This horrible review is the first time anyone in management was made aware of it (and when we were, we let the person go-- we don't stand for poor customer service in our stores). What we were made aware of is that you were upset because the ringbearer's vest was backless, and since you weren't wearing jackets, the back of his shirt could be seen. On further investigation, it was discovered that your mother didn't want to pay for a full tuxedo for the boy, and therefore convinced you to save money by having the entire party go without jackets. When we were notified you were unhappy with the look of the ringbearer, we gave you jackets for everyone in the party AT NO CHARGE. Your husband, meantime, chose for himself a fitted tuxedo-- which, of course, comes with fitted pants-- and apparently the fit was fine when he tried it on in the store. But the next day, deciding the trousers were too tight, he called the store and was told that, because the time to deliver change orders to the store had elapsed, he would have to come to the warehouse location to make the exchange. NOT that it could not be done, or it would cost more, or anything you might expect from the world's worst vendor-- just that his indecision would cost him a 10-mile trip. The exchange was made, he was happy, you had your free coats, and the wedding went off without a hitch (from a formalwear standpoint, anyway). On return day, he was asked how everything went, and he said it was just fine and thanked us. Then your review. I wonder what sort of review you would have left if you had experienced any of the horror stories our competitors' customers routinely experience. But then, what could be worse than your experience with the "worst vendor possible"? Have a happy marriage and a wonderful life together.

scheduled pickup day; replacement garments were delivered to the store the same day. Another groomsman was actually a female dwarf confined to a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the mens formalwear we (and every other store in the world) carry is off-the-rack sizing, and she was larger than a boy but smaller than a man. We did our best to alter the garments to make them fit her as well as possible, and after hearing you still were not happy, I did come down to the store myself to take up the jacket and the sleeves additionally. Also, your fiance decided he wasn't happy with the tie he selected initially, and was upset he wasn't offered a fitted shirt at that time (we didn't have the fitted shirts when the wedding was booked, almost a year prior). No problem-- I brought several alternate selections of tie and a few fitted shirts to the store for him to select from. But here's where this "massively wrong" business really confuses me: after I completely altered the young lady's tux and delivered the ties and shirts to your pickup store, I asked if everything was to your satisfaction, and you said YES. You thanked me for coming down and taking care of the issues. Now, that might have been a good time to tear me apart about how awful everything was and demand compensation for all these problems (none of which, remember, were due to our negligence or incompetence). But you apparently felt it was better for everyone concerned to leave a nasty review instead.

you insisted on showing exactly 1/2" of shirt cuff. Your shirt was the proper size for your neck and sleeve measurement-- the shirts are cut to fit everyone that has your dimensions in the neck and sleeve-- our fault again, apparently. Even so, we gave you two shirts so you could use whichever one fit you incrimentally better. Any exchanges for your group were driven out to the pickup store from the warehouse the following day, requiring ONE return trip to the store for you. Standard for any tux shop (with a local inventory, anyway-- big national chain, tough luck), but again, not good enough to make you happy. Here's a tip for the next time you need a tux: if you want it cut to the precise dimensions of your body, you're going to have to buy it.
