Mulberry Weddings and Events

I booked Mulberry Weddings and Events/ Lawrence Mayer Florist for my October wedding and loved their work. I came in with a very specific idea and they took their creativity and blew my expectations out of the water. I never knew there could be so many compliments on floral arrangements! If you are looking for a florist who can handle colorful bouquets to compliment your wedding color palette look no further. I had darker jewel tones such as navy, emerald, and burgundy so I requested bouquets and arrangements that would pop against our darker colors; they created the perfect mix of elegant and fun that I was looking for. I wish we could include pictures in these reviews because WOW I still can’t stop thinking about my gorgeous bouquet! Thankfully, I arranged plans for preserving my bouquet and kept extra florals to dry and frame myself. There are no words to truly express how thankful I am for your work!

We used Mulberry Weddings for our flowers and the lovely Joyce Freeman as our coordinator, and I was beyond thrilled. The flowers were GORGEOUS and so much more than I imagined! Joyce & team took my inspo photos and made the real thing even prettier! And Joyce was so sweet as our coordinator. We planned the wedding from out of town so we were only able to meet once in person before the big day, but she was super communicative and kept everything straight via email. She took care of every last detail, to this day I’m sure she handled things behind the scenes that I don’t even know about! She was incredibly easy to work with and made my job so much easier! Worth every penny, I would have paid twice what I did for the services!

We partnered with Joyce Freeman with Mulberry Weddings to handle our florals for our special wedding day. Joyce did a phenomenal job with all the beautiful floral arrangements that were prepared. All the flowers were so beautifully arranged, had the perfect colors and styles, they smelled wonderful and were absolutely perfect. Everything was 100% accounted for, the bouquets arrived in glass vases filled with water. Even more so, she helped set up the dinner tables and other areas at the wedding venue. Overall, the quality of work was exceptional and I'd definitely recommend her and her team to anyone looking for quality service.

Joyce was incredible to work with for our wedding flowers. I had a different vision than the current blush and moody romantic theme so popular right now; I wanted bright and colorful but still elegant flowers. Joyce more than delivered. She and another staff member were on time the day of -- it helped that our venue was literally next door to Lawrence Mayer -- and got everything set up. She threw in extras, some that we never even discussed, such as greenery for our buffet table, beautiful, colorful vases for our centerpieces and an extra-large centerpiece for the table my husband and I sat at. She met with me on a whim when I was in town to do some planning, which was much appreciated. It really was a treat to work with a professional who always told me how excited she was to do our flowers and who made it super easy to do since I was planning from out of town. I would use Joyce again in a heartbeat for any event in the Macon area if I have another chance.
