booking it. The venue is really pretty and there's endless possibilities with decorating. The only thing I would be mindful of is that it is a outdoor venue so being that my wedding was the 1st of June, it had rained during the week leading up to my wedding so to no fault of the venue, the ground was pretty squishy in some areas and where we held the ceremony the chairs were sinking in the ground. Overall a wonderful experience with Mike and Bonnie. Bonnie is a great resource too for all your wedding license information, she was very helpful.

The owners, Mike and Bonnie, are totally invested from start to finish to help make the event a success. Even when Mother Nature tried to crash our wedding, Mike and Bonnie jumped in and helped us make some last-minute adjustments to help our day go off without a hitch. I couldn't recommend them and Monarch Meadows more!

e (which is hard to find). The bathrooms are really nice. They offer so much that other venues don't! There are so many good photography spots as well. Mulitple cermony spots to choose from. They also dont charge you an arm and a leg to use extra stuff! They really take care of you there. I would get married there 1,000X over in a heartbeat! Truly love the venue and the owners!

les for the ceremony and reception. They allow lots of flexibility when choosing vendors and that reduced the stress for us. Would highly recommend this venue to couples looking for a blank, rustic, slate to make their own for their special day. Big plus that the restrooms were completed this year and upgraded from previous setup.

lp beautify the ceremony and reception Mike was very responsive on the day of the event when we needed something to help guide the guests to staging various items before hand so that the final setup was done quickly and in plenty of time before the guests arrived. The only issue was that it rained heavily a couple of days prior to the event so the ground was a little soggy still. I'm sure if they had the parking area totally covered with gravel it would make it a little easier for guests parking. Maybe they could have a little more control of the weather too that would be helpful. All in all, a great venue for someone wanting an outdoor event!

re of. We loved being able to bring our own vendors as well. Lots of room for parking and easy access for our guests. Our guests raved about the beautiful the venue was as well. Bonnie and Mike were very easy to work with and had great communication. I would definitely recommend this venue to friends and families all their future events!!

it turned out perfect. We used our own family made archway for the ceremony. There was a power outlet for the DJ to plug in a speaker. We were able to easily fit about 110 chairs into that spot (and there was room for more). The reception area was great. It was under a 40x60 event tent. We used a few walls which helped keep wind and sun out. There was ample parking for our 110 guests. We also really enjoyed this venue because we were allowed to dry camp in our RV at the venue. This made it easy to set up as we were closeby. I would recommend putting walls on your tents on the WEST side of your tents to keep the afternoon sun out of them. The tent has 2 chandlers and outlets for DJ equipment. We rented an extra food tent that was placed next to the event tent for the food vendor. We had also rented the dancefloor which was nice extra to have. The venue has a very nice Bridal suite The bridal suite comes with an A/C, small regirutor, bathroom and changing room. Groom suite was small but enough room for the 3 of us and has a refrigerator, A/C and a bathroom. Overall this is a great outdoor venue. Bonnie and Micheal are very easy to work with and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for an outdoor venue.

ends and family. Pros: * Great flexibility! Having the acreage to utilize and design/layout the wedding you want and how you want is awesome. It’s a beautiful property and has a ton of potential * The communication with the owners for the most part was good. They were helpful before, during and after. *You can use any vendors you want Cons: * There’s a lot of costs that go into making it all that you may want it to be. It’s a blank canvas and you have to add the details and those details add up quickly. * When we toured the property originally, they told us they had top of the line, suite port-o-potty type units that were installed behind the photo station. They REALLY sold us on these fancy units. Assuring us they weren’t just standard ones. Then when we toured again just before our wedding they surprised us and said, “we can’t promise anything but we’re highly certain we’ll have these two working bathrooms built in time for your wedding”. (Which they didn’t) and the port-o-potty units they had were not fancy in any way. They were standard units. They were clean but definitely not fancy. We’ve been to a wedding with really nice ones and those weren’t it at all. We were really embarrassed the day of our wedding that our friends and family would be using those but it was too late at that point. So huge Con for us. Ultimately not what was “sold” to us so better transparency would’ve been nice. * We had issues in the bridal suite with the AC basically only blowing cold air if you sat in front of it so HIGHLY recommend bringing another fan or 2 because a sweating bridal party with makeup is never fun. I literally had to sit with my dress hiked up by the AC while waiting for the ceremony to start and this wasn’t even on the heat wave weekend we had (it was 85 outside) the other suite is much smaller and does stay cooler I was told. * We had another issue in the bridal suite with the sink being clogged. It wouldn’t drain so we could barely wash our hands. The water in both suites runs brownish yellow so it looked like there was urine already in the toilets when you’d go in them but it was just their water color so we didn’t even feel like our hands were getting clean so we used hand sanitizer as much as we could but that got sticky after a while so we washed hands every so often. * When we arrived the next day to clean, it appeared their dog must’ve gotten into the bridal suite at some point because the room had trash EVERYWHERE torn to bits (clearly not done by a human) the trash in the bathroom was knocked over and we were responsible for cleaning that up. Which was very frustrating. Their dog is very sweet but it should be contained if we’re expected to clean up after ourselves that’s one thing. After their dog is quite another. And we all can clearly tell the difference between a human mess and a dog that’s gone through garbage and tore the place up. *The owner also made a stink about a “big mess” in the forest when arrived to clean the next day saying we must’ve had people drinking back there so to make sure we clean up. We went back there and found 1 cup and 1 water bottle. Likely forgotten during the ceremony. Not boozers kicking back partying. So the dramatization wasn’t necessary. *They sold us on no noise curfew and they said we had noise complaints

they added in a concrete slab for the reception area which came out awesome. We had Bonnie be our day of coordinator and it took a huge weight off my shoulders, the vendors where able to call her during the week leading up to the wedding and ask any questions the needed. She kept track of the arrivals on the day off so I was able to relax and enjoy the morning in the bridal chateau with my girls. The bridal chateau was very elegant and air conditioned (thank goodness!) and has great lighting for doing hair and make up 😊 also some great photo opportunities. Bonnie and mike are the perfect duo to make any wedding amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who want a elegant scale wedding to anyone wanting that rustic feel. You will never regret booking Monarch Meadows 😊

fields. There's plenty of parking and private suites for the bridal party. The bride and groom were very pleased with the customer service and the flow of their wedding day. I highly recommend Willow Gardens!

It was very clear how hard the owners worked to give us our perfect wedding. I felt like I was waited on hand and foot! The owners clearly understand GREAT customer service! They not only set up the space perfectly so that we had easy build up and tear down but the day of they were available and willing to help any way they could to help the day run smoother! We even had countless guest saying how beautiful the venue was and that they would be recommending it to other couples!!! I highly recommend checking this place out!!
