ur DJ and he was such a cool and nice guy! We had a fairy forest/ wizard tower theme, a strange procession walking order, custom music for the ceremony, and really weird music requests. Let me tell you! He absolutely slayed! He didn’t make a single mistake or skip a single beat. I couldn’t recommend him more, he made our wedding memorable in the best of ways! I didn’t talk to him at all before the event either, he did this good with just the form I was sent and an email going more in depth about our weird walking orders. Legendary.

There were a few odd choices for the dancefloor (like Grease Lightning), but everyone seemed to have a great time and he made sure to play something for all the guests to enjoy!

Our wedding guests aren't really a dancing crowd, but Rick really got them to come out and dance with us! I even learned a few new dances myself. It was really easy to work with him and everything was really simple. Thank you so much Rick for making our wedding day special!!

ocked the event out of the park. I had SO many guests compliment him as a professional and just how incredible he was in keeping the energy amped up in the room the entire reception. As the bride, he truly impressed me because we (obviously) veered off the scheduled timeline a little and he was very understanding and would seek me out in the crowd to ensure he hit all the requirements of the day-of timeline/song list. Danielle was our photographer and she showed up on time, took charge, and set up some truly incredible shots. She was also very accomodating to the schedule changes and even suggesting shots and timing for that perfect look. Overall, I was truly impressed with this vendor. My only complaint was the communication the week or two leading up to the wedding. I had sent the timelines to both the photographer and DJ and I'm not sure if there was some jumble in the email routing, but I got an email from both of them asking to resend documents the week of the wedding. I was beyond frazzled at that point. I would have liked confirmation and everybody on the same page at least the weekend before. Otherwise, I had no complaints. Edited to add 1/19/22: I still have yet to receive my wedding photos. We are going on three months post-wedding. I have now received five different dates spanning from December 23rd until today that I would receive my full album and each date has come and gone with no photos. I have gotten a "preview" , which included some family photos, none of the ceremony, none of the reception, and I only received these after begging for two weeks. I have not gotten a straight answer about when I can even expect my photos and while I understand there were complications for 2021 with rescheduling due to COVID, I'm not understanding about covering up the true timeline in which I can expect my photos.

Day of, Mike very professional and did an awesome job with all aspects of our day! Jason, the videographer was great as well! He got all the footage we needed and we barely even saw him! The video came out beautiful, and he was super helpful to make changes so it was exactly how we wanted during the editing process. Would definitely recommend Mike and Jason to anyone looking for a DJ or a videographer! Thanks again!

On the day of he was very disorganized, forgot the profile timeline that HE told us to fill out, which caused pauses in between our first dance, parent dances, and even entrance because our coordinator had to tell him what to play next. He did not play any of the music we requested and we were told he was an Emcee and he did not emcee pass the toast. His music wasn't organized or up to date and did not flow or keep the party going. We were pretty displeased with the service we received day-of because we did read the reviews and they were good reviews. I could've DJd my own wedding from my phone and saved my money had I known they were going to come ill-prepared

When the caterer removed the chargers with the "winning" stickers on it, Mike came through and did a little birthday thing to make it work. No one knew the better. The pictures from the dance floor were my favorites. There was such joy and fun.

I'm really glad he was part of our wedding and recommend him without reservations!

I think the only issue I had was our recessional song didn't start at a correct time so we awkwardly stood there at the end of the ceremony for a bit but looking back, no big deal. The reception planner is very thorough and covers all bases so they get a clear picture of what you are looking for on your big day! I even indicated no line dances during the reception but guests started requesting them. The DJ checked with me before playing any which I much appreciated!

the owner, Mike, emailed me telling me that he had changed my DJ, and I needed to resend my reception planner to him. As you can imagine, this was stressful. I called Mike and he said that my new DJ, Richard, may not be as fun as my original DJ, but assured me that he was experienced and professional. He also urged that brides are his number one priority. THIS COULD NOT BE FURTHER FROM THE TRUTH! Richard was a terrible emcee and DJ. My bridal party grand entrance song couldn’t be heard, everyone in my bridal party told him to turn the volume up and he stared at them like a deer in headlights, people could not hear him when he spoke (which I told him numerous times – and which also resulted in my parents missing part of my First Dance), and the music as a whole could not be heard by my guests in a venue that is under 2,000 square feet. The party never really got started. All of this is unacceptable, and really ruined the mood of my reception. I emailed Mike after my wedding and told him everything that happened, and he said he would be in touch with me about what a fair refund would be. 3 days later, he sent me an email telling me that he had seen photos of my guests on the dance floor, therefore, my guests “must have had a good time,” and since Richard was early, he performed under the contract and they would not refund my money. Being early does not excuse amateur performance. I had an attorney send a letter to MSA Entertainment demanding a refund because, in the attorney’s opinion, MSA breached their contract with me. Yesterday, Mike emailed me and offered me $150 (I paid $745) as a settlement, but would require me not to post any reviews online. He also told me that any further contact would need to be through his attorney, who he has yet to send me the contact information for. Does that sound like a company who cares about brides? Not in my opinion. This was the worst DJ I have ever seen in my experience of attending many weddings. Mike’s responses to me were offensive, inadequate, and flippant. Please save your money and don’t hire MSA Entertainment if you are looking for a DJ company that cares about your wedding reception.
