Please be mindful of working for this company because the owner is forgetful and a liar. He micromanages everyone and he drives a sweatshop company. He hires the most vulnerable people and manipulates them with money and he is very rude. He says you will get a raise but the only person who gets a raise is the one that bows to him and calls him boss, boss. The garage doors have glass hanging in it and there are 2 overhead doors inside stuck open with glass hanging from it and has a gas leak in one of the heaters up top in the inside. The roof leaks when it rains very badly and the shop draining holes are all stopped up. electrical cords that are torn are all on the wet and dry floor. This place has so many safety hazard violations that it can cause death and very bad harm to a person. Improper body work and painting in the inside and no mask or no ventilation is installed and no smoke pipes for vehicles when they come in the shop. The shop area is very crucial, the detail area and room is a hazard and the oil room is being mixed with coolant and the office area no exit signs illuminated and the driver vehicle logs are being forged along with DOT. This place needs major attention due to the owner's lack of responsibilities and caring of the employees. If he feels like he can not control you he will get rid of you by writing non existing things to conform so he wouldn't have to pay unemployment . He is a very confrontational person and he lies. He does not read emails properly nor does he understand. He is a spiteful owner. This is a dead end job so if you are looking for quick money for a couple of months do it if you're looking to grow and be stable at a company this is not it. Be careful people this company and including the owner are 2 faced. I have pics and proof with all vehicles that are not up to date and the building code itself. Safety for customers and employers is a joke HR smh 💨. The owner is prejudiced.

Do not use this company. I hired them on 08/23 for to pick up my guest for my wedding. They Were over 30 minutes late. I had to call them when no one showed up! they lied and said bus broke down. The wedding delay cost over 1500 dollars from other vendors. No one would return my calls and emails so I could report my experience. Owner was belligerent nasty and said he could not control traffic. Go read the reviews on other popular sites several others had similar experience. The owner has no regard for customer service. When the bus driver arrived he was nice. Not worth it just avoid this company at all costs!!!!!!!

Stay Away! If I could give zero stars I would. We hired two shuttles for our wedding. The first shuttle was running late, and the second shuttle got a flat tire. I don’t think a replacement was ever sent. Many of our guests were forced to take Uber to make it to the ceremony on time. The van they sent at the end of the night was rundown and had no markings on it to indicate it belonged to MTI. For the longest time I thought it belonged to a vendor. About a week after our wedding we were charged an extra $100 and we were never told why. It took several weeks, repeated phone calls and emails before someone was able to get us a refund.
