Cari was our wedding day of coordinator who was very professional and ensured that everyone knew their place and managed the time and vendors throughout the day. Morgan Creek Barn is a beautiful venue and I am so glad the ceremony and reception hall were a one stop shop at this location. The weather was perfect and our guests absolutely loved everything about it! I would highly recommend this venue as it allowed us to plan our wedding with ease. This was a destination wedding as we are from California and it really helped that the venue included many in-house vendors.

The communication with Danielle our wedding planner was very responsive and clear. Any time I reached out she responded quickly and eased any concerns I had. My day of coordinator, Ellie, was the reason our day was a DREAM. The day prior at the rehearsal she told me she would be my "wedding day bestie" and she didn't fall short. She answered every question, created solutions to any problem, provided comfort and made the entire day go so smoothly that I didn't have to worry about a thing. I was initially nervous when I found out our wedding planner wouldn't also be our day of coordinator (50/50 chance) but Ellie was AMAZING. I honestly couldn't imagine our wedding day without her. The venue had a big get ready suite for both the bride and groom. I loved having access all day to the venue so I could pop into the reception area and see the vision come to life. The ceremony space is so beautiful that I didn't need much florals to fill it. Overall, Morgan Creek Barn was a great venue and I highly recommend it.

She handled every detail with grace and professionalism, making sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her calm, friendly presence made the whole day flow effortlessly, and she was always one step ahead—whether it was coordinating with vendors, keeping the timeline on track, or just making sure we had a glass of water when we needed it. I genuinely don’t know how we would have managed without her. The venue itself was stunning, with gorgeous natural lighting, perfectly maintained grounds, and a cozy, romantic feel that our guests are still raving about. Everything came together flawlessly, and we owe a huge part of that to Cari’s dedication and eye for detail. ive. We toured the venue multiple times and each time we fell more in love. We worked with many staff like Danielle and Cari and both were wonderful in planning and day of coordination. One of the reasons we loved Morgan Creek Barn with Walter’s Wedding Estates is because we could make it an all inclusive experience. We booked packages which included catering, bar service, DJ, Photography, and stationary. All vendors they work with for that provide excellent service and it all seemed streamlined. You have options to increase levels of catering and bar service. They now even have partners for bakery, florist, and a jeweler. You can also add on more entertainment services if you wish as well. Not having the stress of finding all of the vendors on our own was honestly amazing. Our food was excellent the day of the wedding. Our friends and family are still complementing the food, drinks, and service. The venue is also stunning! It’s a perfect mixture of glam and rustic with the updated barn feel with high ceilings and windows in the ceremony space and reception space. I 100% recommend Morgan Creek Barn to anyone that is looking for a venue in this area.

Our overall experience was wonderful and they provided us a great wedding day. Some things we would recommend are to do a private food tasting if you use their catering service. We went to the tasting event and they served a meat from each of their pricing tiers. Two of the meats were chicken so it was hard to distinguish the difference between the different levels of entrees you were getting. It was also a little difficult to only communicate through the client portal. If we had a quick easy question it would have been helpful to have a phone number to call to get a quick answer.

The spacious indoor reception area comfortably accommodated everyone, and the outdoor cocktail area, featuring an open bar with charming string lights, offered a seamless transition between the ceremony and reception. What truly set the experience apart was the impeccable service. Gabi, in particular, deserves special recognition for her dedication and tireless work. She ensured every detail went off without a hitch, making sure our day unfolded smoothly and beautifully. Danielle, who was instrumental in the planning process, was also fantastic—handling a minor issue with grace and ensuring the rest of the event ran flawlessly. These two were simply amazing. However, there are a few areas that potential clients should be aware of, especially concerning the bar service. First, we purchased the higher-end bar package but requested a substitution for Jameson whiskey. While the venue accommodated the change, we were charged at what was described as the venue’s "wholesale" cost, which turned out to be $76 per bottle, excluding taxes and fees. After all the additional costs, the price per bottle came to $100.43, far exceeding what we would expect based on typical retail prices. Secondly—and most concerning—was the behavior of the bartender. We noticed that drinks were being deliberately short-poured unless guests tipped after each drink request. If someone asked for a bit more liquor, the bartender would tap the tip jar as a cue. Only when tipped would she add more to the drink. This practice was both unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly given that we had already paid for a premium liquor package of $3,400. It’s important to note that we paid for four bottles of Jameson, yet only two were used by the end of the night—likely because of these short pours. To add to the frustration, we were not allowed to take the leftover bottles with us. Furthermore, although we paid for two bartenders, only one was actively serving drinks, while the other spent most of the night washing glasses. This was not what we expected when paying for full bar service, and it felt like we didn’t get what we paid for. While we absolutely loved Morgan Creek as a venue and appreciated much of what they offered, these issues with the bar service were a disappointment. Future couples should consider this when planning and perhaps rethink allowing a tip jar at the bar, as it seemed to influence the quality of service unfairly. Despite these concerns, the venue’s overall charm and the exceptional efforts of Gabi and Danielle made our wedding day truly memorable. Morgan Creek is a beautiful venue, and with some adjustments to their bar service, it would be perfect.

e entire planning process which can be overwhelming to say the least. She was so kind and absolutely rolled with the punches when there were last minute changes. When my bridal party partially disintegrated and could no longer make it due to an uncontrollable weather event, Abby offered us a complimentary upgrade of uplighting, and DJ Alexy at Cohost Entertainment offered an upgrade of a photo booth to help make our wedding day better. They helped make the best of an unfortunate situation and it really meant so much to us. They are so kind-hearted and we are incredibly grateful! Our wedding day was beautiful and was completely beyond our expectations. Cari our day-of-coordinator was phenomenal, she was so helpful, and the event wouldn’t have ran as smoothly without her, or ran at all without her! My bustle even broke at some point after dancing, and she quickly helped me re-bustle with safety pins. As I'm sure many weddings do, we ran late on our timeline but Cari kept us on track and came up with solutions such as having us go back out to take photos after our grand entrance, welcome speech and first dance, so we could keep the wedding going and not have guests wait too long on dinner while allowing my husband and I to still get all of our photos. She was so attentive and kind and I'm so happy she was our wedding coordinator! The music and MC services were also stellar! DJ Alexy was fantastic! I am so so glad she was our DJ! From the planning stage to the wedding day she provided amazing service— as an MC and as a DJ. If I could get married again I would specifically request her. I truly couldn’t be happier with the entire team at MCB and wish I could get married over and over again - it goes by in a flash! Future brides, savor every single moment!
