We had a 185 person wedding at Mountain Springs Lodge in July 2024, and it went off without a hitch! Leah and the wedding coordination team were helpful, responsive, and flexible throughout the year leading up to our wedding, and day-of they were awesome. Leah helped keep the day on schedule and everything was exactly as we imagined it to be. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful wedding venue. Our guests were all raving about it. We booked out all of the accommodations with our guests and it was SO fun to have people onsite for two days. It also made the wedding day much more relaxed to not have to worry about traveling to the venue. I highly recommend Mountain Springs Lodge for a wedding. It was a dream for us.
We are so grateful to have used Mountain Springs Lodge for our wedding on 6/10. Not only is it a beautiful PNW location, the staff is great to work with and will help make your weekend fun and special. The planning process with them was smooth and they were always quick to respond when my husband or I had questions. They are extremely organized as well and make sure your day goes as planned. It was also great to us that bartending, lodging, tables, chairs, linens etc were all lumped in - it made planning a wedding a lot easier! If you are looking for a picture perfect venue with a great staff, look no further!
My husband and I booked an elopement at Mountain Springs Lodge and out experience was AMAZING! Jaimi coordinated everything with me including style of flowers, cake flavor, photographer and dinner menu. Zach, the officiant was warm and relaxed. Even though it was a busy week for them they made us feel like we were royalty. We couldn't get over how perfect it was and how nice everyone was. Oh....and the scenery is straight out of a Norman Rockwell calendar. Sleigh rides, snowmobiling were awesome too!! Thank you Jaimi and everyone at Mt. Springs Lodge!!!
Any questions?
Mountain Springs Lodge hosted our wedding in October 2022 and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! Everything was perfectly taken care of by the wedding coordinator Jaimi, I did not have to do anything myself but enjoy the day. We coordinated for months in advance and no detail was missed. Perfect location, perfect service and the cabins we stayed at were absolutely awesome! 5 stars!
Our wedding weekend at Mt. Springs was everything we wanted and more. We reserved the whole property for our guests to stay onsite and it was three days of memories. The lodges are so impressive and fun for guests and the property is GORGEOUS. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it at the ceremony and reception. Everything else was equally wonderful. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and our coordinator, Andrea, was such a pleasure to work with. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID and I considered just cancelling the whole thing a few times, but Mt. Springs was so accommodating and we ended up having a weekend that exceeded all my expectations. Can’t recommend this venue enough!
Our wedding was a dream! The wedding coordinator was perfect and the food was wonderful. We had a small 35 person wedding which was perfect for the venue.
We had our wedding at Mt. Springs Lodge in June 2019 but began working with Andrea and the Mt. Springs team in early 2018. From the start and all the way through to the end, the team at Mt. Springs Lodge was nothing but top-notch in their service, communication, vision boarding and making our day truly special.
The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with many great areas to have a ceremony and reception. We opted to go all-out with the available spaces, and had our ceremony at the Aspengrove, cocktail hour at Beaver Creek Barn, reception in the Ponderosa Meadow, and after-party in Ponderosa Lodge.
Andrea was instrumental in working with us on all details leading up to the day, as well as working with our coordinator the day of.
Luck was on our side and the weather was sunny and gorgeous, making for fantastic photographs and a beautiful sunset the day after the summer solstice.
Since many of our guests were coming from out of town, we reserved all the cabins, which are high quality, comfortable and a great place for guests to hang out and mingle before the wedding, as well as making it easy for people to make their way home as they choose following the reception.
The food for our cocktail hour, reception dinner, and after-party was likewise delicious, and the brunch the next day on site helped bring the wedding weekend to a wonderful close.
We can't say enough nice things about the venue, the food, and the entire staff. Thank you Mt. Springs Lodge for helping us turn our vision of our wedding into a reality!
Our wedding at MSL was amazing! The staff are extremely professional and attentive and made us and our guests feel so welcome. They took care of everything seamlessly, especially when we had some unforeseen weather issues that set us back a bit in our schedule. It really felt like the family business it is.
The location is gorgeous as well, secluded but with all the necessities and comforts you need. It's rare to find a business that is has the magical combination of being professional and warm. Would 100% recommend having your wedding here.
The staff at Mountain Springs did an absolutely wonderful job with everything on our wedding day! From the time we checked in on Friday until when we left on Monday morning everything was perfect. I can't tell you how many compliments we got from our guests on how beautiful the venue was, how smoothly everything ran, and especially on the food! I had multiple people tell me it was the best food they'd ever had at a wedding!
We had such a wonderful time as did all of our guests, and we can't wait to come back for a weekend trip hopefully sooner than later.
Our wedding at Mountain Springs Lodge was beautiful! The food was amazing and everyone had a wonderful time on the sleigh rides. The on site coordinator made sure everything was in place and went smoothly before and on the day of. All the staff were very friendly as well. We would highly recommend this venue and will come back ourselves for a vacation in the future.

Thank you for your kind words! We loved having you and your wedding here and do look forward to seeing you again in the future!
Busy bride on a budget? Want that intimate feel, but also want to host all your friends & family? Stop your venue search RIGHT HERE. Mountain Springs (MSL) has everything a bride needs to make her wedding day flawless, memorable, & they make the entire process SO EASY! With plenty of beautiful locations on-site to share your "I do's," stunning lodges (& a barn too) to celebrate & dance the night away in - not to mention all the additional services (lodging, full service catering & desserts, vendor recommendations, an included Day-of Coordinator, & staff at the ready to guide & assist you on your magical day), you can look no further.
I work full-time, & I had a budget. I didn't have loads of free time to hunt down a vendor for every aspect of my wedding day, & I knew every single vendor I sought out individually was going to add up to big bucks, not to mention the stress of having to coordinate every one. I knew an all-inclusive venue was exactly what I needed.
From the moment I pulled up to the site, I was in awe (& so were all my guests on the day of the wedding). I met with Jaimi (Booking) & was amazed by how much they had to offer - no matter your budget, they've something for everyone. I was so pleased, I booked the venue right on the spot. I was immediately introduced to my Day-of Coordinator Cassie. We spoke mostly over email (as I live on the West side), however we did have another opportunity to meet in-person prior to the wedding. I got together with both Cassie, & the on-site chef, Duncan. His food - outstanding! They walked me through menu-planning & how I'd like the venue set-up (among many other things); they touched on every detail.
When the day arrived, everything was taken care of - I left it all in the hands of the team at Mountain Springs. They did not disappoint. Guests raved all night about how gorgeous the venue for the both the ceremony (Aspen Grove) & the reception (Beaver Creek Lodge) were, how genuinely kind & helpful the staff were, what an absolutely wonderful time they were having. Time flew by! At the end of the night, my husband & I retreated to the MSL honeymoon suite (Aspenglow) & enjoyed the remainder of our stay. We received a yummy breakfast basket delivered to our suite & checkout was a breeze. They even gave us a small keepsake gift - just another extra-special touch further proving to me I made the right choice by selecting Mountain Springs to host my wedding.
They gave my husband & I a gorgeous, unforgettable day - one that is STILL being talked about months after.
THANK YOU, Mountain Springs!

Thank you so much for your thorough and incredibly thoughtful review! We loved our time with you and your weddings WAS just incredible. Thank you again and we do look forward to seeing you both in the future!
All I can say is WOW. This place gave me a wedding I never even dreamed of.
My husband and I went w/ their largest intimate package (20 guests) and it included everything we needed and wanted (too much to list here). We had envisioned a quiet, small wedding for ourselves, and my thinking was "oh, it's not going to be a big deal, just a simple ceremony and dinner." Boy was I wrong. Every detail was thought out before hand, and in every conversation with the staff we were told "This is your day, it can go however you'd like." Whenever I'd ask for something additional, or changed my ideas for the millionth time, it was always "Yes, we can do that." Despite being a small wedding we were treated like we were William and Kate getting married.
I get tears in my eyes thinking about that weekend. It was run so well, it was STRESS FREE, and this place had every little detail planned out to make it a special day for the two of us. From the beautiful set up, the AMAZING food prepared by their chef, the beautiful bouquet that I had asked for in specific detail, to the perfect little breakfast basket left for us at our suite door in the morning, this place nailed it. If I could marry the same guy twice I'd do it all over again.

Thank you so very much for your kind, detailed review! We absolutely loved hosting your beautiful wedding and Andrea so much enjoyed planning with you!
Congratulations and the very best to you! We do hope to see you again and again!
My husband and I got married in June 2017 at Mountain Springs Lodge. We did the intimate wedding package with 25 guests (the only thing we opted out of was photography -- we hired our own). Our wedding planner was originally Rachel, which then switched to Andrea a month before the wedding. Although I was originally upset about the switch last minute, Andrea was very friendly, detail-oriented, and super quick to respond. She took care of all of the details, from the decorations, to the flowers, to the cake, to the food, etc. It took away so much stress from the wedding having the venue provide all of these resources. And when the air conditioning broke in our suite a week before the wedding, she switched things around to make sure we were still comfortable and happy. Our wedding day went perfectly smooth, we had no problems whatsoever. All of the guests raved about not only the beautiful venue, but also the dinner provided. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning their wedding, whether small or large.

The perfect venue, they went above and beyond to make our day special. I highly recommend this place, especially for a winter wedding.

Thank you so much! I am so happy you chose Mountain Springs for your beautiful wedding--we just loved having you and your wedding here and do look forward to seeing you again!
I was the maid of honor in a wedding here yesterday and I have to say that we were VERY UNSATISFIED with our experience! To be fair, the location was absolutely stunning, the on site lodge accommodations were great, spacious and affordable, and the food was spectacular! However, that is as close to a positive review as this place will get. The coordinator, Rachel, was almost impossible to get a hold of during the months prior to the wedding. She would sometimes not respond to the bride by phone or email for weeks at a time even up to the final week before the wedding. When we arrived, she seemed flustered and didn't have the schedule down oand was busy with another party and couldn't really give us much time. We brought up the bad communication with her and she basically told us we should have said something sooner abut did apologize profusely after that. The next day, she had promised to be on top of things coordinating and making sure things went well. She didn't. We had booked the photographer for 2:30, she didn't arrive til 3, which was when the wedding, which was only 3 hours was meant to start. The. We basically didn't see her for most of the reception. It was snowing and below freezing and the lodge had no shawls or wraps for the bridal party so we were literally shivering outside the door waiting to walk the aisle. Then no one coordinated the exiting procession so we were all confused. Then the sound system was choppy and they didn't assign anyone toco trop it even though we had a playlist set so all they had to do was turn on the ceremony and first dance songs at the right time. Well I had to do that because they didn't have the foresight. And then even though the wedding started an hour late due to the photographer, they tried to kick us out exactly after three hours had passed and told us we would have to pay extra to have the 45 post first dance Minutes that we put i to the schedule. I will say the photographer was lovely and the cake was also good. Oh also, we paid for bridesmaid bouquets and they forgot to prepare them so they ended up giving us old flowers from the wedding that took place the night before, which delayed the ceremony even longer since it took them 15 minutes to make them at the last second and yet still we were pushed out after exactly 3 hours. I honestly just think that this place needs more staff and resources and needs to be more attentive to their brides and more transparent about how the day will go. I understand that it was a small wedding and was in the off season, but bridal parties shouldn't be made to feel less I portant for those reasons. Overall just unprofessional. I hear Jaime is better and more attentive so if you love the location and want to take the chance, get her and be sure to talk through EVERY detail so you don't get blind sighted at the last minute.
Response from the Vendor on 01/18/2017
I am very sorry that you feel this way. I wish we had a chance to talk because after reading this review and speaking with the bride I believe there are several misunderstandings. The couple was absolutely lovely and I do apologize for any de...
lays or confusion caused. The only delay I know of is that the photographer did arrive 15 minutes late due to an accident she came across on her way to the lodge. As soon as she arrived, she went to the bridal suite where she was told there was a delay due to a junior bridesmaid fainting. We take this very seriously and gave as much space and room as needed, allowing the timing to be pushed back as necessary.
After speaking with the bride, she voiced that she believed her maid of honor was concerned about the reception ending early, but agreed that the time was not shortened. It was not until 7:30pm that our staff requested that the event begin to wrap up, which allowed an extra 30 minutes free of charge.
The photographer stayed until 7:30pm, nearly two hours longer than contracted, and even returned the next day for a stunning photo shoot free of charge, as the wedding party did not wish to take pictures while it was snowing the day of the wedding.
While we do our very best to provide what we are able to accommodate our weddings, we are not able to provide additional clothing for winter weddings. We do allow Intimate Weddings access to the lodge sound system but ask that they provide someone to take care of running their music, as this is not a service that is included in the wedding package.
We absolutely love this couple and were happy to do everything possible to accommodate their day—from preparing the bridal suite and wedding venue earlier than arranged, to adjusting the guaranteed numbers, to adding additional time for the dinner and photography. I do truly apologize for the misunderstanding with the bridesmaid bouquets. This is a very important detail and I do apologize that this detail was missed. I am glad that bouquets were quickly provided and the wedding couple was not billed for bridesmaid bouquets.
I do thank you for your feedback-I am personally working to ensure that every future couple feels that they are cared for and that communication is clear and timely.

Jamie & Cassie took AMAZING care of everything. They helped make sure from the start of planning to our wedding day that everything was perfect. It was, and I couldn't have asked for a better place to get married at! It was so beautiful! I don't think we could have been any happier with how everything turned out!

Thank you for your kind words--your day DID turn out beautifully and we are so happy it was here with us!
We look forward to seeing you in the future!
Mountain Springs Lodge was the perfect place for our wedding - September 2015. Beautiful landscape, great venue (ceremony and reception), delicious food (seriously, so good), and great accommodations that housed our entire family and bridal party. The MSL team was incredibly helpful and made the process of planning a wedding so much better. Cassie and Jaimi are informative, kind, and always quick to respond! They are truly the best.
All of our guests had a great time, and still talk about how much fun they had at the wedding!
Thanks again for making our wedding weekend something we will never forget.

Thank you so very much for your kind words! Truly, we loved being a part of your day! Please do come see us again soon!
We were married at Mountain Spring Lodge in February 2015. We loved our whole wedding weekend and received so many compliments from our guests. It was the perfect combination of beautiful and fun. Jaimi and Cassie from Mountain Springs Lodge were so helpful in both planning our wedding and making sure everything went smoothly on our wedding day. The main lodge (Beaver Creek Lodge) where we were married was beautiful with lots of wood and large windows. In addition, our dinner prepared by Thomas, the chef at Mountain Springs Lodge, was delicious.
We also really enjoyed all the on-site lodging. It allowed us to make a weekend of our wedding, instead of just a day. We stayed in the Northwest Territory suite, which was very spacious and a perfect place to get ready on the wedding day. A number of our close friends stayed at the big lodge (Ponderosa Lodge). It turned out to be a great place to also host dinner the night before the wedding for our family and close friends staying at Mountain Springs Lodge and have an after-party the night of the wedding.
Overall, Mountain Springs Lodge was the perfect venue for our wedding. We’re already talking about when we go back to visit to experience some of the other activities the lodge offers.
Such a beautiful place and although I lived my wedding there were a few disappointments. The flowers, Cake & dinner were amazing!
Mountain Springs Lodge is absolutely gorgeous, the staff was amazing, the food incredible! Can't say enough good things about this place and highly recommend it!!
We rented the barn at Mountain Springs Lodge for our rehearsal dinner. They were easy to work with, great at communication, and the service at the event was fantastic. The food, however, was the best part. We chose a bbq menu and it was delicious! The location was beautiful and quiet and perfect for the little kids to run around and the adults to relax. It was a great choice!
Finding the perfect place to get married was my highest wedding priority and Mountain Springs delivered on every level. We were looking for a place where we could hang out with our guests and enjoy the beauty of the outdoors without asking all of friends and family to rough it. This was the place for us. The lodges there are FANTASTIC!! Besides being beautiful, there was plenty of space to accommodate our guests so they could have a relaxing weekend. In addition to the great accommodations and great selection of ceremony/reception sites the staff at mountain springs were great to work with. We had our heart set on having an outdoor ceremony in their beautiful aspen grove but the weather that day was less than cooperative. Cassie at Mountain Springs provided constant weather updates and actually rearranged our cocktail hour so that we could stall and wait out the rain. They were so dedicated to making sure our day was exactly what we wanted. Did I mention that the food was delicious? My husband is a former Texas resident and big time BBQ fan. The chef, Eric, totally delivered with some delicious brisket and he even made our favorite deep fried pickle chips!! The whole weekend was incredible and much of that was thanks to the wonderful people at mountain springs. Thank you guys!!!
They were so helpful in everything they did! I was able to visit to st as many times as I needed before my wedding, and the wedding coordinator was wonderful to work with :) Their food was absolutely delicious, and the chef was tons of fun when planning my menu. They keep the grounds beautiful and they make everything so accomidating. I would highly reccomend this venue to any bride who wants to be a princess on your wedding day!
My husband and I choose this venue for its beautiful location and snowy winters. The lodge is absolutely stunning, with an amazing stone fireplace and high ceilings. The rooms and lodges are very spacious and decorated with authentic items from the area. Cassie and Jamie answered all of our questions, suggested local vendors, and helped ensure things ran smoothly the day of our wedding. We could not have asked for a better venue or more helpful staff! We both fully recommend this venue for any sort of celebration!

Thank you for your review! It was a beautiful wedding and we absolutely loved working with you! We will be looking for you to come visit or spend an anniversary here! Thank you again!Jaimi
We were married at Mountain Springs Lodge May 22, 2010. I am SO glad we chose Mountain Springs - I could go on and on! Jaime and her husband and staff are so accomodating, and want only to make your wedding memorable and your day enjoyable. Barb will have your guests talking for months about the food - utlize her expert skills to create your own menu, she's incredible! The grounds are beautiful, the lodges are equipped with everything you need, and you won't spend one minute feeling "taken" by the extras - they're extremely fair on price. Our families went on the Thursday and stayed at the Ponderosa together, then our parents moved into the suites and our bridal party moved into Ponderosa for the weekend with us. We had our rehearsal dinner in Beaver Creek lodge, and also our reception. Have the BBQ for your rehearsal dinner - we are still talking about it! We spent our wedding night in the bridal suite after noshing on leftovers from our reception Barb and Cassie packed away for us - what a treat. DO NOT miss brunch on Sunday - we still go up occasionally from Seattle just to have the brunch and see Barb and Jaime and the rest of the staff. Here's the bottom line - don't blow your budget on a "package" wedding at a hotel that will be like everyone else has. Take your family and friends away to this beautiful location, and make it your own experience by working with Jaime & staff on ideas. We love that we have a little weekend getaway only 2 hours from Seattle to relive our wedding whenever we want. We most definitely will be spending our 1st wedding anniversary there!
