huttle service we hired and that gave us peace of mind and no guests had issues with finding where to meet for the shuttle. All the rooms were super nice and clean. Having our wedding block in a casino was great because the restaurants were open late. We really enjoyed getting to get a drink and some more food after the wedding. The Monarch team was also wonderful in communication and explaining how the wedding block worked. They also were super helpful and communicative when one of my bridesmaids had to book her room late and they made sure she still got the same rate. Overall 10/10 and we really enjoyed having our wedding block at Monarch.

we experienced. From the initial inquiry for the block through check out we had a great experience with the staff! The sales staff was incredibly helpful to get our block set up, quick responses for multiple rooming list requests, and they were able to add more rooms to the block once we exceeded our contracted numbers! We also reserved the penthouse one bedroom suite which we HIGHLY recommend and our people still talk about that suite today. It was very spacious, clean and modern! It was the perfect setup for a central meeting spot for our people and great to get ready in before the wedding. There was so much space and natural light. The commercial kitchen was great as we brought in some of our own food and beverage for the weekend. The standard guest rooms were also very nice and spacious for our guests. The housekeeping department clearly takes pride in their work! From checking in to checking out we experienced top notch service. The valet that greeted us was very helpful and kind that made multiple trips to deliver all of our wedding baggage to the suite with a smile while dealing with a lot of chaotic family members. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful and kind. We organized shuttles to our venue and the valet staff was kind enough to help get the drivers set up and direct guest traffic. There were a lot of highlights but one of the best was the front desk was able to check guests in early the day of the wedding as our shuttle picked up before the standard check-in. It was very impressive they were able to get 20+ reservations in early so our guests didn’t have to worry about where to get dressed before the shuttle. The rooftop pool deck was another big highlight! There was a bar up there and hot tubs outside. We had a couple guests that had spa services and loved the spa amenities! The late night post wedding options were huge! Between live music, multiple bars, and the 24/7 restaurant all of our guests were entertained, fed and happy! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to host our people over a special weekend. From locals to out of state guests, everyone had a great time and still rave about the Monarch!
