We used Moonlight Limo Service for our daughter’s wedding last week. The vehicles were clean and well maintained. We had a 20 person Escalade limo (beautiful) and a shuttle bus for the hotel back and forth to the venue. Both drivers were courteous, professional and on time for all pickups. We would highly recommend Moonlight Limo Service.

We used Moonlight Limo as transportation for our wedding in Warwick, NY in October 2024. They were professional and responsive from the moment I contacted them for prices. A few other transportation services never even got back to me and moonlight limo emailed me back right away to ask for more information and followed up shortly with a very reasonable quote. They provided a 55 passenger bus that made 2 trips from our hotel to venue and 2 trips from venue to hotel. The bus was clean, driver was awesome, and everyone I communicated with was friendly and helpful. I’d like to thank the driver for being patient and flexible when some of our guests were not present at the agreed upon time to leave the hotel. I highly recommend this transportation company for any wedding or event!!

I recently scheduled Moonlight limo and spoke to Emily. She was so accommodating and willing to make sure I was able to make my daughter’s 13 th birthday perfect. She even called after her work hour to help me set up my reservation. Driver Dave was very punctual and helpful. He showed up with a smile, a shiny stretched out Jeep Grand Cherokee limo just as photo showed on website and assisted with the music to make sure the girls were ready to celebrate! We followed the limo to our destination. I felt completely safe with his driving skills. He offered to help load and unload the heavy boxes for us as well. Overall, Moonlight Limo service was truly spectacular. I would most definitely use this service in the future. Top notch!

Working with Moonlight was great. They were able to do 3 buses to three different hotels, with each one leaving on time and arriving on time. Gary and Emily were great to work with. One thing that was particularly noteworthy was how responsive they are.

The Moonlight limo shuttle service for my wedding was great. The service was reliable and right on time. They work with you beforehand to make sure you’ve booked the right accommodation based on your guest number. Their staff that answers the phone was always nice. Highly recommend.

We used Moonlight limo for my niece's wedding in November, and we could not have had a better experience. Booking was seamless. Our experience with Moonlight Limo was absolutely fantastic. The party bus, shuttles, and RR were beautiful. The drivers were polite, kind, and arrived early. They communicated frequently with my coordinator as well, which was comforting for me to know that everyone was taken care of in terms of catching a ride to and from the venue. Emily was wonderful to work with as well. She responded quickly and was always available via phone or email, and helped us build out an appropriate timeline for arrivals and departures.

My daughter just had her wedding 10/22/2022 and MoonLight Limo was such a pleasure to deal throughout the whole process--months in advance of the wedding, confirming everything as the wedding was closer, reaching out by email the night before the wedding and most importantly, the day of the wedding! Communication was great! The buses were clean, the drivers friendly, they played music for the guests, they arrived early and stayed as late as needed to get all the guests on board to and from event. I recommend highly without reservation!!!

We had my daughter's wedding last Saturday, and I want to say that the limo arrived 20 minutes early so there was no trepidation on our part as he was there for us!!! He introduced himself and showed me the vehicle, that included a bottle of champagne. The limo was HUGE and clean, but the best attribute was the side door that opened from top to bottom. This made it so easy for my daughter to get out of the limo without ripping or creasing the wedding dress. Were on time to the church and reception and the driver Rama did not have to speed, so we enjoyed the ride.

If I could give zero stars, I honestly would. When my now husband booked Moonlight for the shuttle service for our wedding, I thought they were on the more expensive side but assumed that a higher price would translate to better service. And since a bunch of important family members were on the shuttle, I figured it was worth it. It wasn’t, and I wish we had never even contacted them. Although there was a ton of communication with the company in advance about schedules, pick-up times, and the presence of the groom’s parents and grandma on the shuttle, the driver was 20+ minutes late picking up our guests at the hotel. He was clearly in no rush, wasn’t apologetic about the time, and didn’t even seem to realize that the digital clock on the shuttle was 20+ minutes slow. In today's digital age that's ridiculous. This caused a ton of stress before our ceremony and ultimately lead to us starting the ceremony more than half an hour late. It got worse from there. He drove so slowly getting to our reception that our limo, which was scheduled to leave 15 minutes after the shuttle, beat all our hotel guests to cocktail hour. Our entire reception timeline was destroyed by all the delays from this company, and the rest of our vendors had to bend over backward to help adjust. But perhaps the most egregious, and embarrassing, part? They were 30 minutes late to pick up guests at the end of the night, even though we were paying for them to be parked in a large parking lot directly across the street (they weren’t there). I had 40+ guests waiting outside for 30 minutes for the shuttle to appear, which was a horrible last impression to leave them with. It took so long that a few guests actually Ubered to the hotel. While we were waiting my new husband and I did everything we could to get ahold of the driver or the company, to no avail. They send you a day of email with information about the driver, but the cell phone number provided was just the company’s main number, which isn’t answered at night. For a company that prides itself in customer service, and clearly does many evening events, this is unacceptable. I had at first hoped to not write a review, but we reached out to the company and haven’t heard back. That lack of caring was the final straw, and I hope no other brides book this company, as the potential for extra stress is just too high, and they don’t even appear to care. I’m honestly shocked they have so many 5-star reviews, and maybe this was an off day for them, but I would expect if that were the case they'd be more willing to reach out to us after the fact. I wouldn’t recommend anyone risk one of the most important days of their life on this company, you might get lucky and have no issues, but if you do have a problem? Good luck. They’re unreliable, and clearly can’t be trusted to provide any kind of support if things do go wrong.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with our decision to hire MoonLight Limousine Services. From the beginning, the entire staff was extremely professional and punctual. The communication between myself and the team was very much appreciated as well. The day of, I was provided with names and numbers of both drivers for our wedding day, which was reassuring. Both drivers were early and vehicles were cleaned. The driver of our car provided us with champagne and a "red carpet" which was such an awesome touch. The party bus was fantastic and our bridal party had a phenomenal time in it. I cannot recommend this company enough and was really pleased with all of the services from the beginning. Moonlight Limo was lovely to work with and were very communicative and accommodating as things changed after a COVID-postponement. We hired the 14-seat vehicle to transport the wedding party and family back and forth to the church. As the bride I was so incredibly thankful that Moonlight Limo’s service was so smooth that I didn’t even have to think about it in real time and could focus on enjoying the day.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! I ordered the Rolls Royce Princess with suicide doors specifically for the ease of getting in an out of the car and instead received a totally different model. Not only was the car hideous but it also had an extremely small doorway. My father is 74 years old, 6’4” and about 260 pounds. He could barely fit through the door and hurt his hip and shoulder in the process of getting in and out of the car. It was painful to watch. Also I am 5’11” with a cam-impingement in my hip and had trouble sitting in the car since there was no leg room. I am now spending an hour everyday on my honeymoon doing virtual physical therapy. Additionally, the cars were in bad shape. The window on my side of the car did not even roll down and all the vehicles we ordered were dirty. We found garbage in one of the cup holders in the Mercedes Sprinter. This is alarming considering we are still dealing with the pandemic and do not feel confident the vehicles were sanitized properly. Needless to say, I am very unhappy!

They worked with us to draft up a contract with fair COVID19 terms and did not think twice about it. The buses and shuttles we reserved for our wedding worked out great, super clean and prompt. Moon Light Limousine was such a pleasure to work with and use for my 9/3/2021 wedding in North Haledon, NJ. After postponing from 2020, they were so accommodating with the date change with no issues. Even with last minute changes, they were able to accommodate our needs. We had the Cadillac Escalade Limo that took our wedding party to and from the hotel and the Princess Rolls Royce to take us (the bride and groom) home at the end of the evening. The drivers were also such an absolute pleasure! They were understanding with the necessary instagram photo sessions and boomerangs and also gave us ideas to do! I highly recommend Moon Light for all your car service needs. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Drivers were amazing and friendly. My wedding planner led us to them! Pricing could be better for a getaway car (we ended up not booking that), but I understand the demand.

Friendly, reliable and prompt! I hired Moonlight for the transportation for my daughter’s wedding on 8/8. The 30 passenger bus was perfect and the driver was early and extremely friendly - complete with champagne for a toast at the Church! The 55 passenger coach for transportation from the hotel to the venue was also great - arrived early with an extremely friendly driver as well. So we actually had 3 services for the same day. We had a party busy to transport family and friends from NYC into North Jersey. Then since we were doing our first look at the venue, we hired an SUV from them to transport my husband and his groomsman to the venue, then come back to the hotel and pick my my bridesmaid and I... all without seeing each other! Moonlight did an excellent job with all three services that day. It definitely took a huge weight off my shoulders. Our family from New York was picked up and taken safely to the venue. And I'm super happy they were there on time! And our driver for the SUV was so great. He transported my husband and I to the venue without seeing each other. Of course us brides always take longer than expected to get ready. So I was a few minutes behind schedule, but the driver was very patient after I spoke to him and told him I'd get down there as soon as possible. And he made the trip very calm, which is what I needed. So thanks again for your help and great service. Your company helped make our special much less stressful and allowed us to enjoy it more!

We had a great experience with moonlight limo! We used the Mercedes party bus and we loved everything about it. The physical appearance, the cleanliness, and especially the professionalism of our driver. Our driver arrived on time, explained how to connect our phones to the Bluetooth so we could listen to our own music, and got us where we needed to be safely and even earlier than expected.
