Our beauty team are experts in hair and makeup services with 18+ years of experience for your wedding day and all of the time leading up to it. We love working with you in everyday color, hair extensions, hair cuts, etc., all the way leading up to your special day and making you feel absolutely stunning in your photos, videos, and memories for a lifetime.
Need the perfect spot for your bridal party to get ready altogether? Stuck trying to figure out where to get ready for your wedding? We have a beautiful brand new location in Jessup Farm in Fort Collins, with the perfect "Bridal Getting Ready Suite" for your wedding day where you and your ladies can relax and enjoy the day. Our suite has a large in bathroom, steamer, backup personal items, great natural lighting, mirrors, electricity, plenty of seating, dress hanging hooks, space for larger groups, and more! You can even choose convenience and pick from our "a La Carte" menu to add on coffee, breakfast, catering, drinks, and more!
Last, but certainly not least, we have an amazing space where we can host you and your lovely bridal party for a custom hat bar experience! Wanting something unique and different for your wedding party?! Our Custom Hat Bar Experience for you and your bridal party, friends, and family is where you and your ladies are able to come in and reserve time for an exclusive party complimentary with mimosas or champagne and design your own hat! Choose a high end hat that each of you can customize and design, creating long lasting memories and an item you and your girls can wear anytime. Choose from branding, charms, pins, ribbons, feathers, and more! You can even add on a charcuterie board and mini desserts if desired!

Lauren has a true gift! She is very talented in hair styling and is a true make-up artist. I couldn't imagine having anyone else do my hair and make-up, I had Lauren come with me to my destination wedding in MX. She made me feel beautiful and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the way I looked on my big day! I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to do my hair and make-up. I 100% recommend her, she know's what she is doing and listens to what YOU want!
Moss Studio has the coolest vibe! I went one day to make a custom hat at the hat bar. So fun and I love my hat! Then I went back the next day to get my hair done. Love it! Lauren and her staff are so talented and a ton of fun to visit with. The salon is super cute. I’ll be going back for sure!!!
I have the absolute BEST time at Moss Studios hat bar! Lauren is the sweetest and made our experience even better! We were able to browse the hat selection and try things on! We then were able to pick out different things to decorate our hats with! Lauren was there to help if needed and was so knowledgeable about all her products! Definitely recommend for parties, work events and just to treat yourself!!

My coworkers and I did the hat bar at Moss Studio and it was so much fun! We each got to pick out our own hat and decorate it how we wanted. The space is so cute and clean! Whether you want a more western looking hat or a more boho look, they have you covered! This would be such a great space to rent for a bridal suite to get ready at, too! 😍 Definitely check them out, you won’t regret it!
Lauren did such a beautiful job on my wedding hair and makeup! After showing her multiple photos of what I was picturing, she was able to take different elements from each photo and bring my vision to life. It was exactly what I wanted, and I am so happy that I chose Lauren! My bridesmaids and I all received multiple compliments on our hair and makeup, and we had such a fun time getting ready the day of the wedding. I cannot recommend Lauren enough!
Lauren did an awesome job on my hair and eye makeup! My hair style was perfect and lasted all day and my eye makeup was awesome! Lauren was easy to work with and was always quick to make any changes I needed!
I loved working with Jordyn and the rest of the Belle Shea team! I don't often have my hair and makeup done so I was a little concerned about finding someone who help me find a look where I still looked like "me" on the wedding day and not overly made-up. The first thing that impressed me was the speed with which Jordyn responded to all of my messages and questions. When I showed up for my hair and makeup trial I showed Jordyn a few pictures on my phone and she created a look that I absolutely loved in what seemed like no time at all. The rest of my party also loved the hairstyles and makeup that were recommended by the stylists and everyone looked amazing at the wedding. Thanks again Jordyn and crew for making everything so easy!
Lauren at Belle Shea Salon did my hair and makeup as well as my bridesmaids hair and makeup for my wedding one month ago. Her and her staff were AMAZING! They were right on time, got everyone’s hair and makeup done, and made the hair and makeup process really fun for myself and all my girls! And best of all, we all looked BEAUTIFUL. Jordyn did an absolute amazing job on my hair for my wedding back in May 2018. She and her partner were very professional, laid back, and fun to be around. I had showed Jordyn a few pictures of some styles I liked in my trial and she was able to create exactly what I was looking for. My bridesmaids, mom, and mother in law, also loved their hair. I was so glad to have someone who listened to what I was looking for but also who was comfortable and didn't add any stress to the day! I would definitely recommend Jordyn and Belle Shea Salon for wedding hair needs!
Went to Belle Shea for my wedding party and I to get our hair done. I had never heard of them but after attending a friends wedding and loving how she did her hair I she said she had gotten it done there. The staff was fantastic! The trial was great with only minor tweaks for the actual wedding day. All of the stylists were professional and gracious. I let my bridesmaids pick their own updo and the results for both of them was stunning! Amber talked me into having a few tendrils of hair down in the front for photos and I'm SO GLAD I did! My hair held up great, we never had to add a bobby pin and it never felt like was falling out or not secured. The style was exactly what I wanted it looks great in the photos. Belle Shea is now where I get my hair done regularly and I've always loved the way they do it. As a bride who has used them I would definitely recommend!
Hands down, the best salon you could choose! Lauren and the girls made sure everyone loved their hair and makeup. My hair and makeup was better than anything I could have ever found on Pinterest. If you're looking for you and your girls to feel pampered and beautiful on your special day, Belle Shea is the one!
I had the absolute worst experience at this salon! NEVER go to Belle Shea! I would give 0 stars but it doesn’t allow you to select less than one. I went in for a make up trial for my wedding and left crying. I looked like I was going to Halloween party. I can’t believe she let me leave looking so terrible. The girl didn’t even have the foundation color to match my skin and settled for a much lighter color and I looked ghostly. I kept telling her that the makeup looked caked on and she wouldnt do anything to fix it. I asked for pink blush and she didn’t have any. My eyebrows were uneven and eyes looked terrible. Called the owner to refund and she refused to make right the situation. She blamed me for the way her makeup artist applied the make up. I went in trusting that I was working with a professional and she was far from it.
Jordyn and her staff were amazing for my wedding! From my hair trial to the day of the wedding, Jordyn was attentive to detail and very communicative. All of my bridesmaids, my mom, and mother in law all loved their hair! The girls made the day stress free and relaxed. I would highly recommend them for any wedding day hair needs!!
Lauren and her team were beyond amazing! I booked with Lauren well in advance and it was so wonderful to have it as something marked off my list so early in the wedding planning process. Even the process of signing the contract was so easy! Lauren performed my hair and make up trial and I was in love! I even used her salon the day before (day of rehearsal dinner) to get a blow out with one of my bridesmaids. They were oh so kind! They even corrected my over toned blonde hair so it didn't show up as purple! They did this for free and I was so impressed with service and how awesome my hair looked afterwards. The day of the wedding was more than stellar! Lauren and her team finished ahead of schedule, showed up early and made it so fun for us all! Lauren was so patient with our photographer and videographer throughout the day (they kept getting in her way) but she didn't show it bothered her. She even made a few changes to my hair day of as my mind had slightly changed from the day of my trial. Lauren and her team are the best! I would recommend her to anyone!
I’d been going to Belle Shea for about 9 months prior to my wedding, and I am so glad that they do my hair on a regular basis and that they were there for my special day! Amber quickly understood the look that I was going for during my trial, and on the day of it turned out even better. She stayed around for a while after my hair was done to look at it from all angles, adjust as needed, and make sure it was secure. It stayed in well all night, through hours of hardcore dancing and celebrating, and was everything I had wanted. Both Amber and Jordyn took time to listen to our desires and concerns and make sure we loved our hair! My one small complaint (and hence the 4 stars vs 5) is that the process to book was mildly confusing, and it was difficult for me to feel confident that everything was set up as it needed to be, but the end results were well worth it. I highly recommend their services!
Lauren and her team did an excellent job the day of our wedding. I couldn't be happier with the hair and makeup. She got us in and out with plenty of time to make it to the venue. The salon itself is also really cute. I would recommend Belle Shea to anyone looking to get married in the Fort Collins area.
After a botched trial with another salon, I was referred to Belle Shea by several people only 2 weeks before my wedding. Allison scheduled me and did a beautiful job on my cut and color, hair trial, and makeup trial. On the day of the wedding, she and Jordan arrived at the venue in Estes Park on time and were very professional. My mom, bridesmaid, and I absolutely loved our hair and makeup! They even spent time fixing my hair comb to fit with my veil so that it would be perfect. My mom and I will continue to go to them for any event and refer them to any and all brides.
I was very happy with how my makeup and hair turned out for my wedding! I would highly recommend Belle Shea Salon to any bride in the Fort Collins area!
Lauren and her girls from Belle Shea did my hair and 8 bridesmaids hair on my wedding day. They were incredibly professional and so fun to hang out with at the house the day of (aka they came to us to help us prep). They listened to each girl's wants and created unique updo's and curled styles to suit each girl. They were sometimes a little hard to coordinate with via email but it was worth the few extra emails to get the beauty and convenience they created on my wedding day
Worked with Jeni for my trial run and day-of wedding hairstyling--she was an absolute delight! I'm not a fan of up-do's and Jeni was able to give me a gorgeous hair-do without looking plain. Worked with Lauren to set everything up. She had great suggestions, but it was difficult to reach her via phone and e-mail.
We used Belle Shea for hair and make-up for our wedding.
I elected to save some money and have our hair and makeup done at the salon instead of at our venue. I am glad we made this decision, as I think it was a little more comfortable for our wedding party than had we done it at our venue. They had water and drinks for us (think tea & coffee), and we were able to have lunch delivered to us while we waited.
Lauren (owner) was a bit hard to get a hold of throughout the process. It would take a bit longer than I would have liked to receive a response from her either by email or by phone, which was hard as I was an out of state bride.
Jeni Moody did my trial hair and makeup, as well as my hair and makeup for the day of my wedding. She did a FANTASTIC job and I was so pleased with the entire process. I highly recommend having her do your hair & makeup.
Jeni & Lauren both did my bridal party's hair and makeup. I only had four girls plus the mother of the groom, so they split us up between the two of them.
The one thing I didn't realize was how long the process would take. We were there from 9am to almost 1pm getting ready.
Other than that I think that they did a fantastic job and I was very happy with the results!
I cannot review the salon’s ability to do hair and makeup as I never got that far, but this rating is for customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I booked Lauren to do my wedding hair and makeup after she came recommended as a more budget-friendly stylist. The communication from her was good to start, but once I signed the wedding contract, she was impossible to get in touch with. I attempted for 3 weeks to schedule a trial run appointment with her. I sent multiple emails (she stated she preferred to communicate with brides this way) and called and left messages at the salon, all of which went unanswered. As our wedding day approached, I finally emailed and told her to cancel my wedding contract so I could find someone else I was sure would actually be there to do my hair and makeup on our wedding day, as she was seeming very unreliable at this point. She immediately responded to that email with all kinds of excuses. She may be slightly less expensive than other places in town, but her lack of communication and the stress it causes in trying to figure out the logistics of your wedding day are SO not worth it.
Everyone said I looked amazing. They made me look and feel amazing on my wedding day and that is how every bride should feel on your wedding day.
They came to our venue and got all the girls ready, they were so timely to make sure that all the girls were done and looked great. They went above and beyond for me as the bride too, making sure they had everything perfect and the way I wanted! Leslie is who did my hair and makeup and would HIGHLY recommend her.
I booked Lauren & the girls of Belle Shea for my wedding on 11.29 in Estes Park. Even during our initial conversations, Lauren was very professional in hearing about my wedding and ideas, as well as realistically letting me know what to expect. I gave her a tall order to get 20 ladies ready on the day of my wedding day. 15 of which, I wanted ready by noon. Hair and makeup trial went smoothly, & was exactly as I had envisioned. Lauren came prepared the morning of the wedding, with a plan in place to get all of my ladies ready by picture time, & she delivered! Everyone was photo ready & looked absolutely gorgeous. Lauren, Kaitlin, Krysta, & Leslie were all not only professional and so nice, but they are so talented! They also use top of the line products. I may be a little biased, but I think it was some of the best wedding hair/makeup I have ever seen. I am happy to share pictures with any potential brides. I would recommend any of these ladies for any services needed! Thank you SO MUCH Lauren, Kaitlin, Krysta, & Leslie! You ladies rock! :)
I absolutely loved my hair and make-up for my July 2013 wedding. Lauren and Melissa came out to our wedding venue and gave me the wedding look I've always wanted. My bridesmaids were stunning for our big day and had a great time getting ready! Lauren and Melissa fit right in to our morning of hair, make-up, and mimosas! They are both extremely personable and helped make our special day, even more special! I've continued going to Belle Shea for other services and they have even done my hair and make-up for other events I've attended. Love, love, love these girls!
I found Lauren & Belle Shea Salon through Papermoon Weddings for my vow renewal - and was so, so happy! First of all, one of the things I really wanted for my big day was to have hair & makeup done at our home, and I was so pleased Lauren travels!! Secondly, I was impressed with Lauren's attention to detail & her follow up...she called me a couple times from when I booked until my day to make sure everything was still good as scheduled & to confirm my friends/family who also booked hair & makeup. It helped keep me organized:) Thirdly, I really loved Lauren's personality - she's fun, bubbly, chatted lots with my friends & family, and made everyone feel totally at home. Lastly, my hair & makeup was PERFECT. I have never felt more beautiful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Oh - and also - I had Novalash eyelash extensions (?) done at Belle Shea a few weeks later & have been very happy with them. Overall, a professional well run salon!

She is a national educator for L'Oreal Professionnel, educating for the pioneering company of hair color and hairdressing education. Lauren Shea has worked on models for the runway at New York and London Fashion Weeks with her specialties are in blondes, balayage color corrections, hand tied hair extensions, styling, and wedding hair & makeup services. he has worked on over 300 weddings during her career and her work has been featured expansively.
