Taylor met with us whenever we needed her and helped us with basically any question we had about planning our wedding. Something we really loved about MAE was also that they often work closely with so many popular venues in Southern California. Our wedding venue had worked with MAE so many times, which was amazing for so many reasons. We felt like we were in the best hands from start to finish. Taylor and her team set up ALL of our wedding decor as well on the day of. I curated tons of decor (between lamps, signage, staging props, etc) so I was always a little worried that we’d probably need to send a bridesmaid or groomsman to help set up, but Taylor and her team handled everything perfectly and precisely. We are still so grateful for Taylor and the entire MAE team and how they truly were a huge reason why our day was absolutely perfect. I had always tempered expectations for our actual wedding day, because it’s natural that some things will go differently than you expected - However, we literally had a perfect day. My husband and I have only beautiful memories from our wedding day and I cannot believe how lucky we are to be able to say that.

To start this off this was one of our last vendors that we brought on because our wedding location required at least a day of coordinator (Rancho Las Lomas). And on top of that what we had in our budget for this service was under where the market rate was falling. So, we came into this a little skeptical on adding the service. However, when it was all said and done it was the best investment and I cannot say enough times how AMAZING the MAE team was for our wedding. They were extremely helpful in the planning process for the last minute things we were not thinking of and even better super quick with their responses. They assisted us with the tasting for our catering, the final walkthrough with our venue, coordinating and organizing the last few things with our vendors, preparing our day of timeline, and just being helpful for any other questions we needed. If the prep was not enough the day of they could not have been more helpful. Kylia and Ashley worked with all our vendors to ensure everything was set up and ready to go, helped our guests, and most importantly were so attentive to us during the reception that by the time we sat down for dinner myself and my husband were actually a bit full because we had too many appetizers (literally unheard of). If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator or who to get you should for sure do it and 100% need to go with MAE.

My guests were very impressive with everything and my in laws were so happy for their son. My wedding was at Casa Romantica in May 2024. Casa Romantica is a small venue beautiful in San Clemente, they are only a venue not an all inclusive place. Casa Romantica has been around for a long time and they have a vetted quality list of required vendor list/recommended vendor list. The reason I chose Monge Amore is because of that trusted list. Another reason, I chose Monge Amore is because they did a beautiful photo shoot for Casa Romantica. The venue had just experienced a devastating landslide and Casa Romantica asked Monge Amore to come up with a Mock Wedding to advertise their venue to show that couples can still have a beautiful wedding there. I saw this Mock Wedding photos and fell in love. After research and finding a list of all of the vendors used in this shoot, it solidify my decision to choose Monge Amore. I contacted Monge Amore sometime in August 2023 requesting a day of coordinator. Taylor introduced herself over email and sent me a packet to fill out to prepare for my wedding. She wanted to know all the details about everything, and got me thinking of things to consider & asked all the right questions. We had a zoom call early January to discuss it all. As the wedding got closer we have another call to finalize the list and ask questions. She was always available and responsive if I had any question or needed advice. Taylor exceeded my expectations. Part of my wedding, I did the decor myself and Taylor was in charge of setting it all up on wedding day. I made her a list of everything and where to put it. She has a creative eye and made it look beautiful. On the wedding day, like I said, everything ran exactly as we discussed and planned and I was worry free as a bride thanks to Taylor and her team. For me, it was important to have a day of coordinator that was always thinking ahead and is well ready for wedding day. She did a great job and would highly recommend for future brides.
