Mr. Tux

ing to get a refund because the pants they included in the rental was not sized properly was a fiasco. Essentially, when making the original rental I was advised that we would be scheduled for a fitting on a specific date, and with little notice the date was changed - which complicated my ability to have my sons present when I picked up the suits and fitted as originally expected. (We live over 30 miles away from this store.) Two days later, on the date of the event when my child was getting dressed for the wedding, we discovered that the pants that had been included for the 10 year old would only fit a 4 year old. I immediately contacted the store to advise them of this issue and to request that they provide me with a discount for their mistake. They refused because I had signed something when I picked up the suit that said there would be no refunds. Essentially, this store does not honor their clients enough to make right a situation that they caused themselves by changing the fitting date at the last minute and by providing the wrong sized pants. Honestly, a $25 discount would have made me happy (I paid $350 for the rental of two boy's black suits). I would not recommend you use this company. They are simply not what I would consider a reputable company.

ery engaging and receptive to what you need as the customer.

nsured that everything fit properly and that all accessories were there. The tuxedos looked sharp and were all in great condition. A special shout out to Katherine, Daniela, Michael and Joe for making this experience a great one. My son and all the groomsmen, fathers and attendants looked sharp!

and boys were fitted for the wedding taking place in two days...when the shoes weren't ready and the ties/bowties hadn't come in the proper color, they hand-delivered everything the very next day. They did their upmost to ensure that my grooms party looked amazing and boy did they! Thank you Mr. Tux!!!!

ore making the final decision. It was so much easier to make decisions when you could physically see the options (unlike at Men's Warehouse). Their prices were very reasonable too (cheaper than Men's Warehouse). They have most of their inventory in the store so they could easily swap out anything that didn't fit right when the groomsmen went to pick everything up the day before the wedding. If not, they also have a seamstress in house to make any necessary adjustments. They are part of a national fitting service so our groomsmen (located in St. Louis, Miami, Orlando, Chicago, and Alabama) could all get sized in their hometowns and pick up their tux at Mr. Tux for our Miami wedding!

.

this was by far the least of our worries. They do not allow you to go in and pick up your tux until the day before the wedding. This leaves no margin for error… and unfortunately they had ordered the wrong sizes for 2 of the junior groomsmen!!!!! We were there for 5 hours debating what we can do to get these tuxes for the boys. Five hours the day before my wedding when I had hundreds of other things to wrap up – it was a NIGHTMARE. I missed my mani/pedi appointment and was not able to go to bed until after midnight on a day that should be relaxing. Then they wanted to charge me for rush shipping for the new tuxes. I showed them my receipt, which clearly states they guarantee fit if they completed the measurements so they were not able to charge me (but I had to pull out the receipt – thank goodness I kept it!). Then the biggest nightmare of all… the tuxes did not come in on time the next day! I had 3 members of my bridal party standing in the tux store for 2 hours waiting for the UPS truck… it was ridiculous… they were of course very late, and delayed our event. My uncle actually wanted to sue them for the amount of time we lost at our event (we were paying by the hour). The attitude of the employees was the worst – my aunt even called me after her son was fitted because the woman who took the measurements was fighting the entire time with one of the other employees because she did not want to work in the Tux section. She still believes that because of her attitude that is why the measurements were taken incorrectly. Finally, the best man (who went to their Pembroke Pines location), asked the groom if he could borrow his vest (groom was not using it) later in the night when he took off his jacket… the shirt they gave him was 3 sizes too big and he was embarrassed to walk around with it. I looked and it was AWEFUL! What a joke… I can’t believe this place is still in business. They have no respect for time or the importance of these events. They should have had a manager come out and handle the disaster on the day before my wedding. I requested to speak to a manager several times, but got nothing. Whoever is the owner of this business should realize how terrible their customers are treated as they prepare for some of the most important events in their life. My entire family dealt with this problem, and I know none of us will ever make the mistake of selecting Mr. Tux as our vendor. At least Men’s Warehouse has some standardized process, and respect for their customers.

friendly and accomodating. Each fitting was hassle free and color coordination was not stressful at all. Easy and convenient location, returns were not a problem at all either. We were happy we picked them for rentals!

ich is next door. Thats is how long we had to wait. It was around prom season...that was their excuse....... SO HIRE SEASONAL HELP!!!!!! Never using them AGAIN!!! The grooms suit was promised to us at 3 different times!!!!!! Get it together people!!

his place i really recommend Nelson (Salesperson)

ed for teh tux because it had a small tear in the pants. It was a tear in the seam (which can be fixed with a few simple stiches)...they actually fix tuxedos on the spot if it doesnt fit so i dont see why we were charged so much money to stich a small tear in the seam. I was very dissapointed about that.

use who doesn't even let you try on your suit!

e were very nice, and we used them over Men's Warehouse because we preferred their selection.. though Mr. Tux's tux shoe rental selection is horrible.

fered hands down the best customer service out of all the vendors I worked with. Just make sure to make an appointment, so you don't end up waiting.

o. after that everything went great.

before noon on Monday morning thanks to my new brother-in-law and my sister who returned the items. Otherwise, suits were comfortable and light for our venue-beach! They looked great in the pictures!

he correct size).... Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable....Highly personalized service and great value ....just what retail and customer service should be... Would recommend them time and time again...

ed us be bold and still be ourselves. The prices are good and the groom's tux was free as appreciation for our business. They were organized and sent us phone and email reminders about fittings and payments for all the participants in the wedding.
