So willing to help me stay within my budget and have an amazing photobooth!!

I booked this company 8 months in advance of our wedding celebration. They notified me a few hours before the party that they did not have anyone available to work the booth at the party, leaving me to scramble to find a guestbook (which they were also supposed to supply) and someone to photograph our guests in front of the backdrop my husband spent weeks building and painting. If this had been my only problem with the company, I would not be leaving a review because I like to give folks the benefit of the doubt and sometimes stuff just happens. But it wasn’t the only problem. They assured me that they would refund my money the following business day. Jump ahead over 3 weeks later and I still had not received a refund. I contacted Kat to inform her and she tells me they had refunded my payment, but it was to some person I didn’t know named Leon. At this point I started considering that I was just not going to get my money back and even contacted Venmo to see if anything could be done. Finally, Kat returned my money in two separate payments. I probably would have never received my money had I not paid attention and asked for it. Huge red flags that this may not be a very reputable business.

We used Moon over Nola for our wedding over the weekend and I cannot recommend them enough! They were so professional and easy to work with. It was truly such a highlight for our guests. They provided all of the props and we added on the guest book service which was so great for us to have as a keepsake of the day. I would be honored to work with them again!

I’m a wedding planner and recently worked with Kat. Her photobooth was a GREAT hit and she was warm and inviting to every guest. I will refer her again and again!

We used the baby’s breath and rise backdrop. It was absolutely beautiful! The pics looked fantastic. Great to work with would highly recommend.

Kat was lovely to work with! She was able to create a template for our photobooth cards that met all our needs and provided the perfect backdrop!

This had to have been one of the highlights of our wedding reception! I am so glad we went with this photo booth; the photos were amazing! Everyone loved it! It was especially nice to be able to choose a print out or digital copy of the photos as well.

What great pictures from the wedding. They all look great. My only comment for the future setup where like at the Greystone you are kinda stuck in a space that is a bit hidden, is to have a sign to display as we heard a few ppl who did not see your setup. Otherwise everything was great. Lots of cherished memories.

Kat was a pleasure to work with! She made it so easy to book and was on top of communicating with me (even on the weekends and nights - which I did not expect but did appreciate). I booked her company for my wedding in March 2024 and am so glad to have the memories of my guests as a photo guestbook. We loved having Moon Over Nola at our wedding! The Oak photo booth was beautiful and high quality, and an absolute hit. Kat was extremely responsive, easy to work with, and thoughtful - she recommended we add the glam filter which looked amazing! The props were really cute and our guests had a blast. Kat prepared a guestbook for us at the end, which was so amazing to look through after the wedding. I'd definitely recommend hiring Moon Over Nola and we really appreciated having them with us!

We absolutely loved having Moon Over Nola as our photobooth at our wedding! The booking process was incredibly easy and Kat was extremely responsive and unbelievably quick in answering all of my questions. The process to reserve the photobooth was super easy with an easy to follow form and paypal enabled payments. We were able to pick from a wide variety of backgrounds and props as well as a wide variety of formats for the pictures. They designed a personalized border for our photos and even made a few requested edits with a very quick turnaround. On the day of, they arrived on time and set up very professionally. Susan was our booth attendant and all of our guests LOVED her! She was so nice and welcoming and joined in all of fun, really helping to set the vibe and ensure everyone had a great time. Our guests loved the photobooth and all of the props! Photos were printed at the venue for guests to take home and could be texted or emailed a copy as well. We also opted for a the photo guest book and Susan made sure a copy of every photo got into our book and that our guests knew to add a note for us. It was fantastic and I definitely recommend adding the photo guest book option. The next day we got a link to the full gallery of all the pictures taken that night. Moon Over Nola was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to all of my friends.

They were amazing! Very communicative and so sweet! They sent my photo gallery the day after my wedding, it was awesome to receive that so soon. I couldn’t have picked a better Photo Booth, I’m so glad I had them to celebrate my big day!

Moon Over NOLA gave us a beautiful experience for our wedding reception! Booking was super easy and quick. Our attendant was very patient and gracious with all of our guests. She also made sure my husband and I got some photos in considering how busy we were. We left with our album that night, and was able to share it with our guests for our recovery day the next afternoon. We will definitely be using Moon Over NOLA for our future events.

Moon Over Nola provided Photo Booth services for my daughter’s wedding. She charged a nominal fee to travel to Mobile which was so nice. I had already seen samples of her work at a school function so I was happy to hire Kat. She arrived on time and had just the right amount of props. She was so helpful in taking care of the scrapbook of all the pictures taken which was the guest book. I highly recommend Moon Over Nola! The picture were great and she gave us a link for all of them included in the price.

Hiring Moon Over NOLA was a great decision for our wedding. My wife and I decided we should have a photo booth two months before our wedding and Kat was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The photos are such great quality and I even got a album which I super recommend! All the pictures from the night go into the book and it’s the best guest book ever! My guest had a great time :)

I highly recommend Moon over Nola events! The graphic design matched our wedding colors & the champagne glitter background was perfect. Our photo booth was an absolute hit for our reception. Everyone LOVED the photo booth! So many people said it was the funnest addition to our wedding reception. Kat was the sweetest and so quick to respond. Her online portal makes it really easy to pick the type of booth you want, make personal adjustments, and make payments. The staff was really interactive with my guests to get them to take pictures. They go above an beyond to make sure you leave that night with a scrapbook and beautiful and hilarious memories!

I am so excited to write a review for Moon Over Nola! I absoultely loved having them at my wedding. They were very professional and helpful to the wedding guests. The guests loved the fact they could do gifs and send them to their phone or they could opt to print the photos. Such a Great Concept!!!! One of my goals for the wedding was to have something unique and fun to entertain the wedding guests and Kat made that happen! I love that she uploaded alll the pics and gifs to a photo gallery for me to look at the next morning. Having them was one of the best investments that we made for the wedding!

Kat Moon was a pleasure to work with! Everything was perfectly set up and there was a line to take pictures all night. Everyone had the best time at the booth and our pictures were even branded perfectly to match our invitation. Our theme was rustic chic and she provided the most beautiful backdrop to match. We have already hired her for a 50th birthday party in September. Highly recommend this company!!!!
