I had my wedding yesterday and I just wanted to give some feedback. We were very disappointed because our flowers were supposed to be ready by 4 pm and we did not get anything until well after 5pm. This was an inconvenience and caused us to move our schedule back to wait to get our bouquets and boutonnières for pictures and for our videographer to create their content. The grooms’ boutonnière was not wrapped well and the green tape came easily undone after the ceremony, along with a few other of the groomsmen. I sent them a bridal bouquet inspiration picture and although the correct type of flowers were used, it looked nothing like the pictures that I sent. On top of that, I was supposed to get a toss bouquet but they never delivered that. My wedding planner was trying to call them to fix this issue but they did not answer, ignoring her calls which was very unprofessional. We had to make a toss bouquet from the floral centerpieces which was last minute. We are disappointed with the service.
