Was at a wedding This pass weekend and ordered a pineapple juice, with already knowing they ID and im underage, we got our juice and walked out the venue to go to our car and as we...
were walking to the parking lot the bartender follows us out (from behind the barn) and yells at me and my friend saying “you better not be going to your car to mix that with anything otherwise I’ll shut this whole thing down”… well I guess getting a tampon from my car means that I’m mixing my drink… very unprofessional I thought to yell across the yard and even though I do understand how suspicious it looks, two young girls walking out with pineapple juice, there was no need to make a scene and yell across the whole yard to make sure we weren’t mixing it with anything. The rest of the night was very awkward feeling, it felt like I wasn’t allowed to even get a normal drink from them😂overall they are very stingy and unprofessional, bartenders were not nice and if you plan on having an open bar at your wedding 1000% do not recommend this place!!
Melissa was so pleasant to work with! Even with some last minute changes, she was very flexible and had lots of suggestions. With not knowing how to do much of this wedding stuff, ...
Melissa made it very easy for us to decide the best options within our budget. The bartenders were awesome as well. They interacted with our guest and knew many of their preferred orders by the end of the night. I highly recommend using MUGS for any of your events.
Our bartenders were fabulous for our wedding! So kind and considerate, always offering water to the bride and encouraging smiles all throughout. They even did a round of aiding and...

Having Mugs at our wedding was one of the best vendor choices we could have made! Pre-wedding, Melissa and Doug were so communicative and easy to work with. They rolled with the CO...
VID punches and last minute weather changes we had. Email, texting or phone they are always available to you. Day of, our bartender Nathaniel was extremely professional and kind. Going above and beyond to make sure all our guests were taken care of, he was on time and set up a beautiful bar. Having a small 25 person wedding I think he was able to talk to almost all our guests and made such an impression on them all, many of our friends will be having Mugs at their future weddings. Book Mugs for your big day!
Mugs was very helpful deciding what beverages we should offer and how much we would need. The bartender was punctual and professional. We highly recommend Mugs Party Store.
Mugs was great! Melissa and Doug are very professional and easy to work with. They were flexible and worked with our budget. Bartender was excellent!
My husband and I just got married this past weekend and this is the second wedding that we had the pleasure of working with MUGS for. Our best friends got married back in June and ...
had used MUGS and the service was amazing then just as it was at our wedding! We heard nothing but great things from the people who went up to the bar and the bartender made sure to send people with drinks to bring us to make sure we had one too! Melissa and Doug were so great to work with and were always prompt in getting back with me about my questions and updating our invoice. I would highly recommend using them for any and all your bar service needs!
We knew that MUGS offered the best prices around as we had been quoted by multiple other providers so we decided to go with them even after friends of ours had a negative experienc...
e with them. Melissa was responsive and let us know that everything had been corrected going forward.
We had two mixed drinks, kegs, and non-alcoholic beverages at our reception and it went very smoothly. The bartenders working all night were professional and friendly to all of our guests. We were pleased with how the night went! I would recommend MUGS Party Store to anyone needed bartending services but it should be known that you will likely owe more after your event is over so make sure to budget for that.
We would highly recommend Mugs to anyone planning a wedding in West Michigan!! They were friendly, organized, and easy on the budget!! An overall pleasure to work with.

They handled everything perfect on the big day, didn't have to worry about anything! They even reimbursed for unopened kegs/bottles of beer/wine.
My in-laws worked with MUGS for our wedding bar service. They provided beer, wine, pop, water and a signature spiked lemonade. The lemonade was yummy. We got to keep the opened win...
e and we were not charged for the unopened beer. The bartenders were friendly and quick. My only complaint is that we ran out of bottled water before the night ended. In whole, I was happy with their service.

e at no fault of the party store, and the only snafoo that did occur, we ended up getting refunded for it. Definitely recommend.
They were very easy to work with. Their prices are very reasonable. The bartenders were great; they saved a bottle of moscato for me which was very awesome of them!

. Using MUGS eliminated any stress related to serving alcohol and gave us great peace of mind. The bartenders for our event were so sweet, too!
I could sing the praises of these guys all day, everyday. We had 2 bartenders, and an extra server to help clear tables, all of which were incredibly friendly and helpful to all gu...
ests. Throughout the night, one bartender kept asking if we needed anything, which was awesome since we were so busy talking to everyone/dancing/cutting cake/wedding stuff. You couldn't get better service if you tried.
Great bartenders and the planner is easy to work with and even the owner helped us narrow things down to the price we wanted. They also pay you back in full for any unopened bottle...

MUGS is amazing. Service is excellent we never ran out of anything. Bar tenders are very fun. Definitely would have them do another event.
