We used MTB Rentals for our August wedding in Los Angeles. We had a relatively small list of rentals (for a wedding), and we found that MTB offered really competitive prices with ...
no unreasonable minimum spend. We were able to find everything we were looking for in their inventory, and I especially appreciated their online inventory with prices so I could adjust our order accordingly when building it. Set up and delivery was painless (I assume since I was not made aware of any issues), but contacting the company was very very difficult. I had the most success calling before 10:00am, but I often was put on hold until the line was disconnected so I would just call back and call back hoping eventually I would get someone. Completing the payment was the same - I had to call and hope to get someone so I could pay the installations over the phone. I still believe they offer good products and they did an excellent job for our wedding, but keep that in mind when considering booking MTB if you don't have the time to make calls.

a unique touch to our dinner tables. Delivery and pickup was totally painless. The people there are all friendly, and they’re real experts who are particularly helpful when it comes time to picking out specific items and colors. We’re giving four stars, however, because it’s incredibly difficult to get ahold of them. There was more than one multiple-week-long period where both of us, as well as our planner, left multiple voicemails, emails, and call-back requests without hearing anything back. It all worked out in the end, but you may have to work unexpectedly hard just to get someone to take your call. Once they do, everything will be great.

ite. MTB being late had a cascading effect on all our other vendors having to scramble to finish their own setup, after waiting for MTB to arrive. If it wasn't for how amazing our planner was, it would have ruined our wedding.
