t about. The ceremony went super well and love n lens captured all the right shots! They will take tons of great photos! After that we signed our marriage license and was able to get food and drinks which helped a lot get extra food in us! Cocktail hour also had the 6 appetizers all of which are the best food of the night although we were surprised a few ran out. Grand entrances all went well along with dinner service, speeches and dances. The DJ Madeline with their in house DJ actually did a great job! We were nervous because the DJ is so important and we didn’t personally select her but she delivered completely! We think our dessert plate got misplaced while we took sunset photos, but luckily we were able to eat them the next morning since our family brought it all home! They also could have brought decorations up to the parking lot instead of leaving at the door as it would make loading the cars easier. We really appreciated they changed the time you can be on premises to 1pm now instead of 3pm originally as this was the main reason we seriously considered not booking the venue but so glad we did and everything worked out! It still creates more logistics to having the rooms from 9am for instance to do all the getting ready there.  We’d like to mention our decorations were setup very well which I labeled everything so was really happy Nate and Krystin got this right without needing a lot of direction day of. They did a number of things like moved some decorations in that we never asked for and made everything look that much better.  Food was very good but realistically you as the couple aren’t going to have time to enjoy it. It’s also the most expensive part by far so would be a great place to compromise some. We were very happy we didn’t pay to extend the venue for another hour as the dance floor only being an hour got hot enough. The neighbors make them close the doors to the venue unfortunately. We overall spent more than we expected at this venue but everything went super well so if this is right for you would depend on budget! With the all inclusive pricing trimming the guest list saves a lot of cost since a good portion is priced into a per person number. They were super good about letting you adjust guest count 10 days before the wedding. 

or your big day. Tasks and planning milestones are paced well to make the journey enjoyable. Everyone we spoke with was knowledgeable, flexible, and kind. Working with weddings comes with pressure and Wedgewood delivered. I had a lot of decor and DIY stuff and our team handled it perfectly, going above and beyond. Everything looked how I envisioned without the stress of setting it up and tearing it down myself. The day ran so smoothly and was stress free. My husband and I have said multiple times we wouldn't change a thing and it is true. Caryn, Mikayla, Maddie, Kassie, Neveah, Fierce, Nate, Steph, and Layton are fantastic. Plus the venue and location is stunning. Would recommend to anyone!

feel" that we were looking for while still not being too far of a drive for our out-of-town guests. The day-of coordination by Maddie was spectacular and Becca was a fan favorite amongst our guests. She was attentive and made sure we had drinks in our hand all night! The entire staff was incredible - Madison, Sebastian, Christy, and Layton - the day went so smoothly and the food and drink were amazing. It really was the best day ever and we can't thank them enough!

She was a saint from our first meeting all the way through our reception!! She handled everything we threw at her with such ease and grace, she’s the best and we don’t have the words to express our gratitude towards her! As for the rest of the crew that helped us- Mikayla, Kyle, Fierce, Nate, and TWISTY CHRISTY!! Mikayla was our Banquet Captain once Kira went home and she was just as amazing!! She made sure we were well taken care of! During cocktail hour, our friends and families raved about Kyle and how he saved them with the fried Mac and Cheese bites! Twisty Christy calmed my nerves with the best lemon drop shot before I walked down the aisle! Honestly just the best crew!! Thank you all for everything!! It was the most perfect day 🫶🏻

She took charge when she needed to with our bridal party to make sure everyone was ready to go and one of the staff even made a trip to get our vow books that were forgotten in the getting ready suite shortly before the ceremony. Becca our banquet captain was absolutely amazing. Anything we wanted she made happen and we were never left feeling forgotten about. She had even helped fix my bustle after it had broken. The day couldn’t have happened without all of those not front and center either, Maleah, Nate, Christy, and Sebastian helped make our guests feel so welcome and catered to as well. The venue remained clean and beautiful throughout the whole wedding. We truly could not recommend this venue enough.

The venue: my husband and I are both from Colorado & it was a perfect opportunity to provide our guests with a slice of Colorado. Mountainview Ranch was about an hour away from our home outside of Denver, tucked into the mountains far enough to offer stunning geological landscapes and forests and close enough to ensure no one gets lost or carsick on their way. We chose the lakeview location, as it offered the suite of cabins for our guests. Lakeview itself is gorgeous. The bridal & groom suites are roomy & comfortable, the ceremony space is beyond perfect, and the big hall and expansive decks offer stunning views. We went with all of their included/recommended vendors, and all crushed it! Coordination: we toured the venue with Alex, who was awesome. She answered all our (many) questions and sat down with us to discuss what pricing and budgeting looks like. Obviously, as an all-inclusive venue, it’s not an extreme-budget option, but the package cost compared to my estimation of a non-inclusive/DIY version of the same wedding was VASTLY more affordable AND included all the legwork done by experienced professionals. There were 3 main meetings, 6 months, 6 weeks, & ten days out. All were productive and painless. Our coordinator, Caryn, was a true blessing. Patient, funny, detail-oriented, & kind: we never felt rushed or pressured with her. She was on top of everything! I spent my wedding prep time doing fun little DIYs instead of needing to coordinate. The Day-Of: Another shout-out to Caryn, who gracefully guided our listening-challenged family through every step of the process, herded the wedding party to where we needed to be, and answered questions for me. She also ensured my husband and I remained fed and watered, which was vital! The ceremony was beautifully managed. Caryn delivered us food in the bridal suite after the ceremony, and even managed to snap a beautiful photo of our dip kiss, print it, and put it framed on our sweetheart table before we sat down for dinner. A magical woman, truly. Our banquet team also killed it: our captain Mikayla ensured the buffet went off without a hitch. Mikayla also carefully packed us each a meal, complete with appetizers & dessert, which we treasured the day after the wedding when we got home to an empty fridge. The rest of the banquet team, Christy, Tyler, Callie, Maddie, and Nate truly lit up our service with their smiles and assistance. They were all SO helpful, kind, and enthusiastic. I received several comments on how happy they were to lend a hand. Finally: a special shout out to the photobooth, which I worried might be a little over-played. People LOVED it, and it allowed guests to select how many copies they wanted printed. It was delightful. We are genuinely floored. I cannot believe it was as good as it was: it felt like a dream. I got so many compliments on the venue and the wedding and the food (and everything else!!), and so many people marveled at how seamless and fun an event it was. It was all Wedgewood! I feel like all we had to do was show up! I am absolutely patting myself on the back for choosing Wedgewood (& especially Mountainview).

It gave us the chance to meet vendors, connect with the staff, and sample a variety of delicious food. Every vendor recommended by the venue was professional, responsive, and a joy to work with. On our wedding day, the Mountain View Ranch team exceeded every expectation. We are deeply grateful to Mikayla, Callie, Hunter, Mindy, Andrea, Tess, Kaylee, Nate, Christy, Jess, Tyler, and Sebastian for making the day magical. But the biggest thanks goes to Abby, our coordinator. She brought laughter and joy to the planning process, kept everything seamless on the big day, and ensured we had everything we needed at every moment. Thanks to her, our stress melted away, and we could fully enjoy the celebration. Abby truly feels like part of our family now. Between the breathtaking views, the incredible staff, and the flawless execution, our wedding at Mountain View Ranch was more than we could have ever dreamed of. We wholeheartedly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place that combines natural beauty with unmatched professionalism.

only saw the virtual tour. It was more stunning in person and fit our personalities perfectly. This venue has it all (if you want it): location, catering, DJ, cake, bartending, photography, officiant, and florist! We opted for all of their people and were so impressed. The experience we had far exceeded our expectations. We were hoping for a "nice" wedding that we were fond of, but we ended up having the most magical day- far beyond our dreams. We were planning to have an "irish goodbye" and ended up staying until close. Our guests continue to tell us how amazing the wedding was and that they had an incredible time. It was possible because of the excellent staff and vendors: Abby, our coordinator, was top notch! She made sure all of our personal touches were encouraged and made possible. Some of those included: Mario Kart, bubble guns, cheeseheads, no speeches, and bridal party seated in the aisles for the ceremony instead of standing. Aiden, the Banquet Captain, was kind and kept everything flowing throughout the reception. Additional thank yous to Callie, Sydney, Nate, Dylan, and Tyler who kept food, drink, and good times going all night. The whole process of planning was "easy." As for the Vendors, Rev. Sam of Amazing Colorado Weddings was so great, eloquent, and kind. He greeted every guest after the ceremony and thanked everyone for attending. Tommy at Cakes Amore- if we lived in Colorado it would be the only bakery I would use. Emily and BitterRoot florals- I cried because they were so beautiful (I'm not a crier). Jasmyn with Love&Lens has a great eye understood us as people and couple to capture our day. Hayley from DJ Maestro played every song we asked for and kept the right vibe all night. We are in awe of everyone and everything that went into making our day special. We wouldn't change a thing.

aff was kind. I knew as well that Wedgewood was an all-inclusive and as a busy people who have a hard time deciding between simple things, we wanted guidance and tailored options. We toured two Wedgewood venues and fell in love instantly with Mountain View Ranch’s Willows property. It was a quiet, secluded beautiful part of the property and when we got there, we felt like our event would fit so perfectly in the pine trees and fall colors in October of 2025. The planning staff was so attentive to our budget and our wants, down to the day of the week we wanted a wedding. They were not pushy and gave us space and heads up when certain dates seemed like they would go quickly. Following signing the contract the support did not waver, they had planning meetings, always responded to emails quickly and kindly. They were open to so much personalization, I (the bride) even got to design the photo strip background 😊, make recipes for our specialty drinks, and create signs. We experienced a hiccup with the florist we were provided for centerpieces, and hopefully, they are no longer working with someone who has a do-not-compete clause. This would have prevented us from DIYing the rest of our wedding beautifully and within our budget. They did offer a second florist, but I had already decided to do the florals myself. At our, final meeting and our rehearsal we got to meet our coordinator Sarah. She is perfect. She was kind, gentle, understanding and accommodating to us. We were late to our rehearsal because I came in from Texas earlier in the week and had so much more to do than I thought. She let us bring decorations late and helped me calm down. She was so enthusiastically supportive of our vision and complimented us throughout the night of our wedding. Her note made us emotional. We love Sarah and hope she had fun working with us too. Our Banquet Captain Mikayla was soooo sweet. I think I mentioned to someone on staff that I (bride) was having some nervous fits throughout the night and did not eat much. There was a bag of food on my chair at the end of the night I got to enjoy later and the next day. Even if this happens on a regular basis, it felt personal and was such a sweet gesture that I am sure Mikayla coordinated. Our servers- Callie & Kaylee were very kind and attentive to guests. They were so sweet when I asked them to leave my plate the rest of the night so I could try to pick off of it here and there. Nate did all our prep and everything looked amazing. I was so happy to see our vision come to life from our small lanterns, crochet pumpkins, to our large guest signs with our cats pictures taking up the welcome table surface. Our bartender Christy was hilarious and kind to all the guests. She was so relatable and sweet. I appreciated how she loved the drinks dedicated to our cats. Madeleine was the ultimate DJ. She was on it all night. I haven't heard so many compliments about banger after banger in a long time. She took last minute alterations to our plans, she helped us find music when we had no idea what to do. Madeline even busted out the wobble with us. Love you girl. Lastly, to our dishwasher- Hunter thank you for all your hard work! Thank you to Mountain View Ranch for making our special day one of the best days of our lives together.

Our entire staff, Courtney, Mikayla, Maddie, Kaylee, Carrie, Sebastian, Christy and Gio were incredible - 10/10 for everyone. I couldn’t recommend this Wedgewood location enough. It was so easy. I’m so grateful we chose this venue!!!

They make everything so easy and they work with you every step of the way. From the venue to the food to the vendors, it was all seriously perfect. From day one, we walked in without an appointment because we were dead set on this venue being our venue. Marley greeted us with her awesome smile and infectious vibe and agreed to give us a last minute tour. We signed and paid that day and are so glad that they were accommodating because we cannot fathom getting married anywhere else!! Let’s start with our wedding coordinator Alex, our dream come true, goddess queen. Alex introduced herself about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day and she didn’t skip a beat. We probably emailed her every other day toward the end with random questions and she was always there to help. She had great energy toward both us and our guests, she was organized beyond belief and she made the whole day SOO beautiful. When we sat down to our table for the first time, there was a hand-written letter and a framed photo of us waiting from the ceremony! No idea how she pulled it off so fast, but it was such a beautiful, special touch. We also accidentally purchased non-biodegradable rose petals for the aisle, but needn’t fear, Alex made sure to get us the right ones and had them out and ready to go for the ceremony. Because she’s perfect. There were points where I was definitely feeling a bit anxious and Alex sat me down in a space to myself and provided me with necessary comforts to calm me down. She is thoughtful and empathetic, we couldn’t have done this without her. She may have this effect on everyone, however, we felt we built such a special bond with Alex and that says so much about the people that Wedgewood chooses to hire. Everyone was commenting on her hard work and energy because she’s that good. She is made for this work and we love Alex from the bottom of our hearts, for real. Next, Becca, our banquet captain….dream, legend, beast. All our guests were crushing on her by the end because she’s just so badass and worked so hard the entire night! We did not have to worry about a thing, it was packed up and ready for us to grab in the morning. We hear stories about guests and the married couple needing to break down their own weddings and get it all out of there night of, not with Becca! It was handled for us and we didn’t have to think twice on the night of our wedding. Becca always managed to have a drink on the way to us as well, so we never had to think twice about what we needed, she thought for us. Thanks for being perfect <3 Twisty Christy BaBYYYY!!!! Christy was on TOP of it. If people weren’t coming up to the bar, Christy was approaching them making sure they were getting exactly what they needed. Even my 4 year old nephew who was unsure of what he wanted got touched by Christy’s greatness. She proposed a mocktail that he couldn’t refuse and continued to check on him, remembering his name and all 😊 We love you Christy! DJ Katie, girl….slay. Katie had to fill in last minute due to an emergency with our original DJ, and it went off without a hitch. Naturally when you’re getting married there is a lot to plan and consider, so it would have been easy for us to feel the stress of such a last minute change. However, Katie made it all happen and more. She didn’t skip a beat and we are so impressed with her ability to jump in and get the job done. She even came out on the dance floor to party with us a few times, which all our friends are still talking about. But that is the Wedgewood experience, it feels like everyone involved is a part of the party and it was really a familial experience the entire way through. And to the rest of the Wedgewood team that took care of us that night that we did not get as much interaction with, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Our server Callie, was attentive, kind, and busting her butt with a smile on her face. Nate on Prep, the food was AMAZING, everyone was so happy. And of course, a venue is nothing without the back of the house making sure the wheels are turning, Tyler, thank you!! Once more, it was the best wedding in the universe. The scenery, the venue space itself, the staff, and the little details, if we could do it all again we would do it every week! Just kidding, my wife is fried. But we really had the best time and can’t recommend it enough. Thank you Wedgewood!!

The staff day off was friendly and accomodating, providing everyone with a superb experience. Finally, while not our highest priority, the food was top notch, with several of our guests saying it was the best wedding meal they've ever had. I wish we could get married again because the Wedgewood team made it such a great experience.

We also really liked our DJ, Madeleine—she kept the energy up all night, but considering I had given her a very long list of songs we really liked, I was sad when she played some that weren’t even on the list, particularly during dinner service, knowing that meant less time for the songs we loved most. The ceremony site was stunning, and the reception space perfectly blended rustic mountain charm with elegance. The prime rib was excellent, and overall, the food exceeded our expectations. Dropping off, having them set everything up and picking up decorations went so smoothly. Unfortunately, the contracted bakery that was included in our package never got back to us, even after we followed up multiple times. Because of that, we had to use an outside baker, The Cakery Pastry Studio, whose cake was amazing—but it cost us more money out-of-pocket, even after receiving a credit. The Gold Nugget Cabin was clean and charming, though the bathrooms are dated. I did appreciate that they had recently updated the bridal suite, which made for beautiful “getting ready” photos. I do wish check-in had been earlier for photos, as I felt rushed before the ceremony. My only real regret is not adding an extra hour to the reception—it flew by too quickly. The only big negative I have to share is how close to the wedding they were able to confirm our rehearsal time between 9:00 AM or 1:00 PM. That impacts travel time for the wedding party. In my case they were all coming in from out of state and navigating child care. Not knowing if they’d need to fly in the night before or if they could swing an early AM flight until just 6 weeks before our date added extra stress on me and our wedding party.
