Mountain View Ranch made our fairytale wedding come true! The team was thorough throughout the whole planning process and the day of coordinator, Morgan, was great. We absolutely loved getting married here, and many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they have been to.

INCREDIBLE staff and coordinators. They are an all inclusive venue which made planning fun! I always knew they would keep me on track and were always available for questions. Laveview location was BEAUTIFUL!!! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

We got married on Sat Aug 17 at Mountain View Ranch - Lakeview site. It was absolutely wonderful. It was beautiful, clean, and well thought out venue. The guests said the food was great. The value for this I think is great. It's definitely worth it to pay for an "all-inclusive" type venue and WW did a great job. Every moment was flawless. They are very responsive and easy to work with. They are accommodating and understanding. They allow you to customize as much as you want. The team felt very professional and helpful.

We have nothing but good things to say about Wedgewood Weddings. From the initial meeting to the day of, everyone was very communicative, friendly, and so very helpful. They really did make our day so special. There are 2 day of coordinators to help you throughout your day, but what we liked most was the vendors they recommended. They were familiar with the venue and what to do and we did not have one hiccup with food, flowers, bakery, or the dj. And if you want different vendors they give you the option to make your own package. Overall, we highly recommend these guys for any type of wedding - they have lots of locations and themes so you can pick whats best for you! They do weddings very well and we are so happy with their services!

We absolutely loved working with Wedgewood! They made the whole wedding process go so smooth, always answered all our questions with quick responses, & made wedding planning such a fun experience. Huge & special shoutout to our day-of wedding coordinator Alex, & to our banquet captain Tyler. Alex was the most wonderful, patient & kind gal with us during rehearsal & our wedding day. She made sure everything was absolutely perfect. Tyler is the nicest most down to earth guy & made us both feel so special. He even gave us a hand written card & bottle of champagne on our way out. We truly cannot rave enough about Wedgewood and all of their recommended vendors. We got married at Wedgewood’s Mountain View Ranch (Lakeview Pavilion site) at the beginning of August, and the venue is stunning! We had a magical day with the least amount of stress due to the competence of staff and communication efforts. Our day-of coordinator, Maddie, was absolutely phenomenal! She ran the whole first half of the show flawlessly, listening to our wishes and orchestrating a perfect show. We can't say enough good things about her! Kassie, our banquet captain, then took the torch and continued to create an astounding evening for us from dinner to dancing to the end of the night! She continued to check in with us and coordinate anything we asked or needed, and made sure we didn't forget a single thing! By their sides throughout the day, Maleah, Elise, and Alex were also incredibly competent, friendly, and SO punctual! They introduced themselves and their roles, and kept the day on schedule! Alvaro and Mikayla quietly assisted in running a smooth show, but also deserve a huge shoutout! Ashley worked some real magic at our open bar and kept our guests SUPER happy. She perfectly executed our signature drinks and served quickly (very helpful with a wedding full of nurses and Marines!). Additionally, we simply cannot get over our DJ, Madeleine, who came to us through DJ Maestro, a Wedgewood recommended vendor. I don't think she let us out of sight once, ready for anything we needed and constantly communicating the timeline with us. She, for the entirety of our 6 hour wedding, ran a tight ship and expertly executed the soundtrack to our wedding! A quick shoutout has to be given to our other vendors as well, as we will highly recommend them after our experience! Bitterroot Floral and Azucar Bakery absolutely SLAYED the flowers and cake. No complaints whatsoever! Love and Lens sent out two of the friendliest and easygoing photographers I've had the pleasure of meeting. Helen and Daniel were beyond professional, efficient, and captured some truly emotional moments in our wedding without intruding or interrupting anything. As of now, we have not seen our professional photos, but we have no doubts they will be beautifully posed, lighted, and captured! Lastly, I cannot conclude the review without acknowledging the planning staff at Wedgewood. We planned our wedding from across the country, which can foster a difficult process and a STRESSED OUT bride. However, the planning staff made the process entirely too easy; they were punctual to all of the video meetings, swiftly replied to emails, and sent out detailed notes following planning meetings as a helpful reminder and to guide our next steps. Altogether, we coordinated planning with Denise, Morgan, Maddie, Janell, Courtney, Madison, Cayleigh, and Alex. All of these ladies were of the highest standard and made the planning process beyond effortless! Wedgewood made planning and carrying out our dream wedding a breeze! Though they have several locations throughout Colorado and beyond, our site at Mountain View Ranch was newly renovated and truly gorgeous. Having a mostly-inclusive venue, in this GORGEOUS location, was such a good decision when picking MVR. We stayed in the cabins on site with a lot of our guests which was so fun and really the reason we decided on this place. Only thing to note is that they have planners, but you talk to a different planner almost each time you have a meeting or send any questions. We noticed that a lot of communication was missed and it did add a little stress to our confidence that everything we asked for would happen. We ended up bringing in a day-of coordinator which I think we would have been lost without.

We got married on 6/29/24 at the Mountain View Ranch, Lakeview Pavilion venue. To say we had an amazing wedding is an understatement. We had the absolute best experience through Mountain View Ranch! Alex was our day-of coordinator, along with Maleah as co-coordinator. On the day of our wedding, the weather did not cooperate the way we had hoped for. It started to rain before our ceremony. Without skipping a beat, Alex and Maleah had umbrellas ready for all of our guests and kept our schedule on track. They assured us that everything would still run as smoothly as possible, and they did not disappoint. We even had a picture from our ceremony waiting for us at our sweetheart table and a vile of rain water to remember our special day. Alex and Maleah were truly outstanding! All of the staff were so attentive, professional, and kind to us and all of our guests. Kassie, Kyrie, Kyle, Nate, and Ashley made everything run so smoothly and efficiently the entire night. Jack O was our DJ. He was great to work with and kept everything going on the dance floor. We never needed to think about anything during our wedding night other than enjoying and having a memorable night with our family and friends. The staff at Mountain View Ranch by Wedgewood Weddings was top notch! They took such great care of us from the start to the end of the process. Seriously so thankful we booked our wedding with them! Our day was as low-stress as possible thanks to their hard work to plan and day-of support. We picked Mountain View Ranch for our venue about 6 months ago & so far, we have been so impressed by the planning process and the staff at the venue! We have a little less than 6 months until our wedding, but are SO excited. We've worked with Denise for our initial venue tour and then Courtney for our first planning meeting - both couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! They've also all been incredibly responsive to emails and our questions get answered right away. Wedding are expensive, but the pricing of this venue, for all it includes, is great. Not to mention, it's an extremely beautiful location - you literally can't top it! We are counting down the days until October!

My fiancé and I are getting married at the Lakeview venue in September 2024. Thus far the planning process has been nothing but easy and stress free. The coordinators are quick to respond when questions arise and have helped us with deciding on certain details as well as helping with the planning process. So far I have nothing but great things to say about this particular venue by Wedgewood they are amazing!

My wife and I are so incredibly happy with the whole Wedgewood team that helped make our dream wedding come true! The whole team was incredible responsive, enthusiastic, and patient. They were quick to answer any and all of our million questions, they meticulously walked us through all of the details for the wedding planning several times to make sure we were getting it all right, and they were so incredibly welcoming and kind during the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Huge shout out to our day of coordinators, Lindsey Lott, she rolled with some last minute minor changes we had for the procession the day of the wedding, and was great! Also huge shout out to the staff that took care of us the day of, including the banquet coordinator, Caitlyn, the bartender and the security team. They were all SO awesome and kind and even joined us on the dance floor for a few songs! Finally, a huge thank you to our DJ, Michelle. We could not have asked for a better DJ. She was so kind, patient, and SO energetic. She definitely made sure everyone was having a great time throughout the night and I was absolutely incredible!!! We absolutely loved the Wedgewood experience and our venue (Mountainview Ranch). If we had to do it all over again, you can bet we’d come back to this incredible company and staff to get the job done!!

We absolutely loved our experience with Wedgewood! The planning process was streamlined, easy, and alleviated any need for a planner, even with my husband and I being long distance and also out of state from the venue! The actual day was amazingly smooth and lovely, and the location and views absolutely could not be beat!

We've only had one wedding, but Wedgewood was a fantastic planning service at a truly gorgeous venue: Mountain View Ranch, Pine, Colorado. The planning team was so responsive to any request. All unexpected events (we called at the wrong time, it snowed on our wedding day) were handled with the utmost professionalism to put our minds at ease. They were so responsive to work with, the food onsite was delicious, and everything was so easy because all the details (tables, photo booth, DJ, any other thing that would be a rental cost) were handled by them. I never felt any pressure from them when we were making our decisions, and they accommodated everything we needed to make our most memorable day perfect!

My fiancé and I recently booked Mountain View ranch as wedding venue and we are SO excited! We were venue searching for 2/3 months in New York since this is where we are from and nothing was really standing out to us. We got engaged in Colorado so figured why not return for our wedding. We found MVR online and decided to schedule a virtual meeting with their team and it all changed for us right then and there! We met with Danielle from the MVR team and she was wonderful! She asked us questions about our love story, who we were as a couple, and what our “ dream” wedding looked like. All questions no one had asked us before- it felt so special!! My fiancé and I were a bit worried about costs going into this search but the MVR team made us feel so at ease, with all the different packages they offer we found something just right for us. The packages are affordable and provide so many options you can pick and choose from ( that’s my FAVORITE part). After connecting with Danielle virtually we felt so comfortable and excited! Danielle was AWESOME! She answered every question we had and even let us know ahead of time she was going to be out of the office. While she was away the rest of their team would email us the answers to every single question . The team is so responsive( literally every email sent was answered in the same day, sometimes within the hour). We just put down our deposit and have been told a wedding binder is on the way to our home to help us plan. We are so excited to wedding plan with the MVR team and are certain we are in good hands:)

Mountain View Ranch was not only an incredibly beautiful venue but they also made our day absolutely perfect. Meleah and Cassie were awesome on our day of. They were so professional and did everything they possibly could to make our day perfect. We also got a bundle deal with Love and Lens for our photography and they did an incredible job as well! Chelsea and Daniel from Love and Lens were perfect and made us feel special and cared for. Everyone at Mountain View Ranch answers emails quickly and really work with you to make your day perfect. Most of our guests were from out of town and had never been to Colorado. They were blown away by the views, accommodations at the venue, and the ceremony and reception sites. You also get to stay in the cabins at Mountain View Ranch which was so fun and perfect so that our guests didn't have to drive and could stay celebrating later. There are 2 weddings happening at the same time on the property which at first we were worried it would confuse our guests but everything about our day felt so intimate and everyone was able to get where they needed to go. Highly reccommend.

We have booked this venue for our 2024 destination wedding! Janell has been so kind, patient and reassuring during our booking process. As an anxious bride who has been searching for the perfect venue and group to work with I feel like I have found just that. The Mountain View Ranch team is spectacular! They nail your vision down to every last detail. Tori is the coordinator you want on your big day. Venue, food, music, bar, cake, and floral wrapped into one perfect package?? Our planning was as stress free as any wedding can be, thanks to their thought out coordination. Very budget friendly, you’re going to spend way more money and time trying to find unaffiliated vendors from a venue that doesn’t provide services for you. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had so much support from our team. I fully recommend Wedgewood to every couple getting married

Everyone with Mountain View Ranch was so great to work with from start to finish. Madison, Danielle and Denise were so great to work with throughout the planning process, always quick to respond to any questions we had. They sent us a binder full of information after we booked that help us along the planning process. I was happy to have so many things included with the venue so I didn't have to search for every vendor. We had so many compliments about the venue after our wedding, the venue was so beautiful and the food was so delicious! A month after our wedding, we went back as guests for a friend's wedding and it was just as great!

Couldn't have gone worse. Venue completely dropped the ball on ensuring their preferred shuttle service would be at the venue and when management tried to get involved they had no power to reach their preferred vendor. We had over 40 people stranded well past the end of the wedding and ended up having the groom and bride drive their guests to the guests place of stay. If you choose them stay incredibly cautious with their vendor list and who they claim to trust and back up. Would never recommend.

My fiancé and I toured Mountain View Ranch earlier this week and completely fell in love with the venue! It is everything we were looking for for our special day! Lindsey gave us our tour and she was absolutely wonderful, and very helpful with all our questions! We can't wait to get married there next Fall!

UPDATE: 6 months out from the big day! - we just had our first planning meeting and it was fantastic. They send you a planning binder after contract with worksheets for every little detail you could possibly imagine and they use this meeting to go through it with you (so if you don't have it done ahead of time its no problem). Kaleigh answered all our questions and filled us in on everything the venue can help us with. I left the meeting feeling so relieved to have so many details and our timeline hashed out! Our next planning meeting is 6 weeks before the big day where we'll finalize any outstanding details. Let the countdown begin! Mountain View Ranch is such an incredible venue. We are getting married there in June and it has been such an awesome experience so far. They are attentive to detail, ensure all your concerns are heard, and everyone is so nice/makes you feel extremely comfortable. I must say though, my favorite part about this venue is how stress-free they have made wedding planning. 10/10 recommend!

Nick and I had so much fun meeting and discussing our options with Sara Trupiano at Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch. First off, our day started by meeting this herd of deer which was so freaking magical I couldn’t stop watching them. Secondly, our conversation with Sara was just fun to have, and she was so incredibly informative about the options and was able to answer our 1000 questions. What really did it for us, was the flexibility with the packages so that we could have what we wanted, and eliminate what we didn’t want. In today’s world, we are trying to save money everywhere we can, and the burden of knowing we were going to have to give up some of the things we wanted most so that we could just afford a nice wedding at all was debilitating; I started to get depressed about the venue picking process. I can’t believe how quickly that turned around for me as we started talking about the different options we had to cut costs so we could spend the money on something that really mattered to us. Yeah, people are going to have to walk to the bar to get their champagne and wine instead of it being served fancy style, but they can grab it on the way to the photobooth. I am actually excited to wedding plan now, with no overwhelming feeling of dread that this beautiful awesome place is going to cost me the next 10 years of paychecks. I can’t wait to celebrate this day with my best friend and have it look just as I have imagined it for the past few years. BOOK THIS VENUE. My husband and I were blown away on our wedding day and can’t say enough good things. The team at wedgewood was perfect and both of us were not stressed at all on the big day. They handle everything!! Putting up all the decorations, flowers, cake, bar, communication was perfect, and there was always someone there doing anything and everything that you needed. Not only was the team amazing, the venue is breath taking. Our wedding photos are so good and the scenery really did have everyone in awe. If you are a bride and are looking for a venue that does it all then this is the place for you!

Wedgewood Mountain View Ranch was the best place to get married !! Not only was the venue absolutely beautiful but all of the staff was incredible and made our day perfect ! The vendors are also amazing ; the DJ , florist , baker and photographer were amazing and so nice to work with ! The staff was incredible and even had a picture of our fist kiss printed and framed at our sweetheart table ready for us ! This venue is awesome and again the staff was so sweet and thoughtful !

From the moment we selected Mountain View we experienced excellent service and attention to detail. It's in the mountains and the views are breathtaking but with that comes no cell service (a huge plus to be honest) and possible weather so you have to be prepared for that. Not one guest complained. Everyone was in the moment with no distractions. When the wedding day rolled around God blessed us with the best weather and we knew we were in good hands but we had no idea just how good. Natalie was our day of coordinator and she blew us away along with her team. She ran a tight smooth ship and it exceeded our expectations. Natalie made the bride and I (MOB) feel so secure that everything would come together and it did. From the decor set up exactly as the bride had envisioned, the food, the staff down to every minute detail...it was in one word...PERFECT. We can't recommend this place enough. If we could give it 10 plus stars we would. Everything went off without a glitch. Thank you Natalie, the staff and everyone at Mountain View Ranch for making Lorelei's day a dream come true.

Beautiful October wedding in the mountains and we had many guests rave about the location . The staff were excellent and as the bride I had a wonderful experience planning everything in five months because this venue makes it easy connecting to a florist, bakery, catering, DJ and decorations. Wedgewood had orchestrated a seamless day adding in special touches: picture of bride/groom, golf cart rides and delivered food to us while we were taking pictures.

This venue couldn’t have helped us create a more perfect wedding day. They have everything down to a fine science. Planning was so easy with their provided informational notebook. The planners and coordinators were so responsive, any question I had was answered within 24 hours which eased all of my anxieties! They hand pick their exclusive vendors and we now know why, because they all were incredible. Flowers were the most beautiful we have seen. Bitterroot Florists outdid themselves on my bouquet. the DJ Marco kept the flow perfectly and executed my dream ceremony music/reception grand entrance perfectly. The cake was delicious. The catering was the best food we’ve had in a very long time. We can’t count how many guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It poured raining right before our ceremony and the staff moved it inside without any issues and we weren’t delayed even one second and it was still more beautiful to imagine. We are more grateful than can be put into words and we will sing their praises for years to come!

From the beginning, this was my fiancé and I's favorite venue. Once we were able to book a tour in early January 2022, I was thrilled with how accommodating the team was with planning our wedding. We wanted to get married in 2022 and had many older people attending the wedding. The Mountain View Ranch team was able to secure a date for us the same day we toured the venue and secured site transportation for our older family members for the wedding. I'm writing this in mid-January 2022 with our wedding date as 9/2/22. So far, all of my questions have been answered enthusiastically and within 24 hours. I am really excited to work with such a responsible and understanding group of planners!

We had the best day ever after waiting wayyy too long due to COVID. Could not have picked a more beautiful venue. The whole staff was great and all of the partner vendors were fantastic. Our guests traveled from out of state and they all had such an amazing time - we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you MVR team!!

Mountain View Ranch was beautiful and the team was amazing! The team is responsive and organized. They set up our decor and took everything down, and shuttled us around the property for our wedding pictures. I cannot tell you how many compliments we received about the scenery and the food! The only issue I had was that one of the sparkler boxes we paid for didn't work and can be seen in our wedding photos. We booked the Willows location which meant we were required to book lodging at Lower Lake Ranch. It is a separate company from MVR so they could not provide assistance with the lodging company. I had the worst experience dealing with the lodging where I was provided incorrect information and charged additional fees for the rooms. When I showed lodging the documentation they didn't take accountability for the misinformation and said they cannot remove the additional fees and they wouldn't let my guests check in if I didn't pay the additional fees! Because of the panic and stress they unnecessarily caused in the final weeks and days before the wedding, I would discourage choosing the Willows location at MVR. I would recommend choosing the alternate location on the property.

There is so much to say about how amazing this place is! The views are second to none, the planning staff takes all the stress away from wedding planning, and the day of was nothing less than perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough. They truly do make dreams come true at an affordable price!
