They are incredibly collaborative, communicative, and impressively quick to respond to questions, which makes the coordination process a dream.
The aesthetic of the space is unmatched. It offers that perfect, sought-after mix of industrial grit and high-end elegance. From the breathtaking chandelier that greets you at the entrance to the double rooms filled with ambient lighting, the atmosphere is already curated for a stunning event before you even bring in the first floral arrangement.
One of the biggest selling points for my clients is that it is the perfect Colorado venue for any season. Because the space is entirely indoors, you get all the beauty of a Denver urban vibe without the stress of unpredictable Denver weather. We got married at Moss last year and we highly recommend it! Our primary goal of hosting a wedding (instead of eloping) was to have a fun dance party with our friends & family that was easy to get to for guests and simple day-of logistics for us. Moss was the perfect place for us to do that.
It is located in an accessible location for people traveling (uber-able/lyft-able to downtown), they have an awesome staff, it is a beautiful space without much effort and you don't have to worry about the weather.
The team at Moss made everything super easy for us. Alia in particular helped connect us with awesome vendors and helped facilitate confident decision making that made the day of easy for us to just show up and enjoy.
We also loved having the two primary spaces. We got married in the chandelier room, had cocktail hour in the Edison room, dinner back in the chandelier room and the Edison room for the dance party. This allowed for seamless transitions of the space (when catering was setting up the tables and chairs for dinner) and allowed people to have conversations in a quieter area during the dance party if they wanted to stay seated away from the speakers.
Lastly, the space is beautiful on its own. Although they have incredible packages with florists and other staging companies, we opted save money and limit additional decor/florals. Even with our minimalist approach, the space was beautiful and many of our guests said they loved the space and overall feeling of it.
If you're planning an event, wedding or otherwise, Moss is an incredible choice.

With exposed rafters, polished cement floors, and large windows, the banquet hall exudes elegance and class. Initially an industrial factory in the 1900s, the building was used to manufacture doors, and many of the original characteristics are still on display. Today, the repurposed factory has been restored to its former glory and revitalized with contemporary elements, successfully bringing it into the 21st-century. By focusing on design and customization, the venue is beautifully simple and laidback, allowing couples to add their personal touch to the celebrations.
Moss Denver offers a featured wedding package complete with a venue rental, 200 folding chairs, round dining tables, and cocktail tables. Additional services include an all-inclusive wedding design package and an experience package. These packages include a hands-on event planner and decorative rentals such as florals, lighting, and furniture. The Experience package caters to every need, from live music, performances, and original artwork to venue set up and staging.

Alia was AMAZING from that first day to help us envision what our wedding day would look like to the day of actually seeing everything come together to the most phenomenal day of our lives. The venue is absolutely stunning from the Moss wall, to the Edison lights, to the chandeliers and chic industrial feel throughout the space. We loved every second that we got to spend at Moss and were amazed with the venue team there. Alia was so responsive and always had an answer to my millions of questions. The venue itself is gorgeous. Moss has so much natural character but also we loved how everything looked with our colors/design. With the two large spaces, it was nice to have a "change of scenery" in between ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception. Moss has a list of preferred vendors which was great because those chosen vendors have worked at Moss countless times, which is nice- less room for error! 99% sure we wanted a mountain venue and thought we'd look here just to be open minded. I am so glad we did because it was an incredible space to get married.
Michelle was our point of contact and answered every email with a fast response time. We even emailed 9-12 months before our wedding and she always answered with enthusiasm.
This venue is unique and offers brick walls, white brick, a MOSS wall, and a beautiful bar. Our guests were amazed and our pictures are STUNNING.

Another highlight is just how flexible the space is - there is plenty of room for dining, dancing and other non-traditional options. The process was organized, professional and courteous, but also allowed us to be creative and experimental! Michelle was incredibly helpful in directing us to the right vendors and companies to bring our vision to life. Moss also worked with our wedding planner seamlessly, and handled all details with care. This space is easy to get to, provides parking, and is in one of the oldest and most interesting neighborhoods of the city! ld tell this place was a step above the rest. It is immaculately clean, and has a great atmosphere without feeling pretentious. The team really invests in your event and gets excited with you. They provide timely responses and are always available for input.
Moss works with a small list of preferred vendors only, though this approach is a strength. They pre-select the best of the best in Denver, so you don't have to contact every vendor in town. There are still plenty of options to make a decision that fits your style, but a lot of the initial legwork is removed.
We are very happy that we chose Moss for our wedding and would recommend the venue to anyone looking in town.

a walk through. I really appreciated that they were able to quickly answer my questions, checked in and let us tour the space a few times without a problem. Moss and project floral were able to bring some of the best parts of the outdoors in, with the modern simple feel to the space. My now husband loved the industrial parts of the space, brick and exposed ceiling in some areas and i loved the chandeliers and just the outdoorsy feel the moss wall brings. We always thought we would get married outside but moss was the perfect combination of outdoorsy and industrial. Day of everything went perfectly and we cant thank them enough! If you're looking for a cool space in town and easy to work with team, Moss is it!

he dinner space by keeping the doors closed until the meal was served. They do keep you tight on time with 5 hours of event time in the standard fee. We liked that we had some options on food and beverage, though if I recall correctly they have an exclusive beverage vendor moving forward that's more expensive than the one we chose. Outdoor space would have been a wonderful addition, but we didn't really miss it the day of. Guest parking is easy, and we booked a walkable brewery down the street for an afterparty.

ect for directing traffic from cocktail hour into dinner then into the dancing and festivities. Both the Edison Room and the Chandelier Room are beautiful and have their own special attributes. Moss also had brand new bathrooms in time for our wedding so it worked out perfectly!
Our whole planning process with the venue was made quite easy with the help of Nicole Johnson and her whole team. We toured quite a few venues, but we were most impressed with Nicole and her sweet, professional attitude. She wanted us to find the perfect venue for our day, as opposed to the way other venues and managers just wanted to sell their space. Their list of caterers were all amazing, as well (we went with Biscuits & Berries, which was phenomenal!).
Overall, the beauty and simplicity of this venue, along with the amazing people putting it all together made for a perfect Denver venue and we would not have done it any other way. Thank you Moss Denver!
