We used MotorToys limos for our wedding and we had a great experience! The website was easy to navigate & the customer service was awesome! Also super affordable. We Would recommend them to anyone for their wedding & definitely will use them for any other occasions we have coming up!

This was such a great decision for us! Tom answered all of our questions very quickly and thoroughly and was flexible with our start time when our schedule changed. Our driver, Kenny, was very polite, easy to work with, and kept on schedule.

Motor toys was great for our wedding day. We had a narrow street to drop off on, but he handled it extremely well. Our driver, Adam, shuttled guests to and from the venue all night. They were very thorough in establishing a timeline, only needing a signature before and after the wedding, which we were able to delegate to a proxy.

Our driver Eric was great and professional! We wanted to drive around town for a bit with our bridal party during cocktail hour and that was one of the highlights of our wedding day! The bus fit our bridal party plus significant others and it was absolutely perfect!

Very responsive and professional. We had some questions that were answered immediately. We also changed our plans and time of pick up about 3 weeks out and they couldn't have been more accommodating. Great sound system, clean bathroom, lots of space, AC a little tricky, but overall grreat. Avery is a great driver who arrived early and was very attentive. Very pleased from top to bottom.

Five stars all the way for MotorToys! We hired MotorToys after references from our venue, photogrpaher and a friend. We know transportation books quickly so we booked well in advance and the communicaiton leading up to our event has been excellent. We absolutely loved using this company for my Bachelorette party and then again for our Wedding Day! We worked with Tom to book and navigate details of the trips and he was exceptional with our needs and any changes to the plans. We also worked with drivers Doug and Kenny and both were amazing as well. They were professional, personable, flexible and TONS of fun! We will definitely be using this company again in the future.

We used MotorToys for our wedding in November and they were great! They arrived early and had great communication beginning a week prior to our wedding. The bus was the perfect size for our group and was so much fun - I would definitely recommend!

We used Motor Toys as transportation for our wedding day. We were able to utilize the party bus for the bridal party getting to the church and for downtown photos. We also had the party bus as transportation to a nearby hotel should guests want to leave the reception early. Tim S was our driver for the day and he could not have been more kind! Tim let us use the storage area in the back of the bus when an easel of ours got left behind at the church. Tim helped me and my bridesmaids on and off the bus so that no one tripped on their dresses. A true gentleman =) The bus was clean, super spacious, and such a fun environment! We definitely recommend Tim and MotorToys for any transportation needs whether it be special events or just a night out on the town!

I used MotorToys for my wedding day. The driver was on time, professional, polite, and was able to go with the flow when the schedule got off a little during pictures. I had a great time the entire day and we had zero hiccups thanks to our driver being so knowledgeable and professional! The only downside is that their email communication is a little blunt and standoffish.

We had 2 party buses for the entire day on our wedding day and they were AMAZING. The chauffeurs were both exceptional, the buses were luxurious, comfortable, clean and well maintained, and I would recommend this company to anyone. The only complaint I had was in the scheduling and contract completion stuff, but the tiny bit of hassle was nothing compared to how worth it these buses were. They literally dropped off half of my guests AT THEIR DOOR all over Greater Cincinnati to prevent drunk people driving. The Bluetooth speakers are super easy to connect to, so we had so much fun jamming out on the bus too. I HIGHLY recommend using this company for wedding transportation (or for bachelor/bachelorettes too!). My guests literally can’t stop talking about them.

We just got married last Saturday, October 30th, and used MotorToys Limo & Party Bus. Having a large wedding party (24), they were one of the few that had a vehicle large enough to accommodate our party, but were also great to work with. They arrived early the day of and were super helpful - even with the amount of traffic happening downtown because of the Flying Pig. Our driver Doug was awesome, and our wedding party had a great time celebrating on the bus in between the ceremony and reception as we drove around to get pictures. Our party bus was great! We comfortably fit our whole wedding party on the bus. I loved that there was a bathroom and garbage chute on the bus. Our driver also had stocked the cooler with water for us. He did a good job sticking to our schedule and keeping up with our requests to make stops for pictures.

I highly recommend them! They have been very accommodating and professional!

We used MotorToys for my sister’s wedding and the driver was very professional, friendly, on time and the whole experience was very positive!! The administrative staff have been so accommodating with me rescheduling this service not once but twice, and I can’t wait to finally use their services again this July!

The driver we had was wonderful, good driver, friendly and professional. However, it was management that disappointed us. We had to reschedule our wedding March 28 to September due to COVID. Right away they sent a COVID Policy that indicated that their generosity was allowing us to reschedule. They didn't honor pricing either; we had to pay an extra $600 and couldn't get a refund. We had already paid around $1300 in full upfront so we paid the $600 extra. The policy also stated that if you switched to a cheaper date, you would NOT get a refund. That's just taking advantage of people in an unfortunate situation. I recommend finding a service that doesn't take advantage of it's customers.

My husband and I rented an SUV limo for our wedding this past weekend and the experience far exceeded our expectations. Our driver Steve went above and beyond and essentially waited on us hand and foot. During the first look photography session he assisted the photographer by holding my bouquet and positioning my veil for photos. In the evening after the photographer had left he sought my husband and I out to capture a picture for us in front of the sun setting on the city (Steve happened to be a photographer himself), and he happily drove us around town until the early hours of the morning since bars were closed and we weren't ready for the night to end. We wavered for a while on whether or not we wanted to rent a limo, but ultimately it was one of the best decisions we made. I 100% recommend Motortoys for your party bus/limo needs!

Thanks so much to Motortoys for the amazing ride! We were so lucky to find a vendor who was able to be so flexible amidst a pandemic and rescheduling. Our driver, Rick, was great. He was on time, and got us to all of our destinations across the city very well. Thanks to this group for helping to make our big postponed day even more special!

We booked a limo last minute to help transport the bridal party to and from the church ceremony. Our chauffeur, Rick, was amazing. He met me at the office a few days before the wedding so that I could drop off some drinks to be cooled down. Then, he morning of the wedding he called me to let me know that the limo we'd reserved was having mechanical issues and that they'd upgraded us to a party bus. The bus was so much more than we could have asked for, and we appreciated so much them helping our wedding day to continue running smoothly! He was so patient, sweet, and attentive throughout our ride and many stops. He made me feel like royalty. Truly the best Chauffeur service I have ever experienced.

We rented from Motortoys for my buddy's bachelor party and it was awesome. The bus was clean, had plenty of cooler space and our driver was excellent. He even stopped a couple of times so we could pick up more beer, and made sure it was all iced down for us! Will definitely rent form them for my own bachelor party and my wedding come summer of 2021!

Was recently in one of their party busses as a bridesmaid. I was against hiring a bus for my own wedding, although that is what my fiance wanted. Then I got in this beautiful vehicle for my friend's wedding and my opinion has been totally changed. The bus was amazing - so clean and comfortable to move around in. Our driver was outstanding as well - he kept everything moving on time, was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be booking Motortoys and requesting Bill for my wedding next spring!

My husband and I got married 11/23/2019. I had heard many good things about this company, so didn’t have any reservations when I came time to book my limo, I picked Motortoys. In hindsight, I wish I would have passed. I had to contact the company myself the week of my wedding because I had not heard anything from them since I booked in May. When I did reach them I was blamed for not receiving the email, even though that is something that is out of my control. They then stated that they may not be able to accommodate our requests to change the pickup time, because it was so last minute. Again, out of my control. When the limo driver called me to plan out the details, he wasn’t rude, but he wasn’t exactly friendly either. I made sure that he would be able to get up our skinny residential street, he looked it up and assured me he would. On the day of the wedding, he first complained to my husband about our street being skinny and that he could hardly fit. He then didn’t hold any umbrellas for us even though it was raining, my groomsmen and dad were always the ones holding the umbrellas for the girls. When we asked him if we could stop and get more drinks, he complained. Our ceremony and reception were at the same location, but we wanted to get on the limo in between before we entered the reception. Complaints again. Finally, at drop off, we returned the limo an hour earlier than our contract stated and it was clean. When we were signing the papers, he asked if the envelope we had given him was his tip. I said yes it was. He said that our tip was not enough and normally people start tipping at least X amount. I said I’m sorry I don’t have any more money on me, he replies I take card too. At this point my husband and I just went into the hotel because I didn’t want to end our wedding on a bad note, but it left a sour taste in my mouth to say the least. I will not be recommending to all my friends currently planning their weddings.

We used a Party Bus from Motortoys for both shuttle services to and from the hotel as well as transportation for the wedding party for pictures and out to the bars after the reception was over. Communication was quick and efficient leading up to the wedding and they even called two days before the wedding to make sure they fully understood the timeline. Our driver was attentive and easy to talk to and I felt very at ease that everything would run smoothly - and it did! :) Definitely recommend.

Everything about our day went perfect! Our driver kept us on schedule and did a fantastic job maneuvering the vehicle over train tracks when we went to Streetside. The only complaint is we never received a courtesy call 2 days before, like the company told us. Their email said if we didn’t get a call, something was likely wrong so I was freaking out the day of our rehearsal. Luckily he returned my voicemail and all was good!

I booked Motortoys for my upcoming wedding and I am so excited ! One of my favorite parts of a wedding is the time you drive around with your bridal party, so I was pretty picky when it came to finding a limo. I looked into numerous different transportation services and Motortoys was by far the best ! We decided to go with a party busy so there is a bathroom on board (which is much needed when driving around all day doing photos!) AND they were the most fair priced of places I looked into! They are a super fun company who is all about a good time and now I can’t wait for our wedding day!!

Motortoys was an awesome company to get a limo for our wedding day! The limo driver, Don, was very attentive and on time anywhere he needed to be, which I definitely appreciated! The limo also looked very nice, although it was a bummer the radio and the AC didn’t work for our longest (and most packed) ride on the limo. The company did end up switching the limo out which was nice, but the only ride left was the 15 minute ride to the hotel with only my husband. Overall still a great part of the day!

My mother found Motortoys based on the recommendation of our reception venue. The driver of our party bus, Chris, was fantastic. He not only shuttled the bridal party around but also shuttled guests to and from the reception once the bridal party arrived. Chris showed us how to hook up our own music to keep the party vibes flowing. He also followed our directions to the wedding venue since we were familiar with the area, making it easier to reach the intended location for other guests. Finally, Chris made sure that the bus was fully stocked with waters and other necessities, like ice! The bus was very clean and we enjoyed the service.

We booked Motortoys for our bridal party transportation on our wedding day and they were PERFECT! Jeff was our chauffeur and he was SO SO GREAT. He was right on time and was so accommodating/helpful from start to finish. He even helped us put our flowers in vases in between photos/grab my shoes (like what?!). We only secured the car for 3 hours prior to the ceremony, but had I known how much fun/wonderful that service was I would have considered extending it to earlier in the day. It was one of our favorite parts of the day! Cannot say enough great things about this company/Jeff. Book them for your event and know you'll have one vendor you know can count on and will be stress free!

Motor Toys was a tremendous experience for my wedding. The limo was immaculately clean and stocked with water, ice, and room for additional beverages. The best part was the excellent service provided by our chauffeur, Jeff Green. Nice guy and very conducive to our good time. He went out of his way to run an errand for my tuxedo. He offered waters multiple times and heeded all of our requests immediately. Everything lived up to our expectations, would highly recommend!

Motortoys was some of the best money we spent on our wedding!! We had a GIANT snowstorm roll through Cincinnati the night before our January wedding, and Motortoys was still there for us - even an hour early!! Our driver Marquee was amazing - unflustered by the weather and so, so polite. The limo bus itself was great - beautiful, clean interior and plenty of space for our bridal party and parents. Our photographers even hopped on the bus, which was super convenient for them. I loved how large the aisle was, giving us girls in long dresses plenty of space to navigate, and the Bluetooth system was so easy to connect our own music to the whole day. Overall, we had an excellent experience with Motortoys and CANNOT recommend them enough.

We have them booked for our wedding, so we decided to use them for The Bachlorette party. We are so glad we did. Steve was our driver and he was great. Funny and very personable. We are requesting him for our wedding day now. We would highly recommend.

We used the Motortoys Party Bus - it was perfect for our group! It was a new vehicle and the driver was professional and accommodating throughout the entire day! We actually used the party bus as a shuttle from the hotel to our wedding venue once the bridal party was finished with it. The dual use of the bus was perfect for our needs, and Motortoys was more then flexible in helping us with this ask. We would absolutely use them again!

They were fantastic! Very organized and prompt. Made me feel like I had nothing to worry about on my wedding day and that was the exact case! The limo bus was great because we could comfortably fit wedding party plus photographers and videographer. Highly recommend that and also Chris was our driver- great service.

I used Motortoys for our wedding day and they were amazing from the first time I called to the moment we said goodbye! Our chauffeur, Rick, was awesome! He arrived on time, dressed in his tux, and was so sweet and professional- He even took a picture with us! The ride was smooth and the bridal party had a blast- not to mention we were in the sweetest White Hummer Limo I could ever imagine. I cannot wait to use Motortoys again in the near future. Very appreciative for making our wedding day extra special.

We used motortoys for our September wedding and Marquee was our driver. He arrived at my house at 12:30, but never once informed anyone that he was here. When it was finally time to leave for the venue, Marquee sat in the limo as we all waited on the porch since it was raining. He then finally came to the porch and walked everyone one big one ya the limo as the umbrella he had brought was broken. Marquee was supposed to go to the hotel to pickup my family for wedding pictures. He had a list of numbers to call once he arrived, but he never called anyone. Therefore. My family sat waiting for the limo to arrive and were 30 minutes late arriving to the venue. Marquee also left the ceremony space and when we went to go back to the limo to travel for pictures, he was nowhere to be found. We had to limit the places we took pictures at due to not having transportation in the rain. At the end of the night, Marquee was instructed to transport guests back to the hotel, however, he called me on my wedding day asking if he was truly supposed to do that. When he finally came back to take my bridal party home, we left the venue and he slammed on his brakes for hard that 5 wine glasses went flying and chattered in the vehicle. One of the bridal party members ended up with a bruise on her arm from them. All of his stops were incredibly hard and fast. I reached out to Matt from motortoys to speak about the issue and have yet to receive a response. Incredibly unprofessional and will not be using ever again.

We used MotorToys for our wedding day and they were awesome. Kerry was our driver and he made sure myself or any bridesmaid that needed help in and out of the limo made it there safely. He never got lost and he was very prompt and safe for driving a Hummer limo. The only negative thing I have to say is one of the speakers in the back of the limo was blown/busted. Other than that the limo was clean and plenty of glasses and napkins were provided.

Well, what can I say! It was absolutely perfect and it was just what we wanted. Very easy to work with! the office staff was extremely friendly. The Party Bus with the bathroom was key for us instead of stopping every 30 min for someone. They had competitive pricing and feel like we got a lot more for our money. Motortoy's delivered on everything they said they would and more. From start to finish they were spot on. They were on time and kept us on schedule as if it were there own event. Our driver Jeff entertained us the entire day and was able to get us around town with just a point of a finger. He even got into places i thought might be impossible to get to. Don't tell his boss. The limo bus was the right size for our patry, very clean, and fully stocked as promised. Jeff even played bartender at most of our stops. Motortoy's Limousine took ALL of our transportation stress completely out of play by having a timely plan in advance of the day and executing that plan to the fullest.
