She helped the bridal party get into their dresses, and worked with the photographer to make sure all bridal party members and photo "props" were in place when needed. When I was having wardrobe malfunctions with my dress before my reception, she was also there for me and helping me get food and stay hydrated, which I of course appreciated. r on their promises to us, so Grace stepped up to the plate to do WAY more than she should have had to the day of our wedding. When I got to The Art Factory, she was in the bridal suite setting things up for me. She told me that if I needed anything, to text her and she would be right over. Every time I reached out to her, she showed up instantaneously. Sometimes I would just think about her and she'd show up! While I was getting ready, Grace was doing all of the hard work! She was in the ceremony space tying cushions to all 150 chairs, putting programs out, decorating, cleaning, coordinating with my vendors, making sure my husband and the groomsmen were ok, and constantly checking in on me. When my venue put a broken chair at our sweetheart table and I almost fell on my face, Grace was there to immediately take the chairs away and replace them so I wouldn't get hurt. When my guests had to find out themselves that our venue didn't have a trash can in the women's bathroom, Grace ran to go get us one from another room. She made sure I had cold water when I was getting warm, fanned me with a paper plate, and made sure I was ok. Grace did everything in her power to make sure that the day went smoothly and that we were happy and I cannot thank her enough for saving my wedding day! My guests still talk about how great she was even 2 weeks after the wedding. Thank you!!!

Also, she was such a genuine person that it felt like having a friend there instead of a coordinator. We had a large bridal party and she kept everyone in line and made sure pictures got done accordingly. For Monday, we had a BBQ, where Casey assisted us with the party. She did everything from set-up, clean-up, serving food, etc. She was a delight to be around and was very calm and sweet. She also did a great job of cleaning up and keeping things organized without making guests feel like they needed to leave. I 100000% recommend them to anyone and everyone.

She was one step ahead of me every time and I love that about her. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. I am so upset that my wedding is over, it’s only been 36 hours and I already miss her! She was the only day of coordinator I reached out to after stumbling upon a couple recommendations for her as a DOC and I’m so happy I found her. She was in charge of all of the decor and setup of our backyard, got me dressed, made executive decisions when necessary, magically erased stains from my dress, and came with me to church to make sure I got down the aisle looking fresh and feeling good. During our outdoor dinner, she was coordinating timelines, managing music, cuing speeches and cake-cutting, and handing out hand warmers. Casey is EXTREMELY detail oriented, and she is an incredibly kind soul. I am so lucky to have met her through this process, and trust me when I say there would not have been a wedding if not for her!! Casey was truly the MVP of the day, and If I could give her 100 stars, I would!!

At the last minute, however, we learned that the venue had booked another party until 4 pm in the same tent that my wedding was being held with guests arriving at 5 pm and with our 40 person plus bridal party and their dates, arriving at 2:30 pm. Realizing that almost 1/2 of my guests would now be showing up at the venue before it was decorated and that the we would only be able to set up the majority of the decorations, during my ceremony, I began to realize that we needed to find a way to make the impossible possible only 2 days before the wedding. That’s when Casey jumped in and saved the day with flying colors. Casey makes the impossible more than possible and does it with talent, style, and grace. Casey has a humongous heart and treats her clients with the same concern and care that she would treat a friend. She doesn’t look at her clients as one of many nameless brides or as paychecks that are welcome to use her services or leave. She treats each of her clients as if they are the most important people in the world and as if their dream was hers. With some TLC she spoke to me about my vision. From that moment on, she handled every last detail, not only of decorating, but of coordinating the vendors, professionally and with perfect precision . On the day of my wedding, by the time I arrived at the venue, she had every last detail executed to perfection, without ever calling me once for direction. Casey arrived at our home that morning and from the moment she arrived, she had everything under control, ensuring our vendors (like the limo, photographer, florist, etc.) and venue were running on schedule. Casey treated our daughters (who were our flower girls) like they were her own and made them feel included all day long. Once we left for our first look photos, Casey headed to our venue to set-up. I cannot thank her enough for making sure every single thing was set-up the way we had hoped, from our hand sanitizers and masks for guests, to floral arrangements, table settings, and dessert table set-up. Our wedding was the first ceremony that was ever held at our venue. Casey worked with the restaurant owner to create a BEAUTIFUL ceremony. I invited my mom on some of our calls and she would regularly check in with my mom to see how we were doing, I mean this is a genuinely good person that is a joy to be around - which is incredibly rare in her industry. On the day of, I thought to myself about 75 times, what would we have done with out her?! My mom and sister were incredibly busy as it was and I didn't have to bother them once. Instead Casey took care of us so we could spend time together. I never looked at a clock, Casey continued to reassure me we were making perfect time and we did down to the minute. In the church after the ceremony, all I wanted was to make sure I got photos with my grandparents. Not only did she make that happen but we continued to stay on time and trust me, my schedule was tight. Did I mention she caught my grandfather from tripping and falling? My friend was a nervous wreck however after meeting Casey and having her put her mind at ease throughout the whole process, my friend raved about her and couldn’t have imagined not having Casey’s help and support! I am so thankful to have met casey and for her all of her help during the most important day of both of their lives. She truly was born to do this and is phenomenal at what she does! had nightmares for a month about how anything can go wrong on the wedding day. Even though Casey was only hired as my Day of Coordinator, she answered all of my questions during my wedding planning process. Whenever we spoke she always tried to calm me down and promised me that everything will be perfect for my special day. And YES! It was perfect!!! There were so many things that could go wrong. My hair and makeup took a little longer and I was running late to arrive to the venue, there was a construction going right in the front of our venue when guests were arriving it was very loud and Casey only had one hour to decor the whole place by herself. I panicked in the cab going to my venue thinking my wedding will be ruined completely. But when I arrived to the venue and saw Casey already arranged everything perfect and ready, I immediately felt relaxed. She was ALWAYS near me to help anything and everything. She fixed my dress, checked on my guests, following up with our scheduled timeline and helped me to pay my vendors. My parents were iffy about me hiring a DOC at first but my Mom ended up complimenting Casey to me ALL DAY how it was the best decision ever. We had a lot of guests that traveled from abroad and there was a language barrier between our guests and the vendors but Casey was not afraid of going out of her way to introduce herself and asking them if they need anything. She even fixed our polaroid cameras when people had troubles. Her rate is SO reasonable. She packed us all our stuff and left when she thought she didn’t have anything else to do so that we won’t be charged extra for her hours. I would recommend Casey to anyone and everyone that’s planning their wedding right now. I honestly can’t imagine my wedding without Casey. It could have been a total disaster. Thank you so much Casey for making my dream wedding come true!

from college spoke about having a coordinator for her wedding CASEY came to my mind immediately and it couldn’t have been a more more perfect bride/bridal party/coordinator match! Everyone was so impressed with Casey from getting ready that morning to the reception. If anyone needed something (lots of double sided tape!) Casey had it in her “Mary Poppins bag” as we called it. Everyone needs Casey for their wedding! The bride was so thankful for what Casey did that day to make sure everything went smooth. friends. Insert @caseyannmck - a childhood friend of mine, who happens to run the most perfect business @mostvaluablebridesmaid . I saw that she offered a “maid of honor” package- where she literally is your right hand woman and helps you plan a bachelorette party. Plan- is an understatement. Casey went ABOVE and beyond what I expected. She made all the phone calls, sent out all the emails, collected all the money. We even had an issue where we had to move resorts from Cabo ➡️ Montego Bay - and the process [which I was dreading] was flawless and transferred within minutes. She also took care of all shuttle services to and from the airport. We had girls flying in at different times, delayed travels- AND day of- Casey was still there ensuring the schedule was set and that all girls made it to the resort carefully. I cannot thank you enough. And I know the girls can also not feel more appreciative for the attentiveness and detail that you provided for everyone! I recommend @mostvaluablebridesmaid to anyone who is getting married- or if you’re like me - and is planning a bachelorette weekend- because it’s a no brainer. Now- my sister is using you for her same day services for her wedding day because she knows you will make it just as flawless, stress free, and fun- as you did for us at #jacsmontegobaych . . You are amazing!

champagne the morning of the wedding and we ran out just before pictures, Casey to the rescue, my mom got to stay with me all morning, no worries at all. During photos for the wedding my husband started to get a headache, with no hesitation we had water, coffee and Casey Just so happens to have her handy bag of anything you could imagine including Advil for him to help his headache. We also left our sharpies for our guest book home that day, don’t worry MVB just happens to have those in her bag of tricks as well! Always prepared for the unexpected. The week leading up to the wedding was hectic but every time I got to talk with Casey I was instantly reassured everything would be fine. All my vendors were contacted and all the loose ends were closed. It was truly my saving grace and gave me the ability to relax and take in the moments during such an amazing time in my life. Casey is a must to have by your side for your special day, she truly makes it that much more special.

go searching. My MOH said she knew someone... Casey. I figured, why not? I'll reach out to her. We spoke, and I immediately felt comfortable. I hired her specifically for "helping me with decor", but little did I know how much more I would need from her, and how much more she would do! From beginning to end, Casey was there as a huge support system. She made me feel at ease, checked in on me, and on the day of was a shining star...my literal freakin' hero! If there is one thing that having just gotten married has taught me is, you have no idea that you need a coordinator until you need a coordinator and see what they actually do for you. When I think back at my wedding a few days ago, I cant imagine having to have done it all alone. I had no clue I needed help. She ran the rehearsal...something I didn't think about! She picked up lunch for my guests...something I couldn't leave to do. She, single-handedly, put my decor together, broke it down, and re-set it up elsewhere. She took left overs to my car..and even seat belted the wine in! She called all my vendors and made sure they all arrived and were doing what they were supposed to. She helped me with my dress, helped the girls when they needed something, and even cleaned up our bridal suite when I was randomly told throughout the day that I would have to clean it prior to leaving. First off, that was unreal, but Casey took it in stride. She told me not to worry baout it and she'd clean it. Not what I hired her to do! But, she did it all with a smile and stayed later than expected to get it all done. Bottom line: If you think you can do it yourself and you dont have a coordinator, get one! And get Casey. She WILL be there for you and you will never regret it. She was the best idea I had all wedding planning. Thank you Casey. You rocked my wedding! xoxo

Plus a million other things I won't list- but she can literally do it all, including begin a calming force on the craziest day. She is a complete joy to be around and I wish I could have her with me every day of the week! I highly recommend using Casey as your day of coordinator, you will be SO glad you did.

She helped us through the whole process and was there whenever we needed her leading up to the wedding. Any questions we had she would give multiple suggestions to fix any dilemma we had. Leading up to the wedding my mom didn’t understand why we needed a day of coordinator. As soon as Casey came to the house my mom turned to me and said this was the best thing that you’ve done! The day of the wedding Casey truly made my day special and allowed me to enjoy every moment of my wedding! I’m definitely a control freak and I like to know what’s going on but on the day of the wedding my head was in a million places. Casey came in and took control of everything! From accepting deliveries to setting up my programs and rose petals for the toss after the ceremony to getting all my bridesmaids and my mom ready for photographs she was there helping and facilitating everything. When we got to the church she made sure everybody was in line and ready, she handed out programs to everyone (when I forgot to leave them at the church the day before),she made sure that my dress was always looking perfect..the list goes on and on! Upon leaving the church we were informed that the priest was coming to Our reception and Casey called the hall and made sure everything was set up for another guest. When we got to the hall she made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it to be, she had our guest ushered into cocktail hour, she helped us with pictures, she even helped to fix my moms hair when it her bun was coming out! Casey literally is a wonderwoman! When it was time for Casey to leave I didn’t want to let her go and neither did my family! The next day my whole family who interacted with Casey was raving about her from my mom to my grandma to my bridesmaids everyone had such good things to say! Casey is by far the best decision I made the day of my wedding! She is so professional, and attentive! I told her I wanted to get married again just to work with her! I HIGHLY recommend Casey and her invaluable expertise for anyones wedding big or small! Thank you Casey!!!

ill NOT regret it! From start to finish she was so involved in all of the details - contacting vendors, etc. Casey constantly checked in with me and made me feel like a queen. Not to mention she's hilarious...I actually said to her after the wedding "can we keep in touch?"
