Savannah and Marissa helped us with our destination wedding at Red Gate Farms in March 2024. She was excellent at wrangling all of our vendors leading up to the big day so we didn't have to stress about making sure everyone would show up and do what they were supposed to do. She set out all of our decor which added that special personal touch to the venue and everything looked amazing and just how we had envisioned. Her organization and communication skills made us feel very good that she had everything in line so we wouldn't have to worry. And when the weather turned soggy for us, she was prepped to handle that as well. Would hands down recommend her for any wedding in Savannah!

Savannah was excellent. I booked her for my Day of Coordinator and it was one of the best decisions I made. She took all the stress off of me in my final 2 weeks by coordinating with all of my vendors, she helped set up my florals and decorations, and made the day itself run smoothly by keeping everyone on track and mitigating problems as they arose. I would absolutely recommend her services!

Working with Savannah was so much fun. From our first meeting I understood that her style of work matched mine exactly. She was very quick to respond, super organized, and knew exactly what she was doing. I trusted her judgement 100%. She even helped me navigate stressful situations prior to the big day. I had the pleasure of working with Vittoria and Moonbeam Weddings for a wedding that was held at my venue in May of 2023 in Los Angeles California. Vittoria was everything we wanted in a coordinator, she was communicative, calm, took charge of everything and ultimately was a pleasure to work with. She made sure everything ran smoothly from start to end, and handled all the moving parts like a seasoned professional would... not to mention she was just a blast to work with. Nothing but wonderful things to say about her and this company, if you are looking for a coordinator for your wedding, you can't go wrong with them!!!

My wife and I loved working with Vittoria from Moonbeam! From the instant we booked our Purely Coordination package, she was a friendly and enthusiastic partner, cheerleader, and occasional therapist leading up to our big day. She was super organized and always on top of every little detail, while also somehow managing to be a cheerful and easygoing presence throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, she executed a fun and flawless event, making sure we were taken care of at every turn. I don't even know if there were any hiccups on the day because Vittoria always handled everything effortlessly and with a smile. We truly feel like our wedding was perfect, and it wouldn't have been possible without Moonbeam!

Savannah was absolutely crucial in making my big day perfect. She pulled off every detail of my decor, navigated my difficult family, gave concise clear instructions, communicated thoroughly, was extremely responsive, never failed to be professional, and all around was an absolute dream to work with. Investing in her services is the single best decision I made when planning my wedding. I will be forever grateful for her and thankful that she was a part of my big day.

This review is late, much later than I wanted it to be or is even decent of me…I just had such trouble putting into words my level of gratitude, my sense of awe and the expanse of dreamy happiness I feel regarding my wedding day. It was the best wedding I’ve ever, EVER, been to and it was ours…Even though every couple should feel this way, I know this largely isn’t the case. In planning a wedding, it can be a struggle to manage others’ agendas or bring vision into reality, and so, I also know that I owe the radical success of our wedding to Savannah of Moonbeam Weddings & Events. Listen, we are not a very traditional couple and Savannah embraced our individuality with open arms. She somehow took the disparate elements we wanted to include in our day and created a mosaic of quirky elegance, beauty and love. Here is a smattering of the elements we required for the day so you get an idea of the raw materials she had to work with: we love Halloween and wanted it to be featured ( but nothing too on the nose, while still allowing people to dress up as our wedding date was 10/30/22); we also love dark academia, art deco/ Gatsby vibes, dinosaurs, exclusively vegan/ vegetarian fare, live music (particularly shoe-gaze genre), funny wigs, history, our heritage ( Greek, Japanese, Mexican) and photography. Somehow, she took all of these different things and made a cohesive, seamless day that was so much a reflection of us as a couple, that had joy abounding out of every minute of it. Throughout the planning phase, Savannah was so communicative and thoughtful (even when I could be annoyingly less so given my work schedule). She gave us excellent vendor choices and scrutinized contracts to the punctuation, going to bat for us on multiple occasions. She rolled with my last minute changes (from no seating chart to a seating chart the week before the wedding, for example) like the pro she is and made it all happen with her tenacity and high-level sense of organization. We got hitched without a hitch and I just can’t thank her and her team enough. If you’re looking for a planner that truly respects the nature of your relationship with your special person, that will take all the nuances of your togetherness, however off-beat, and put unlimited effort into making sure your wedding day is a meditation on all those extraordinary particulars that make up your relationship, than take a dance in the moon beams with Savannah and her crew!

Savannah and her team at Moonbeam Weddings are the absolute best, and I will never stop recommending them! Savannah takes the time to understand you as a person, not just the task at hand, in order to make your wedding vision come to life. I was completely lost as a new bride trying to find vendors, and all of her recommendations and contacts were perfect and better than what I imagined! She’s also an excellent communicator and really takes care of you every step of the way. Not only does she kept in constant communication with you, but she also stays on top of your vendors and keeps you in the loop with them as well. As someone with ADHD, I definitely appreciated all of the follow ups and reminders to keep me on track! She also provides the most helpful breakdowns, schedules, and emails which made everything that needed to get done super clear and easy to communicate to both my vendors and family whenever they had questions. I had a lot of last minute changes also, and she was more than accommodating and patient where others might have broken down. On the day of, she and Vittoria were absolutely professional, kept everything on schedule, but still made sure I was making time to enjoy myself. Ever since the wedding, I have been getting nothing but compliments saying how my wedding was the best my guests had ever been to, and I owe a LOT of that praise to Savannah and Moonbeam Weddings for bringing everything I envisioned to life. I highly, highly recommend them!!!

Vittoria was super helpful and went above and beyond for our wedding day! Everything went so smoothly and all the stress was taken off of us for the day of. I could not have imagined the day without her and her husbands help. We love a power couple who helps out at weddings and made our dreams come true. We met Savannah at the Bridal Expo at the OC Fair. I liked that the weddings she featured were not as traditional as other coordinators. We wanted a festival vibe and Savannah and her assistant, Vittoria, understood what we wanted and helped make our vision come true. There was rain in our forecast during the week and my husband and I got very nervous. The venue was pressuring us to move things inside and Savannah provided a lot of needed reassurance. Our day was perfect. Things ran on time and as the bride, I wasn't aware of any issues throughout the day. I don't know if anyone can ask for anything more. Thank you, Savannah and Vittoria!

Savannah is a 12/10 wedding planner! She help put my stress at ease with being so helpful and organized during the planning process. She kept in contact with all the vendors I booked to make sure they knew all the wedding details in advance to make sure our wedding day turned out flawless. I can’t thank her enough and I will totally be recommending her to all my future friends who are getting married. :)

Savannah was an absolute pleasure to work with during our wedding planning process and flawlessly executed our perfect wedding day ! We hired Savannah for Month of Coordination though she graciously attended design meetings and venue walk throughs with us prior to her committed timeframe. I recently worked with Savannah and Moonbeam Weddings for a wedding at the Estate on Second in Santa Ana, CA (I'm a wedding DJ). Savannah was organized, pleasant to work with, and her team made the venue look incredible. Her timeline was extremely thorough, and this helped the wedding flow smoothly. The couple we worked with was very happy. Savannah and her team even helped me pack up at the evening (wedding planners never do this). It's the little details like this that separate the best wedding planners from the average ones!

I recently worked a wedding with Savannah as the DJ and it was awesome working with her and her team. We had the wedding at a tricky venue as far as logistics were concerned and Savannah worked with me to ensure that everything ran smoothly and the music was perfect for the couple! As a vendor I always appreciate a planner who will work with me to ensure everything goes well and, as a couple getting married, you WILL appreciate it on your wedding day too when everything is running smoothly!

When we started planning our wedding two years ago, I didn't think we'd need a coordinator since our venue came with one. Lots of covid-related changes and an elopement later where I was so stressed out coordinating everything, I told my partner that a day of coordinator was an absolute essential for our postponed wedding reception. A lot of wedding coordinators I spoke to had preset packages that came with a lot of things we didn't actually need (given our venue already had a coordinator who took care of things like setting up tables, linens, dinnerware, etc). Savannah was flexible and helped create a package that was what we needed. She was also straightforward and clear, not salesy and pushy like others, which I really really appreciated. I am so glad we went with Savannnah. We went the non-traditional route with DIY flowers and Whole Foods cakes and Savannah was essential to making sure all those details came together. She picked up our cakes and flowers and decorated our space to our desires, and as one of my friends said, "ran everything like a boss." And then relieved us of all the logistics after by taking care of handing out tips and packing+taking all of our personal items back to our hotel. Thank you, Savannah!

Our wedding was more than perfect because we found the BEST wedding planner ever! Savannah is not only an amazing talented professional, she’s also such a cool person. She made the whole process of planning our wedding fun and stress free. On top of it all, we were a long distance couple and we started planning while I was living in France, but she made it feel effortless. From every vendor she recommended to every small detail, everything was so amazing. She very quickly knew how to match our two very different styles. She was amazing, kind, attentive, on point answering back to emails, calls, changes and concerns about everything (especially getting married during Covid) All the effort she put in to make the event the best possible, it was worth every penny we paid. We highly recommend her and all the vendors she would propose or find for your special event!

OMG! I cannot thank Savannah enough! We literally added her super last minute because as we were coming up to the wedding day my now husband (eek!) and I realized we needed a lot of help. We were both just too busy with work and I felt overwhelmed by the amount of details still needing to be planned. Not to mention I needed help putting up all the decorations for the wedding! She was so sweet about it all and jumped right in. She really pulled it all together and my wedding was so perfect. I couldn't imagine a better day. Highly recommend her to any couples out there needing wedding help!!

I really had an amazing experience with Moonbeam Weddings! Being a bride and looking for vendors is such a scary experience. You can really only go by reviews so I wanted to give them 5 stars! Savannah was so much fun to work with!! She was so organized and always there with great advice for any wedding questions hubby and I had. (Hubby didn't have many lol) I sincerely cannot thank her enough for a wonderful experience. Her work and dedication in bringing all my vendors together for our special day was flawless! Thank you so much for making our special day so fluent and stress free!!

Savannah is AMAZZZZING!!! I started out thinking I didn't even need a coordinator but as I got more into the process of planning my wedding I realized I was going to need a lot of help! She was incredibly well organized and responsive as well as extremely helpful in making sure my decor and vendors matched my vision. She has a great personality and was so friendly the whole time even though I asked a lot of questions. I honestly felt like I was working with a friend. She provided me with all the information I needed and we had a timeline set months in advance, which I really appreciated. At my rehearsal, she showed up and was great at getting everyone ready, rehearsed, and comfortable about my wedding. Then on my wedding day, she had a cute emergency kit that came in handy when we ended up with a loose button. I knew I was in such safe hands and so I was truly able to enjoy my day without frazzled. It all went by so quick and I am thankful I hired her to plan my wedding. She was wonderful at her job and I couldn't be happier!!

I cannot thank Savannah enough for everything she did for my wedding!! She went above and beyond for me and I will always appreciate her hard work in making my dreams come true. I live a very fast paced and busy life so I needed someone who could take the reins and help me plan and that's just what I got. The communication leading up to my wedding was excellent and everything the day of went so smoothly. She was so kind and patient with me throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend her enough.
