At the end of the day, we were very happy that we went with MTB Event rentals for our chairs and a few other wedding decor items. However, it took a while, and many different people to try and get ahold of them to put in the order. We’re glad it all worked out and their team was very great in their delivery, setup, and tear down! Happy to have used their decor.

MTB Rentals was a great choice for our SoCal backyard wedding. They had a good selection and did a fantastic job with set up and tear down. I would mention, they were a bit hard to get ahold of during the planning process. We would often have to reach out several times before hearing back, but I'll attribute that to the busiest wedding season in decades. At the end of the day, everything turned out beautifully!!

MTB Rentals has a plethora of really good rentals of a wide variety of styles for a pretty affordable price. They even have a show room you can visit so you can see linens, plates, and whatever else they provide in person. We really appreciated visiting as it allowed us to chat and get opinions and questions answered by their crew. Though we did have to follow up and pursue a few threads of communication with them, they were always kind and prompt. Check them out and see for yourself to make your next event pop with personality!

We hired MTB for our wedding and they did an excellent job. All their rentals are great quality and taken care of. Our wedding looked absolutely stunning.

MTB Rentals was really a great company to work for. They were always quick to respond to our emails and the fact that we could make changes to our order up to a few days before the wedding was amazing—it really relieved a lot of stress about those little things you end up forgetting about last minute. Their prices were really reasonable, their set-up fee was SO LOW I was astonished, AND they did a late pick up for the late wedding we had. It’s hard to find a rental place that will do a late pick up, I found! The staff was professional and speedy with their set-up and take-down and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on their end. Which is what you want! The only issue I had was that the table cloths we received were not the color I had in mind when I placed the order. But I have no idea if that was just my fault for not paying attention to the specifics of things at the end, and everything looked beautiful despite that, so why should I complain?? Anyway! Definitely use this company. They do such a great job.

We had to build our wedding entirely from nothing (as we got married in a park), so we required A LOT of rentals! MTB staff was professional, on time & responsive to our emails and calls. We received excellent service from MTB Rentals! We had to add/remove and change items from our rental list a few times and they were very accommodating and serviceable. They worked really well with our planner as well. And their products were new, clean, and arrived on time. Awesome vendor. I definitely recommend them. Thanks MTB!

MTB was easy to work with. Although sometimes there was a break in communication where they take a while to respond back to emails. But they do apologize on their part. Since they are a huge company and they were extremely busy during this time of year. Other than that they made the transition run smoothly. They delivered on time and pick up as scheduled was an ease. The venue allowed MTB to deliver the Friday before and pick up the Monday after the wedding which saved us a little on delivery and pick up fees. Our contact was either Marilyn or Marcia but we mostly dealt with Marilyn who was great in revising my orders. Trust me I had a few revisions but she was able to handle all my concerns and the orders in a timely manner. During our second visit with them, Marcia was kind enough to do a mock up round table to see how the linens and napkins contrast so we have an idea on the decor. Also, their prices were better than the other place we've looked at. I highly recommend them.

MTB Event Rentals was actually the second company we contacted after our first rental company tried to charge us an exorbitant rate for weekend delivery and pickup. MTB was very professional, helped us out a ton, were right on time for delivery, and were great when we kept forgetting things and adding them on to our order ;)

MTB was awesome every step of the way! They were extremely prompt with all their responses and they acted like all my last minute changes were no big deal. When I visited their showroom, they let me look at anything I wanted for as long as I wanted. Their set up and breakdown/cleanup was impressive. The men who did the delivered and picked up (in the 90+ degree weather) were cheerful, efficient, and attentive to all my wishes. I would elaborately hire them again.

We rented hedges from MTB for a wedding that I planned and they were outstanding! The customer service prior to the wedding was some of the best that I've seen, their delivery team was professional, prompt and went way above and beyond their call of duty. And, the hedges looked great!

I wish all our vendors were as great as MTB! Courteous, professional and helpful. Marcia and her team were incredible and went above and beyond. Her crew was punctual and reliable. They have a vast inventory at great prices. We would highly recommend them for any wedding or party.

We had to use 2 rental companies for our wedding and one of them is MTB RENTALS. Jackie was so helpful and patient, we keep changing our orders and she was always pleasant and helpful, we got our "royal" chairs for our sweetheart table from them, the price is soo good and the chairs were even better! We also got our gold chivari chairs from them and some other things too. If you needsomething and they dont have it, they will try to find them for you. Really nice people. Thank you again!
