Anthony and Carmen made sure my day was absolutely perfect. I didn't have to worry about a single thing all day. They helped us every step of the way from selecting a menu, to picking out supplies, to arranging many of our other vendors. Anthony and Carmen went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. They even made me a plate of my favorite meal (which wasn't on our menu). Our guests raved about the amazing food, especially the passed hors d'oeuvres and the marinated skirt steak. Anthony, Carmen, and their entire team are very professional, but also very sincere and down to earth. I would absolutely highly recommend them for anyone looking for a caterer.

thony and Carmen and asked them if my date was available. I explained to them that I was working with a very tight budget and that my now husband has a severe dairy allergy. They worked with us every step of the way and made sure that our dream became reality. They even made my husband and I a special dairy free cake! I got so many compliments on the food - people were even saying it was the best food they had at any wedding EVER! If you have the opportunity to work with Anthony and Carmen, take it!! You won't regret it. I hope to continue working with them for any event I may have in the future!

so many way is didn’t expect. They are incredible. The day I met them, I knew right away that our wedding day was in the right hands. Being on a tight budget, my fiancé and I decided to do a barbecue without hors d'oeuvres. Anthony had the brilliant idea take the burgers and hot dogs intended for part of the dinner and to create mini sliders and hot dogs to serve during the cocktail hour instead. It was absolutely perfect. We were able to have hors d'oeuvres without any extra expense while also leaving the dinner menu to feel more sophisticated. I cannot tell you how many people tell me they think about the burgers and steak they had at my wedding so often. I recommend Moriches Catering to everyone I can think of now.

Anthony supported the planning of all elements of the wedding— run of show, vendor coordination, etc. His preferred vendors were super easy to work with and he coordinated all details of our needs, we just had to provide the payment. He listened to our countless questions and concerns, and was willing to work with us to meet our budget expectations. And for the actual day of the wedding everything was SO seamless. They set up the event space better than we could have ever imagined. Anthony coordinated the run of show perfectly, and was constantly bringing us water/food throughout the night. The servers were so attentive, and our guests raved about the bartenders. And the FOOD…SO good. Highly recommend!!

Anthony was soooo sooo patient with me and my million emails and was so helpful when staying in budget. Gave us tons of advice and really helped us make the best decisions! We originally did not want tents but he recommended we have some on hold just in case and thank goodness we did because the rain did show up! It ended up working out and looking even better with the tents and bistro lighting! If you’re looking for great food, service and everything else amazing hire them! You will definitely not regret it! They made sure my husband and I actually ate and that we always had a drink in our hands. My wedding would not have been the same without them. at Anthony had it all covered from soup to nuts. He was so thorough leading up to the wedding with questions / checklists / suggestions etc. Game plan for everything. I had a decent size bridal party and he kept everyone in check. He made sure Brendan & I always had a drink in our hand and our own selection of appetizers and full dinner plate saved for us. We had a french fry bar at the end of the night that he delivered to me in the middle of the dance floor. Was so appreciative. People could not stop talking about how delicious the food was either. Cannot recommend Anthony, Carmen & team enough.

He listened to exactly what we were looking for, made some awesomely helpful suggestions, and our day came out perfectly. Anthony has great communication and helped us organize everything from our reception tent down to the linens and colors of the silverware. On the day of, Anthony and the team set up our reception and ceremony areas so beautifully, and It was exactly what we had envisioned. Anthony was in constant communication with my parents and myself from jump and never got tripped up in the endless shuffle of wedding emails/calls. They are also such a professional and skilled team – you can tell they love what they do and that they do it often. There was never any question about Moriches Catering. They strived to get us the best prices on everything and worked out every wedding kink flawlessly. The food is a whole other story – our friends and family cannot stop talking about how spectacular the food and drinks were. We thought it was great that Anthony made us sit down and enjoy the food as the bride and groom so often forget to do. The passed hors d’oeuvres were the kind of food you remember – well fashioned and extremely tasty. Our dinner had many options that flowed well and suited our wedding theme. This crew is making me want to have an excuse to have another party – Moriches Catering is the first and only caterer I will ever use!

They took care of every single thing, stayed on top of everything, coordinated all other vendors, kept us calm and stress free, and were just beyond anything we could have imagined! I owe my wedding being the best day ever mainly to Moriches Catering!!! So now the food.... WOW! It was sooo delicious!!! Our cocktail hour had the coolest and most unique dishes and they tasted incredible! The dinner was so so delicious and everyone was raving about it! And on top of their incredible professionalism, Carmen and Anthony are just really great, amazing, and down to earth people (who are also beyond cute together). Every single thing was taken care of and anything that came up last minute or at any moment was quickly and smoothly taken care of. Also, I need to take a minute to talk about Tori! She took care of my me and my husband on the day of our wedding (making sure we're eating, bringing us anything we need, helping with anything, staying on top of timeline, directing us, etc.) and she did it all flawlessly! She is also just such a sweet and kind person who was so happy and bubbly and professional! Seriously, everything was so incredible and it was truly the best day of our lives and I have to say almost all of it was thanks to Moriches Catering!!!!

best for you. Given that our wedding was outdoors at a private residence, we had to engage with a number of vendors, many of which Anthony recommended, all of whom were fantastic. The food was AMAZING - we heard from so many wedding guests that it was some of the best wedding food that had ever had. Due to the Moriches Catering team, we were able to truly enjoy our special day and did not worry about any of the logistics and details. We wholeheartedly and enthusiastically would recommend them for your big day!

He has a team of reliable vendors (tent, DJ, flowers, photographer, portable bathrooms, etc) that he works with regularly so he can help you attain those services as well. And speaking of breezes, our wedding was on the water on an extremely windy and chilly day. Anthony and his team made the necessary adjustments to the tent and party area to make the party flow smoothly and so my decorations didn’t get damaged by the wind. His staff was hardworking and extremely pleasant and attentive to our every need. They were like a well oiled machine! And the FOOD!!!! Absolutely DELICIOUS!!!! The grilled cheese and tomato soup shooters, mini beef tacos, pulled pork sliders were among my favorite appetizers. And the skirt steak!!!! You will not get better steak anywhere! The wedding cake was absolutely beautiful with a simple design and tasted like heaven. Seriously, do not look any further for a catering company because Moriches has it ALL!!!!!!!

Anything I needed he had answers for or assisted in every way possible. The food was superb!! Every guest raved about it. I'm not one to typically write reviews, but this is one for the books. wn during my many wedding freak outs. Planning an off-site wedding isn’t easy, but Anthony made it so much easier. Besides being the man, the food is delicious. Everyone raved about our food after the wedding and even still months later. People loved the cocktail hour food with the mini pizzas in boxes and the chocolate shake shots. Anthony really has it all. Not only was he the caterer but he was the day- of event coordinator. Do not be worried when you see an extra service price. It. Is. Worth. It. He. Does. Everything. He wrapped all of my chairs with ribbon and made sure all of the deliveries went smoothly. He met with all of the various vendors and was really like a wedding planner. He did more than I’m sure any other caterer would do. You really get so much help from him we were all blown away. Anthony always made sure me and my husband had food and something to drink. The best the best the best. Choose them and you will not be disappointed. His service is unbelievable and the food is too. So much to choose from and it is all delicious. Thank you! 💗

We didn't have much experience with wedding planning and Anthony made sure all of our bases were covered (shout out to him making we were all set re: garbage disposal). There were a lot of details that I either had little or no opinion on and Anthony made sure that everything was more than perfect for the day-of. We also switched up our entire schedule on him last minute (we randomly decided to elope, nixed our ceremony and made the whole day a giant reception instead) and he pivoted to our new plan seamlessly. During the wedding weekend Anthony made sure that everything was taken care of, that my then-fiance and I had nothing to worry about and that the entire event went off perfectly. If there was anything that went wrong, I didn't know about it and neither did my guests. He thoughtfully made sure that we had a chance to try all of our appetizers and made sure that we ate throughout the reception. The food was also phenomenal- my guests could not stop talking about how it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding. Anthony and his team are amazing and I could not thank them enough for making our event exactly the way we wanted it to be.

Carmen worked with us every step of the way and answered any and all questions we had. They set everything up day of and took everything down which took a lot of work and stress off of us. The food was absolutely AMAZING! We did stations and people definitely went back up for seconds. The service of Anthony and Carmen and all of their staff was top-knotch. They did everything we asked of them. I really cannot say enough good things. Anthony even did the walk through of our ceremony rehearsal because our officiant wanted to do it the day of the wedding which I was not okay with. If you want as much of a stress free process as you can get meet with Moriches Caterers.

verything was. We could not be happier. Anthony and Carmen went above and beyond from day one. They helped us to organize the rentals, tent, and gave us recommendations for other vendors (bathroom trailer, sanitation, etc.). The week of, Anthony met with us on location, and we went through every single detail, even things we would have never thought of. The morning of the wedding, they arrived at least 7 hours before our ceremony and the work that they and their team did was amazing. The blank canvas that was our backyard transformed into the most beautiful wedding location, more beautiful than we imagined. They set up everything. I sent them pictures and they setup up all the extras, seating chart, memorial table, sign in board, and most especially all of our centerpieces (which were a pain =/). All my husband and I keep saying is that it exceeded our expectations every time we turned around. I was on the premises the whole day of, and didn't have to do a single thing. Their organization, preparedness and pleasurable attitude is beyond words. While we would never forget our wedding day, we are so happy that instead of looking back and picking at things that went wrong, we can just look back and be so happy that everything went right.
