Mt. Brighton

very step of the way and really tailored everything to fit our needs. She was available any time and would answer our questions quickly. We went in-person and did numerous walk throughs to go over set-up, choose linens, do food tastings, etc. Mt. Brighton only has one event per weekend, so we were able to set up all day on Friday and clean up on Sunday at times that were convenient for us. The food was incredible. Our favorite was the late night snack menu. There were so many people working the day of our wedding, so people were served quickly and there were no issues. The grounds are gorgeous, so there were plenty of photo opportunities. Mt. Brighton is extremely close to numerous hotels and the freeway, and my guests really appreciated that. Highly, highly recommend! We got so many compliments about the venue, food, and service.

uckily avoided rescheduling/cancellation with our date already being in 2021. I highly suggest this venue to anyone looking for an affordable weekend venue. We were able to get in Thursday and clean up Sunday. Being a same sex couple, we were welcomed immediately and even were able to create two bridal suites for on site make up and hair and getting ready the day of. Venue is also very close to MANY hotels and Lyft is in the area for guests. Hoping to be back as a guest for a wedding one day just for the food (seriously amazing).

people outdoors at the time so we are baffled at their decision to cancel our outdoor wedding). Jamie was incredibly wishy-washy throughout the entire planning process. I’ve heard from another bride that they cancelled their rehearsal dinner and didn’t even reach out to that couple- the couple had to reach out to them numerous times before being told that it was cancelled. Avoid this sinking ship at all costs.

They helped me understand what was done and executed well and helped me to understand what wasn't done so well. Their tips and suggestions went a LONG way. Also, they're super flexible in relation to what you want. And their vendor list is also top-notch. Sweet, amazing, hard-working, supportive. Just overall amazing!

to feel cozy but have enough space for our 210 guests. Everyone we worked with was helpful and flexible. Jamie truly helped make our dream wedding happen, and we know all of our guests had fun. We also got a lot of compliments on the food, and had a lot of fun driving golf carts around the course taking photos. Highly recommend Mt. Brighton!

icious. We had a few days to get everything ready, which made the set up a lot less stressful. We used the ski school as a bridal suite which was a large space, and very private on the backside of the building for the girls. We had photos taken on the course, which we were able to use golf carts to do. Our ceremony was on the driving range with the beautiful slope in the background. Reception to follow, with plated meals that we’ve gotten excellent feedback on. We had a dance floor in the back of the room with the beautiful fireplace, the mood of the room was incredible. The staff was amazing, friendly and welcoming. James helped us so much from set up to take down. And Jamie, the event coordinator was AMAZING from day one. We love her. She was so easy to get along with, very accommodating and you can tell she really has a passion for making sure everyone is happy. Great communication. We are so happy we planned our wedding at Mount Brighton, and so thankful for everything Jamie has done for us. I would recommend anyone to book mount Brighton as their reception venue.

hiring a wedding coordinator (or at least a day-of coordinator)-- I had a friend who was in the business help out! The venue has an event coordinator who was somewhat helpful, but lacked communication skills-- which was a bit frustrating when planning a wedding from out of state. However, Mt.Brighton's event coordinator and all other staff were rockstars with food/bar service the day of! Overall, the venue was perfect! We used all 3 buildings for our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception! All of our guests liked seeing different areas and being surprised by the next room! You do have to design the table layout and set up/take down yourself-- so that's something to be mindful of! But you have access to the venue well beforehand! The golf pro set us up with golf carts to take pictures on top of Mt.Brighton and out on the golf course-there's a beautiful wooden bridge over a large pond that we had no idea about! They were accommodating even when it rained for a bit and let us go back out afterward! The real sleeper was the food! Our guests are still raving about how great the food and service itself was! Timing was great and all entrees were served hot! The egg plant parmesan was amazing and my Uncle says the filet is one of the best he's had in his life! We had a walking taco bar for the late night snack and it was a huge hit! We brought in our own desserts, but they had sheet-cake there that was sumptuous! We can't thank Mt.Brighton enough for their location and accommodations! Hotel/shuttle arrangements were easy and close by! We had to order extra drapings to cover up some areas. We had a band and there was plenty of space/awesome acoustics. The fireplaces were beautiful and add a nice touch-- and the bar offers great photo ops before guests arrive!
