I would go with a different company. They had our phone numbers too let us know of the issue and did not. They also lied many times and eventually owned up to it. We even tried to make is easier for them for getting everyone on the bus and do one trip when we were offered two ( in our contract) there and back trips. We even tipped him 200 dollars and my dad personally watched him check the bus but not the bathrooms. Now the company is refusing to answer any of our calls.

Our guest count is pretty high and finding a fleet that could accommodate our guest shuttle at a reasonable price felt impossible - until we talked to Mike. didn’t show up at all. But Scotty, at Moonlight limo put my mind at ease. He worked with me personally to work out our transportation schedule, and helped me streamline it to make sure we were spending our money wisely - utilizing the least number of vehicles for the most runs possible. I felt very confident that Moonlight would be where they needed to be on schedule and that Scotty was offering us a fair price. I ended up booking the same day I first spoke to him. Moonlight also has a couple of built in features that helped put my mind at ease. 24 hours before each trip you get an email alert that lets you know they are still coming! And when the drivers are on the way for your trips, you get an email that has their photo and phone number - a handy tool that ensures you can get in touch with them. But, we didn’t need to get in touch with them! Because everyone was exactly where they were supposed to be on time. We had a 24 person party bus that took us from the church in Manhattan, about 45 minutes away to Ringwood, NJ. Then we had two 55-person coaches that shuttled guests from the hotel to the reception venue and then back running from about 5:15 p.m. to 1:15 a.m. The shuttle drivers were great, sticking to schedule, but also making sure to make the most of the shuttles, and not leaving until they were close to full. At the end of the night, one of our guests who drove wanted to follow the driver out to the main highway- (we got married in a state park, so the roads were windy and could be tough to follow in the dark). The driver talked to my guest, and let her know he’d keep an eye out for her. Sure enough, he kept her in the rear view mirror the whole way until he got her to the highway. That extra bit of kindness after a long day of work is what can be expected of Moonlight. If you are worried about transportation like I was, I can’t recommend Moonlight enough. They will do whatever they can to put you at ease, save you money, be on time, and get you home safely at the end of the night. Thank you Scotty and Moonlight!

As I am getting ready in my hotel room, the hotel calls me to let me know the limo had arrived, earlier than expected! This was perfect for our situation because our schedule shifted forward, and we had more time to take pictures and enjoy everything. When the groomsmen and I went down to the limo, it was even better than expected. Instead of a small Chrysler 300 limo I had booked, they sent a huge Escalade limo! It was fantastic. We all had plenty of room on the inside and loved the champagne, the lights, and the big sound system that connected to our iPhones. The driver had it nice and warm for the cold January month for us, and we were all comfortable. The bridal party also loved the Escalade limo. We also booked a gorgeous, older Rolls Royce for the Bride to arrive at the church, and then to take us to the venue. I got nothing but raving reviews about her driver, Anthony. Fantastic guy, preconceived any of our needs, helped the bride with her dress, put out a nice red carpet for us, and even helped with the pictures. Great conversationalist as well, and he got along great with the new father-in-law. The drivers and vehicles at MoonLight were fantastic, and we can not think of anything that could have made it better. Anytime I may need a limo in the future, I will not be looking anywhere else.

n my wedding day, both the Rolls Royce and Party Bus were directly on time if not a little earlier which was great. My driver, Andre was the best!!!! He had a great personality and made sure I was happy every minute of the day. He remained calm and knew how to calm me down when I was running late (of course)! They run on schedule that you provide and really stick to what you want. They were a great company to work with and I would recommend them to any bride.
