to as the stress and drama of wedding increased. She handled the rehearsal and instructing the wedding party on what to do and when to do it.
On the day of the wedding, even though I didn’t see her much, I knew she was there, as everything was exactly how I wanted it. She extinguished any and all fires, as there was never a point where anything was brought to my attention. Everything was just done. And I know it took a lot. The one and only issue I had, was that were was a breakdown in communication on what was expected for breakfast the day of the wedding, as my bridesmaids were left with no food until the reception.. Knowing Pam, I know she would do anything I requested within reason. Given the uniqueness of a cruise wedding, I know WITHOUT a doubt that my wedding would NOT have been MYYY wedding without the help of Pam! I’m forever grateful for her services.

I hired Pam from Moments to be my wedding coordinator for our May 5th, 2012 wedding. We were impressed and very much satisfied with they way in which Pam and her wonderful assistants and staff attended to all of our wedding details. Though we had a small wedding of 120 guests, Pam had herself and 3 others working our wedding. Pam ensured that there was a staff member handling the church details, while Freida handled the reception details, she had Tess attending to me exclusively, and of course all the while Pam communicated and coordinated with each of my vendors directly! She runs an excellent and well coordinated service. Pam is also very accessible and prompt to emails and phone calls. Due to Pam's amazing handling of all the details at our wedding, my husband and I got to enjoy our fabulous wedding without being bothered about the little stuff. We had such an amazing time without any stress! We truly got to have our cake and eat it too! We found her services to be invaluable and beyond our expectations. Thank you for helping to make our wedding a dream come true.

I had several hiccups with my wedding. I hired Moments for day of coordination. Being the person I am this suited my needs. I don't regret my decision in hiring Pam and her team for my wedding day. She is definitely a force to be reckoned with in action. Wedding was scheduled for 4:30pm and at 3pm we had no chairs for guests. Major hiccup for any bride! Pam took the situation by the reins and came out victorious as by 4:15 we had Plan B chairs. They went exactly what I wanted but matched the decor still. Amazingly enough, I walked down Only 15 minutes late down the ailse. Which as everyone knows suited me perfect- as I am late for mostly everything. Thanks Pam and your team for saving my day from utter disaster! P.S- she must have a connection to God as the rain never came even though it was a bit threatening. :) I also had a very "detailed" wedding. A couple of days ahead of a low down of exactly what I wanted would have helped. My fault though as it was incredibly busy for me with lots of family from out of town/ country.
