We had the pleasure of working with Emma as our day-of coordinator for our destination wedding in Boulder, Colorado, and she was truly amazing. From the very beginning, Emma went above and beyond what we expected from a coordinator. She set up multiple meetings with us leading up to the wedding day, providing valuable guidance on what we needed to prepare and how to ensure everything went smoothly.
Emma didn’t just show up on the wedding day—she coordinated our rehearsal and was there from start to finish on our big day. She took so much weight off our shoulders, allowing us to fully enjoy our special day without worrying about the details. I couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us. Her professionalism, support, and care were exceptional, and we are so grateful for all she did. Truly, Emma made our wedding day even more memorable.

Emma was amazing to work with as our day of coordinator! She handled everything leading up to as far as the day of schedule, coordinating with our vendors and setting up and breaking down the day of. She even set up the most beautiful detail photo boards! I couldn't image not having her on our wedding day. She's very communicative and easy to work with and someone I'd recommend to anyone needing a wedding planner or coordinator!

Emma was an extremely valuable part of our wedding planning process, and we’re so glad to have had her in our corner as our Day-of/ 3-Month coordinator. From the moment we spoke with her on our initial call, she was extremely kind, professional, prompt and easy to talk to. She took the reins on communicating with our vendors and taking some of that burden off our shoulders. She handled our Day-Of coordination extremely well, working with the venue coordinator and making sure that we were exactly where we needed to be at all times, and so were all of our vendors and our bridal party. Anytime I needed help or asked favors of her, she never made me feel like a burden or a bridezilla. She was always so understanding. Her prices are fair and reasonable. If you’re looking for help with your wedding, don’t hesitate to hire Moss & Maeve !

Look no further... Hire Emma! We had the best experience and absolutely loved working with her. From the start, we weren't sure if we wanted a planner or wanted to do it ourselves, but we are so glad that we hired her! Emma went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. She was detail-oriented, kind, fun to be around, and extremely organized. I cannot say enough good things about Emma.... I'm sad the wedding is over and I don't get to talk to her weekly anymore.

Emma with Moss & Maeve exceeded our expectations! She made our wedding a seamless, beautiful, and stress free day. As our Day of Coordinator, she met with me a few times before the wedding to help keep us on track with planning and provide support in finding vendors. She attended all of our final walk throughs, ran our rehearsal, and provided everyone involved with our (double venue) wedding up to speed on the when/where/hows of everything. On our wedding day she created gorgeous, warm & cozy ambiances at both of our venues, kept everyone on schedule, managed last minute crises with ease, and made sure my husband and I were well taken care of. She provided detailed communication, thoughtful opinions, and endless support throughout our whole wedding planning experience. She is as kind as she is talented and as organized as she is dedicated to making couples enjoy every part of their wedding. I cannot recommend Moss & Maeve enough!!

Our daughter got married last January. Moss & Maeve were very professional and caring. Due to several forces of nature, we were scrambling to make changes within a 48 hour period. Emma was very helpful and professional helping us get everything in place in a very short amount of time!

We didn’t want to worry about all the small details and organization of everything and everyone the day of our wedding. We are so thankful we hired Emma and her team to take care of these for us. She was very responsive and communicative, showing up to all of our meetings and connecting every vendor to make sure the day went as smooth as possible…. and it did! From rounding up our boisterous family during rehearsal to all the details of setting up our decorations, we couldn’t have asked for a better fit! Thank you Emma for making our day unforgettable!

She was extremely organized and made sure that every detail went smoothly throughout all. I photographed Sarah + Dan's wedding and Moss & Maeve coordinated! Emma was so kind, attentive, and focused. She worked hard to make sure the couple was taken care of. I could tell that she really cared for her couple and put so much of herself into her business. I would love to work with her again!

We have been working with Emma from Moss & Maeve for the past 2 and a half years as we had to change wedding dates multiple times throughout the pandemic. She was responsive and reliable to handle the changes that came our way. Emma was open to our very particular tastes with flowers, colors and running order, but and with her expertise the wedding came together beautifully. The Moss & Maeve team kept everything on track and on time without a single problem.
Without Emma this whole process would had been extremely stressful so thank you for making this day a reality! I would recommend Moss & Maeve in a heartbeat and will be keeping them in mind for future weddings in the family.

We decided to plan our wedding in 3 months - and I knew that I needed help - so I went to Moss & Maeve to help plan my dream wedding! Emma was amazing every step of the way - encouraging me that we could pull off the wedding of my dreams in a few months, helping to find and book other amazing vendors, keeping me on track with what I needed to focus on, and helping to put together vision boards to truly capture the "rustic elegance" theme that I envisioned. On the day of, she beautifully styled my details, made sure that everything went according to plan, and the best part was that I didn't have to worry about anything! Her team helped to decorate the lodge which turned out better than I could've imagined. She even went above ad beyond to decorate my cheese cake (yes, stacking wheels of cheese and decorating with herbs and fruit). Even after the wedding, Emma has helped me with vendor communication (mostly with the photographer). If you are even considering hiring a wedding planner, I highly recommend Moss & Maeve - relieving the stress alone is worth every penny.

I had hired Emma in 2019 in preparation for my 2020 wedding. Unfortunately we had to postpone it to 2021, but Emma was so understanding and worked with us to get everything rescheduled and I'm so glad that I was still able to use her as my coordinator for our new wedding date. She helped me starting three months before the wedding and answered all my questions, helped me figure out what else needed to be planned, and even meet me in person a few times (including at the venue) to plan. She even met us at our venue the day before to help us set up the rentals (tables, chairs, etc). The day of the wedding she was so on point with getting everything set up and being the point person with all the other vendors. She was so helpful and sweet the entire process, I definitely recommend hiring her for your wedding!

Emma has been planning my July wedding for the past year. She came up with a perfect and modern design that fit my vision. She has coordinated the venue, florals, catering, decor, photography, DJ, photo booth and all my rentals. I have the full package and thank goodness I do because about a month ago I came to the decision that this perfect wedding was going to have to be postponed due to Covid19.
I was convinced I was going to lose so much money on deposits because there was no way we were going to be able to find a date that worked for the venue and all of my vendors. Emma immediately got to work re-organizing the entire event. It took her no less that 24 hours and she had all the vendors decided on a new date in 2021! I was so stressed but Emma saved my whole wedding.
I have a whole other year to wait but if I was able to have my wedding this year, I would be writing a review that lets you know that Moss and Maeve was the BEST choice I made this whole wedding process. Emma has made it fun, magical and so so easy! Thank you so much!

Emma was our day of coordinator and was phenomenal! She was easy to work with, checked in frequently and made sure that once our day came we didn't have to think about anything. She truly made my vision come to life and everything went just how we had planned. Her and her assistant helped with break down and so even the end of the night was stress free. Emma made our day the perfect day we intended and I would recommend her to everyone!

We decided to get a wedding planner a few months before our wedding to help with the last minute details. Hiring Sarah and Emma with Moss and Maeve was one of the best decisions we made. They went above and beyond and were so much more than "month of coordination" planners. They were very timely responding to emails I sent with questions, which I must say, I sent a lot!! They were always willing to help, from decor ideas, offering to pick up stuff at stores since I was out of state, and offering advice and reassurance. Their attention to detail is impeccable, which is why our wedding day ran so smoothly. I truly wish I had another big event to plan just so that I can work with them again. They were truly amazing and I highly recommend them!
