Hiring M.A.E was one of the best decisions we made. From the very beginning, Ashley and Mikala were fantastic and really made the whole process of planning a destination wedding go very smoothly. We used their Wedding Event Coordination service and it was spectacular. Taylor was the lead on our event and she carried the whole team on her back. They are extremely professional and communicative. It is very obvious that they are experts in their field. The level of attention and care that we received for our event - and we just had the wedding event coordination! I can only imagine how amazing their full planning services are. Successful Wedding, A Supportive & Organized Team.. Helped in a tremendous way My experience with Monge Amore is they are professional and have a lot experience. Taylor was my assigned day of coordinator and she was awesome. She guided and supported me all the way up until my wedding. I think because she is organized and prepared and asked the right questions, I can confident say that my wedding turned out perfectly without much hiccups. My guests were very impressive with everything and my in laws were so happy for their son. My wedding was at Casa Romantica in May 2024. Casa Romantica is a small venue beautiful in San Clemente, they are only a venue not an all inclusive place. Casa Romantica has been around for a long time and they have a vetted quality list of required vendor list/recommended vendor list. The reason I chose Monge Amore is because of that trusted list. Another reason, I chose Monge Amore is because they did a beautiful photo shoot for Casa Romantica. The venue had just experienced a devastating landslide and Casa Romantica asked Monge Amore to come up with a Mock Wedding to advertise their venue to show that couples can still have a beautiful wedding there. I saw this Mock Wedding photos and fell in love. After research and finding a list of all of the vendors used in this shoot, it solidify my decision to choose Monge Amore. I contacted Monge Amore sometime in August 2023 requesting a day of coordinator. Taylor introduced herself over email and sent me a packet to fill out to prepare for my wedding. She wanted to know all the details about everything, and got me thinking of things to consider & asked all the right questions. We had a zoom call early January to discuss it all. As the wedding got closer we have another call to finalize the list and ask questions. She was always available and responsive if I had any question or needed advice. Taylor exceeded my expectations. Part of my wedding, I did the decor myself and Taylor was in charge of setting it all up on wedding day. I made her a list of everything and where to put it. She has a creative eye and made it look beautiful. On the wedding day, like I said, everything ran exactly as we discussed and planned and I was worry free as a bride thanks to Taylor and her team. For me, it was important to have a day of coordinator that was always thinking ahead and is well ready for wedding day. She did a great job and would highly recommend for future brides. I can’t say thank you enough to Mikala Fox! Our wedding was this June, and despite some crazy heat, we had the best time. When we started looking for coordinators, our priority was to find someone not just great at what they do, but someone kind and fun who could simply be our built-in-bestie throughout this whole process! Weddings can be so overwhelming, especially if you're not huge on being center of attention like we are. But Mikala and her day-of assistant, Regina, made us feel so at home. Leading up to the wedding, she was always easy to get ahold of and very detail oriented, which I absolutely loved! Taylor played such a special role in our day and the months leading up to it!! We literally could not have done it without her! She is truly so talented and organized, I was blown away by how smoothly the whole day went. Her presence was so helpful and calming. Thanks to her, I really feel like I lived out my fairytale fantasy and felt so relaxed and happy the whole weekend (that says alot coming from a type A++ bride without a million spreadsheets for the day)! Taylor attended the venue details meeting with me and I think she could tell I was about to settle on a table setup that I was feeling pretty let down about. I'm so grateful she was there because she stepped in to make suggestions and helped come up with creative solutions that would fit our budget and my vision. Thank goodness she did because the end result was stunning! So many of our guests have commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I may be biased, but I have to agree!! She didn't miss a beat and made sure every special moment happened according to plan while allowing for the cutest spontaneous moments as well! We are so grateful and will remember it forever. I wish we could do it again! If you are hesitant to hire a cooridator, don't be! We had to be very aware of our wedding budget and allocating funds for day of a coordinator from Monge Amore was worth it's weight in gold!!! Taylor was amazing and I have no doubt the whole team is top notch.

Ashley and Kylia were absolutely wonderful coordinators for our wedding day. They did such a great job from start to finish, like organizing all of our vendors and making sure they were informed and things ran smoothly. My husband Ryan and I were married in April in Southern California and had the great fortune of having Taylor as our wedding planner. I can’t even count how many times we have said choosing Taylor as our wedding planner was the best decision we made. Taylor is an absolute amazing talent. Throughout the whole process Taylor was knowledgable and quick to response! We booked her about 10 months out from the big day, and she was always willing to jump on a call and share her knowledge with us. She made the big day feel smooth and seamless! We're truly grateful for the high quality service Taylor and her team provided for us!

So many words come to my mind when it comes to how seamless it was to plan and actually have an amazing wedding on very short notice! Mikala was professional, fantastically organized, and very well connected! From our first phone call, I knew she was the ideal person to help us have the wedding we truly wanted. She quickly set up meetings with various vendors, even some very last minute ones! Mikala took our vague concept and created something absolutely stunning. The decor was elegant, the flowers were beautiful, and the layout was perfect. There was not a single glitch on the day of our wedding. Mikala is not just a wedding coordinator, she is actually a magician!

I never anticipated hiring a wedding coordinator but man, am I glad we did. There were so many more elements to planning a wedding than I even realized and we surely would have been in over our heads if Taylor wasn't there to offset the work and keep us on track. We hired Taylor for a partial-wedding coordinator and she was professional and beyond helpful through every step of the way. When our original wedding venue fell through 3 months out from our wedding, Taylor and the MAE team were working over time to get us set up at a new venue that we loved just the same. Their attention to detail was unmatched...all the way down to making sure we had food and drinks upon arrival to our reception and checking in with us at points at the night to see if we needed anything so we could fully enjoy our wedding day without distractions. Ashley and her team at MAE are the sweetest group of professional women. I had the pleasure of working directly with Ashley who is well known in the industry. We got married at Ole Hanson Beach Club in San Clemente, CA and it was so helpful to have Ashley, who has managed countless weddings at our venue, there with us to organize the chaos on our big day. We chose Ashley's "Event Coordination" package which unlike other "month-out" or "day-of-coordinators" she is with you from the moment you sign your contract - this is what sold me on the MAE team! Ashley and team were able to manage our 22 person bridal party, families and 150 guests seamlessly the day of the wedding. As far as I know, everything went according to plan and we have MAE to thank for a stress-free wedding day! We even had a bit of family drama a couple days leading up to the wedding which caused us to make some last minute changes the day of our rehearsal. Ashley made me feel so comforted as if this sort of thing happens all the time - she really is the best!

Planning a wedding in 4 months is absolutely ridiculous but Mikala with MAE made it very seamless. I decided to use her as our wedding coordinator being that I’m very type A and wanted to handle a lot of the planning to myself. Mikala was able to help my vision come to life and get the details just perfectly so that our day can be spent enjoying the beyond quick event, instead of worrying about anything. Some coordinators will not talk with you until week of your wedding or even the day before, but Mikala along side MAE let me know that the second I signed with them, I was free to converse with them and get advice etc. Dealing with brides and families of those getting married could be so stressful but I didn’t see her break a sweat once. Having Mikala as your coordinator is like having a great Maid of Honor who helps everything behind the scenes. I’m hoping to never get married again as I did find the love of my life but if I did, I would hire Mikala Fox and the team at MAE again.

Mikala beyond exceeded my expectations!! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, ORGANIZED, responsive, and within our first ten seconds of interaction I knew that I was in the best possible hands to coordinate our wedding (and I’m a neurotic worrier!!) I literally got so much more than I thought I would out of the services, and I had zero idea how much really goes into everything. The wedding wouldn’t have even happened without her! It’s obvious Mikala genuinely loves what she does, is truly happy to help, and has tons of helpful advice (but only offers it up when needed or asked!) I am not a huge fan of wedding planning or being the center of attention, but her excitement and love of what she does was contagious and she helped me get excited about everything, and got my creative planning juices flowing! Where do I start? Mikala went above and beyond. Under a serious time crunch, Mikala made my day seamless and absolutely magical. My original coordinator had a family emergency come up and a few weeks before my wedding let me know he would not be able to coordinate my wedding. Needless to say, I absolutely panicked and started reaching out to vendors to try and find a coordinator who was available (and willing) to help coordinate my wedding that was weeks away. Mikala came highly recommended from another coordinator that wasn’t available (already speaking volumes). I spoke with Mikala the next day and knew she was perfect. A few days after my first email to Mikala, on literally less than one full business days notice, she made time to attend my final details meeting with my caterer/venue. She had great input and really helped referee between my mom and I (a recurring theme). She then met with my now husband and I and put together a detailed timeline. I received an extremely detailed email with a VERY comprehensive package of documents Mikala had put together for my wedding. In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Mikala did months worth of work. She contacted every vendor, coordinated vendor meals, timelines, insurance for our venue, and a million other things I’m sure I was not even looped in on. On the day of my wedding, Mikala and her team were equally as stellar. She was everywhere I turned when I needed her. I DIYd way too much, and I hadn’t printed name cards, so I brought pens and cards to the venue hoping my bridesmaids would help me write 180 names on place cards - my final DIY detail. Her team literally took the pens and cards and when I walked through my reception space on my way to walk down the aisle, every seat had a name card. I cannot stress it enough when I say that Mikala and her team made my day seamless, magical, and came through at every turn and absolutely killed it. Mikala is a go-getter, a problem solver, and she is passionate about what she does and it shows. This is the person you want in your corner on the most special day of your life. Taylor, our amazing wedding coordinator with M.A.E, was everything we could have dreamed of to guide and support us for our perfect wedding day. We live in Hawaii and relied on her for so much since we were only coming to California 2 times before our wedding. Taylor was enthusiastic and prompt whenever we had a question. She helped us find our photographer and florist and we loved both of them. She even helped me find a place to get my spray tan and nails. No detail was too small for her. We had the privilege of working with Mikala for our wedding last week and she was a complete lifesaver. We had some challenges with our ceremony coordinator falling sick at the last minute and a wayward photographer, but her flexibility and upbeat attitude allowed her to jump in without missing a beat. I can't express enough how grateful we are to have had Mikala as our wedding planner. From the moment we met, she demonstrated unmatched professionalism, creativity and dedication to making our day truly special. Her attention to detail was impeccable. Every aspect of our wedding, from the venue décor to the timeline of events, was flawlessly executed. She made sure every element of our wedding was a reflection of our personalities and love story, Besides her professional expertise, one thing that truly touched us was her warm and positive energy. On a day filled was so many emotions, her presence was like a ray of sunshine. Her genuine enthusiasm and comforting demeanor made us feel at ease.

I truly have no idea where to begin with Monge Amore Events because they were absolutely perfect. When we found them we decided to go with the partial planning package, and they did not disappoint. Right from the beginning both Taylor and Ashley were involved in all the scheduling/mock-ups/and meetings that we attended with other vendors. Not only that, but the entire team was determined in making our wedding vision come to life (which they did flawlessly!) Throughout the whole process Ashley and Taylor were always there to answer questions. Believe it or not the last few months go by QUICK! And the whole team made sure that everything that needed to be done, was done in such a timely manner. As for the wedding day; I think my husband and I would both agree that it went so smoothly. We had our ceremony offsite and the team made the transition so easy for us as well as our guests. Basically what I’m trying to say is, RUN, don’t walk when booking Monge Amore. Because I think I’m willing to plan another wedding just so I can work with them again!

After learning that our venue required a day-of coordinator, I found Monge Amore Events and landed with Taylor coordinating our wedding. I cannot express how wonderful Taylor and MAE were with coordinating our special day. Taylor was enthusiastic, super organized, and so helpful with setting up our special day. She was able to take everything that I had dreamed of and turn it into the most beautiful wedding day. Taylor was also extremely professional and supportive with managing changes and made the day run so smoothly. I enthusiastically recommend Taylor and MAE!!

Our venue told us we needed a wedding planner....I am so grateful they led us to Taylor at M.A.E. She was honestly one of the best parts of our day. Throughout the planning process, Taylor offered kind opinions, suggestions, and led us us in the right direction. On the day of, she was ready to direct the chaos and did so with professionalism and poise. She was great and I would highly recommend her services to anyone who is looking for an excellent wedding planner. I also spoke with Ashley a few times and she was very kind and helpful. She accommodated our needs and provided assurances, too. I do not recommend planning a wedding with an app- get a real planner that can make your day go off as perfectly as possible. Hiring Ashley was the best decision for our big day! Shortly after we started working with her, she brought on Taylor to assist with our wedding. We chose them for full-service planning, and they were with us every step of the way. They recommended phenomenal vendors from makeup and beauty to florals and videography. Ashley made sure to check in with us frequently and always made sure we felt supported. They also brought on Mikala last minute so we felt EXTRA taken care of!! They made the most daunting parts of wedding planning painless and they brought our dream day to life!! I didn't think about a single logistic on the day of because I knew they would take care of it, and that's exactly what you want on your wedding day!! I can't imagine what it would have been like without these fabulous ladies.

Ashley and Taylor are simply the best!! They were on top of everything, had great tips and suggestions, and had great communication through out the whole time. They also had great relationships with the vendors which us feel like our wedding was in good hands. For someone that wasn't looking forward to wedding planning, Taylor and Ashley brought us so much piece of mind!

We hired Taylor fairly last minute to help us with the "day of" coordinating and looking back, I can't imagine getting through our wedding day without her. She not only helped us stay organized on the day of our wedding, but weeks before the wedding assisted us in so many different ways to help us plan ahead and think of things we never would've remembered. She is easygoing and super detail-oriented. It was like having another guest at the wedding, who was on top of everything! I would highly recommend working with her to alleviate some of the immense stress that can come with planning your wedding. Taylor is awesome!!

Hiring Mikala was the best decision we could have made when planning our big day! We had all our vendors locked in and Mikala was a HUGE help in organizing logistics and the small (important!) details that were most meaningful to us. She made the planning process so seamless with zoom calls, texts, and quick responses to candid emails. Worth every penny. Her attention to detail was amazing - she even took videos and photos of our venue, decor, and special moments while we were enjoying with our guests. I’m overwhelmed writing this as I cannot say nearly enough positive feedback about Ashley and her team at Monge Amore Events in one single review. From the moment we booked Ashley’s services over a year before our wedding, she was attentive, focused, insightful, knowledgeable, and always so positive. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I as a couple throughout this process and made our vision come to life. Three days before our wedding we experienced an unavoidable issue with the venue and Ashley came to the rescue immediately. Before I was even aware that we were going to have a change in ceremony and dance floor locations, Ashley was prepared with multiple feasible solutions and made herself available to trouble shoot (and talk me down through my hysterics) after hours. Not to mention she had little ones and a newborn at home!! Ashley, Mikaela, and Krista really shone on wedding day. They were the women behind the curtain, creating absolute magic while we were carefree and having the time of our lives. They coordinated with every vendor, the venue, the guests, the families. They flipped spaces in minutes, completely transforming the spaces to be multipurposed. They even bustled me, outfit changed me, made red wine disappear from white silk, bandaged injuries, you name it. Everything was flawless, and they executed each detail to perfection for this EXTREMELY particular bride. Ashley, I love you. Do not walk, RUN to book Monge Amore.

Monge Amore Team coordinated my wedding in April 2022. Both Ashley and Taylor were amazingly professional, helpful, and friendly. It was such a pleasure to work with them both and our wedding was just perfect! They handled every hiccup on my wedding day & my overall frantic bridal energy like total rockstars :) couldn’t recommend their services more!!

Ashley and Taylor were a superstar magical team for our April 2022 Casa Romantica wedding!! In preparing for our wedding, they were professional, insightful, and very knowledgeable about our particular venue - down to the specifics of the expected weather, sunset time, minor details I would have never thought of myself. On the day of our wedding, they were swift and efficient in making sure everything was in the right place and everyone was having a blast! Also I loved all the fun social media posts we were tagged in the morning after to relive our wedding day! :)

Our wedding was in November 2023 and it could not have gone more smoothly than it did! The meetings we had pre-wedding laid everything down for us, and made the planning process very smooth. During the day of, we did not stress out about ANYTHING. Ashley and Taylor took care of everything! Are you in search of a coordinator to make your big day seamless and stress free? Look no further! Ashley and Taylor were so great at facilitating our wedding and everything went so smoothly! We went with the “day of coordinator” package but it was so much more than that! Ashley was available to meet in person for our first meeting to get to know us and what our vision was for our wedding. Even during COVID and 2 postponements later, Ashley was there for us! She had such a detailed schedule for the day of, which she shared with our other vendors so everyone was on the same page. Her organization was what really sold us! Not to mention her bubbly personality. Ashley and Taylor were rockstars on our wedding day. They did a lot of coordinating behind the scenes with the other vendors. Every detail and event was on time. I recommended them to my sister in law who hired them for her wedding and she was very happy with their planning as well! These two are really the best out there!!
