I cannot say enough amazing things about Casey! I immediately felt a connection with Casey on our first call. Leading up to the wedding she was immensely helpful by telling me her preferred vendors and putting my mind at ease about the decisions I had already made. The two months before the wedding Casey handled everything. If I got an email from a vendor I didn’t have an answer for I would just forward it to Casey and she would handle it! She perfected my timeline for the day and made sure everything leading up to the wedding was planned perfectly and all of my vendors were on the same page. Then on the day of the wedding Casey went above and beyond making our day perfect! Truthfully, I don’t even know all that she did behind the scenes! She was 100 steps ahead the entire day! If a problem arose she quickly fixed it. My dress had a problem with the boning and she had 3 potential solutions for me. She kept the timeline the entire day, she made sure family photos went smoothly (which is no easy task), and she communicated with all of the vendors to make sure my vision came to life. I am so grateful for Casey for making my wedding day run perfectly!! I would recommend Casey over and over and over again!!

She was absolutely incredible in the lead up to our wedding- no question was too big or too small! As we got closer, our regular calls felt like therapy sessions! I always felt better after talking to her.
No matter how great your venue is- trust me you NEED her!! There is so much that goes into the day before getting to the venue and we truly couldn’t have done it without her (and this is coming from a bride with no bridal party and under 100 person wedding)
Case was truly gifted at anticipating our needs before we event felt them. Beyond all that shes just an incredible person, a joy to be around, my friends and family were just as obsessed with her as we were!!
Hiring her was the BEST decision we made and any bride who gets to have her as part of their day is truly so lucky!!

Casey was a literal god-sent on my wedding day. She is your personal best friend, she thinks and moves for you. She takes charge allowing your day to unfold exactly as planned without any hiccups. When I needed a minute to breathe, she was there. When I needed lipstick, she had it out to reapply. If there was a slight issue, she found a solution and I never even knew about it. I could not recommend her enough. Even before wedding day, she creates a timeline for the day, ensures every vendor arrives timely, and gathers all the paperwork from vendors. She does the ground work for you. There will never be enough words to thank her for everything she did for my husband and I on our wedding day. I would book her without hesitation 1000000 times over! Every bride needs her.
I found out about Most Valuable Bridesmaid through an NJ bride group and searching on here and I am forever grateful for that!! My husband and I were looking for a day of coordinator, and MVB does that and more. We were lucky enough to have Casey, the founder of MVB, as our coordinator and she truly must be some kind of amazing superhuman! In the months leading up to the wedding we had occasional check ins, then in the two months leading up to the wedding we had more frequent contact with Casey and we worked with her and she reached out to our vendors. As we got closer, my husband and I were stressed but every time we got off the phone with Casey we felt ourselves relax because we knew she had it all together! Since our wedding was mostly DIY, Casey was with us all day bouncing between ensuring we were okay, getting vendors settled, and setting up all of our ceremony and reception decor. She took great care and made sure our vision was executed to perfection! I have a hard time delegating tasks and trusting others with this kind of thing, but Casey made it so easy because I could tell she is a perfectionist. Aside from all that, Casey is just a truly friendly and caring person. She gave great pep talks, made sure my husband and I had drinks and food all day/night, and I imagine dealt with a bunch of annoying things that I don't even know about because she was so great at shielding us from stress that day! I truly don't know if we would have had as an amazing of a day if it were not for her. We love Casey and will be recommending her to every nearlywed couple we know!
WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?! In the beginning of my wedding planning process, I was unsure whether or not I really needed a wedding planner, but boy was I wrong; hiring MVB was one of the BEST decisions I made when it came to my wedding. From the first time I talked to Casey until the day I met her in person, she made me feel like I had known her forever, and made the wedding planning process so seamless. She was so organized, knew every single question to ask me in preparation for our wedding, and executed everything perfectly for our big day! She had our timeline, decor, vendors, etc organized so well, and I can't tell you how many times i referenced everything she put together for us! Casey and Lily thought of everything imaginable that you just don't think of as a bride, and made our day as perfect as could be. If you're not using Casey and her team, you're doing it all wrong! Thank you Casey for being you, and for keeping me cool, calm, and collected during the whole planning process and on our wedding! The best decision throughout my entire wedding planning process! I am so happy that I decided to use MVB. Casey was super helpful in the months & days leading up to the wedding. The hand off to the specific day of coordinator I worked with, Tara, was seamless. Casey truly works so hard & does all the grunt work & it really is a major stress reliever. On the day of, Tara was the biggest help, ever. She kept both the girls & guys on schedule all day & was there to help with anything we needed! She seriously worked so hard with us all & did it all with a smile! MVB will be a decision you won’t regret! :)
LIFESAVER. We cannot speak highly enough of Casey and her company. We met with her leading up to our day and she kept everything so organized and made everything go so smoothly day of. She was there to organize every decor detail we had, keep everyone on track and time, and make us feel calm throughout the day. She assisted us greatly during pictures to give cues, help with taking on and off a shawl I had, and really go above and beyond to make everything perfect. If you are looking for a day of coordinator, there is no one better we would recommend!

I looked into hiring a day-of-coordinator after reading some discouraging reviews of our venue. I thought it would help put my nerves at ease to have a person designated to handle some of the logistics of the day.
Through several phone calls, Casey gathered all the information she needed to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. She helped to create a detailed master timeline, coordinate all the vendors, and outline everything needed for our big day. She was so friendly, positive, and easy to work with. Her communication and attention to detail definitely helped me feel more prepared and less anxious leading up to the wedding day.
On the day of the wedding, Mary was our "MVB." She came in with a positive attitude and was attentive to my needs at every moment, handling all the little things that came up throughout the day. Mary made sure that all of our decor was set up according to plan and kept us on track, ensuring our photos, ceremony, and reception went smoothly. She also took pictures throughout the day, which were so nice to look at the day after!
The calm, organized, and enthusiastic energy both Casey and Mary brought to the event was much appreciated and I would highly recommend them to any future brides.
Casey was absolutely incredible helping me prepare and get everything in order the weeks leading up to my wedding. She frequently checked in with weekly phone calls to touch base and jumped right in to help with anything I needed. Nicole was with me on my wedding day and she was the most perfect person I could have ever asked for to be by my side all day. Nicole was extremely warm, friendly, and made it so obvious that she cared. She helped navigate all of my vendors, was my right hand person all day, and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing ok! Sometimes you just need someone there to recognize when you’re overwhelmed and need a minute and Nicole was that person. She truly felt like an extended part of my family and my entire wedding party and parents loved her. She helped coordinate everything and any little thing that went wrong she intercepted and fixed it before I even noticed. I HIGHLY recommend MVB as my entire experience with them was better than I could have ever hoped for. They are professional, diligent, hardworking, caring, kindhearted, and make it SO clear that they have your back and will support you in every way possible. 10000000/10 experience with MVB!

MVB was truly SO amazing! Casey was incredible to work with from Day 1 - she knew all the right questions to ask to make sure no detail was missed, and she made me feel so much less anxious and stressed, especially in those last few weeks before the wedding day. Her final timeline was a work of art, and I truly appreciated how she took the reins in communicating with all of our vendors. And our MVB, Grace, was such a superstar! From pulling a Tide stick out of thin air to get rid of a small stain on my dress, to making sure my veil was placed perfectly, to spritzing me with perfume and reapplying my makeup, even placing all of our decor and getting the reception venue ready -- words cannot describe how invaluable she was on our wedding day! Our wedding went off without a hitch, and it was truly thanks to Grace. She was calm, cool, and collected, and she did an amazing job of hyping me up right before I walked down the aisle. My biggest recommendation for any couple planning a wedding is to hire a day-of coordinator, and if you're in the NYC/NJ area, look no further than MVB!
Brides, you need to hire MVB! My wedding day was perfectly seamless and I know this is because of Casey and Kristin. Kristin was the fairy godmother I did not know I needed on my wedding day. When I look back on my perfect day and remember just how perfect it was, it’s all because of Casey and Kristin.
My venue came with a coordinator, but as a very type A bride, I knew we wanted someone there for peace of mind if anything outside of their control (like transportation) went awry and I am so glad we hired Casey. Not only was she fun and a total hype woman to be around, she took care of so many small details before I even had to ask. We started working with her two months out and she worked on a timeline with me, did all of the vendor outreach and insurance reminders, and was non-stop with us day of, helping with everything from making sure decor was set up per our instructions to holding any items we needed, steaming dresses, and coordinating our party before the ceremony. Would hire her again in a heartbeat!
Book your venue and then immediately book Casey. She called me 2 minutes ahead of our scheduled consultation time and I was sold. My mom and I are both type A and had a vision for my wedding, so we knew a full-service planner wasn't right for our needs. I can't stress enough, though, the importance of having Casey for the last mile of planning and to call the shots day-of. She sewed my mom into her dress, found solutions for last-minute decor, and somehow kept us on schedule when other vendors went awry with timelines. Not to mention I received a 200-item album of BTS pictures and videos which was such a fun bonus! Her value for exceptional level of service is off the charts. Look no further.
I am not sure there are enough words to describe how amazing (and fun) working with Casey is...5 stars does not do her justice! I wish I could give Casey endless stars. There is no way to imagine this day without her. I was obsessed from the first phone call. From the moment she picked up my dress to saying goodbye (which you’ll literally be sad about) her and Katie became my right hands. As someone who runs the show normally, it was so nice to be able to turn my brain off and just be a bride. From making sure every hair was in place during photos, to make sure my dress was placed properly, to making my decor vision come to life and then some, to bustling me, to doing a last minute steam of my dress to climbing into LEAVES to get my mom’s glasses she dropped from our suite balcony…I truly could go on and on. This woman is a machine while also being so kind, warm and everything I needed on our big day. My husband was even singing her praises and could not have been more impressed. Casey and Katie fit so seamlessly into the day. I miss them! I love my girls, but Casey is truly the most valuable bridesmaid. Don’t walk RUN! and book this fabulous team!
Our day-of coordinator, Grace, was truly a lifesaver and exceeded all expectations. From the moment she stepped in, everything flowed seamlessly. She was on top of every single detail, which gave us total peace of mind. She coordinated with each vendor, ensuring they arrived on time, knew exactly where they needed to be, and had everything they required. Her proactive communication with vendors kept everyone on the same page, and she didn’t miss a beat.
What really impressed us was how she handled unexpected challenges. Whether it was a last-minute weather change or an issue with the setup, she took care of it all calmly and efficiently, putting me at ease. Her quick thinking and professionalism saved the day multiple times.

If I could, I would give Casey and my day of coordinator, Kristin, WAY more than 5 stars. They were truly lifesavers both leading up to my wedding and on the day of. Casey helped organize everything and communicated with my vendors the weeks leading up to the wedding. And Kristin allowed me to feel at ease and relaxed the entire day. My bridal party and family have not stopped raving about her. Not only did she help me feel stress free, she also allowed my family to do the same. They knew they could trust Kristin to handle all the little details and made sure things ran smoothly. To always having my lip gloss on hand, to helping our flower girl and ring bearer down the aisle, she did it all and more! I knew I would need help leading up to the wedding just organizing and managing vendors, timeline etc. and I was lucky enough to find MVB! Casey not only helped me feel organized weeks before the wedding but chased down all the little things still needed, managed any little bump in the road etc. What I didn’t anticipate was the gem she’d be the day of! Theres so much going on the day of but having her there was priceless! She took on making sure everything went smoothly from photos to lipgloss in between, to getting the place cards set at the tables! MVB was the MVP of our wedding day!! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Casey as my day of coordinator and she truly put my mind at ease throughout the day, whether it was making sure I had water, handling the final vendor payments, setting up details at the reception or even putting on my lipgloss, she was always one step ahead. She truly allowed me to enjoy my wedding and not stress over little things because I knew she had everything taken care of without me having to ask. As brides, we spend so much time planning that it’s so important to sit back and enjoy everything we planned without stress and Casey allowed for that to happen. Leading up to the wedding, she managed all the timelines and coordination with my vendors to make sure they were on the same page whether it was timelines or last minute details. Her energy is so positive and she is an absolute joy to be around, making the day even more special! Who doesn’t want a hype girl on your wedding day?! A day of coordinator is absolutely a necessity on your wedding day and NO ONE does it better than MVB! I can’t recommend them enough! They truly made my wedding perfect and I couldn’t have done it without Casey and the MVB team.
I wish I could give Casey 10 stars. From leading up to our wedding day to the day of, Casey was incredibly professional and supportive throughout the process. She helped the day run so smoothly, and I as the bride, I had to only worry about showing up. She made sure my vendors were all set where they needed to be, and really understood my vibe. She was so communicative and absolutely wonderful to work with. She was on top of everything and I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. I keep making the joke- I need a Casey for my every day life and if I could hire her again just to coordinate my life, I would. 10/10 would recommend to any of my friends who are getting engaged/married soon. Also! She took behind the scenes photos which is great while I waited for my photography previews to be ready which was such an added bonus.

Booking Casey was the best decision I made throughout wedding planning. I wasn't sure if I needed a day-of-coordinator since my venue a planner, but Casey took everything to the next level. There were 100 random things that I didn't have to think about or deal with because Casey was always 5 steps ahead. We are still in awe of her and her giant backpack full of everything under the sun. My only regret is not having her stay with me longer!
My wedding would not have been the same without Casey and Lily! Casey came to my house the Thursday before my wedding to pick up ALL my decor to bring to my venue since my venue wouldn’t let me drop it off earlier than the morning of the wedding. Casey & Lily physically held me & my dress/veil up as I walked through rocky & rumbled pathways to take my photos. They made sure we ate and grabbed us food from our cocktail hour to eat in private. I didn’t have to worry about single vendor. They were even able to get a stain out of my dress! They made sure we got every picture we wanted and even during our family portraits noticed I started to get a little overwhelmed from all the standing and being a little hot. They paused the photos for a break, grabbed me a water, and we sat for a little. It made ALL the difference. They also touched up my makeup the entire day. Along with making sure our day ran smoothly, Casey made sure the month leading up to it ran smoothly as well! They were beyond kind & helpful. I cannot recommend them enough!!!!!! They deserve all the business in the world - every bride should hire them if you want your day to go smoothly! The attendant from the venue IS NOT ENOUGH!
I went back and forth on whether or not I needed a DOC, since I planned everything and had a lot of trust in Fox Hollow for day of. With some extra budget, I booked MVB and it was hands down the best decision I made for myself. After my initial call with Casey and hearing her say google drive / excel, I was sold. She is so personable and you feel like you've known her for forever. She stays on top of your timeline, reaches out to vendors, and confirms all the little details you honestly don't know about or want to be bothered with. Her support starts 2 months out which is when you start to become really in the thick of the final stages of wedding planning. Casey is truly amazing. My actual day of coordinator was Grace, and she was a true angel. I texted Casey that everyone needs a Grace on their wedding day. Any time I needed something, she was right there. She made sure that everything went as planned and was there for me every step of the way. They are such a great, professional and fun team, absolutely book MVB.
Book MVB right now!! This was the best decision I made hands down for my wedding. A friend referred them to me after she had the best experience with them and she was more than right! Casey was so professional and on top of everything during the planning process. I did not have another planner so she put me at so much ease with her planning tools and detailed timelines. We had various calls well before the wedding to go through everything. Casey literally gave birth and had a call with us a few days later (I did say we should push it back lol) just to make sure everything was set for our big day. Casey made a smooth transition to another team member Erin for the day of and Erin was a literal life savor that day. She came that day ready to go and had everything in order. She was there for us each step of the day and organized everything for us and with the venue. Anything I could have possibly needed that day (tide to go, deodorant), she immediately had ready to go. I had no stress the day of because I knew Erin was handling everything - getting people in order, making sure we stuck to the timeline, you name it and she was doing it. Even during it all she was taking pictures and shared some awesome candid moments with us. On top of it all Casey and Erin are great people and so sweet. Overall would highly recommend anyone at this company because they are so professional, organized, and will make you feel at ease!
Hiring most valuable bridesmaid is by far the best decision we made during the wedding planning process. Casey's professionalism is unmatched. She makes you feel like a friend from your first conversation and for someone with a little issue with control she put my mind at ease. Our wedding day was beyond perfect and I am so thankful MVB was there. Hayley was our coordinator for the day and she was punctual, efficient, and so personable. She made sure everything we wanted was executed perfectly. As we were doing photos the shot list got away from us and Hayley popped right over to make sure we were happy because she knew there was a list. I truly could go on and on about this company. I will be recommending them to any bride that asks. I felt my wedding day was a dream come true and I am so thankful I had Hayley there.

I would book MVB 100 times over for our wedding if I could. There are no words to describe how amazing they were on the day of the wedding AND the weeks leading up to our big day. Casey is truly an angel- she made everything seamless and mindless in the stressful weeks leading up. She took care of communication with my vendors, creating the timeline for the day, gathering COI's from vendors, etc. On our wedding day, I didn't have to stress about anything and neither did my MOH's/bridesmaids. The girls were on top of everything- timeline, other vendors, helping with my dress, reapplying my lipstick, fanning me, and even keeping me hydrated. However, most importantly, they kept me relaxed so I can enjoy every moment. Even my friends said they have never seen me more relaxed and I owe that all to MVB! Cannot recommend them enough. Take this as a sign to book them for your special day, you will not regret it!
Wow, I don’t even know where to begin. I was one of those brides that thought she could do it all and handle every little detail myself. I believe I achieved that during the planning process, but on the day-of… it’s a whole different ball game. I worked with Casey during the 2 month mark and she was absolutely amazing! Not only is she such a kind person, but I felt like we were on the same page about everything the entire time, which eased all of my stress. Grace and Maeve (aka LIFESAVERS) were my coordinators for the day of the wedding and they made my special day as smooth as can be. Any little hiccup was solved in a matter of minutes. Their help also allowed my bridal party and mom relax and enjoy the day instead of stressing over things. If you’re thinking about booking MVB, don’t think just do it!!!

I'm not sure where to even begin with a review for MVB and Casey. As a person who was not sure if I even needed a day of coordinator, I would say that booking Casey was the greatest thing I've ever done during the wedding process. This is not only for her being my rock leading up to the wedding and on the day of but also for being able to meet one of the most genuine, sweetest, badass people ever. I am now lucky to know her. I am pretty type A so I knew I wanted to take a breather on the day of so I wasn't driving myself crazy, not only did Casey show up after having a bad night but she was everyone's MVP and MVB. She made sure everyone was where they needed to be, handled any stresses that came our way and made sure I was taken care of. During the process and last month leading up to the big day, she was on top of all of the vendors making sure they knew the time lines and had all the information they needed to make the day run as smoothly as it did! Book MVB, you won't regret it!!
Grace and Casey were amazing from the start and even after the wedding was over! I am a very organized person and I still felt I needed someone else to ensure our day went smoothly. They went over every detail with me many times leading up to our big day and helped put my mind at ease. My now husband didn’t think we needed a day of coordinator at first, but knew it was important to me so we hired MVB. On the day of the wedding, he thanked Grace and realized/appreciated how much she was doing! If you’re questioning if you should have MVB on your team, just to it! You WON’T regret it :)
Casey was absolutely AMAZING! The services provided were so much more than just being there on the day of my wedding. Two months before the big day, Casey began creating a personalized timeline based on the contracts I had with my booked vendors. She reviewed everything minute by minute, confirming all details and needs with my vendors, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. Casey even asked me questions I hadn't thought about, from ceremony send-off ideas to other small details. Her help was invaluable in making sure we had all bases covered and didn't miss any details.
On the day of the wedding, Casey and her assistant, Lili, were my cheerleaders, decorators, assistants, coordinators, emergency contacts, and so much more. They helped me get dressed, gathered all of the details for the photographer to take photos of, steamed all of my bridesmaids' dresses, and made sure everyone followed the timeline. They coordinated with vendors, prepared the ceremony line-up, and ensured the decor was perfectly placed. They were instrumental in bringing my wedding vision to life, and I couldn’t have done it without them! Let me start by saying, I am 1000% bias in this review. I am an MVB myself but still knew how much I needed my own on my wedding day. Casey was my go to for every decision I made in the planning process and kept her MVB hat on all day while 10 months pregnant and serving as MOH , but I specifically wanted to share my amazing experience having Grace and Erin by my side all day. Any bride who is lucky enough to have them on their day is beyond lucky. Grace was there for me and all my girls from getting ready to leaving the church and I didn’t think or stress about ONE thing once she was there to take control. Erin was at the venue before I even got there and she was my MVB ninja, by my side for every photo and a second later lighting some of the 500+ candles in the reception and a second later helping me reapply my lipstick. She shielded me from 100s of questions from the venue and the day went by without one hiccup. I knew how grateful I’d be for having these amazing girls on the day but until you experience it as a bride yourself it’s better than you could ever imagine. I love being an MVB and can’t wait to continue being there for every single bride I get to work for just like Grace and Erin and Casey were there for me. Love you girls!!!!!
Best decision ever booking MVB for my wedding. Casey worked with me leading up to the big day and eased all my worries!!! Carla & Nicole were amazing to have by my side. They were always in arms reach and ready to fix me up right then and there. These girls are so sweet, passionate, and helpful. My husband and I had a very large bridal party but thanks to these amazing girls, everything from start to finish was smooth sailing. I truly don’t know how our wedding would’ve been without them. 10/10!!!! Couldn’t reccomend them more.
I would recommend Most Valuable Bridesmaid 1000 times over. We worked closely with Casey for months before the wedding. We had a DIY venue but Casey eased all of our worries. Casey and her crew worked SO hard on our wedding day. From making sure our venue did all they promised, to making sure we stayed on the timeline and getting me ready, to making sure all the vendors were where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, to touching up my hair and makeup throughout the day. Even preventing a black paint casualty on my dress from happening. I cannot say enough good things about all they did. She even captured some pictures that I’m using now as I wait for my pictures from the photographer. If you’re at all thinking of hiring a planner or day of coordinator, make sure you reach out to Casey and her crew! Our day was so smooth and so perfect because of the most valuable bridesmaid. I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. They did so much for me it’s hard to even put into words everything. BOOK THEM, THEY WILL BE YOUR EASIEST AND BEST VENDOR!
I recommend MVB to all of my friends who are getting married. My sister hired Casey for her wedding first and she really made my maid of honor experience much more relaxed and gave me the ability to be fully present with my sister. After that, I knew I had to hire her for my own wedding and to say we are happy we did is an understatement. She was there for me through every step of the day - checking that things were set up as discussed in the ceremony and reception areas, coordinating all of the vendors and deliveries, helping me in and out of my dress, making sure I was eating and drinking because I asked her to but not being pushy, and the list goes on and that’s not even including the phone calls leading up to our wedding day. We had one issue with our transportation stops and she fixed it before I even knew about it. She is truly a professional and I don’t think the day would have gone as smoothly without Casey there. She feels like part of the family now! If you’re on the fence, you won’t regret hiring MVB!

She's detail-oriented, a calming presence, and truly exceptional at the planning process. On the big day, we worked with Grace. Grace was AMAZING - She was literally my saving Grace. Grace helped us with SO much. There are countless examples where she provided us with support - She kept us on-time. She kept photos with extended family moving. She helped my mom & I get dressed. She held up my veil when it kept getting stuck to the concrete. She sewed my bridesmaid's dress when it ripped. The list goes on & on. We don't know how we could've done it without her! At first I did not think I wanted a day of coordinator since I loved the wedding planning process. However, after my mom convinced me to move in this direction, I am SO glad I listened. Most Valuable Bridesmaids was such an amazing addition to our wedding day. We began speaking with Casey about 2-3 months before our wedding day. She would write emails for us and follow up with vendors when necessary. Before our big day, we also met with her sister, Nicole, who was with us the day of. They both kept our day moving in the right direction and helped everyone! Having MVB truly helped me relax on the wedding day and enjoy every single moment!

The 5 star reviews say enough for this company but I would be amiss if I didn’t leave a review for the person who kept the day flowing! Casey is incredible, not only is she personable but she knows her stuff. She would answer my psychotic texts at all hours of the day. Casey did all the vendor outreach, organizing and planning before wedding day. On wedding day, she was on the go for us all day. She handled thousands of dollars, got 20+ people from A to B, and made sure I remained flawless and calm. MVB isn’t something that should be optional - you definitely need a DOC if you want your day to run smoothly. No matter how type A and organized you are beforehand, on wedding day, you simply cannot do some of the things that Casey did for us! Highly highly recommended.
Casey was by FAR the best investment I spent for my wedding day. From the first phone call I had with her I knew she was god sent. Helping organize all the vendors and all the extra coordination took such a huge stress load off me throughout the process. Wedding day she absolutely killed it from helping organize the flow and time line of the day and keeping me sane. Taking pictures outside I somehow managed to get black and grey paint alllll over my dress ad vail, she kept me SO calm and somehow was able to get a majority of it off, I am still in awe how she managed that! She also went back and forth from the venue to the hotel/ after party venue through out the night to make sure everything was in order. She kept my husband and I's drinks flowing all night long. When we went back to the venue the next day, she had everything boxed up perfectly. I 100% know my day would not have been nearly as perfect with out Casey. YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!!
My partner and I booked MVB for month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding. They really do live up to the hype. In the month or so leading up to our wedding, Casey set up frequent check-ins with us to make sure selections were firmed up and to help confirm and coordinate with our vendors. Casey was always available and flexible, which was much appreciated with my crazy work schedule. Our day-of coordinator Erin really impressed us with her dedication, dependability, and organization. She really helped us manage the morning craziness and was super flexible when we asked for her help with some last-minute tasks. We are so glad we had her to solve the little problems that came up and keep us punctual.
We worked with Casey for our 12/16/23 wedding. Casey was exceptional through the entire planning process and we could not imagine preparing for our wedding day with out her. She was exceptionally organized, professional and charismatic. She went above and beyond as it came to coordinating with our vendors, building our timeline and making sure we had all our details set ahead of time. Day of, there was nothing we were worried about going off schedule or missing.
Day of we worked with Kristen on Casey's team and she was the best addition to our day. She picked up right where we left off with Casey and the transition was seamless. Her energy, professionalism and organization was exactly what we needed.
Let me start off by saying Casey is an actual angel in human wedding planner form. MVB was the absolute best vendor I hired for our wedding and I would hire her over and over and over again. When I was looking for a DOC, I primarily wanted someone to assist with the loose ends and smaller details that I wouldn't be aware of since I had never planned a wedding before. Casey did that and so much more. The coordinator that came with our venue was nice but she just didn't see my vision, understand our expectations for the timeline or make me and my fiancé feel secure in what the day was going to look like overall. I shared this with Casey and without skipping a beat she assured me that she had our backs and was on the same page as us.
Every call we had leading up to the day further proved how much we needed a DOC. We ironed out everything necessary for the timeline, the decor and coordinating other vendors. On the actual day, Casey helped us get ready, heated up food for snacks, made sure our drinks were filled, pressed the girl's dresses, and so much more. She assisted the photographers in making sure all of our details were prepped and together to be photographed. Carried my train wherever I walked, applied my lipstick when I needed a touch up. Honestly, you name it, she had already done it or was willing to. I cannot thank Casey and MVB for how much they did to make our wedding amazing. She was truly the best vendor we booked and I highly recommend her services.

Our day of coordinator was Casey from Most Valuable Bridesmaid and honestly I don’t know what we would have done without her. I don’t know how she was able to do all that she did but boy am I glad she did. She never sat still for a minute. We started working with Casey three months out from our wedding getting the final details settled. Casey handled vendor emails for us as well as any phone calls that needed to be made. On the day of Casey arrived at 11:00 am and got right to work. She steamed bridesmaid dresses, brought lunch to the grooms hotel suite and handled every minor detail you could think of while at the hotel getting ready. She helped with photos and actually even wound up driving us to the wedding venue when there was a scheduling miscommunication with our shuttle. At the venue Casey decorated our ceremony and reception room. Casey was truly nonstop. From scrubbing my dress with dish soap after I walked through a bit of mud to sewing the grooms tux buttons back on after they fell off seconds before the ceremony, Casey did it all. I wish that I could have more excuse to work with Casey because she was truly amazing and we loved her!
