We had the best experience with Ella! She jumped in with limited time and immediately turned around a thorough schedule, handled all final communication with our vendors and made herself available to us as much as we needed. She was amazing to work with both in the final planning stages and on our wedding day, keeping us on schedule and helping out our other vendors wherever needed. We're so appreciative of all the hard work she put in and would 100% recommend!

Jaclyn was our day-of coordinator from Mostest. She was professional and organized, allowing our day to run smoothly. She has a cheery attitude and is a prompt communicator. I felt like I was in such good hands. In addition, our venue changed less than a week before our wedding as a result of the LA wildfires. She deserves extra commendation for her ability to adapt to a new set of venue circumstances and timeline.

Having Mikala as our day of coordinator for our wedding was the best decision we made! She made the communication with our vendors a breeze and took care of all the details we didn't think about (and didn't make us feel bad about them)! She is so detail oriented and made sure everything, big and small, was taken care of on our special day. We could tell she was experienced, coming prepared and trouble shooting on the day of as needed, so that we could truly be present with each other, with our family and friends. I cannot recommend Ella from Mostest enough! I hadn’t met anyone who had worked with this company before, so I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but Ella absolutely blew me away. From our first meeting—even before the one-month pre-wedding mark—she went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfectly handled.
One of the things I loved most about Ella was how professional, organized, and efficient she was. At our first meeting, she immediately got straight to the point, saying, “I’m just going to ask you a bunch of questions, if that’s okay,” and ran through all the critical points I hadn’t even thought of. She was incredibly easy to talk to, kind, and clearly an expert at her job.
Ella has an amazing ability to take charge and handle everything with minimal involvement from the bride and groom (if that’s what you prefer), while still giving you the option to be as involved as you want. I trusted her judgment completely, and she created the most perfect wedding experience for us from start to finish. It was exactly what I needed—a seamless process with no added stress.
Every single one of my vendors commented on how exceptional she was, and even my family and friends noticed her incredible work. A perfect example of her thoughtfulness? On my wedding night, she gave my sister the hair clips she was wearing after my sister complimented them. She truly goes the extra mile in every way.

Mostest was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Allison, our assigned wedding planner, was truly amazing - we met with her regularly leading up to our wedding on 10/5 and she was always so flexible and kind. She made our wedding day feel so special, and no challenge felt too big for her. Allison always made us feel like she had everything under control, and the day would not have been the same without her expertise and attention to detail. Working with Nicole and the team at Mostest was an absolute pleasure. From the moment we first reached out, Nicole was communicative, prompt, and incredibly kind in her responses to all of our questions. Her expertise and easygoing, calm demeanor really put our Type A brains at ease throughout the planning process. Nicole was great at handling the day-before and day-of coordination between our bridal party, vendors, and the venue, ensuring everything ran smoothly. We were matched with José in NYC as our month-of coordinator and our wedding was an absolute success. We couldn’t have done it without him. We are so grateful!! He was absolutely incredible from start to finish. Every meeting was very productive and thorough. The final timeline was specific and clear. He even dealt with a difficult vendor with such grace and poise. He thought of so many details that we would never have thought of and was on top of everything- from making an extra boutonnière that I forgot to order- to making sure the mother of the groom always had a full glass! We definitely felt taken care of. We received an abundance of compliments about José from our parents and guests- all impressed with José’s incredible organization and positive attitude. Arianna Luby of Mostest was an absolute dream to work with as our Day-Of wedding coordinator, and her incredible organization and attention to detail were evident from day one. Her weekly meetings kept us comfortable and reassured. I’m so Type-A and Arianna did a fantastic job at keeping me sane throughout the 2 months that she worked with us haha. Arianna developed a comprehensive timeline that detailed every aspect of our wedding day, coordinating not only with us but also with all of our vendors to ensure everyone was on the same page. Her seamless communication with each vendor, from the venue to the florists to the photographer to the hair/makeup team, meant that every detail was executed perfectly and exactly as we envisioned.
On both the rehearsal and wedding day itself, Arianna was always a step ahead, keeping everything running smoothly and on time and always with a smile on her face. She handled every detail with calm professionalism, resolving any last-minute adjustments effortlessly. Our guests and family were equally impressed with her warm demeanor and appreciated how approachable and attentive she was throughout the day. Thanks to her incredibly well-crafted timeline and flawless coordination, we were able to relax and enjoy our day without a single worry. No really, I was not worried about a single thing on the wedding day. Literally everything ran so smoothly.

Katherine G was an amazing Day of Coordinator. She is extremely attentive to detail and is very experienced in wedding day coordination. We matched with Katherine G only a few weeks before our big day, but her impact for the last stretch of wedding planning was priceless. Katherine G helped offload much of our responsibility and “herding the cats” kind of activity in vendor communication during the last several weeks. Instead of repeated following up on questions or concerns to our vendors, such as gathering insurance documentation, Katherine G took over this tedious job for us to allow us to focus on other things. During the day of, Katherine G kindly handled all of the things we asked her to be responsible for. We were able to enjoy our wedding so much more because of her help. Thanks again!

I was a little skeptical about booking before we knew our day-of coordinator's information, but we were matched with Lindsay in Charleston and she was AMAZING. She helped our day run so smoothly and was always there to help answer questions. I couldn't have asked for a better day-of-coordinator (though she helped for the last 60 or so days)! I couldn't recommend Mostest more!

We loved Mostest! My husband and I planned our whole wedding, so only a Day of Coordinator was needed. For budget-conscious couples, this is a route I recommend you take! So many other vendors won't offer DoC without paying for Month Of coordination as well.
Our coordinator, Nicole, was amazing! She was kind, professional, organized, timely, well-versed with our plans/requests, and much more! She really helped ensure we could relax and enjoy our day.

I utilized Mostest for delivery, set-up, and tear down of my rented faux flowers from Something Borrowed Blooms and had such a great experience! Macey Rollins with the DFW team went above and beyond to ensure she was delivering the correct florals and they were being installed exactly where I envisioned them. She was a doll to work with and I'm so happy with the way everything turned out!! I would have definitely hired Mostest for day-of coordination as well if I needed that service. Would absolutely recommend!

My Wife and I had Sydney K as a wedding planner. At first, we were hesitant if we even needed one, and oh were we wrong. We looked to Mostest, and were also unsure of the quality, just due to the low cost of other planners we talked so (some were charging 5-6x more!!).
We COULDN'T be happier with Sydney as our planner! She worked her younger years at events/weddings and was boots on the ground. She knew the ins and outs of the wedding that honestly other expensive planners quite frankly might not know. She was professional, provided insight, and most importantly, did not over step in any way. Sydney showed up to everything ; meetings, the walk through, our rehearsal dinner, and most importantly the wedding.
Our wedding involved a lot of private vendors, which really complicated everything. Sydney would diligently with everyone and ensured our wedding was executed flawlessly!
If you need a planner in Chicago I would recommend Sydney K 1000000000%. She is an angel on this earth!

As a DJ company, we have worked with many wedding planners, and Rebecca Richter from Mostest truly stands out. Her communication is exceptional—every detail was shared with us well in advance, and she was always available for any questions or clarifications we had leading up to the event. On the wedding day, Rebecca was the perfect collaborator, coordinating effortlessly with DJ Alex (DJ Guero) and all the other vendors. Raven was amazing - she executing everything we were hoping for in our floral decor and the venue looked beautiful. All of our photos captured her arrangements.
Having Raven both set up and return the florals from something borrowed blooms saved us precious time that we were able to Then use with our family that came from out of town.
She was so friendly, responsive, a great communicator, and really wanted to make sure our day went as perfect as possible.
I would 10/10 reccomend requesting Raven from the Mostest to coordinate your rented floral arrangements. Excellent service and just a great person to know.

Lindsay with Mostest was AMAZING! She helped us tremendously when the event planner for the Charleston Princess quit just a few weeks before my daughter’s wedding. There were many obstacles to navigate including not being able to board the vessel to set up and decorate until 2 hours before guests would begin boarding. Lindsay single handedly transported a car load of personalized details, decorations, party favors, bar items, extra linens, numerous picture frames and a huge Charleston Harbor nautical chart that served as the guest book. She had to take several trips from her car down a very long pier to get to the boat and set it all up in such a short time span. She managed it all beautifully! The timeline she created was amazing and we were actually a bit ahead of schedule prior to the ceremony. This gave us all some time to relax while sweet Lindsay was preparing for all of our guests to arrive. After the reception, Lindsay stayed on board and began packing up all of our special items carefully. We returned to the vessel after sending the bride and groom off, to find that she had managed to pack most of our items without our help. I can’t say enough about all that she did for us, especially with all of the hiccups and stresses we faced the last few weeks. She handled everything with such grace and poise! This MOB was quite stressed with the adversity we were facing that was out of our control and Lindsay smoothed everything out!! I can’t say enough about her!! If you are in the Charleston area and you’re looking for a wedding planner reach out to Mostest and don’t forget to request Lindsay! She feels like family to us!! Working with Mostest was one of the best decisions we made for our day! Carly was so on top of things and fully understood what our plans were. Her calm, understanding energy was just what we needed. We did month of coordination, and I’m glad we did because having her expertise in planning was super helpful. We did quite a few DIY things and she didn’t hesitate to handle all of them day of — on top of schedule coordination, she did an excellent job setting up the flower arrangements we’d picked up and all of the stations, and had ideas for set up for things I hadn’t really thought through. She really made sure that I basically didn’t have to handle many questions, and people kept coming up to me to tell me just how on it she was. I know that had we not worked with her I’d have felt super stressed on the day, but she went above and beyond to make sure basically nothing that required addressing made it to me. Highly recommend!

I found out about Mostest on a random Reddit thread, and I was so happy I did! We did the day of coordinator package as I just wanted someone to keep things going on the day of our wedding, and I didn’t want people to ask me, the bride, a million questions. We got Nastia, and she was the greatest!! The most calming but professional presence that was exactly what we needed. She only reached out to us for questions about items that only me and the groom would have answers to and did not share to her before. She really made sure everything was running smoothly at the venue for set up and helped us with making sure we kept on schedule for the day. I would highly recommend going with Mostest!!

Sarah Reyes (California) was an absolute DREAM to work with. Her calm demeanor kept me as a bride calm and relaxed on the big day ! Although soft spoken, she is one mighty wedding planner who I could not have done this day without her. Sarah Reyes really listened to my ideas and took down very detailed notes to ensure that my dream vision of my wedding became a reality. She executed everything that needed to happen that day and I am so thankful to have had the chance to work with her.
From start to finish on my wedding day, Sarah Reyes nailed every key point and detail needed. She helped me build a full and complete wedding timeline and perfectly executed the timeline the day of the wedding keeping everyone on track. Sarah helped set up and remove all my wedding decor needed and kept a few menu's/matches/invitations as keepsakes, which I thought was so thoughtful and sweet! As a bride on the day of your wedding, you have no time to think of these small but impactiful details. There is so much stress and worry when it comes to wedding planning and the actual day of the wedding; Sarah had an incredible ability to just melt all that stress away and ensure that everything was going to be okay and she's got the reins. Sarah not only felt like a confident wedding planner but a close best friend wanting the most perfect day for you and it showed not only with me but my wedding guests as well.

I chose Mostest to assist with our wedding day-of needs because they were the most cost effective option, though I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. However, I don't think we could've picked a better DOC if we tried! José was amazing, professional, and made the planning process during the final two weeks clear and actually fun! He had an amazingly positive attitude and had worked multiple large events, including lots of weddings, which was reassuring. He handled issues that we didn't anticipate, including removing a red drink stain from my dress! I feel incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with him and would recommend Mostest for any wedding or large event.

We worked with Tiffany from Mostest and had an amazing experience.
She handled the unglamorous parts of working with vendors extremely efficiently. She was an excellent partner for our logistics, but also in helping us craft the perfect wedding for us. Having someone to turn to to touch base on which things seemed worth the money, or having her draw our attention to parts of the special day we had under-planned for where there was an opportunity to add more of ourselves created so many special personal moments.
On the day of, she wrangled our families, was a fierce source of truth in the schedule and checked in often just to make sure we had everything we needed to be happy and hydrated. I can't imagine our special day without her. Thank you Tiffany!!

We had the best experience using Mostest for our wedding coordinator. We worked with Brittany C. who made our day absolutely spectacular. They are LGBTQ+ friendly, affordable, and brought our vision to life with perfection. Brittany was reliable and the perfect calm for two very type A brides. Little issues popped up during our wedding weekend and Brittany handled it with professionalism and ease. We cannot recommend her and Mostest enough.

Mostest was one of the most affordable companies in terms of finding a day-of coordinator. I first hopped on a call with Macy, who went over the details of the Day-of Coordination package. We were then quickly matched with Dominique, who was more than amazing to us! She was communicative, efficient, and very organized from the get-go. We had weekly virtual meetings starting about 6-8 weeks out to make sure we were on top of things. We finally met Dominique the day before. I was a bit stressed that day and felt like I was throwing instructions and details to Dominique all at once. However, she took it in stride and was able to carry out my vision exactly as I wanted it! She allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding and actually be in the moment, without stressing out over logistics or small details. I highly recommend Mostest, especially Dominique if you're in the Southern California area!

Carly and Adelaide did wonderful jobs on our wedding. THey made sure everything ran smoothly. This was especially impressive because while we paid for a month of coordinator and day of assistant, our month of coordinator Carly did not come on board until 3 weeks out. This was because of an error in the alerting system which had our wedding date as a day in the 1990s. As soon as I reached out to Mostest after the 1 month out mark had passed and we had not heard anything they quickly put us in touch with a temporary coordinator to answer questions and worked quickly to get Carly on board.

My wife and I loved working with Olivia from Mostest as our month-of wedding coordinator for our Berkeley, CA wedding. Olivia was extremely easy and fun to work with. She was responsive, organized, asked good questions leading up to the event, and, most importantly, managed our wedding day wonderfully! We felt like we got a good value for what we paid, since the service included weekly Zoom meetings in the month leading up to our wedding, which is how we informed Olivia about all vendors, plans, and details for the big day. On the wedding day, she worked with the caterer to ensure everything was set up properly. She kept things running smoothly throughout the entire event. Finally, she made sure everything was cleaned up and wouldn't let us lift a finger at the end of the night. Thank you Olivia and Mostest!

The uncertainty of not knowing your wedding coordinator until a few months before the event can be nerve-wracking, but believe me when I say to TRUST THE PROCESS. Mostest employs the most skilled and remarkable planners and coordinators for you to work with.
From the moment I met Lauren, I entrusted her completely with my vision. She exceeded all expectations on my wedding day, assisting with the venue setup, personally delivering my floral bouquet to my hotel suite, and arranging the off-site ceremony location, ensuring everything proceeded without a hitch. She even took the time to meet with my mother-in-law at the ceremony site days prior to discuss the logistics of my entrance.
As the wedding night concluded, Lauren thoughtfully preserved some of our reception decorations, placing items like our menu and specialty cocktail napkins in a folder. It was an incredibly thoughtful touch.
I truly rate her 10/10 - I cannot recommend Lauren (and Mostest) highly enough!

Mostest paired my husband and I with Allison Goins as our planner, and she is an absolute angel on this earth.
I am an anxious person by nature, and wedding planning only inflamed that. Allison worked really hard to keep me calm. She navigated multiple last minute surprises from our venue with grace and ease. She was patient with us while still holding our vendors accountable. (And our vendors bragged that she was excellent to work with and really went above and beyond to make things easy for them!)
I told Allison that having everyone on the dance floor was the thing I was looking most forward to. When we were struggling to get folks on the dance floor, she came (literally) running with light up batons and it kicked the party into full gear! She also surprised us at the end of the evening with some cute photos she had snagged throughout the day.
I really cannot imagine our big day without her. She made it perfect.

We used mostest for pre-planning and design work (Macy Palmer), month-of coordination (Julie Bryan), and content creation (Macey Rollins). The company basically acts as a concierge to provide whatever services you need, so you don't have to pay for services you don't that a traditional planner may offer.
I want to give special callouts to Julie and Macey, though, because they went above and beyond!!
Julie was in constant contact, even attending my final dress fitting with me to ensure she could bustle my dress. She spent the entire wedding day running around helping me, my mother-in-law, the venue's coordinator, you name it. She helped set up decor, she calmed me down, she did EVERYTHING. I would work with her in a heartbeat.
Macey was so delightful too! While she was there for content creation (which, if you're considering - DO IT! We're all in our thirties and not exactly Insta-savy but she made us super comfortable and caught so many little moments that I'm super glad to have record of), she totally threw herself into helping make the day perfect. She even helped steam my bridesmaids' dresses.

We went with Mostest for wedding day of coordination and I cannot recommend it enough. I wasn’t even going to get a coordinator at first but so glad I did! We had an initial consultation call and was shortly paired with Ella. She was so thoughtful, responsive, and an overall awesome person to go through a wedding with. Anytime I was stressed, she calmed me down. Whenever I had an issue, she had a solution and handled it. Ella has mastered the art of providing solutions and opinions without being pushy, as we all know some wedding vendors are. She always had my best interests at heart. Stephanie was an extremely organized and knowledgeable coordinator with great communication skills. From the intro call onwards, Stephanie talked us through many problems and considerations, including some that we hadn't thought about at all. I especially appreciated Stephanie running our wedding rehearsal, which put me at ease the night before the wedding. We found the month-of service extremely helpful, and feel that it provided great value for the price. We did the half day coordinator for our wedding and we were so thankful we did! Our coordinator, Fallon, was amazing and went above and beyond to make everything happen. She coordinated with our vendors beforehand, got us more chairs in the middle of the wedding, and even made us some plates of food because we weren't able to find the time to eat. Truly so happy that we went with Mostest and it was such a weight off to know things were taken care of. Thank you Fallon!

We had a small wedding, but our venue required a day-of coordinator to be on site, so we started the search! It was hard to find someone who understand what we needed (as much as what we didn't need). We had our dog in our wedding, and Mostest matched us with a dog-friendly coordinator, Whitney, who really got us. Having someone local to the area was a major plus and added so much ease to the day. Whitney helped us out immensely the month of, assisting with everything from placecards to shuttling items back and forth from the hotel to the venue. Whitney could not have been nicer, and the value for the day was off the charts. We would recommend Mostest in a heartbeat.

We loved our experience with Mostest. We worked with Audrey, who was absolutely incredible. I planned the whole wedding by myself and so having her support in the final part & especially day of was so so helpful. She was organized, efficient, super fun and easy to work with and made it so much easier for me to just be in the moment, knowing she had the details handled. It also really helped me to be able to send a few things to her apartment since I was traveling to my nyc wedding from california. Best money we spent -- your peace of mind is worth it!!

I got paired with Natalie to help with our wedding and I could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! She made the last minute details of wedding planning so much easier with reaching out with our vendors and keeping them updated on our wedding schedule as well. Since I was planning a wedding out of state, it was a little stressful but she was so helpful. From having our wedding seating chart delivered to her apartment, to bringing the ceremony programs that I accidentally forgot in the bag where I had only wedding reception decor. She was so professional on the day of the wedding and kept everything running smoothly. Even when a guest arrived wearing a white dress, she handled it so well and so quick! We really appreciated all the hard work that Natalie did to make our wedding day so special.

We hired gthr about a month before our wedding. We got a month coordination package asked if we can get matched to the coordinator who already worked with the venue before. They were able to match us to the correct coordinator. I did most of planning myself and had lots of self made collaterals and had specific asks on displays. Jada went over everything with us in details and made sure everything is executed how we want! She also was able to take care of moving the guests from one place to another, thought of everything that my husband and I didn't think of, and took care of us pretty much the whole day. Our wedding went super smooth and stressfree. Month coordination was ideal for us because we had most of it done but didn't know what to do with overall day-of schedules, delivery, details during the ceremony. Jada visited venue with us 2weeks prior which was also super helpful. I'd recomment Gthr to anyone who's been planning their wedding alone and need a help on the day of.

Stephanie from GTHR was an absolute rockstar on our wedding day! She was so attentive and looked 3-4 steps ahead of what was happening and was there for us every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things about GTHR. From my first call with Sarah (who was so kind as to offer a discount, knowing I had just gotten laid off), to the end of our wedding with our AMAZING coordinator (Natalie), the professionalism this team exhibited was off the charts. I am type A+++, to a fault, and a bit of a perfectionist / despise hosting. I fully anticipated not enjoying our wedding, just knowing the pressure I would feel, and can truly say it was the best day of my/our lives, largely due to having Natalie with us!! My husband and dad have both said they would have paid 10x more for the services and everyone agreed it they were the best money we spent for the whole weekend. My younger sister has her own wedding in Ireland next year, and my dad keeps (half) joking that he wants to inquire about bringing Natalie with us to run the show LOL (he is one of 10, so it's a massive crazy Irish family to navigate...and she nailed it).
When I tell you this girl was buttoned up.....dealing with difficult vendors, guests, even a lost trolley at one point....we didn't miss a beat. She truly was such a joy to have there and I did not worry once the whole day/night. BOOK IMMEDIATELY (and ask for Natalie!! She gets it :-) )

My niece was married on Saturday at the W Loft.
I was responsible for sourcing the decor and flowers for the venue and as I’m sure you can appreciate, spent months and months in that process. So admittedly, I was a little nervous at the thought of handing everything off to a Day of Event Coordinator.

If you're thinking about working with GTHR for your wedding day, do it. They were probably our smartest and most stress-relieving investment of the day. We worked with Sarah on our late September wedding in upstate NY, and I truly do not think it would have been possible without her. She was reliable, easy to communicate with, and just had such a great vibe that it felt like hanging out with a friend. Although working with Sarah was a highlight in every sense, something that I definitely have to call out is how she provided floral support. In order to save money, I decided to work with Bloom Culture (another wonderful company, highly recommend) on DIY flowers. Sarah helped us build floral pillars for the ceremony, 6 aisle arrangements, and directed our groomsmen to make around 100 bud vases. Basically she became our florist and got to the venue hours early to make sure that everything was set up and ready to go. We truly would not have been able to have the florals of our dreams (within our budget) without Sarah, and I would highly, HIGHLY recommend reaching out to them and asking about Bloom Culture support if you're looking for a way to maximize your floral budget. Also, it rained on our wedding day and while everyone knows what a bummer and disappointment that is, Sarah helped us pivot to have a beautiful rainy day wedding. Whether it was facilitating a smooth event flow or helping to move events and floor plans around last minute, Sarah's flexibility and support was invaluable. Last thing - GTHR's pricing is incredibly competitive -- probably the most affordable that I've seen after doing extensive research. Best decision ever to work with them. Thank you so, so much Sarah for everything!

Working with GTHR was way better than I thought. Worked with Audrey specifically for our DIY Brooklyn wedding. She was fantastic and super attentive. As someone who’s super type A, Audrey put me at ease leading up to the wedding with all her help and day of execution. Highly recommend Audrey and the folks at GTHR. Seamless to work with and I heard nothing but praises from our other vendors about her.
If you’re on the fence about getting a coordinator, pull the trigger on getting one with GTHR. They are absolutely worth the money, and HUGE weight off your shoulders. But also affordable and different plans to fit your needs. So you’re not paying for what you don’t want.

Our experience with GTHR started off rocky -- the first planner they matched us with wasn't available on our wedding day and the second one ghosted us before we could set up a call. I do feel like GTHR went above and beyond to make it right though, and the planner we were eventually matched with was fantastic! We just needed an extra pair of hands on the wedding day to set up decor and stage direct the ceremony and it all worked out well in the end.

My husband and I had a DIY Brooklyn wedding and we quickly realized we needed someone to help execute our vision for the day. We hired gthr and were paired with Jada as our DOC. From our pre-wedding calls to the day of, Jada was super attentive and organized. Everything that could’ve gone wrong during our wedding, WENT wrong and before we can even ask Jada to help, she was already problem solving away. Even our guests were amazed at how efficient she was.
