Beautiful venue - perfect for our day!
Montaluce Winery was the most breathtaking venue for our wedding! The scenery was absolutely stunning, and the staff took great care of us on our special day. The food was delicious, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about it. The only thing I would suggest improving is the communication. It was a bit challenging to get in touch with the manager in the days leading up to the wedding; they did respond to my emails, but it took longer than expected. Despite that, I have no regrets choosing this venue. It was an amazing experience, and I would still highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful and memorable wedding location.
BLUF: don't choose if you value privacy and organization.
Writing this review has been incredibly difficult for me. Our journey with Montaluce began in October 2022 when we first visited, and like many others, we instantly fell in love with the venue. However, what we assumed would be a smooth and orderly planning process turned out to be far from it.
Initially, we had a venue coordinator who was adequate—neither exceptional nor problematic. But after about six months, she unexpectedly left her position around Spring of 2023, leaving us in a state of uncertainty. While we were reassured by a competent fill-in coordinator, we soon realized that turnover among coordinators was a recurring issue. Over the course of our planning process, we went through about six different coordinators, which was extremely concerning.
The situation reached its peak when, just three weeks before our wedding, Montaluce finally hired a new coordinator. Unfortunately, this was right at the crucial two-week mark when numerous final arrangements needed to be made. Despite our efforts to reach out via email and phone calls, we received no response until about 10 days out. This lack of communication caused significant stress and even the threat of late fees from Montaluce itself due to difficulties in finalizing important details.
Additionally, we decided to hold our rehearsal at Montaluce, expecting a delightful brunch experience as promised. However, the reality fell short of our expectations. The drinks were served in small portions, resulting in long queues, and the food quality was disappointing. This experience, coupled with its high cost, left us dissapointed and unsatisfied and worried about how the next day would go.
However, the most disappointing aspect of our wedding day was the ceremony itself. Despite being aware that the sister restaurant, Tratt, would remain open during the ceremony, we did not anticipate the disruption caused by their loud music. Throughout the entire ceremony, we were subjected to the overwhelming volume of the Godfather soundtrack playing from the restaurant. This not only detracted from the solemnity of the occasion but also made it difficult for us and our guests to hear our officiant.
To make matters worse, our wedding planner, despite her years of experience and extensive contacts at Montaluce, was unable to resolve the issue or even reach anyone at the venue for assistance. The lack of privacy and the inability to ensure a smooth, uninterrupted ceremony was deeply frustrating.
In conclusion, while Montaluce is undeniably a beautiful venue, it falls short in terms of organization and privacy. If you're someone who values planning and privacy on your special day, I would highly recommend another venue.
Review:
I cannot recommend Montaluce Winery enough as a wedding venue. From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were transported to the picturesque landscapes of Tuscany. The setting was absolutely stunning, and it provided the perfect backdrop for our special day.
Getting married under the oak tree was a dream come true. The natural beauty of the surroundings, combined with the elegant setup, created a truly magical atmosphere. The pictures captured in this enchanting setting were breathtaking, and I couldn't be happier with how they turned out.
Not only was the venue itself remarkable, but the service provided by the staff was exceptional. From the initial planning stages to the day of the wedding, the Montaluce team went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were attentive, accommodating, and made us feel like we were their top priority.
The food at Montaluce Winery was nothing short of incredible. The culinary team created a menu that was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. Our guests were raving about the quality of the food, and we were thrilled to have such a memorable dining experience on our wedding day.
Overall, Montaluce Winery exceeded our expectations in every aspect. The venue's Tuscany-like ambiance, the breathtaking oak tree ceremony location, the outstanding food, and the top-notch service all contributed to making our wedding day truly unforgettable. If you're looking for a venue that will transport you to a romantic and picturesque setting, along with exceptional service and culinary delights, Montaluce Winery is the perfect choice.
Montaluce was the most beautiful and perfect venue for my husband and I’s dream Tuscany wedding! 🤍🍾💍 The Events Team, every single staff member, and just every inch of this gorgeous place was simply perfect! My husband and I had the most perfect black-tie/formal timeless, classic, modern, minimalist wedding. I am an EXTREMELY meticulously detail-oriented perfectionist, and I’m all about the aesthetically pleasing and gorgeous atmosphere. From the day that we toured Montaluce, to our tasting, to the day of our wedding, the communication, the attention to details, and the personal care was outstanding. The events team genuinely cares about helping provide your dream wedding, and every time I felt like a crazy bride-zilla sending like a bazillion emails, that had no problem in addressing my questions/comments/concerns, and they did it with love and patience. Lol my husband and I just can’t say enough about how perfect this experience was with Montaluce. It was everything we ever dreamed of, and every single one of our guests, vendors, etc are still gushing about how gorgeous, fabulous, and perfect the day was!!!! Everybody was treated like royalty, especially my husband and I, no one had to go hungry, without a cocktail, or was bored during any part of our day, which was amazing because I’ve been to many weddings where you get bored, get hungry, want a cocktail, and you’re simply not attended to. This was not the case with Montaluce, it was a genuinely perfect experience for all of our guests, and even our vendors. The day was without hitch. I will continue to tell everybody that our day was literally perfect. 🤍🥹
This venue is beautiful but if you book your wedding here you better not have high expectations. During 5 months of planning, communication was non-existent....multiple emails and phone calls went unanswered and when I finally received an email from them, it was accidentally sent to me instead of another staff member and it was complaining about having to answer my questions. We were promised lots of things that never happened and at one point we were told that Montaluce didn't have a signed copy of our contract on file and we were asked to sign a copy and send it back to them. I compared it to the original contract that we had most definitely signed and it was an entirely different contract. The ceremony space and reception space weren't ready when they were supposed to be which meant that my planner didn't have time to set up the items that I had brought. The bridal suite and groom's suite were supposed to be stocked with drinks and snacks but had neither and it took 3 hours and multiple requests before someone brought 1 warm can of coke and no ice or glass. There were male workers coming in and out of the bridal suite to work in a closet the entire time I was getting hair and makeup done and I had to ask them to leave so that I could get dressed. The food wasn't what we were supposed to get, the cake wasn't the right flavor and was only 2 tiers when it was supposed to be 3. Guests were charged for valet parking when we had verified multiple times that we would pay for it if it wasn't included. We paid for the top tier alcohol package but many guests weren't even offered wine or cocktails during dinner. The centerpiece vases that I had rented along with my charger plates were missing from what came back to me and when I asked them about it, they said they didn't find them. I could go on but the bottom line is that planning a wedding is stressful enough and not being able to communicate with the venue or count on them to hold up their end of the contractual agreement can ruin your one chance to have a wonderful wedding day....you can't do it over if they screw it up. Save yourself and your wedding and find another venue.
We had a wonderful experience with Caleb and the team from Montaluce! To be honest, we were worried after Lexi left. Communication was initially rough and we saw a couple of the reviews from the fall that were not good. However, after meeting with Caleb, we felt that we were in good hands. He addressed all of our concerns and assured us that they were working to build a team to make communication better. It took a minute, but we know he did his best until then. He gave us his personal phone number and was even replying to our emails as late as 3am! Once Libby and Shelby joined the team, communication got a lot better. We first met them at our tasting, and with all the questions they asked us, we knew Montaluce had everything under control.
Their staff did an incredible job making our wedding day extra special. Libby was constantly checking on us to make sure we didn't need anything. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was! The staff was super friendly and were all very happy for us. We still can't believe how quick the night went by.
Our only complaint about Montaluce would be the initial communication, but they worked hard to fix it, and I honestly think future brides will have a great experience with them. If you are asking yourself whether or not Montaluce is worth it, take it from us, it definitely is!
The staff here at this venue are wonderful to work with! They will do whatever it takes to make your day one that you will never forget! This venue will give you a Tuscany feel that is unlike any other! The views are unmatched!
If I could review negative stars, I would. I got married here in summer of 2022. On the list of things that went wrong: Did not notify us that Lexi was fired until the rehearsal, forgot our rehearsal completely, did not clear out the reception space until 4:30 when it should have been 3:00. Served the wrong meat. Took 3.5 hours to serve dinner. No AC in one of the rooms. Toilets stopped working at 9:00. Did not fix them that night. Served way too little desserts (even though we paid for them). Served mine (the bride) and several others meat raw and argued that it was “medium” when it wasn’t even warm or rare. Promised 1,000 candles as part of the package. I would say there were maybe 100. Caleb admitted that all of this was messed up and we would be getting a refund and he would see to it. We tried to contact and he never contacted back. They did not sweep the ceremony space before so my dress was completely filthy before pictures. No security. No use of the golf cart promised. But after everything still kicked us out at 10:30 so I was cutting cake before 90% of my guests got food to rush through. This doesn’t even cover all of it. They say it fits 200 easy for the reception space when my guests weren’t able to leave their tables after sitting down because it was chair to chair the entire room (in the room with no AC of course). The only good thing about this venue are the views. Other than that, it’s a waste of money and will just stress you out.
Stunning venue inside and out. It really is Tuscany meeting north Georgia. In every part of the venue there are picture opportunities. I am an event planner and this venue has been on my mind to work for years. So happy we did. My clients were in love with it from the beginning. When the weather proved to be too windy that day and we had to come up with a backup plan -Libby stepped up to the plate and rearranged our floor plan flawlessly. So thankful for her and the team that day. The dinner was beautiful and the ambience felt like a holiday movie. Can’t wait to come back and work!
My now husband and I chose Montaluce Winery for our wedding! Not only did the property and drive make us fall in love with the venue but the staff made everything so seamless. Caleb, who is the events manager, and ensured everything went seamless. Libby joined their team a few months before we got married and she was the best! She made sure we didn't have to lift a finger the day of. The communication with Montaluce was great! I would definitely recommend Montaluce in the future for weddings. The ambiance, food, staff and wine is out of this world. My wedding day was a dream! My guests had an amazing time and everyone felt taken care of.
My husband and I recently celebrate our wedding here with our families and guests and Caleb was one of the best coordinators we ever work with. He quickly adapted to the ever changing weather forecasts and even had to personally wipe our guest chairs TWICE! for our outdoor ceremony under the oak tree. The day couldn't have been more perfect without him and the Montaluce's staff. The food was so great that the guests even reached out to us asking for recipe of the starter salad. All and all we will surely come back for more!
I never really write reviews - but If I could give this venue negative stars I would. The way they ran our event was absolutely devastating and I’m hoping to save future brides/couples the heartache and disappointment dealing with them. It began from the time Lexi took over from Shelby when we booked. Lexi was difficult to deal with and when she left we weren’t made aware, and found out AT OUR TASTING that Caleb would be our new event director. This is when things really went south - because I only have so much room in a review I will outline things this way.
1. Caleb was incompetent and awful with communication. He was difficult to reach throughout our entire process & even scheduled another rehearsal over ours and didn’t show up until after it ended causing my husband and I to be late to our own rehearsal dinner.
2. The day of our wedding Caleb and his team were running behind which ultimately put the entire day behind including the kitchen and causing us not to be able to enjoy much of our reception.
3. The chairs placed out for ceremony were visibly broken and damaged - 39 of them had to be replaced pushing my ceremony.
4. The food served WAS NOT WHAT WE CHOSE AT TASTING. Furthermore - the menu Caleb printed and placed on the tables had the correct items listed. How?!?!
5. Our cake was completely wrong - not decorated as requested and the flavor was wrong. Even after we triple confirmed our simple design would be no issue.
6. Security was no where to be found and there was a family permitted behind my ceremony space and where I was taking photos - taking their own photos.
Now they are unresponsive and not taking us seriously and have made no true efforts to make this right.
This isn’t all of it, but it is the major items. I am so heartbroken and truly hope no one else makes the same mistake I did booking this venue. If you do, I genuinely hope this review helps them realize they must do better for you.
Every employee at Montaluce was AMAZING! We first did our tour with Shelby, and she was a rock star! She was able to answer all of our questions and I was extremely nervous when she left, but Lexi stepped in and killed it! Lexi's communication throughout the whole planning process was outstanding and Montaluce accommodated us in so many ways. The food tasting was delicious (full plates for every courses so come hungry!) and every employee made us feel extremely special. Fast forward to our wedding day and 5 stars isn't enough! The views were beautiful as always, the food was delicious, and the staff was amazing! Our servers and bartenders were outstanding! Many wedding guests told us this was the best wedding they've ever been to. THANK YOU for making our wedding truly the best day ever!
I searched day in and day out for a wedding venue that fit the look I was going for, and when I came across Montaluce, I just knew we had to say “I Do” there. Montaluce is a literal Tuscan dream located just a few hours away from me. I can’t believe I hadn’t heard of it before. The vineyard views are breathtaking and the food and wine just tops it all off. Everyone complimented our venue, and the Montaluce team made everything such a breeze! I wish we could re-live it over and over because it was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to return for our 1 year anniversary celebration! Thank you to everyone at Montaluce for making our day so perfect!!
I only have three stars because the wedding was beautiful and food was very good. However, the new coordinator, Lexi was an absolute disaster. She needs a lot more experience before she is in the position she is in. When the old coordinator left, and Lexi started everything was stated how smooth of a transmission it will be with the weddings currently scheduled. Not a single part of it was smooth. She literally didn’t have any of the notes from the previous girl, was not aware of we had already picked our menu so when we did our tasting we didn’t get to try all of the food we actually wanted. Our timeline for the ceremony start time was approved to start earlier. She had no idea of the change in timeline. Luckily we had an email from the previous coordinator showing we weren’t lying. The manager of the place made us feel as such, and just made excuses for the poor service and planning. I was literally seconds away from saying screw it all, because it was so frustrating dealing with them. Now starting the ceremony early, they still weren’t allowing access to vendors until later. I mean literally have a brain. How will that work starting to set up 30 minutes prior to guest???? Lexi says oh ok. 🤦🏻♀️
Fast forward past all of that frustration of serious lack of experience at such a nice venue. The day of the wedding went pretty well. They did throw away things I paid for that were clearly not trash. My fondue maker, which luckily wasn’t rented, but I still purchased it! Then the employee tried to blame a bridesmaid when none of them said anything about sure just throw it away. No offer to replace it. Literally this girl just does not have a clue. She needs to work under someone for awhile, because it’s really bad how she handles the coordination of your wedding. The wine production room was beautiful, but did not appear as the pictures shown. So there is that as well. Like I said only reason they received more than one star was because I do enjoy their food, and the wedding not really thanks to them was beautiful. Have other back up plans or stay on top of this coordinator they have.
Georgia meets Italy. That was our first thought as we drove down the winding roads at Montaluce, realizing that we'd found the perfect wedding venue for our daughter. We had two ceremonies there last month and everything was picture-perfect. Lexi, Hailey, Chef Chris, the pastry chef and the wait staff were all accommodating and personable. That said, we'd like for future couples and parents to be aware of how our Montaluce experience fell short. Not long after the wedding, we tried to contact the manager, Tommaso Rezi, to discuss a few concerns we had regarding the lack of service provided during the reception dinner. Tommaso was made aware of our concerns, but he fell off the grid shortly thereafter. After countless attempts of reaching out via phone and email, we still have not received any communication back from the venue in over two weeks. We couldn't help but think that they have no desire to address our concerns since the wedding day is concluded and all payments have been made. Truth be told, the tail end of our experience with Montaluce has been deeply disappointing and we felt it was our duty to make others aware.
Montaluce is an absolute dream. Every part of our wedding was exceptional. Not only is it a stunning venue, but the staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect. Both event directors were excellent communicators throughout the entire process. The food far exceeded all guest expectations - We’ve received so many compliments on the menu. Cake was also delicious. We are so grateful to the entire Montaluce staff for helping us have a perfect wedding day !
Planning a wedding at Montaluce was wonderful! ALL of my guests said they loved the venue. The service was spectacular, valet is included in the price complimentary for our guests, and the food was SPECTACULAR. I am so glad I chose this venue.
This wedding venue was to DIE FOR. Montaluce was very professional, organized and flexible. They worked so well with all the details of our wedding, including when things went wrong. They took such good care of us all the way leading up to the wedding and especially day of. The team there is very friendly and were ready to help in any way. The event coordinator, Shelby, was absolutely exceptional. She took time out of her days off to communicate with us and help if something was off track or if we had any questions. Our guests were in awe of the beauty of this venue. Our May wedding was gorgeous. All the flowers were blooming, trees were green and vineyards were starting to grow. We didn't want our night to end and Montaluce will always have such a special place in our hearts for providing us with such a glamorous, wonderful wedding.
The food was also wonderful! They offer many options and a food tasting for 4 people to try and choose the meals for the wedding. All kinds of meat options. Everything is very upscale and professional along with dessert and appetizer options.
As wedding photographers we love Montaluce! It's a stunning venue with endless areas to take images. We especially love the vineyards and architecture, not to mention how incredible the food is! The staff at the venue is very kind and helpful as well. We'd highly recommend Montaluce for your wedding!
We inquired about having a private event here for our wedding. Whenever you have a wedding at this venue, keep in mind that the Tuscany room remains open to the public, causing traffic that could be disruptive during ceremony and reception, which is why we inquired about price to close off the Tuscany room. We were quoted 15K in addition of basic rental fee off-season, which is fairly high for one room, and we were told that price was calculated based on "the loss of revenue from selling wine". At this point we asked if then wine would have been included in the 15K (even if this is a clear overstatement - not even a winery in Napa Valley state makes 15K in one night especially off season). It was not!!! It gets better - after 3 days I received a call from the "CFO" of the winery (really?) stating that we had been quoted incorrectly. Price was 45K, not 15K, 3X change to original quote!! Unbelievably unprofessional behavior and clear bad faith in milking the client with unreasonable price point. I could only imagine what else they could pull out with add ons and lack of transparency. Stay away
WOW. Wow is honestly the only thing there is to say about the service Montaluce provided my husband and I (+ our family and friends) for our wedding. Everything was absolutely superb. The staff were incredibly accommodating and kind, the food was beyond delicious, and Shelby literally blew us away. No stone was left unturned- even the smallest details were perfectly executed. I am so type A, and Shelby was always so patient and literally dida perfect job the day of.
We have had endless texts, calls, and conversations with guests who said not only was the wedding beautiful, but that it was the prettiest wedding/most perfect wedding they had ever attended. Multiple guests said it was the best food they have ever tasted. One guest made a point to tell me that “they had tried to find something to critique, but they could not find a single thing wrong with anything.”
From the moment I walked into Montaluce, I knew it had to be the place I married my best friend. Well, now that the “I do’s” are done, I can easily tell you that was the best decision I could have ever made. Montlauce made our dream wedding possible. So to the chef, kitchen staff, wait staff, bar staff, set up/break down staff, security, Katie, and especially Shelby who treated us like royalty and corrected my florist’s mistakes when they refused to... THANK YOU. Thank you for all of you hard work and kindness throughout this entire process. This team was a pleasure to work with. We loved every moment. So if you can swing getting married here- DO IT!!
The Montaluce Winery was my Tuscany Palace for an evening! Thank you to the entire team under the direction of Katie F. for allowing me to transform Montaluce! My dream wedding!
Our wedding was absolutely gorgeous!! However, the “month of” coordinator is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She was so nasty to me (the bride), my MIL, and my brother. I don’t want to go into detail but she is a very hard person to work with. Luckily, the “event coordinator” Katie is FANTASTIC! She is so sweet and you actually interact with her more than the “month of.” But, if you want the most beautiful venue in north Georgia this is the place for you.
Literally amazing from our very first impromptu venue visit all the way up until our wedding day! Very quick and responsive to any questions or issues I had in the months leading up to my wedding, both by email & phone.
We started out with Jessie as our wedding coordinator, and even used her for our tasting. About 2 months before my wedding, a new wedding coordinator took her place and I was briefly terrified. But, I DEFINITELY didn't need to be. Katie (the overall event coordinator for Montaluce) helped me out in the interim between the switch & she's lovely.
I met Shelby (the new wedding coordinator) at my wedding rehearsal and she blew it out of the park. She is amazing. Totally on top of everything. On my wedding day, she took care of literally everything and I didn't have to worry about anything -- other than not falling down as I walked down the aisle! Shelby & the entire staff at Montaluce made my wedding day utterly perfect. I could not have asked for a better venue for my wedding.
Best. Venue. Ever. This was the 1st and only place my husband and I looked at when searching for wedding venues. Katie and Jessie are amazing!! The food we had at the tasting was presented the same and tasted just as good on our wedding day! Jessie was with me every step of the way during the planning process and resposned quickly to my bazillion questions. The day of the wedding my husband and I were treated like gold. Any and everything we needed or had an issue with, Jessie and her team were there to assist us. We truly had the best day ever!! Montaluce is gorgeous on its own, so we didn't need much decor. We had the ceremony in the wine production room and while I was initially afraid it may be too dark, it was intimate, romantic, and magical. If you are looking for a unique and beautiful venue, Montaluce is it!!!
We loved having our wedding reception at Montaluce. It is a Tuscan style winery that has such charm! We had beautiful weather, great service and everyone is still talking about it! Jesse did a great job coordinating and everything ran smoothly. It was stress free for me and my family! The food tasting was wonderful and gives you a great vision of what the food will be like. I would highly recommend Montaluce for a couple who loves the beauty of Italy and loves great food and wine. There are villas conveniently down the road that my family, the grooms family and our bridal party all stayed in. I cannot say enough great things about this winery. I can't wait to go back for just a tasting and dinner!
There aren't enough stars I could give to the phenomenal experience we had at Montaluce and their entire staff. From the first tour until the moment my husband and I drove off at the end of our wedding, Jessie and her team made every moment absolutely perfect. Every aspect of our wedding day and the days leading up to it was so stress-free. The venue in itself is breathtaking, the food was fantastic and the service was exceptional. Thank you for making our vision come true!
Beautiful venue. Katie and Jessie are easy to work with. Guests loved the location. Everything turned out wonderfully.
Montaluce is a great venue for a wedding. The wedding coordinators are awesome!!!
We can't say enough about how wonderful our wedding was at Montaluce. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is delicious, and the staff are extremely professional and helpful. From the first time we visited until the wedding day, Katie and Jessie were wonderful to work with and made the experience so easy for us. If you are looking for a beautiful venue in North GA, within an easy drive from Atlanta, and want a place that will take care of the details for you, choose Montaluce. Our guests are still talking about how it looked like a magazine and how beautiful it was. We will always have a special place in our hearts for Montaluce. Thank you Katie and Jessie again!!
Jessie and Katie at Montaluce Winery went above and beyond for our wedding.!They were both incredibly helpful and I can not thank them enough! Jessie seemed to always be 2 steps ahead of any question or challenges that came up. The venue itself is stunning and the staff worked well with all of our vendors to complete the vision we were looking for. This venue is classic and elegant!
Montaluce is an absolutely gorgeous venue. It's just far enough away from Atlanta that it feels like a weekend getaway but close enough that our guests didn't have to drive for hours to get to it.
Our wedding planner and the staff in general were calm and collected, and responded quickly to our requests throughout the wedding planning and day of process.
5 million Stars! Montaluce was the most amazing place to get married and all of my guests agreed. The staff were perfect. Jessie was the best coordinator. She ran our show like it was Broadway! I had ZERO stress the day of my wedding and can't thank Jessie and the staff enough. I HIGHLY recommend!
I could go on and on about how amazing Montaluce, so I will just say that the venue, staff, food, view, EVERYTHING was perfection for me and my husband. If you are looking for a gorgeous, eclectic, very nice and well run venue that doesn't give off a stuffy/pretentious vibe then this is your place. Jessie, Katie and the rest of the staff were so easy to work with and flexible, especially for an unorganized bride like myself who despised the wedding planning process. I wouldn't change a thing about our wedding, in large part thanks to our amazing venue!
5 million stars. I got married at the Montaluce in December and it was amazing. Jessie and Katie did such a wonderful job for our big day. Everything was seamless and stress-less the day before, day of and the day after. Jessie seemed to know what I needed before I did whether it was a minute to myself, glass of wine or my mom, she was right there! They work with you to help create the vision that you have and make it a thousand time better. It was such an amazing day and you can tell they truly care about everyone that walks through their doors. From setting everything up for us and then taking the time to care for everything that we brought and wrapping up everything carefully to take home. You don’t have to worry about anything because you are so well taken care of. I was so grateful to have such an amazing team behind us for such an important day!
STUNNING AND AMAZING!!!! Jessie, Brooke, and Katie are the best and we couldn't ask for an easier, smoother wedding. The team at Montaluce was so attentive and supportive. The ladies were extremely helpful and sweet. Our wedding was perfect and beautiful! Our family and friends have said this is the pinnacle of weddings and every wedding they attend will be compared to our wedding at Montaluce. The space was exceptional and stunning; from the entrance to the exit, it was absolutely breathtaking. I couldn't ask for a more magical and special day at Montaluce. This was truly one of a kind and the team made everything so easy. We had zero issues, no hiccups, or the night was completely problem-free. The food was delicious and we received compliment after compliment from all our guests. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and wish we could have a wedding re-do every weekend! Thanks so much Jessie, Brooke, Katie and Montaluce team for all your help and efforts!!!
Thank you Jessie and Katie for all of your help in giving me the wedding of my dreams! The day and preparation for the day went absolutely flawlessly. Jessie was there for me every step of the way on the wedding day, checking in on me and the groom (she was even an absolute doll and got me a protein bar prior to the wedding when I got shaky:) ). I received so many compliments about Katie and Jessie on my wedding day - how attentive they were, how kind, how on-top of everything etc. they are truly sweethearts! Prior to the wedding Katie and Jessie were always completely flexible with me, with changing the menu a few times, changing ceremony spots, changing phone call times, giving me décor advice... everything. They are extremely easy to work with and you can tell they absolutely love their jobs and brides. Montaluce is a gorgeous venue and makes for spectacular pictures - your guests will be talking about it for weeks after you wedding day. If you have never been to Montaluce and seen it in person and are questioning going with this venue.. seriously, do it - book it now. You will be captivated by the beauty of this venue when you finally see it. It really does look like a scene out of Italy. Thank you Jessie and Katie - my day was a complete fairytale!
From our first interaction with Montaluce and Elizabeth and her team, to the day after our wedding, everything was beyond perfect. The Montaluce team is responsive, professional, helpful and thought of everything. I cannot imagine a better place for us to have hosted our recent wedding. Our guests were absolutely in love with everything at Montaluce--the setting, the decor, the food, the wine, and the service. It made for a truly special and magical experience for everyone. Katie and Jess, who were with us the entire weekend of our wedding, were nothing short of amazing and even our guests commented on how fabulous, professional and helpful they were. If you are looking for a unique, beautiful, romantic venue with top notch people, service, food, and attention to detail--look no further because it doesn't get any better than this. As a second time bride, attention to detail and the experience of our guests was of paramount importance to me and I was truly thrilled with everything.
Montaluce Winery is a wonderful place for an intimate wedding.
Our wedding was very small (12 quests) but they treated us like we were special. We never felt like they didn't have time for us or that they would rather be hosting a big wedding on that day rather than our small event.
I didn't enter the cost because the vent was so small that it might not be representative of the cost for a bigger event. We thought it was very reasonable.
Montaluce has great food! And they made our cake exactly as we wanted it. Don't miss the cake tasting - what a great experience!!
We couldn't have been happier with the venue, the coordinator (Kara), the food, cake, etc! Everything was PERFECT!!
It is a wonderful place with even better views the absolute best for our wedding! From vendor recommendations, to planning, and helping out they were absolutely fabulous! Stephanie and Elizabeth are absolutely great and are extremely helpful and know exactly what they are doing which was a great feeling as we were planning our event to the night of the wedding! We could not have been more pleased with their help as well as all the staff at Montaluce!
If I could have my wedding over and over again it would be at Montaluce. Elizabeth is so amazing and will work with whatever you need. The staff is so helpful! I could not have imagined my wedding anywhere else, it was perfect!!!!!!!!!
Everything was perfect. Elizabeth at Montaluce took care of every small detail we could have imagined and we had ZERO issues. I would recommend Montaluce to anyone getting married!
People are still raving about how beautiful and how amazing the food, service and wine was! I have been in and to over 50 weddings and this was by far...I'm biasis of course the most beautiful places to have a wedding! Brittany Hale and Elizabeth Buck are wonderful and they surpassed my expectations!!
My March wedding went smoothly at Montaluce! The entire event from the moment I arrived at the venue until my husband and I left right before midnight was a blast. The staff is super attentive and the food is out of this world! I wish I could get married twice! Not only was the day of perfect but Elizabeth (the events coordinator) was really helpful and quick to respond during the planning process. So happy I chose this venue.
Montaluce was the backdrop for our fall wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect for us. It is a mix of rustic and refined, warmth and beauty. The second we walked in we fell in love with the space and that feeling continued each and every time we returned. The staff is amazing - Tracy worked with us to make sure everything was taken care of and ready to go the day of the wedding. Even during the reception she was on hand to oversee everything and make sure we had anything we needed. The food at Montaluce was incredible. We have a lot of foodies in our group and everyone is still raving about the food. I've been to a lot of weddings, but none can compete with the amazing menu they prepared. The entire staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and ensure that we had the perfect wedding day.
Montaluce Winery and Estates is probably the most beautiful place I've ever been! I got married there last month and it was a dream come true. The venue is gorgeous; from the tables to the vines, everything was perfect. The staff are like one big family, and they invite you in like you are a part of that family...it's amazing! The food and wine are great, the photo opportunities are incredible, and I could go on and on. Everyone at Montaluce goes out of their way to make your day perfect; we could not have asked for a better venue, staff, or day than we received on September 25th, and I cannot thank everyone at Montaluce enough!
