If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. When my now husband booked Moonlight for the shuttle service for our wedding, I thought they were on the more expensive side but assumed that a higher price would translate to better service. And si...nce a bunch of important family members were on the shuttle, I figured it was worth it. It wasn’t, and I wish we had never even contacted them. Although there was a ton of communication with the company in advance about schedules, pick-up times, and the presence of the groom’s parents and grandma on the shuttle, the driver was 20+ minutes late picking up our guests at the hotel. He was clearly in no rush, wasn’t apologetic about the time, and didn’t even seem to realize that the digital clock on the shuttle was 20+ minutes slow. In today's digital age that's ridiculous. This caused a ton of stress before our ceremony and ultimately lead to us starting the ceremony more than half an hour late. It got worse from there. He drove so slowly getting to our reception that our limo, which was scheduled to leave 15 minutes after the shuttle, beat all our hotel guests to cocktail hour. Our entire reception timeline was destroyed by all the delays from this company, and the rest of our vendors had to bend over backward to help adjust. But perhaps the most egregious, and embarrassing, part? They were 30 minutes late to pick up guests at the end of the night, even though we were paying for them to be parked in a large parking lot directly across the street (they weren’t there). I had 40+ guests waiting outside for 30 minutes for the shuttle to appear, which was a horrible last impression to leave them with. It took so long that a few guests actually Ubered to the hotel. While we were waiting my new husband and I did everything we could to get ahold of the driver or the company, to no avail. They send you a day of email with information about the driver, but the cell phone number provided was just the company’s main number, which isn’t answered at night. For a company that prides itself in customer service, and clearly does many evening events, this is unacceptable. I had at first hoped to not write a review, but we reached out to the company and haven’t heard back. That lack of caring was the final straw, and I hope no other brides book this company, as the potential for extra stress is just too high, and they don’t even appear to care. I’m honestly shocked they have so many 5-star reviews, and maybe this was an off day for them, but I would expect if that were the case they'd be more willing to reach out to us after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend anyone risk one of the most important days of their life on this company, you might get lucky and have no issues, but if you do have a problem? Good luck. They’re unreliable, and clearly can’t be trusted to provide any kind of support if things do go wrong.
