We had the pleasure of working with Emma as our day-of coordinator for our destination wedding in Boulder, Colorado, and she was truly amazing. From the very beginning, Emma went above and beyond what we expected from a coordinator. She set up multiple meetings with us leading up to the wedding day, providing valuable guidance on what we needed to prepare and how to ensure everything went smoothly. Emma didn’t just show up on the wedding day—she coordinated our rehearsal and was there from start to finish on our big day. She took so much weight off our shoulders, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about the details. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. Her professionalism, support, and care were exceptional, and we are so grateful for all she did. Truly, Emma made our wedding day even more memorable.

th her on our initial call, she was extremely kind, professional, prompt and easy to talk to. She took the reins on communicating with our vendors and taking some of that burden off our shoulders. She handled our Day-Of coordination extremely well, working with the venue coordinator and making sure that we were exactly where we needed to be at all times, and so were all of our vendors and our bridal party. Anytime I needed help or asked favors of her, she never made me feel like a burden or a bridezilla. She was always so understanding. Her prices are fair and reasonable. If you’re looking for help with your wedding, don’t hesitate to hire Moss & Maeve !

wedding to help keep us on track with planning and provide support in finding vendors. She attended all of our final walk throughs, ran our rehearsal, and provided everyone involved with our (double venue) wedding up to speed on the when/where/hows of everything. On our wedding day she created gorgeous, warm & cozy ambiances at both of our venues, kept everyone on schedule, managed last minute crises with ease, and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. She provided detailed communication, thoughtful opinions, and endless support throughout our whole wedding planning experience. She is as kind as she is talented and as organized as she is dedicated to making couples enjoy every part of their wedding. I cannot recommend Moss & Maeve enough!!

raging me that we could pull off the wedding of my dreams in a few months, helping to find and book other amazing vendors, keeping me on track with what I needed to focus on, and helping to put together vision boards to truly capture the "rustic elegance" theme that I envisioned. On the day of, she beautifully styled my details, made sure that everything went according to plan, and the best part was that I didn't have to worry about anything! Her team helped to decorate the lodge which turned out better than I could've imagined. She even went above ad beyond to decorate my cheese cake (yes, stacking wheels of cheese and decorating with herbs and fruit). Even after the wedding, Emma has helped me with vendor communication (mostly with the photographer). If you are even considering hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend Moss & Maeve - relieving the stress alone is worth every penny.

uled and I'm so glad that I was still able to use her as my coordinator for our new wedding date. She helped me starting three months before the wedding and answered all my questions, helped me figure out what else needed to be planned, and even meet me in person a few times (including at the venue) to plan. She even met us at our venue the day before to help us set up the rentals (tables, chairs, etc). The day of the wedding she was so on point with getting everything set up and being the point person with all the other vendors. She was so helpful and sweet the entire process, I definitely recommend hiring her for your wedding!

photography, DJ, photo booth and all my rentals. I have the full package and thank goodness I do because about a month ago I came to the decision that this perfect wedding was going to have to be postponed due to Covid19. I was convinced I was going to lose so much money on deposits because there was no way we were going to be able to find a date that worked for the venue and all of my vendors. Emma immediately got to work re-organizing the entire event. It took her no less that 24 hours and she had all the vendors decided on a new date in 2021! I was so stressed but Emma saved my whole wedding. I have a whole other year to wait but if I was able to have my wedding this year, I would be writing a review that lets you know that Moss and Maeve was the BEST choice I made this whole wedding process. Emma has made it fun, magical and so so easy! Thank you so much!

made. They went above and beyond and were so much more than "month of coordination" planners. They were very timely responding to emails I sent with questions, which I must say, I sent a lot!! They were always willing to help, from decor ideas, offering to pick up stuff at stores since I was out of state, and offering advice and reassurance. Their attention to detail is impeccable, which is why our wedding day ran so smoothly. I truly wish I had another big event to plan just so that I can work with them again. They were truly amazing and I highly recommend them!
