With plenty of package options and a great menu they are a great fit for just about everyone. We went with their full bar provision package with signature cocktails and they helped review our liquor order to ensure that we had enough to keep the party going which was a huge help! Their staff paid special attention to our entire bridal party before and after the ceremony to make sure we had what we needed both drinks and apps. Their food was phenomenal, everyone had nothing but positive reviews. Making a wedding pizza was one of the highlights of our day! From things like tackling our unique menu requests like chicken/cauliflower tikka pizza, to their commitment to hosting low-impact weddings with minimal waste, and even things like queuing up a few sunshine songs when our pictures got short-term rained out. We had a multi-day wedding weekend, and Mountain Crust was part of each day. Our "American" Wedding was at their venue with their pizza catering. And our Indian / Hindu Wedding was at Spruce Mountain with Mountain Crust catering a full Indian buffet! They absolutely crushed both dinners and made excellent hosts, too. To hit on some practical reasons Mountain Crust is a great choice : Adapted all menus for dietary needs: They made vegan & gluten-free options of most menu items, including some very traditional Indian dishes that other caterers were hesitant to attempt. They even hired a local Indian chef/consultant because they were committed to doing an excellent job. Great getting ready space: The Love Shack was perfect for me & my bridesmaids to get ready with great early morning lighting (we started at 7:30am). My hair & makeup team didn't even need to set up additional lighting! Gorgeous event space: Dinner outside under the string lights and disco balls was a 'picture perfect' moment. Plus nice mountain views from the upstairs bar/patio! Dessert on the dance floor!: Cookies & s'mores were brought to the dancefloor! This kept the vibes immaculate and guests could continue dancing all night long. VIBES, VIBES, VIBES: Every single Mountain Crust employee (bartenders, caterers, coordination team) is so kind, helpful, and seems to absolutely love their job which makes wedding planning so easy and fun! They also recommended our other favorite vendor: Flintwood Florals, who had a MCEV deal/partnership which just goes to show they know & trust other people who do amazing work, too! Mountain Crust is the absolute best!!!!

s, staff, and overall experience were. They didn’t just cater our wedding, they brought the PARTY. They were serving up delicious za all night, blasting music, keeping drinks flowing, bringing bags of wine onto the dance floor AND serving late-night hot dogs in costume!!! The food was incredible, and our custom cocktails, a Painkiller and Minnesota Bootlegger, were SO good. Our parents, friends, and family could not stop talking about the quality of the food and how amazing and fun the entire staff was. They also went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a catering team. They are fun, thoughtful, incredibly good at what they do, and just genuinely wonderful humans. We love Mountain Crust so much and cannot wait to be at another one of their events!!!!

loved the variety and toppings (hot honey <3), cocktails were perfect (whiskey sour and spicy margarita were our signature drinks and executed flawlessly!), the appetizers were delicious (5 stars for the empanada!), and the wood fired cookies were the perfect sweet treat to bring on the dance floor. c presence to our wedding which is just what we wanted. Scooter was our main contact throughout the process and was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We had Mountain Crust help with setup, catering, and clean up (maybe some of the best $$ we spent to not have to worry about this at the end of the night) and they worked SO hard to make the day perfect. We had a relatively DIY set up - so Mountain Crust helped set up chairs at the ceremony site, assisted the wedding planner with setting up tables (including table settings, flowers, candles, centerpieces), filling water glasses, and more. The moment we walked into the venue after first look pictures and before the ceremony we were greeted with a huge hello from Scooter and offered snacks and pizza which was a perfect way to re-energize after being in the sun. We had them serve apps (charcuterie board, meatballs and vegetarian lettuce wraps) - which were all fantastic. The pizza and salads were also amazing and we received a lot of compliments from friends and family about how fresh everything was. They were also able to accommodate every dietary restriction from gluten free to vegetarian to dairy-free which was very helpful. We also had them provide wood fired chocolate chip cookies and s'mores (some on the dance floor) which was a huge hit. At the end of the night, Mountain Crust helped with tear down and clean up. Someone who works at the venue told us that they were some of the most awesome and hardest working staff she had ever seen and would be recommending them to future clients who booked at the venue. We are so happy that Mountain Crust was a part of our big day. Not only did they provide excellent food, but amazing energy and presence.

We got married October 4th, and I’ve struggled to write just how special Mountain Crust and the crew really is. I can’t even begin to stress how incredible it is to find a venue that really is a one stop shop and has everything you truly could need. I remember reaching out and being so impressed with how insanely fast the response time was, and it remained like that every single time I had a question throughout the entire planning process. Everyone really is so kind and genuine - you feel like you’re partying with good buddies and it’s easy to tell everyone genuinely loves what they do. I really feel so thankful we got to party the night away with the crew! The pizza is also really that good, and we still have friends talking about how good the food was. I’m just sad we can’t get one whenever we want. A big thing for us was having our pup Gary with us and if I can convince you of one thing it’s to have your pups join your special day. Not only did Gary get to meander around freely and make friends, the crew spoiled him and treated him like he was their pup all night long. Special shoutout to Nico, Janae, Ethan, and Ryan - you guys really went above and beyond. We’re sad we can’t party with you every year, but can’t thank you enough for how much fun we had and how unforgettable and special you helped to make our wedding!

Ethan, our lead on the day of, was an absolute blast—he brought so much personality to the service and even served pizza on the dance floor, which our guests loved and we’ll never forget! The food? Unreal. The pizza was some of the best we’ve ever had—fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a fun, laid-back mountain wedding. The appetizers were spot on - the charcuterie board was beautiful and the meatballs were next-level delicious. Many of our guests were impressed at the quality (and quantity of the food describing it not as just “wedding food” good, but actually amazing. We were lucky enough to enjoy the gorgeous new outdoor kitchen Mountain Crust built at North Star Gatherings. It made service seamless, the setup looked amazing and fit so naturally into the venue. We even got to try out making some pizza ourselves. The food and vibe felt totally at home in the mountains—fun, elevated, and effortlessly cool. Mountain Crust is the real deal—delicious, memorable, and just plain awesome. We’re so glad they were part of our celebration!

. We got gnudi and meatballs for the appetizers, and the pizza for our main course was the best pizza i have ever had (no exaggeration). I still have guests talking to me about how good the food was. Whitney was our day-of-coordinator and she is the nicest human ever- and really just made the experience that much better. If you want pizza for your wedding- THIS IS IT!!

edding before we even had a venue! Every place we considered, we made sure Mountain Crust could cater. If they couldn't, we ruled that venue out. That's how confident we were. We ended up getting married at North Star Gatherings that now has a beautiful pizza oven built in their little mountain-side for seamless full-service catering! And they did not disappoint! They are true pros who bring all the fun along with the most delicious pizza, salad, and appetizers. They even kept us (the bride and groom) fed with appetizers during cocktail hour when we had pictures, and that was a lifesaver! They handled our wedding of over 120 guests with ease, and weeks after our wedding, guests are still telling me how much fun the caterers were! They danced with us on the floor, made the most delicious and special signature cocktails, and helped tremendously with breakdown and cleanup. As the bride and groom, we also got a special moment to make our own pizzas together, and those photos are some of my absolute favorites from the day. It’s a memory we’ll cherish forever. I don’t plan on getting married again, but if I had to, I would choose Mountain Crust again and again!

Mountain Crust is truly a full service caterer with setup, cleanup, and delicious food that quickly/easily served my 150 person wedding. Scooter, my main contact and lead for the night, was outstanding. He was so easy to work with in the weeks leading up to the wedding and also made my wedding day so fun! Scooter provided excellent service and was getting down on the dance floor to serve everyone cookies of course. The rest of the staff was helpful and hard working too, I could not have asked for a better team. I would book Mountain Crust Catering a thousand times over. My other vendors were also talking about how much they loved Scooter and Mountain Crust as well! If you are thinking about booking these guys, DO IT!

He always answered our questions quickly and thoughtfully, walking us through different menu scenarios and making everything feel easy and exciting. Accommodating is an understatement! We asked for a fresh oyster bar during cocktail hour—something they had never done before—and they took on the challenge with total enthusiasm. The oysters were shucked fresh on-site and served with a crisp apple mignonette... it was an absolute hit and seriously fire! They also went the extra mile to recreate a special green herb sauce from our favorite hometown pizza shop—and they nailed it. Every bite felt like home. Of course, the pizza itself was outstanding: fresh, piping hot, and seriously delicious. But beyond the food, their energy is unmatched. It was pouring rain 30 minutes before the ceremony, and despite their outdoor setup, the Mountain Crust team rolled with it without missing a beat. They adapted seamlessly and kept the vibes high. Guests are still talking about how kind and fun the staff were—especially our gluten-free guests, who were thrilled to get their own personal pizzas! Oh, and not to mention: these folks can DANCE. Their team brought the party to the dance floor, too! If you’re considering Mountain Crust for your wedding: DO IT. The food, the service, the people—it's all unmatched. They made our day extra memorable, and we’d hire them again in a heartbeat.

When the wedding day came, he brought such a genuinely warm and fun energy that all of our guests knew him by name by the end of the night! He took great care of us, tracking us down and making sure we ate and drank and didn't get lost in the buzz of the events. We all even got some time on the dance floor together! Mountain Crust provided amazing catering and bartending services and paid special attention to our guests with dietary restrictions. We seriously can't sing their praises enough.
