From the first design appointment to putting our rings on when we said, “I Do”, Andrew and I are so grateful for the Mullen Brothers’ family. They are now part our family’s love story. My grandparents were married in 1949, it was a true post war love story that last a lifetime. As a little girl I remember dreaming of someday have a ring like my grandma’s. After her passing in December 2019, we wanted to find a way to honor their memory and carry on their love into our marriage. When looking to adapt grandmother’s wedding ring to be able to safely wear daily, we immediately reached out to Patti & Mullen Brothers Jewelers. With something so special, knowing that the ring and process was handled with such care, love and passion was a blessing.

Mullen brother's took good care of me, and we ordered both our wedding bands from them, and through that transaction has built a customer for life we both love jewelry and watches. Accomodating and pleasent. Love the generational family owned story, and pleasantly not coorprate and stuffy. Earned my business and trust.

From purchasing a unique engagement ring to exchanging a wedding band that didn't fit only a few days after the wedding, the team at Mullen Brothers was fantastic. We are so pleased with our rings and recommend them to anyone looking for quality!

I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!! They have awful customer service and are very rude....there was a noticeable space in between my big diamond and one side of my diamond engagement band and when I brought it to there attention they said they would fix it so I left my ring with them. It took me calling them three times to find out what was going on with my ring and when they finally called me back they said there was nothing they could do for me and could not fix the space because it was a hand made engagement ring. When I asked for a new setting because I did not want the space due to my fiancé paying over $8,000 for the ring they said no and I would have to pay for a new setting. The owner told me all hand made rings have flaws which I think is ridiculous to say when someone has spent a lot of money in your store. Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!
