Okay, Amanda at moments to remember was just absolutely incredible throughout the whole process of planning our wedding! Amanda consistently eased our anxieties about any particular problem we phoned her with! Amanda was one of the first vendors we booked and she really helped guide us in terms of staying in our budget, vetting vendors for us and all that jazz! We chose to hire Amanda for her event managing and day of coordination package for our out of state wedding at The Fells. She was worth every penny. She is knowledgeable, patient, solution oriented, direct and attentive. Amanda recommended some of the other vendors we hired and had worked with some of the vendors we chose on our own. I am so grateful to have found Moments to Remember to help with our day-of coordination for our wedding! Our lead coordinator Alex was truly incredible to work with from the moment I was introduced to her through the very end of our wedding. She helped with more things than I ever could have even imagined and made sure the day flowed so smoothly. All of my other vendors, family, and friends absolutely enjoyed working with her and her assistant Emily. From helping make sure all of our vendors had everything they need to making sure the day followed our timeline, everything was perfect. Amanda and her team at Moments to Remember made our wedding on our private lakeside property as seamless and perfect as can be!
From the first phone call with Amanda, to hiring her, as well as each phone call meeting from 6 months, 3 months, and the weeks leading up to our special day, Amanda helped us stay on track for our wedding day! We decided to get married on my family lakeside property and even though I knew a lot of the vendors we decided to choose from like our rentals, photographer, videographer, catering , hair / make up, etc, I knew we would need a day of coordinator to help our day go as smoothly as possible. Choosing Amanda and her team was the best decision we could have ever made!
She helped us make our timeline, recommended other vendors we needed but did not have yet; they set up ALL the decor. We had so much decor in our cabin in boxes and they absolutely made everything I had a dream come true! Amanda even helped ease our minds when we thought our wedding day was going to absolutely torrential downpour because our rehersal walk the day before was a horrible storm. She kept us hopeful but realistic and made a back up plan if needed for the ceremony. Thank god we did not need it because we ended up having a beautiful day!

The Moments to Remember NH team were incredible! We met with Amanda monthly for two years leading up to our wedding and the meetings were productive, informative, and reassuring. In the last few months before the wedding, we met with Amanda more frequently to ensure the final details were cemented. Amanda did a site walk-through early in the process to learn the location well and later was on-site to help organize the tent drop-off. Amanda and her team were incredible on the day of our weddingâthey were crazy busy but got everything done and none of the rush or anxiety leeched into our experiences of the day! The team was over-prepared for problems so anything that arose was solved without needing the bride or groomâs intervention (or us even noticing a problem). Thanks to them, we had a fantastic wedding weekend that was free of stress!!

Moments to Remember did a wonderful job! I was fortunate enough to work closely with Amandaâs team member Alexandra Ribblett and she made sure to iron out every detail! She was more than a planner- she was an integral part to the wedding party itself. The MTR Team made sure no detail was overlooked- including access to many awesome additional decor items to add to my venue and ceremony space. Canât recommend this company enough!!!!
I found amanda in the midst of the pandemic while I was trying to find a planner who could help me with the set up/tear down/ and decor for my wedding. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND helping me with monthly check ins leading up to my wedding day making sure nothing was missed and she had such amazing advice for everything. I could not have done it without her. In my wedding video you see me getting ready to walk down the aisle with my dad and she is following behind carrying the end of my dress and veil. Itâs a small moment that I hold near and dear to my heart because she was the best money I ever spent for my wedding. She is amazing and I couldnât recommend her and her amazing coordinators enough
Moments to Remember is an absolute dream team. Initial plans were set with Amanda and as the day began approaching, Alex became our lead coordinator. She quickly answered every single one of my questions, traveled hours to the venue to plan our weekend months in advance, helped with planning the color scheme and tablescapes. She then executed and organized every detail on our special day. She coordinated the rehearsal and did an excellent job ensuring that the entire wedding party was paying attention and on the same page, allowing for the bride & groom to truly enjoy every moment of the wedding weekend. On the day of, the weather forecast was rapidly changing. She prepared and made adjustments as we went from plan A to B to C to D for the ceremony and from A to B for our cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. She knew exactly what I did and did not want, which made it incredibly easy for me to relax and be fully present with our guests, despite all of the twists and turns. Even bustling and fixing my dress countless times throughout the night. I could not have imagined a better Day-of-Coordinator than Alex!!
Amanda was absolutely amazing and made our wedding flawless. Everything was on time and taken care of, so we had nothing to worry about the day of. Our DJ cancelled on us a few days before the wedding, and she immediately found us a new one. Amanda checked in with us almost weekly via email and text to keep us posted/have us give her updates. She was not afraid to give us feedback and suggestions when we asked her questions. We would recommend her to everyone!
Our venue required a coordinator and they highly recommended Amanda at Moments to Remember, thank goodness they did! We chose the Day of Coordination with Finishing Touches package which was perfect for us. Right off the bat Amanda had lots of recommendations for vendors from the area/preferred vendors who work at our venue, Allrose Farm, and with herself frequently. We had monthly check ins with her via Google Meet which were extremely helpful to us as my wife and I had very little experience related to wedding planning, we would not have thought of all the fine details without her. Because of the package we chose, she had a large catalog of items that we could rent at no additional charge! This allowed us to rent a mirror for our seating chart, tea light candles, table runners, candle centerpieces, easels for our signs, table numbers, a card box, and more! I truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator. Amanda was so easy to work with, it felt like we were working with a friend! I would recommend her and her team a thousand times!
Amanda of Moments to Remember is exactly who you want by your side while wedding planning. She was so smart, funny, kind, and helpful during every step of the way. Her demeaner made every interaction comfortable, her words clarified every confusing part, and her smile eased all of anxieties. No matter your question, she had an answer. No matter the issue, she had several solutions already available. She matches your energy, you want laid back? She'll be laid back, You want extreme perfectionism? She'll deliver it. In fact, she'll deliver perfectionism even without you asking, under the guise of a laid back attitude. Amanda gets to know you, gets to know what it is you really want, and makes it happen. I couldn't have done this without her and I am eternally grateful she entered our lives.
If I had one piece of advice for anyone getting married- it would be to look for a planner like Amanda at Moments to Remember. Iâm truly not sure what my wedding would have been without her and I donât want to know. I would work with her again and again and recommend her to anyone who wants to listen to me rant!
My wedding was thrown a massive curveball with terrible weather and Amanda knew how upset I was going to be that we had to change plans on my ceremony. She stood by my side and let me cry and then said âdo you trust me?â She gave me the best ceremony/reception I could have ever dreamt of.
To add: my dress was ruined pre ceremony from all the rain and dirt, she whipped out her magic kit and got on her knees scrubbing my train with shout and chalk! There was nothing I needed that Amanda didnât have. She knew my favorite drink and made sure I had it in my hand at all times, she ensured I ate and helped me organize everything before and after.
Weddings can be crazy- but Amanda allowed me to truly enjoy my planning process and just allowed me to be a bride. I couldnât recommend her enough.
If there is one thing I could recommend to everyone itâs to hire a wedding planner and specifically Moments to Remember! I booked Amanda after I already had all my other vendors booked when I had no idea what I was doing and everyone in my life had lots of opinions. She has different packages for different budgets- I went with the middle package. Our monthly meetings were like therapy, she is so organized, knowledgeable, and experienced that any worries I had were immediately validated and handled. The day of the wedding Amanda and her assistant handled all of the set up, take down, vendor communication, and handled all problems that arose. It was so nice to be able to just enjoy the day with zero worry because I trusted her so much. Another huge perk of booking with Amanda is her massive inventory of decorations. I am not really a DIY gal, but I also didnât know precisely what I wanted to buy. Even though there is a fee to use her decor I can only imagine how much I saved in the long run not to mention how much time I saved by not needing to sell or store stuff I will never use again. 10/10 book Amanda or any of her other planners, worth every penny!
Amanda literally went above and beyond as my day-of coordinator, helping smooth out some minor vendor issues and ensuring that the set-up within the tent and for the ceremony looked like an absolute dream!
She was super communicative and ran the show so well that several of my guests came up to me and commented on how great she was. Highly recommend anyone who is planning their own wedding to hire Amanda as she was worth every penny and an absolute lifesaver so I could focus on the wedding day-of instead of running around communicating with all vendors and guests.

She is super easy to work with, very professional and communicative, and extremely knowledgeable, answering all of our questions throughout the process. Amanda is a resourceful problem-solver, and she has an extensive inventory of decorations to fit your eventâs needs, no matter what youâre looking for. Amanda and her assistant, Tasha, were the absolute best to work with for our wedding. They are so incredibly professional, friendly, helpful, and talented in what they do. They decorated our space so beautifully, communicated with us effectively, and planned out our day perfectly. They truly even went above and beyond to assist and find solutions for when certain things didnât go exactly as expected. We were so grateful to have them in our corner throughout the entire wedding process and adventure. Would highly recommend them for your wedding!
Amanda was a life saver! I quite literally can't imagine what our day would have looked like without her. She was a pleasure to work with leading up to the wedding and super helpful in the planning process. Not to mention she has storage units of gorgeous and on trend wedding decorations that you can use without having to worry about buying, brining, re-selling, etc. Day of her and Tasha kept everything on schedule and in order. 10/10 recommend. Having Amanda help us plan our wedding was hands down the easiest decision we made!! She is very responsive and truly cares about her clients. She was there every step of the way for our wedding planning and made my vision come to life. I'm truly thankful that we had Amanda there the day of the wedding to make sure everything went smoothly on our big day! We can't thank you enough Amanda!!!!
Amanda was everything we wanted in a wedding coordinator, and more. We had a wedding of 100 guests, and Amanda made leading up to the event, the rehearsal and the day of a breeze. With her keen eye for detail, ability to organize and passion for decoration, she was able to make our day exactly what we wanted.
There were times where we had vendors that were being difficult, perhaps not responding to us in over a month, or not arriving when expected, and Amanda simply took care of it. It was so convenient, that sometimes we were not even aware of a situation that arose, as it had already been resolved by her.
We cannot recommend Amanda's services enough. I cannot imagine how our day of would have gone if it were not for her.
Amanda is the best! I literally could not have asked for a better coordinator! Everything went perfect and she helped destress certain situations seamlessly. I enjoyed having her by my side throughout the planning and on the day - ladies Amanda will make you feel like the most important bride in the world!
I am so glad that we decided to hire Amanda for our day of coordination. We originally thought we were just going to wing it (LOL). We realized pretty quickly that if we didn't have someone around that knew what they were doing, it would end up pretty disastrous. Hiring Amanda was probably the best decision we made for our entire wedding planning. If something went wrong on that day, I had no idea about it really. She kept everything flowing smoothly, set up all of decorations, made sure that our vendors knew where they needed to be and the details (and some of our vendors absolutely needed an extra nudge.) She was so organized and on time for everything. I felt like I could actually relax and have fun our wedding day and not sweat the small stuff. I was so happy with how all the decorations came out as well.
Beyond the above, she did a lot of extra stuff. She met with us via zoom several times before the wedding to work out all of the details. She also had a long list of decor for us to borrow which saved us a lot of money. We had a whole wedding planning app/ website we could use to organize the tables, decor, guest list, keep track of payments, which made it easier to coordinate.
She also has an assistant Alex who was excellent as well. I don't think you are going to find a better coordinator around here and her prices are extremely fair. The only thing I would change is I wish we hired her to do the full coordination package from the start because wedding planning is not my thing. If you are on the fence, it is SO WORTH the money. If I could give Amanda and Alex a million stars, I would.
We hired Amanda as our wedding coordinator with no idea where to start when planning a wedding. Amanda was there every step of the way when we needed to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic. She was patient when I had a vision change or second guessed any details. From making bouquets to finding the perfect shade of blue napkins, she did it all! I will highly recommend Moments to Remember to anyone looking to plan a wedding!
Amanda was AMAZING. She made us feel so comfortable with everything. Our venue had their own wedding coordinator but the venue coordinator just did mesh well with us and seemed to be more interested in the venue than our wants and needs and wasn't as detail-oriented as Amanda was. Amanda had great advice on floral arrangements, food choices, timeline, and wedding etiquette in general. She also has her own fake flowers that she used to make floral arrangements for the ceremony and reception locations, centerpieces, and bouquets. She made a really cool wood guestbook for our guests to sign that we LOVE. She made our invites and seating cards too! Amanda is so flexible and super creative and really made our day unique and special to us.

I was fascinated from an early age with weddings and decorating, and Iâm a huge romantic at heart.
