I had my wedding yesterday and I just wanted to give some feedback. We were very disappointed because our flowers were supposed to be ready by 4 pm and we did not get anything until well after 5pm. This was an inconvenience and caused us to move our schedule back to wait to get our bouquets and boutonnières for pictures and for our videographer to create their content. The grooms’ boutonnière was not wrapped well and the green tape came easily undone after the ceremony, along with a few other of the groomsmen. I sent them a bridal bouquet inspiration picture and although the correct type of flowers were used, it looked nothing like the pictures that I sent.
On top of that, I was supposed to get a toss bouquet but they never delivered that. My wedding planner was trying to call them to fix this issue but they did not answer, ignoring her calls which was very unprofessional. We had to make a toss bouquet from the floral centerpieces which was last minute. We are disappointed with the service.
Had the most amazing arrangements for my bachelorette. I was so happy with how everything turned out!! 10/10
Angel was an absolute dream to work with! She was always super responsive to any emails, text messages or phone calls I did. She showed up early on the day of and did a great job with the set up. She's super professional and it was an absolute pleasure to work with her and her team.
I just have to share my amazing experience working with Angel and her team at Monstera! I found a beautiful wedding backdrop on Pinterest, and wasn’t sure if I could find someone in person to recreate. I looked at a few wedding floral and design companies and while they had beautiful work it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. When I reached out to Monstera they assured me that they could achieve the look. Day of the wedding there were so many moving parts, but let me tell you, when I finally saw the backdrop I was blown away! I literally couldn’t believe how much they exceeded my expectations! This was the highlight of the wedding and added the perfect touch to all of our photos! So many people complimented our decor and I couldn’t have been more pleased! I can’t thank them enough for their attention to detail and professionalism. I have recommended them to so many friends and look forward to working with them in the future for other events!
